I want to obviously own my own house but unfortunately they just cost way too much in my country for an average Joe like me to afford it. Seriously, it sucks when you think about it. You're literally paying off your landlord's mortgage, and you know this. But you can't do anything about it because you can't afford even downpayment for buying a house because it's just so damn expensive.

I'm trying to do odd jobs now here and there to try build up some sort of bitcoin stash, so that in future i can finally afford my own house.

But right now, i do think that bitcoin is a far better investment than houses. Which is why i'm not rushing to sell any of my coin. It has so much more potential to perform than the housing market.

Trying to accumulate more as my dream villa near the prairie is just around $100,000. Real estate is so darn cheap here in our country that it really is a good investment in the long run. Besides, maintenance and manpower is cheap plus the cost of living too. Aside from my dream villa, I've also wanted to get a couple of empty lands just for resale. Property developers do pay hefty amount to such lands too.

I still focus on bitcoin and gold with both of them can be used to invest, but better bitcoin if you want to invest.
Maybe after that i will do real estate for next.

That is the right thing to do, you need to invest in something so you can diversify and your eggs will not be putted in just one basket. Real estate or something that can be a solid back up investment is a good way to put your money because you don't need to worry about your preservation of money for long term purposes.

Yes, diversifying your funds will help during worst days. You should invest in gold, real estate, some in good company shares and finally crypto currencies. I think still cryptocurrency investments are not too late because a still lot of space for the growth and we can make a good profit in next few years time. So it is the best time to enter into the crypto world.

Real estate is actually quite a risky investment in my opinion. The reason why a lot of people think that it is a good investment because thehir government or local council doesn't allow highrisers to be built. However the price of real estate really depends on these regulations.

In my opinion as soon as the government starts to realise that the population is just going to keep going up, immigrants are going to come in and if they don't do anything about the housing situation then really the whole situation is going to go down real fast. They're going to allow more buildings to be built, creating more supply and demand will just stay the same, and the price will drop.

But i like your thinking. I believe that diversifying is the best way to invest. It's just that i don't like investing in real estate, as you can tell. I do diversify my investments into precious metals, collectibles, artworks, even emergency prepration equipment. Bitcoin imo is a safe long term bet but anything can happen.

I am sure quite a number of people would have made such decisions and everyone would likely agree to it and even me, when I gather enough, I would definitely get to invest in Real Estate because its one investment that volatility happens to with the minimum impact and even long term as well as can stand as security in the case getting a loan from financial institution in case of emergency newer.

I always consider real estate / lot properties to be one of the best and reliable investment. It never gets old and rotten.

For now I have bitcoin investment and spread some of my btc with a real estate and I have 2 house and lot for now which makes my investment worth for selling my btc's for it.

There is no provision currently in my country to have bitcoin exchanged directly with real estate. We have to produce the proof from both the parties buyer and seller in front of the court. This is to track the transactions and incurred taxes on it. Rules are pretty strict here and having them broken can fine us big time money.

Hope to see jurisdictional changes soon so that people can buy real estate with bitcoin. There are many more people looking forward to do it.

I dont have any offline or physical investments as of now because i dont have too much bitcoin on my wallet and i dont have too much fiat in my wallet. Which means i do only stick on saving up my bitcoin and hoping it will give me some good returns later on and in able to make money on future. Diversifying is really been an always a good thing but this is possible only if you do have the money.

Personally i myself currently not going to invest my money in the real estate market because to make growth and money progress is a very tough work because the the competition in the real market is much than what we are seeing in the virtual .
So i am collecting my investment in the trading job back to grow my business and beame millionaire .
But still have smakl thinking to enter in the resl.estate business because in my opinion the best thing in the real estate business is that if you have quality than you have no competition but to give quality you need to invest lot of amount of money , so herr waiting is a big factor for me to collect such a huge amount of the money .

For me, buying real estate is a good investment. If I were to buy one now at a cheap location but is located somewhere that is developing and has the prospects of appreciating over time, then I would have the option to sell it at a much higher price in the future. Also, I could have it rented out and this would give me passive income. Or maybe I can use it as a collateral.

I don't have enough Bitcoin yet to do this especially at present since land is expensive especially at urban areas but in the future I plan to do so because buying land and property is a good asset.

Like the idea of diversifying your portfolio but there is a problem with that, say you had enough Bitcoin to pay a 10 percent deposit on a property that was valued at 1 Mil. You could buy that property and rent it out to keep paying for the mortgage while still having ownership of the property. That would mean after a couple of years you would have made a property with only 10 percent investment.

Most people don't have enough money, let alone Bitcoin to do this. I would much rather just invest on other stuff such as the stock market or cryptocurrencies.

If I had enough Bitcoin to make a purchase in real estate worth it then maybe I would consider it as an option for investment, but for right now it is definitely not something I would be able to do with the current amount of Bitcoin that I have. I simply do not have enough for a down payment and there would be even less to go into the investment solely from my Bitcoin, if I was to try and pay for the land in just Bitcoin and not in combination with other currencies. As for spreading the eggs, while a good idea, the housing market definitely looks like it is in a bubble and there would more than likely be a loss, rather than a gain.

Many people doing it,but if you said how many ? Well honestly i don't know,and nobody know about it because it was a private matter.
But,These days you can see a project based on Real Estate (i don't know it is real or not,but based on their whitepaper and introduction they said so).which mean if they successfull implemented it many people will doing that(Investing some of their Bitcoin into Real Estates) and more likely you can count it later on.
Don't tell me,you're asking this because you wanted to know about people reaction regarding investment in 'Real Estates' projects or something like that ?
