Get $2100 deposit bonuses & 60 FS
Darn, too late. All claims reached Grin

I also tried that yesterday and said the limit had been reached.  I also tried the casino with a small amount of deposit.  I had my fun and even forgot to post here and there lol.  I like your list of slots on the wagering Bonus tab since we can bet at a minimum and enjoy the game for a long time.  I had my share of good multipliers, sadly I forgot to get a screenshot.  Among these lists on the Wagering Bonus tab, I enjoyed playing Wild Spin by Platipus the most.  Though I got a little confused on the interface, would someone tell me where I can find the tab to cancel Deposit Bonus?  It is said that it is on the deposit tab but I can't find it there.

Don't worry, you can monitor every update they do on Twitter. Because if I see them, they will try to actively promote there in the future. I took part pretty quickly despite losing at the end. Frankly, it looks like they are targeting a wider Twitter user. A promotion method that is indeed effective for now, as other casinos have done and now trustdice is starting it.

Twitteris full of bots and abuser. The promotion post has a very low impression and only receive 3 comments which means people just claim the bonus and just move on. I really hate participating on twitter giveaway because it's so hard to win if the mechanics is in terms of raffle due to many participants while the cash drop like the recent event is always swarm by multiple account user to claim the code which leave us an empty code with just a few minutes.

Monitoring the twitter giveaway is just a waste of time. Just set a notification bu clicking the bell sign so that you can get a message whenever they have new promotion.

Guys there is a promo from Trustdice on Twitter.

Trustdice provides promo code "BITCOINTALKFORUM" possible for bitcointalk users, whoever claims it while it's still available.

Please refer to their Twitter to follow it so you don't miss the promo.

https://twitter.com/Trust_Dice/status/1538216511134908417

edit: I just realized it now Grin

How much do you get from the promo code and is there any term for the promo code such as wagering requirement or other thing? Usually promo code is worth few bucks only and it is good to attract new users to try the game. Will be there more attractive offers from trustdice? Perhaps by having slot competition like what is done by some other casinos in this forum?
Not a lot, just a few cents, maybe a lot of people have claimed it so that the promo code is less that I get, and it seems like there are no other requirements, we just enter the code given by trustdice.
I see there isn't any competition on trustdice regarding slot competitions on the forum or on their website, but trustdice will give daily, weekly giveaways regularly on their twitter as stated here. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/trustdicewin-daily-weekly-giveaways-5402777

Unfortunately, but neither on Twitter nor under the shortcuts of the links to the Trustdice website, I have not been able to find any details about the promotion for Bitcointalk users. It says it's a BTC bonus, but it's a bit hard for me to believe. Either thats are just free spins or the wagering will be quite high.

Me, too
Tried the games available on trustdice even though the amount was small but we were able to play, all of them were very entertaining and happened to take advantage of the promo bonus from their Twitter. Maybe if the slots are still open, forum members can still try using the code they posted. Just 1 hour ago I got it. Hopefully, it's still open to forum members.

Thanks trustdice for the code.

Hello Slow death,

Thank you for your question. No. Most people who win and withdraw don’t need to go through KYC at all.

Only accounts with certain severe anomalies are required to do so, and this is an extremely small percentage of all withdrawals. ‘jimdemeray’ happens to be one of those anomaly-showing accounts.

We understand the privacy needs of most crypto folks therefore we try our best to minimize KYC requests.  At TrustDice, most withdrawals(99.4%), whether winning or losing, are approved instantly. Exceptions are accounts with certain anomalies that automatically trigger a manual inspection and then a KYC request.

TRUSTDICE DOES NOT PAY WINNERS

Hello everyone,

This is TrustDice team.

On your site, will all people who win a game, at the time of withdrawal, be forced to go through KYC?

why does @jimdemeray need to KYC to withdraw what he won?

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to update you guys on the "jimdemeray" case. It now comes to light that this user has been conducting duplicate accounts, which is supported by overwhelming evidence that we uncovered in our further investigation.

Signs of possible duplicate accounts were in fact what triggered a KYC check in the first place. And more anomalies were found when our KYC service provider reviewed the documents. We were therefore suggested to consider the documents fraudulent. And now, with a further, deeper investigation, we have finally pieced together the whole picture of this abuse attempt.

In light of his abusive behavior, we have taken the action to confiscate the whole remaining balance of the account, in accordance with our T&C 3.2:
You are allowed to have only one Member Account. Only one Account for each household, IP, PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Also any returns, deposits, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting our support team via the Live Chat. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member account being blocked for access.

Considering the sensitive nature of all KYC-related issues, we won't be able to post the overwhelming evidence here in public. We however have submitted the evidence to the mediation service, and the "jimdemeray" has yet to comment on our findings.

Hope this helps to clarify the situation, and please contact us if you have any further questions.

Best,
TrustDice Team

Also, not a single thing I have posted is defamatory, each and every word is honest and true.
Oh, and it’s not “good faith” to offer to refund a user’s deposit rather than confiscating their entire balance when they won money on your site legitimately. It just makes you slightly less scummy than the absolute scam sites.

