Especially in the case of investment, the profit is the highest because if you buy at a low price and hold for a long time, you will definitely get more benefits. For example, in the beginning of 2003, the price of Bitcoin and Ethereum, BNB and all other coins were low in the month of January, but now everything has changed in the month of May and the price is much higher. So I think the profit will be more in investing than trading.

Surely the investment will be like that, buy at a low price, hold and sell at a high price. But finding coins or assets like that is not as easy as what is said, there will be things to learn, analyze and so on. But the risk of investing is much lower than when trading. In trading once we are wrong in analyzing the market, then in a matter of seconds we will burn. I would recommend investing, rather than trading, especially for beginners who still don't know everything about this space.

If it is about Bitcoin, I think it is better to invest than to trade it. I almost never trade Bitcoin because I can't get enough profits by trading Bitcoin since I only use small money. While trading in altcoins, I can get enough profits because altcoins are more volatile and can move the price quickly. Bitcoin price just grows gradually and it is not very significantly moving.

Not all altcoins are the same, there are some that almost repeat the movements of bitcoin, respectively, trading them is almost the same as trading bitcoin. But there are also significantly volatile altcoins and it is obvious that they can bring great profits, but at the same time, the risks for your funds are higher.

I am still very careful about trading is and I continue to invest in bitcoin, because I see a much greater benefit for myself in this. Buying bitcoin seems like a safer investment to me because I don't have the risk of losing it in a trade, and bull market I will get a profit from my investment.
Usually, altcoins depend on the price of Bitcoin, no matter what it is. That's what I noticed when I kept looking at the chart. When Bitcoin goes up, the altcoins go up too, except for USDT, BUSD, USDC because they are stable coins. If you see coins whose price does not increase even though all altcoins have increased, there is a high chance that it is a scam, but not all of them. But if there are altcoins that are going up even though the price of Bitcoin is down, for me it is strong altcoins. That's why it's good to invest on that coin because the demand is very high, how much more if the price of Bitcoin goes up, there is a very high possibility that the price of that coin will multiply.

Perhaps, it's true and I'd never use BTC trading pairs until I notice that it was not profitable compared to altcoins.
And I see that BTC is just only for long-term investment, not really cool for trading. Because in investment, we don't need to have a very volatile coin but what we need is a project that will certainly grow and increase its price in the long run, and this is how we know about Bitcoin. But in trading, we need to consider how volatile it was and seems to see that Bitcoin doesn't have that kind of behavior now.

Trading is also included in investment. Even then in my opinion what you trying to explain that case I think tradimg  will be better in todays times. Because here you don't have to face various kinds of issues whether if you doing investment you must have to do . So in this case if you wanna do trading will be a plus point for you. But it should be also in mind that trading have high volatilities so it is highly risky investment so without any good knowledge it should be also a wise decision to starting trading.
Investing and trading both have risks. some people who are willing to take bigger risks and have skills will choose to trade. whereas those who feel more secure for long-term investments will not do anything with their assets according to the investment plan they are doing.
I do both, separating investment assets and trading assets. but I am more satisfied with the results of the investment. don't know why, maybe because I'm not very good at trading yet.

Skilled people will choose trading since they can control the money they can spend out on the coins they want to trade. Also they can work with the market movement to gain or if bad luck came they can recover this by some of their tactics made. I also do both but I am more into trading since this is I think can generate real profit and we can minimize the risk if we just follow the current market trend, compare on solely investing on platform without doing anything where chances that the owner of the site will run and stole our money without leaving us any cents.

I always prefer investment over trading, but that is personally about me and nothing about other things. I know that it is going to change a lot when the time comes but we should not be shocked at trading becoming a lot better, and there are some people who can trade and make a lot more money for sure.

However, consider this, if I buy at 40k, and it goes to 60k and drops to 20k and goes back to 40k, I broke even right? Yet when trading, I may buy at 60k and sell at 20k and make a huge loss, or buy at 20k and sell at 60k and triple my money that way. This means that the same market could have so many different results for so many different people and I fear that it would be a long time before I could be the good one, so I stick with the investment.

This is an interesting take since I agree that investing is still much safer way of getting profit in the long term. In trading, you do really have bigger risks all the time since the market is really volatile and the prices are sometimes unpredictable that we are caught off guard with a lot of losses. But, this has more opportunity to earn more profit as well if you are knowledgeable enough and experienced enough to take advantage of the market regardless of its position. All in all, both has its own risk, so you just have to choose what works for you and how much risk are you willing to take.

When choosing between trading and investing, you need to understand the difference between them. Trading is the buying and selling of assets for a short time in order to profit from price differences. Investing, on the other hand, is focused on a longer period and is aimed at capital growth.
Trading can be profitable if you have experience and knowledge in the financial markets, as well as the right strategy. However, it also comes with a high level of risk, as asset prices can change quickly, which can lead to large losses. Trading requires a quick response to market changes, so it may not be suitable for those who do not have enough experience and knowledge.
Investing, on the other hand, is geared towards long-term capital growth and is less subject to short-term price fluctuations in the market. However, this also does not guarantee high returns and is associated with the risk of capital loss.

