I don't think to late start investing or trading in Bitcoin because after crashing from all time high price above $65,000 and current Bitcoin price right now dropped to $22,000 still have second chance start investing in bitcoin. Many people mindset about they have been late because Bitcoin over to highest price comparison with the OP know with Bitcoin still having lower price.

Don't comparison with Bitcoin price last ten years with most cheapest and your mindset will think about late to participant in bitcoin investment and get another loss chance when bitcoin going up few months later.

This has been the questioned being raised so many times, but then again it is not too late yet because the market is still down and we are still far from reaching another peak so I believe there’s still time for you to get in and invest with Bitcoin. The market is on the sideways trend waiting for the right timing to pump again, better to grab this opportunity instead of regretting for not starting early, there’s still time so make it worth this time.
Nah, it's not like the Bitcoin is down or something it's just that it's never too late to start or to start again. Remember that a 1 BTC is a 1 BTC it doesn't matter but what matters is the equivalent value of it in fiat. Everyone can invest in Bitcoin as long as they understand the concept of how it works and etc or else they will lost their investment. Bitcoin isn't design as a quick way to get rich it's not like that, Bitcoin is for long term investment. I hope newbies are all aware of that but some of them are aware that's why they prefer altcoins which is not a good idea for making profit but it depends also on individual if they know what they are doing.

People would only realize that they should get in on the time that the bull run would kicks in or bullish market which it is really very wrong. Its true that there's no such thing about being late to start
considering that we are still that low if we do speak with the current prices of coins and tokens in the market which we could really still able to bag on.I cant blame out someone though
on having doubts because of volatility which is normal but to mind off that this is also the main reason on why people are really that interested
on dealing up with this market due into its opportunities that it do gives for you to make money.

Hi!
So, as the title would suggest, is it too late to start investing on crypto? And if not, what would be the essentials to learn on working on it?
People have had opportunities slip by them because they didn't know any better. Thinking that cryptocurrency was some flucke because of the advent of the Ponzi schemes which dominated that era and had a lot of people lost therr money to some fraud scheme and other people.
Fortunately, bitcoin is non of that and at the moment with global adoption still as an "in view", the future of cryptocurrency is very much bright and you've got some good chance to start where you can.
Mind you, don't forget to invest only what you can afford to lose and bitcoin remains the most secured of them all.
Welcome on the forum and do your bit by learning the much you can and ask questions when your puzzled.

The crypto industry is 14 years old and counting yet the technology still seem new to both old and new investors. There is no wrong or right time to invest in crypto, the major concern for newbies should be how to start. Many heard about Bitcoin in 2009 and ignored it then later picked interest in 2020 down to date and are making big profit from the market. The major concern is how to get the right knowledge so as to stay in profit while the volatility persists.

As many people have said, it's never too late to learn anything, including getting into crypto investing or other trading, what you need to learn now is the basics, which are important for beginners to read and apply in terms of what you want to do. .

If you want to start investing, then learn the basics related to crypto investment, which is really important where we have to store assets properly, choose coins for the long term, continue to hold longer and some other basics that are important to you.

Likewise starting from trading, of course analysis and fundamentals are the most important where you can see several patterns and charts that can be combined to analyze a coin to be traded.

All of that takes time and you can definitely do it!

This is a normal feeling when you are in the crypto space. Everyone always go through such set back all the time. You came to know about bitcoin in 2017, but consider my case where I knew about bitcoin well around 2014 but I never started right in that year. It was all in talks first, just some chatter over coffee and work breaks. It was just our Topic of discussion in between colleagues and we used to forget about it until we meet again for next coffee. That was the value for us, just curious Topic and nothing else.

Do I regret not taking any action on it? Yes I did. But soon I came to know that it does not matter at what point you start with it. You always get to invest just like others did before. Bitcoin still has to go very long so don’t be disappointed. Just start with it if you know it already.

We're still early in crypto. That's what I thought back in 2016 also that I'm already late in crypto but I saw ETH from $7 to more than $1000. Now that it's back to $1500, it shouldn't be surprising to see it back to more than $4k in the bull market.

What is needed for an aspiring trader I think is that before the bull run, the dip of prices is pretty much low, and something the investor's sentiment has already dropped to the lowest. Which is also the right time to buy.

