It is clear that the rule of the bonus is "no deposit required", you are not losing anything so how can you say it is a cheating?

Yes, you are right, it cannot be called cheating. But I think this will be only waste of time. I wouldn't even say that if the bonus two dollars could be withdrawn without any terms. And I don't think it will be possible to withdraw the money by fulfilling the given terms. If anyone has done so please tell.
