this thread is probably the most important one in the speculation sub-forum at this moment. despite the overall somewhat pessimistic sentiment dooglus' list proofs that bitcoin price is showing strength that i have never seen before (= since march 2013)
in combination with a look at the charts (weekly!) the current uptrend looks very good. keep in mind that the chinese exchanges are still frozen and the ETF was rejected - and yet dooglus' list is bullish.
the fact that doom-bears are flooding the forums and the timing of the BU fork threat should tell us something. the altcoin pumpers and other enemies of bitcoin are getting desperate.
the only real danger is that bitcoin is topping right now, and that we are entering another multiyear downtrend. not completely impossible but not very probable. has bitcoin ever entered a longer downtrend without spiking insanely before? i don't see any insane spike. accelerating? yes. doubling within a few days or something like that? no.
i think the heavy altcoin investors, the too-early-sellers and the general enemies of bitcoin concluded that now is a key point to attack. that is why we see all this doom talk. to me this is even more bullish.
2013 will be wiped from the list by tomorrow. that is even better news than an all-time high spike.