I have reason deep to understand cryptos to a point but nothing seem to make different, in this last week, I have done a lot of reading to accumulates more ideas, gained radical knowledge of the market. Often time I met saying I'm into trading I don't do investment, on the other some I'm into investment, trading is on a very high risk demands. I ask this questions severally what's your reason why you chose trading to be better off than investment? What's the major risk involved, the challenges expected of you? Traders always wants to said when am trading I have time to watching over what am doing, I practically watch over the market either against my risk or for risk taken.
Trading can be much expected in price, you can earn enough if the market favour you, you chose when to close your open trades.

Over to you investors, they will said trading is rigorous and difficult to navigates through, trading incurs too much losses that's why I prefer to fix my money as investment watch it grow with due time, and if the market falls I can decided to take my money but the good thing is that I don't have to stress myself.

In my opinion, the best choice is investing with elements of medium-term trading.

You periodically buy Bitcoin for investment purposes.  At the same time, when the price rises very much, you sell part of your Bitcoins, and when the price of the first cryptocurrency drops critically, you buy Bitcoins.

This strategy, in my opinion, allows you to maximize your profits.

In this case, everyone has a different view. many people consider trading and investing to be the best way to make money to date. However, both methods have their advantages and disadvantages. So, everyone will choose a different path regarding this, but not a few people will choose both.
IMO, trading has the potential for faster profits than investing, but the risk is greater. and vice versa, that investment has a low risk, but has a slower profit potential than trading. at this level, people's opinions will differ, because everyone has their own risk limit.
Personally, I prefer investing, I think it is saving in a better way. however, I also still continue to trade even though I am not as focused as I am investing.

It can be said that both have advantages and disadvantages, and the choice will depend on the capabilities of each person. But do you agree with me that the people who get rich in this market are mainly investors instead of traders? Bitcoin billionaires are primarily early adopters and long-term holders, I haven't heard of anyone who became a millionaire by trading bitcoin. Therefore, I would also prefer long-term investing over day trading. The only downside in investing is that we need to hold it for a long time to get a profit, unlike trading, the profit comes daily.
If you havent heard of then you didnt really just know that there are ones who do make themselves millionaire on being a trader but of course this doesnt only limit out on Bitcoin but also in other coins as well. They
might not be able to get it in one go but they would really be doing it on accumulation of their profits which it could really be that possible but just as said it would really be just basing on people capacity or capability on doing things because if you wont really be making such risks or move, then you wont really be having that kind of chance on hitting up the status.

When it comes in choice about investment or trading then it would be entirely depending on you.Just like said that not all people would really be having the skills on making up trading but eventually
you could really learn on that and start on making some move but if you arent that really that confident, then you could always be having that kind of choice on which
one you would be taking on.

They are both essential but investment gives more confident and reduces tension from you being the investor maybe you can only panic whenever you noticed your investment isn't going the way you planning it, whereas trading is more time consuming and it requires you to read and study lots of things and  also being active to monitor your market is another stress join than just investing once and looking at the maturity period.
Don't quote me wrongly because same principle in trading is also applicable to investment but it doesn't consumed your time but if you must keep yourself busy then involving yourself with the both is more better.

Trading requires a higher level of dedication than other jobs do, so traders shouldn't invest in a coin without first researching it. This is because some altcoins are only available for a brief period of time, allowing their owners to profit from them. This doesn't necessarily mean that the projects are scams; rather, it just means that they are short-lived projects. However, if you discover that the project concept will endure for a number of years, you can invest in that coin.

I will prefer to trade because it is one thing send blood through my veins. And this isn't  because
there is no risk attached but in trading teaches me more about myself, and I get to experiment with different things.
This does not necessary mean that I wont invest or I don't wish to invest. I just enjoying trading and have to trade a bit more to understand the market and also
have some more money before investing in bitcoin.

We as people always have a tendency, whether it is to speculate in the market or invest, whatever the inclination, I would advise going and reading books and studying everything you can, because this is learned, the more information you have, the better , but in my personal opinion it is always good to know and do both, putting more effort into what the person who is inclined to speculate on the market or investment likes the most, but I see both activities as very good and that should be learned .

Investing had always been my first choice. It's too simple. You buy and then you stash it. If the value increase, you only have two options, sell it or keep it and wait for another value increase if you think there's still room for improvement.
Trading is an exhaustive method of making money and technical analysis should not be something to underestimate. It requires a lot of knowledge about the history of what you are trading which means you will dig deep into the behavior of your selected coin. Then, there is the stressful environment of unknown fluctuations and it could go bad if you are not fast enough to save your investment. There's more to it, different strategies, time frames on where it's most active, and other stuff. It's chaos.
So the obvious choice for those who don't have enough time to do all that is buy and hodl.

If you want to be actively trading the market day in and day out, then go for day trading or swing trading. Make it as a career not just a hobby. Being profitable in the market takes a lot of commitment more than you imagined.

If you have a longer time horizon and you want to leverage it the fact that you are young. You don't want to miss the opportunity to make money out of the market. You may still get involved by doing investing.

Regardless of what you chose between the two, you still need to educate and equip yourself with necessary knowledge before taking the risk of getting in the market. All things come with a cost. The are no shortcuts.

That easy. Both take responsibility since it involves your hard-earned money. Find what works for you by experience and time will tell you what you should continue and what to put off. Don't stress out too much.

And take note, it's not all about money. It's about the life you want to live. Chose one that fits you. Not what other people told you.
