Hello there! In fact, TrustDice does not take withdrawal fees, what you pay is the blockchain fee, which depends on the Bitcoin network. Normally, when BTC price goes up, the transaction fee goes up too because more people want to make transactions. You can check the details here.

How do you explain that?

Here is the fee that was deducted from me on withdrawal: 0.00001271 BTC

Here is the screenshot of the cashout transaction. Here you can clearly see that my cashout was sent with: 0.00000304 BTC

You state that you are not taking any withdrawal fee and I only need to pay the blockchain fee. The blockchain fee of my wihdrawal is 0.00000304 BTC.

0.00001271 - 0.00000304 = 0.00000967 BTC

So where is my money? Who has stolen 0.00000967 BTC from me?

I want to ask a question to Daniel, the CEO of TrustDice. Here is an email he has sent me recently:

You state that TrustDice is not taking any extra fee for the withdrawal.

Here is a screenshot of my withdrawal request:

As you can see a fee of 0.00001271 BTC was deducted.

Here is a transaction with my payment:

I can see that it was sent with a four times smaller fee, 0.00000304 BTC. It looks like your statement is a lie.

Same story with your live chat. As per your email, the answering time should be under 2 minutes.

Here you can see that the live chat agent has started to type the answer only after 12 minutes:

Shame on you Daniel. You need to double check the facts before making those promises and false advertising your casino.

We are sorry about your previous experience using our Live Chat services, but as you can see, this does not reflect our standards at all.

I was reading the blog and found some really good articles in general and there was one with a review of the game Cash or Crash and I was shocked to see a slot having 99.59% RTP because I haven't seen a game with that kind of RTP and even originals have 1% house edge normally which I believe constitutes to around 99% RTP and a third-party slot is paying even higher than dice and crash, wow!

Some slots usually have lower RTP because their bonuses are larger, and vice versa.

Going to try the slot tonight when I log in and make a deposit. I would also request you to consider adding USDT on Tron blockchain because it is pretty costly to deposit via the Trc-20 blockchain.

Referral commissions, faucets. The latter is possible for all compared to the former.

Yeah, you got it! A good way to make some money is to join our Referral Program, which offers up to 60% in Revenue Share: https://trustdice.win/affiliate. In regards to TXT, it can be very profitable, we recommend players to hold it since we pay daily dividends based on the amount they locked.
In regards to the affiliate program, I have some questions Smiley.

The affiliate program reads as follows "Your Commission = (Bets - Wins - Bonuses - Admin fee - Fraudulent activity costs) x (Your commission percentage)"

I am sorry and forgive me for asking but what exactly is the "Fraudulent activity costs" because I am an affiliate at other casinos as well and never heard of such a term. In fact, most casinos won't even count the bonus they provide.

That said, I am still interested because no current casino offers 60% referral commissions to affiliates.

Fraudulet Activity Costs mean that if the user manipulates the system, his/her winnings may be voided. Therefore, the commission may also be voided. You should join us as an Affiliate Grin Indeed, 60% in Revenue Share is very high and fairly uncommon among online casinos.

Certain services and games may not be available in a few regions, so we allow VPN when this happens. It does not go against our rules. And thank you for the leaderboard suggestion 👏 What a great idea!
A little strange to be honest because if a game is not available in a region, then the player shouldn't be able to play the game. Allowing the use of VPN allows a non-player to play the game but anyways it's good news for the players.

I too like the idea of leaderboard by Lims.

When I was making some small bets sheepishly, I saw pkeane4osu11 making some ballsy bets and winning insane amounts so if he is on the forum by any chance and reading this, congrats Smiley.

With regard to the withdrawal process, we have 24/7 operators to take care of this department, and so most of the time we have instant approvals. Its fees depend exclusively on the blockchain
I really like the fact that withdrawal fees is dependent on blockchain activity and trend of current fees. Some crypto casinos are charging a fixed amount for each withdrawal which is really harsh on the small players.

Playing, depositing and withdrawing typically doesn't require KYC, but in rare cases, as part of our Terms and Conditions, "3.9 We have the right to carry out “KYC” (Know Your Customer) verification procedures [...] if we determine that you have supplied false or misleading information".
Does this happen when a player wins big or when there is a doubt about the legitimacy and legality of the funds deposited? If the latter is the real reason, I don't see any problem but I hope just because someone wins big, they won't be forced into a KYC.

Players regularly cash out big wins at TrustDice, as we do not require KYC for withdrawals, unless there is a suspicion of fraud or other illegal activity in relation to that account.

I see you are claiming that the site is generating huge revenue for players as they are cashing out big amounts.
It would be awesome if you guys can create a leaderboard or daily high rollers so that normal players would also see how much a big player has made today.
Also regarding the KYC, Is using VPN and playing on the site allowed?
Does it violate any rules or any terms and services?
Waiting for an answer OP.

Hi, TrustDice and Coinbox1, I have a small query regarding the sportsbook

There is no option to bet on the esports events like League of Legends, Valorant, Dota2 and Counter Strike. Are there any plans on adding these options soon?

And why is the coverage of the live event so limited? In simple words, any plans n expanding the sportsbook in near future? I like the promotion for free-bet for new players but the options to bet are quite limited right now.

Thanks for your message. Actually, we added Dota 2 and League of Legends to the platform; more eSports events are in our roadmap 🚀🚀 Regarding the live events coverage, it depends a lot on our sports provider, but we are working on adding new events soon!

I had questions, does is had system KYC? Does your withdrawal is instantly or manually? how about fee of withdrawal? does deposit have fee?

The color used in the background was one of the worst things I've ever seen.
This color makes the eye harassment. Especially at night.
Hope to change Cool
Maybe try lowering your brightness or maybe try using the reading mode of your phone if you're using one. That can solve your problem, I don't think their colors are that offensive based on what I see when I visited their website.
Yes, actually I don't have a specific problem with the coloring pattern either. No doubt, it could have been better than what's currently on offer but every player has a different coloring scheme they want.

One thing I wish could change was the captcha to be removed every time I want to visit trustdice. I understand the need for a captcha when logging in but really there shouldn't be a captcha required to be filled every time you want to just visit trustdice. and hCaptcha is one of the worst/difficult ones right now so many times I just get frustrated and close the trustdice tab. I like the casino hence trying to offer my advice. You don't criticize something you don't care about Smiley.

Thanks for the feedback, we do take these discussions seriously in order to improve the way users interact with our features. The brightness hint is actually very good, and the current captchas provide extra security against attacks, but I will make sure our tech team knows it's becoming a thing on players' overall experience.
