waves is quite interesting and it is always good to have at least one bitcoin, everything depends on your needs, if you like to develop and you want something like a platform, I would recommend NEO, which has a lot of future and as soon as China decides to regularize the cryptos, I think it will be one of the first currencies to go up like foam.
ADA and NEO, I think NEO can be more profitable than ETH and ADA is self explanatory.
I think that neo could be a nice pick for pump that will come in near time, it could go up and follow coming trend so investing in it has a lot of chance to be very profitable. 
for now I recommend ethereum and neo. because we know if the two coins in the future have good potential, and might be able to master the altcoin market at a high price.

I advise you to pay attention to Ethereum and Bitcoin. Since they are the most famous and in my opinion promising in terms of investment cryptocurrency.
Markets are very pessimistic. So it makes more sense to wait right now. I expect ADA, ICX and wanchain to fall.
Bitcoin the king and always a good investment. Waves always do some updates and working on their product still has no well-spread word about the platform. Never heard about shift

Monero, Monero, Monero.
Originally I would probably say Dash and Monero, but Dash has already had its run two weeks ago Dash would pause at current level for some time before advancing again. But Monero! Monero is still lacking behind BTC but a lot and if you look at its history you could be guaranteed its price would only rise against USD, very quickly, for sure!
I think the 2 altcoins that I use often are ethereum and ripple. these two altcoins are the most prominent altcoins in the future. because ethereum is widely used in project2, so it can directly increase the existence of the coin. while the ripple is perfect for those who play in the short term ... you feel like the price is high enough then sold

if my top 2 altcoins suggest ethereum and neo will be the best choice. because these two coins now have good potential and already have high prices in the market, so I think that is a non-detrimental choice.