It's never too late, especially since bitcoin is always growing. I'm sure this question has also been asked by many people who started crypto in 2020 or in previous years, and indeed I know many people who have essentially the same questions. If you want to start, all you have to know is what cryptocurrency is, don't be here just because you follow people and you don't know what cryptocurrency is at all. Now many platforms offer learning about cryptocurrencies so you can learn from there, as long as you want to find out and learn.

is it too late to start investing on crypto? And if not, what would be the essentials to learn on working on it?
You should ask yourself,if it is too late to start saving for your old age or start planning for your old age ?
No time is late to be part of the cryptospace, but it is better you start now that we are still in the bear run because the price might keep on moving up gradually as time goes on,since we are expecting bitcoin halving next year.

what would be the essentials to learn on working on it?
You have been provided with materials by other forum members above, take your time to read and learn,so that you can have a knowledge of what you want to  invest on. Learn the various type of wallets so that you can keep your coins safe after purchase.

I will advise you to use this period to buy a huge amount of cryptocurrencies and hold for their price to increase higher before you can visit the market to make some profits that will make you feel good in your investment.

Sorry it is not all about buying huge amount of coins to be rich in cryptocurrency because many other people have gone that way of buying huge amount of it but they ended up buying every shit in the market. The most important thing is not to invest but to study the technology and how the system works together with the season so that when investing, then you can invest rightly. To buy coins is not really a big deal but to profit while hodling it.
knowledge of cryptocurrency is the main capital to get money from this business. many people fall for temptation to buy bitcoin, and end up buying without knowledge of cryptocurrencies, so they feel cheated, even though they themselves don't know how it works. even if you already have knowledge, I don't think it will be affected by the trend to earn money, namely by trading

@OP, Follow the suggestions, people already advised in this thread. I won't suggest what to do as people already suggested a lot of things. I would like to answer your title question. There are two types of Crypto Currency. Bitcoin and Shitcoins. If you want to invest in shitcoins, do your research before you invest.

If you want to invest in Bitcoin, It's not late yet. Don't invest all in at once. Bitcoin is not for short-term investors. It's volatile. You will get some smart profit in long term, but you have to hold tight. As I said, don't invest all in at once. Follow DCA (Dollar cost average) method. If the Bitcoin price goes up, buy less, if it goes down, buy more. Keep doing it as long as you want. Never sell at a loss.

You are not early, but you are also not late. You are right on time and should be proud of yourself the bold step that you have finally taken. I advice that you cultivate the habit of reading and finding out things for yourself so you do not get misguided into making a wrong investment that you will regret. As you invest, you should also think and consider the security of your investment which should be taken seriously because loss of access to wallet and theft of investment by hackers is very possible.

But yea, if you're asking this question — chances are, you don't understand bitcoin/crypto at all yet.

It is never too late to do anything and you can start since today.

Many people thought it is too late to buy a first bitcoin when it was traded about $60,000 but now they have chance to buy it around $22,000 or months ago at cheaper price around $16,000?

Did they still think it is too late to do that? Did they actually buy it when they have very great discount from $60,000?

If they did not buy any fraction of bitcoin in the last few months, yeah they will never join.

It is never too late to invest in something that should be around for the next 100+ years. Bitcoin is the only thing that can challenge the fiat currencies and it should increase in value the more people who use it the more it will be worth. I think you should try dollar cost averaging out. Search online [1] for a explanation and it should give you a tutorial on how to do it. If you do dca instead of investing a big amount you should be safer when Bitcoin goes down which it does often. It is easy to think that Bitcoin will fail when the price goes down but if you have faith and wait until it starts recovering again you should see good profits.

So, as the title would suggest, is it too late to start investing on crypto?

The answer really depends on what your expectations are for investing in cryptocurrency. If you are expecting to make a quick fortune overnight, then it may be too late to start. However, if you are looking for a long-term investment opportunity, then there may still be potential for growth in the Bitcoin market. But, like any other investment, it comes with risks and should be approached with caution.

And if not, what would be the essentials to learn on working on it?

It is always a good idea to do your research, understand the technology and underlying fundamentals. You should also have basic knowledge of how to use digital wallets and exchanges to buy, sell, and store your digital assets.