Unfortunately I was there for a while, only betting sports, and had done pretty well. I don’t believe TrustDice is a complete scam but they are definitely doing me, and others, very dirty.

Thank you for sending us your username and email address. After investigating, we discovered an abusive pattern involving players from the same country as the OP who engaged in the same behaviors (making first deposit and instantly playing specific game provider and/or game). Almost a thousand players imitated those same actions until we detected the suspicious activity and took actions to prevent this to happen again. We will share below evidence from internal gameplay records so that everyone can understand what was going on.
It is usually like this.

Scam accusation opens, then investigation and public result is shown (with hidden parts for personal information, the company is responsible to do it). What do we usually see?

Patter of betting and cheating. Probably it is connected with IP addresses as well. Digging more, gambling sites often found some more suspicious things from deposits, documents, etc.

It is good to remember that gambling sites have very powerful mechanism to detect and fight against cheating. You can not cheat them and get easy money from them.

I appreciate the public information from TrustDice team to close this case.

TRUSTDICE DOES NOT PAY WINNERS

Hello everyone,

This is TrustDice team.

let's put aside the question of whether his documents are true or not. what caught my attention and with a lot of concern is that @jimdemeray says he bet and won, but when it was time to withdraw their winnings, he was forced to KYC. I ask:

On your site, will all people who win a game, at the time of withdrawal, be forced to go through KYC?

why does @jimdemeray need to KYC to withdraw what he won?

My advice would be to check out the reviews on Trustpilot, AskGamblers, and what is on here and do your best to make an educated decision based on that. I wish I had done that before getting involved, personally. It may be different if you are playing casino games or hit and running the sportsbook. Unfortunately I was there for a while, only betting sports, and had done pretty well. I don’t believe TrustDice is a complete scam but they are definitely doing me, and others, very dirty.

Most of the time, free bonuses hunters are just too excited and too greedy to get the bonuses without reading all the terms. They expected to much from free bonuses but once they try to claim it, they are disappointed because what they get is not like what they expected. After that, they scream that they are getting scammed or getting fooled by the casino because they are disappointed. I'm not really surprised with a complaint like this, I have seen/read it many times in this forum.
Exactly my thoughts and I have witnessed it happen in this forum. The excitement of some free dollars or Sats get them excited to not read the T&C of the company or of the related bonuses. They jump in and get disappointed in the end. This not only happen for bonuses, but real players who voilets the rules of some casinos, when caught the claim theh have been scammed. It is important to always read rules and pay less attention to bait bonuses.

if I have hatred or have a rival business against trustdice then I can also create a newbie account and make false accusations. it's a wise move when trustdice admin keeps posting the problem happening here. btw, I'm glad trustdice is holding an event for new users, I'll try to register Grin

My thoughts exactly. It's funny how there's no accounts with history gettin "robbed" by them. Only newbs sharing stories. Naturally it makes everyone think it's a fud campaign from some rival casino. There's not enough evidence for believable case yet. I got my money out so i don't have any problems with them.
Not really that surprising and this is something very common or already rampant where everytime we do see something new then expect that there would be newbie accounts do pop out and do make out

complaints on regarding whether withdrawal issue or something that do correlates about fairness problem which is something not really that new i must say but the community arent really that dumb on not

to notice everything and just simply ignore with these baseless accusations yet these things cant really be proven out or doesnt really have strong evidence.

i have win 2mbtc from bonus but trustdice Confiscation

Hello there  Smiley  Could you please send me a private message with your username and email address so that we can look into what happened to your funds (2mbtc = 58 USD)?

Thank you for sending us your username and email address. According to our T&C, 10.6 and 13.1, respectively: "The Operator reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found", and "If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or we have a reasonable ground to suspect that you have breached them, we reserve the right to not open, to suspend, or to close your Member Account, or withhold payment of your winnings, and in extreme cases, your deposits, and apply such funds to any damages due by you".

I think trust dice have done relatively well with maintaining their presence on this forum and also trying to do some form of promotion, if the casino continues like this there will build a good reputation within the forum soon. It

One thing you should know about scams and so on. When the trustdice team offers a refund it doesn't mean they are a scam, you must be careful because it will backfire for yourself, if they are a scam then there is no offer whatsoever.

So all the reasons are so obvious that the casino says that the data provided shows its authenticity is doubtful. Also based on the articles and laws of the casino rules, they must comply with all of them without exception.

In accordance with our T&C 4.6 and 13.1, we closed the user's account, and have offered a full refund of his deposit, out of good faith, instead of confiscating the entire balance. The user has so far rejected the proposal.

To be clear, I did not call TD a scam site. But I’m not going to pretend that they should be celebrated for offering to refund my deposit instead of paying me what I won sports betting on their site. I am a real person, I used genuine documents, I was very familiar with their TOS going in, I bet on legitimate markets, and I didn’t take a bonus on their site.
