Where are you good at! Trading or investment? Bursts our brain with your expertise
Trading and investing are two different things. If you have enough knowledge about the market then surely you can get success from here. But if I had to choose between investing and trading, I would definitely choose trading. Profits can be earned very easily and quickly from trading. But you must spend a lot of time on the trading platform. Long term investment is better for those who do not have enough time to spend. 70% of my earned profit is invested for long term and 30% in trading. But I have seen that trading can make profits very quickly. I still have losses in long term investments because my investments were made from higher markets.
I would say trading is hard and a boring pursuit since you have to discipline yourself and build your skills and strategies for a longer time. In short, you have to make a long preparation before you can be successful in trading, but I would say it’s more profitable and the profits are more massive than pure investing. However, investing is less risky but it also requires a lot of patience and understanding on the coins you invest, otherwise you may end up wasting your time and money into shitcoins. But if you can be good at both, I believe you can be more profitable and more productive in the long run.

It depends on you what you really want to do if you have enough money to invest and have enough ideas about investing then investing is fine for you but if you don't have money to invest and if you are not used to taking risk  In that case you can choose trading as your part time profession.  Never think that trading is only about making money trading has the potential to make a profit as well as the possibility of losing money. Regardless of whether you choose to trade or invest, you must accept the associated risks.

I think the last part is very much important for anyone investing in cryptocurrency i.e. understanding the associated risk. There is no way you will only earn profit in crypto trading. As a trader one must be ready to accept loss. I would say if you are going to invest in crypto trading then best strategy is to invest for long term. The short term trading (day trading) may give you occasional profits but in the long run you will be in loss. Understand the consequences of both short and long term investment in crypto also.

There's flinching nuance that makes the difference between trading and investment, and this nuance is only but a function of time. Mainly when you hear someone telling you he's trading, what comes to mind is that it's just something of a matter of few minutes, hours or at most few days stuff, but unlike investment, immediately you hear the word the first thing that comes to mind is long-term plan. So there's a difference in time set between the two but still they both demand strategy, analysis and experience all for profit making. For anyone to choose to trading or investment, it all depends on what their prospect seems like.

I am in between investing and trading. I am not a committed trader but a committed investor. Investing is easy, trading is not. Investing makes you a lot of money in the short run, investing doesn't. It is long term. In trading, you learn a lot of skills investing you don't. One is very high risk when compared to the other. During the days I take short breaks from trading, I do more of investing through finding more ways to add more bitcoins other than DCA.

Both are risky but trading is more risky. With trading you can lose all your Bitcoin if not careful but with investment it is the worth of your coin that will lose value if the season is bearish. But to be honest both are profitable but the higher the risk the more the profit so i prefer trading a million times over investment. Just that i ensure i trade within my means and keep my profit margin very much realistic.

I think that trading is like the first stage of investing. It is quite difficult to invest without knowledge of the market, this aspect is also worth considering. But if you have knowledge of the market, you are already much more likely to succeed. At least that's what I would recommend doing.
That's a valid point, having knowledge of the market is crucial for both trading and investing in cryptocurrencies. Trading can be a good way to gain experience and knowledge of the market before investing in the long term. By actively trading and monitoring the market, traders can develop a better understanding of the market trends and make informed investment decisions.

However, it's important to note that trading involves higher risk and can be more stressful than investing, especially for beginners. Investors can choose to invest for the long term and benefit from the potential growth of the cryptocurrency market over time.

In summary, both trading and investing in cryptocurrencies require knowledge of the market, and the choice between the two depends on individual preferences, risk tolerance, and investment goals. Traders can use trading as a way to gain experience and knowledge of the market, while investors can choose to invest for the long term and benefit from the potential growth of the cryptocurrency market over time.

Trading is a high-risk endeavor that necessitates extensive knowledge of market charts and other analysis in order to be successful; however, investing is a risk-free endeavor in which you do not need to panic when the market falls because you invested in a project you believe in, and thus you will meet your target before selling your coin.

