Yes, trading in the cryptocurrency market is not as simple as it was at the time when everything was growing. Indeed, the most difficult thing is not to sell everything at a meager price. BUT and it may not save, some altcoins may disappear altogether from the market
As you explained, the benefits of trading in addition to earning profits are to train patients and trading experience. Besides that, for me personally, there are several other important points that need to be underlined. As well as learning to make the right decisions at the right time, carefully, strong instincts, and also intelligence in reading the crypto market.
Once you begin trading automatically without you knowing, the attribute of patience gets imbibed in you. Without patience in trading, your emotions can betray you. So emotions are set aside for success in trading.
I also learned a lesson, do not predict the trend, but follow the trend! Now it is obvious that BTC is in a big correction, so why not short it, instead of trying to catch the bottom? 
It seems now that we have many expert in trading because of the recent price action. I just want to tell people that most people lost money trading and is not for any jack, in the bear market we have so many bad testimony of people losing money so don't be carried away with this bull run.
yes and of course doing what we think is worth trading, because we will set the strategy or determine the right time to throw away, but it is true that patience is important in the trade industry, if you cannot regulate emotions, of course you will often to lose.

trading as thought me many things , i learnt trading by my self through reading books and researching about topics i have learnt a lot , and through trading my patience is also good now , overall i should say trading as made my life better
Everything in this world it is trading so it is nothing new to the humanity but crypto trading looks new to the people so we need to to learn about the the price chart analysis and something like that. We can learn that trading just by doing it on our own as well since the only intention is to make profit.
Trading is indeed mind-draining because this is one of the things that makes losses often occur. the most important thing is always to focus on your coins, make sure that you throw in accordance with the opportunities you see, control your emotions, and also be patient in trading.

Yep when you Try to join Trading on market exchange , patient is something that you need to learn after basic knowledge about trading. Sometimes someone too greedy when they doing trading, getting little profit for them isn't enough. many mistake come from that, lost your profit is the one of them

As I became more mature with trading I learned to have patience in times of difficulties. Sometimes I wanted to give up but my holdings gave me inspirations to pursue my goals as a holder. Those learning methods mentioned didn't apply to me as well, because I learned trading in actual market situation and not by self study.
I think patience is inborn. You either have it or you don't. If you are not patient enough, then you can't be a cryptocurrency trader. Even people who are modestly patient still get humbled by the movement in crypto markets.
It depends on your ability and knowledge on how to execute trading. Because trading was associated with risk of losing money if you have no knowledge on how to do it right. It was very stressful, technical and unpredictable there's no guarantee in Trading actually thats why trade at your own risk. Patience is not enough its better to teach yourself on how to do it right before you join in a live Trading activities to minimized the risk of losing your money.
Experience can only be gotten through patience. That is, when one is keen on learning something, mistakes will happen, discouragement might set in etc but once the person remains steadfast and patient while learning he will break new frontiers at the same time accumulating loads and loads of experience which were taught through those mistakes etc. Same can be likened to crypto trading, we need patience in order to get experience.
Experience is gained from every action we take in the market. The greater the experience we have, the greater the level of our patience, because at that time we really know the market conditions and wait until they reach the entry point.
But only a few people have a level of patience in trading, on average they are always in the wave of greed. But greedy is also the level of learning, when we can get past that level of greed then at that time we can control our emotions and patience.
For me the market is in a period of strong fluctuations, I bought with the assets I have for investment. The rest I believe will increase dramatically in the next few months, and now I keep focusing on my daily work

Trading is also risk-related, so you succeed as a trader, you have to have an open mind about trading, and you can't do fundamental analysis like you do for forex, because the opportunities are so low that we know when there will be big purchases or sales. However, trading can be very useful if you trade one day and focus on long-term investments too.
when you think the market has reached its lowest point and you can do simple technical analysis and find support or resistance - this will not give you a perfect picture but you can still find the mindset of traders in the past with this tool and speculate.
Balance and make a good plan before making a decision, it's about how patience will play a big role in this market, always doing research on market movements with every coin you will drive, buying at the lowest point and selling when you see good opportunities, always calm when analyzing your assets. and one is not greedy. if you see an opportunity, just throw it away!

Trading is all about patience and right approach to market conditions as well, in fact it teaches us to obey what the trend is, but its not perfect, it may reverse from time to time, that is why patience is really an important thing in trading an asset, my experienced was very crazy i did not employ the right strategy, that is why i loss sometimes.
I tried altcoin trading several times and learned lots of things.
But the main problem is there is no fundemental reasons for altcoin pump and patterns.
So i swithed to FX tarding.
I learned trading on the hardes battle so its now really more easy to make money on FX market.

Trading does teach patience and train us mentally when our altcoin has decreased. And there we decide whether to hold or sell it. Of course if we sell we will suffer losses. And this is where patience will be created because we can know when it's time to hold back and when it's time to sell.
of course, a true trader must need extra patience especially when the price in the market has decreased significantly. keep learning from mistakes and fix them is one to achieve success.