As a crypto connoisseur for quite a stretch, I can assert that the trading vs. investing face-off is a persistent puzzle. Each route's got its own charm and challenges, and choosing sides is all about your aims and risk tolerance.

I'm Team Trading – it's electrifying, potentially more lucrative, and lets me tango with the market. But hold up – trading's a high-risk dance, demanding dedication, grit, and serious chops to slay it.

Now, investing is the long-haul route to dinero town, possibly less flashy but way steadier and market hands-off. Some peeps prefer that life, especially if they're all about long-game stability over quick wins.

Ultimately, the decision's anchored in your personal preferences and principles. Gauge your objectives and risk hunger, and when stumped, hit up the crypto-savvy elite. Suit up and make that monumental move!

Trading crypto can definitely be lucrative if you know what you're doing, and it's true that you can earn a lot if the market is in your favor. But, I also feel like it requires a lot more time and effort to constantly watch the market and make decisions based on its fluctuations. Sure, there might be some risks involved, but I feel like it's more of a long-term strategy that doesn't require as much attention as trading does.

In other hand, the worst experience would probably be the volatility and the risks involved in investing in it. It can be stressful at times, especially when the market isn't doing well.

Some people might be really good at short trading and enjoy the challenge. While others might prefer the more passive approach of investing. There's no right or wrong answer here – it's all about finding what works best for you and your own unique situation.

Trading, in my opinion, is a type of investment because you are still purchasing assets. When we think of investing in cryptocurrency, we usually envision purchasing digital assets and holding them for an extended period of time. They are similar to trading in that you are still purchasing or selling an asset. The only difference I notice is that when you trade, you don't have it for long; others hold it for minutes, days, or even weeks. Both contain dangers, but the risks are bigger while trading because your stop loss is short, but there is usually none when investing. Trading with leverage increases the risk even further.

Both have the purpose of making a profit, so each is good, and the choice is up to each person's preferences and abilities. If you enjoy trading and feel it is more suitable for you, there is no reason why you should choose to hold for the long term and vice versa.

As for me, I tried trading and realized I wasn't very good, so I chose to invest for the long term to better suit my situation. In terms of success, I find that most of the people I know who become rich are holders, there are very few successful traders I know.

   -    Having knowledge of trading can be said to be an advantage of the individual trader, and sometimes it also leads to an opportunity to make a profit here in cryptocurrency as well. That's why most beginners who enter crypto trading are always reminded that there is enough knowledge first and for this to happen it is necessary to study or learn a lot.

Also, experience is also a big help to the individual trader here in the crypto space so that we can learn quickly and not just in theory.

Over to you investors, they will said trading is rigorous and difficult to navigates through, trading incurs too much losses that's why I prefer to fix my money as investment watch it grow with due time, and if the market falls I can decided to take my money but the good thing is that I don't have to stress myself.
This will also depend on how you are taking the risk, the understanding, the ability, and also the experiences.
But if you are new to this, I will not exactly suggest you to trade moreover daily trades. This is exactly high risk with high tension daily, should involve wise and smart strategy and emotion controls, day trades are more complex to do. But for profesional day traders, this activity is also very worthy and promising. However for newbies or someone who are lack of some thongs in trades, it is not recommended. It is better for investment, especially long term investment, at least cycle of investing during bearish to bullish era. I personally am one of those who prefer to do investment than trading activities so far

We don't need to have knowledge of the market before we consider investing. Trading and investing is a two different thing we need to understand. There are many traders in the market that are not even investors. What they do is just to trader what ever coin they want to trade after analysing the market. They enter the market and choose there pairs to trader against each other.

Investing is mostly about doing some research about the coin or project you want to invest in and getting ready to buy and keep them till when their prices appreciate making it due for selling. We do this continually everytime we want to investing any coin of our choice.

To be honest both trading and investment is good, depending on the one you are interested in, some people prefer trading, why some people prefer investment and some people are into both investments and trading. I personally prefer investment but I also trade sometimes. I prefer holding bitcoin because I don’t want to be among people that will regret why they didn’t accumulate bitcoin when the price was still low, but holding a coin is not really a easy task, you have to be dedicated and you should be able to control yourself. I also trade so that I will be making little money to sustain myself.
Trading is not always for everybody,it's for people who have decided to take any result that comes out, whether good or bad. They say one man's food is another man's poison. Everybody is entitled to their choice. Some people lack that patient to wait for a long period of time, while some person like it when they wait for a long while.I think as a cryptopreneur,it is good to do the both so you can get experience about it.Most person only prefer holding because it is not too risky, while some person's will always choose trading over holding because it is fast.I prefer holding anyways because I won't like to lose my money for any day trading.

Trading is the dedication based job,you need to be more dedicated as compared to other job.Traders should not trade on the coin without any investigation on that coin.Because some of the altcoin come to the market for the short run and the project owner fly with some profit. It doesn’t mean it’s scam projects, the exact meaning will be short running projects. So if you found the project concept will survive for some years, then you can inverse your money to that coin.

Bitcoin had helped me a lot in many though situations. When I need money in some emergency situations,I will use to sell some bitcoin for some dollar. Then I will note that amount of bitcoin, when my money problems short out.I will by same amount of bitcoin to my wallet again.

I have reason deep to understand cryptos to a point but nothing seem to make different, in this last week, I have done a lot of reading to accumulates more ideas, gained radical knowledge of the market. Often time I met saying I'm into trading I don't do investment, on the other some I'm into investment, trading is on a very high risk demands. I ask this questions severally what's your reason why you chose trading to be better off than investment? What's the major risk involved, the challenges expected of you? Traders always wants to said when am trading I have time to watching over what am doing, I practically watch over the market either against my risk or for risk taken.
Trading can be much expected in price, you can earn enough if the market favour you, you chose when to close your open trades.

Over to you investors, they will said trading is rigorous and difficult to navigates through, trading incurs too much losses that's why I prefer to fix my money as investment watch it grow with due time, and if the market falls I can decided to take my money but the good thing is that I don't have to stress myself.

Both has it's advantage and disadvantage, and it depend on individual preferences. There could be some traders who just like that, wanted to gamble everyday, sitting and staring on their home screen for long  and analyzing the data and make a trade and obviously wanted that adrenaline of making a money online like everyday.

As compare to those investors, and I think majority of us fall in this category. We don't want to complicate things on our end, so we just buy and DCA for the rest of the years and accumulate, and just watch our portfolio grow overtime. So there's not one size fits all formula for us, really on to us, whether we are risk averse or not.

Investing can also be trading, depends on the timeline we’re talking about.
What you should be more focus to is to increase your knowledge about the market, and know if you can do trading or you prefer more to become a passive investors. I prefer more long term investing, but I can do trade as well though recently the market seems not in favor to my decisions and that’s why I stop trading for now.
Although you're right there, people perceive investment as just purely hodling and not really trading anything especially with Bitcoin. It's usually synonymous to long-term investment while trading is like either quick investment or short-term investment specifically like doing day trading where you treat your coins as your 9-5 job inside an exchange you're currently holding your coin.

I do also prefer long-term investment like you although I do not trade anymore since it is not really for me and having to stare at the monitor and charts for almost 8 hours with breaks would drive me insane.

I prefer holding bitcoin because I don’t want to be among people that will regret why they didn’t accumulate bitcoin when the price was still low, but holding a coin is not really a easy task, you have to be dedicated and you should be able to control yourself. I also trade so that I will be making little money to sustain myself.
People commonly have the misconception that they want to trade as they wanted to earn profits daily, but ya know reality sucks and it doesn't work that way, lol. I also prefer holding just like I previously mentioned to my reply here.
