After all these transfers, Galatasaray would be the most followed team in the league from now on. I'm impressed by Icardi transfer the most. I think that they have finally made the right move for the centre-forward position in the lineup. From now on, I think that Gomis would be his replacement and it is too difficult for Seferovic to have a chance in the league matches.

I wonder if Seferovic was this much bad because of not having a big competition for the shirt. Now he will need to compete against Icardi and Gomis both. Galatasaray fans would like to see it reflecting on his performance positively of course. But to be honest I don't think he will be improving his effort too much still. Yusuf Demir is only 19 years old by the way. He can have a really bright future here if he shows his skills well. But then it wouldn't be easy for Galatasaray to keep him in the team as big European teams would be after him.

I was very happy that Juan Mata was transferred. Older players experience physical problems. All with exceptions usually lose their athletic qualities. But football players with high technical features like Juan Mata do not lose anything from their technical features even when they get old. He can always assist his friend in the best position. He doesn't need to play at high tempo. I think he has a level above the Turkish League. If he does not experience compatibility problems, he can give a positive momentum to Galatasaray's game.

It is necessary to open a parenthesis to Okan Buruk. Club management made great transfers to him. He has a great opportunity. If this team does not win the championship, his career will be in danger. He is wearing a shirt made of fire.

I do not doubt Mata, I mean if he fails to play decently then we have other players for that region. Icardi is the one that I am most worried about because if he doesn't play well, then we will go back to Gomis and Seferovic which would be not so nice. Seferovic came in as a player who already proved himself as a good player, so its a bit shocking to see him not adapt to how Galatasaray plays, not like he was a bad player. Now we got Icardi, if he doesn't play amazingly neither, then maybe the trouble is how we utilize strikers? In the end, galatasaray built a team thats good both now, but also have future good young stars at the same time.

Galatasaray are doing a really great job recently with the transfers. It is like they waited for the last moments of the transfer window to put on a show. 

I only doubt the Mata transfer. Because he hasn't played properly for Manchester United since the 20/21 season. He has been free agent for a few months as well. Even if he just wants to retire here I don't think he would be very useful for Galatasaray but let's see. Galatasaray need to focus on only sensible transfers at this point.



Icardi transfer is the most intriguing one among all of those players. Galatasaray needed to find a strong striker after Seferovic seemed to be horrible in a few matches. Icardi is not only strong but also can be considered as young. Gomis is very old in the end. This is a loan transfer but I don't doubt PSG that they would be okay to extend his loan contract if Galatasaray are satisfied with his performance. Yusuf Demir and Rashica are also very good transfers. Yusuf Demir has a good talent and potential. Rashica is a skilled right winger who can score really amazing goals.

It is always typical with Turkish football community and league. Many people accuse referees and federation fixing matches although I think its typical Turkish (and Mediterranean) hotheadedness. People passionately follow football. I don't agree that all referees are sell out or anything like that but sometimes referee can kill all fun in a match with so many mistakes. Thankfully we have VAR (video thing) now so positions are getting watched again.

We did something insane today, we made so many transfers that its going to be the news for a long long time. First of all, we got a few young players like Ross and Yusuf Demir, these are not world changing transfers but they are very young and a good move for the future or maybe they are not, this isn't the news. We also got Rashica and Juan Mata, these are not huge neither, Mata used to be a huge name but I am pretty sure he got in here for just retirement and nothing more. HOWEVER, we ended up getting Icardi and that alone is such a huge name, I mean if we just stay like this and only add Icardi without any other "new" ones today, that alone is something insane, I can't believe we got him. This dude could have 20 goals a year if he plays without injury or anything all season.

This year, off-field events and referees are more talked about than football in the super league. Classic Turkish League. It's as if the players and the stands are preparing for a fight not a football match. The fact that people in Turkey are going through difficult economic times also affects the football audience. The nervousness in the stands is high. A small mistake can cause a crisis. Matches with low viewing pleasure become more unwatchable.

Agreed now things are clearly coming out about strengthen and weakness of all teams, but there is no doubt Konyaspor which have 11 points from 5 games and not goal concede in these all games mean their defense is best at top rank, and they can achieve much better place with this strength even attack is also doing good job after first two goalless matches they are having a goal in every game with Basaksehir is relatively had better attack but in next ten days they are going to have best challenges as now 8th September Hearts then 12th September Besiktas on road and 16th September at home they are going to host Fiorentina hopefully they will manage these all positively and this season could be impressive for them.

They didn't play a good game in this match but if we refer to the match stats I have to say that they deserved their win against Gaziantep this time. They really dominate the game with 58% possession, besides that, they are also very dominant and have the desire to score a lot of goals. It is evident from the experimental shots they did and the number of shots on goal they created. Like Manchester United, I'm sure they will have better performances gradually. The league has just started, the points gap between Galatasaray and the leaders of the Turkish Super League is also not that far away. Maybe we'll see a more competitive league here.

Beşiktaş is probably still best performing team in league as they lead now. I really like to watch Beşiktaş matches compared to Galatasaray. Galatasaray is just best dream team of low score betting guy.

Galatasaray really had a very lucky match as they managed to win it 2-1 by having a quite big difficulty.

Gomis' goal was really funny. Gaziantep defense tried to prevent the ball from going to Gomis but it just came back from the head of one of the players and Gomis found an absolute goal chance suddenly.    Galatasaray had so many goal chances after bringing the score to 1-1. Oliveira had a really good performance by the way. He was so close to scoring a goal in two chances he found. Gaziantep must be grateful for the performance of their goalkeeper too despite losing the match. He made really great saves. He even saved Gomis' penalty too but Galatasaray's winning goal still came in a really unexpected way. There was another mistake of Gaziantep defense and it resulted in an own goal. Such a lucky ending for Galatasaray but they wouldn't be this lucky every time of course.

Galatasaray was lucky again today, in my opinion, they did not play a football that would make it win. Abdülkerim Bardakçı objected in the first half, he was out of the game with a second yellow card and then a red card. Galatasaray, entered the second half with 10 players, won a penalty in the game, but they could not evaluate it. In 90+1, the ball hit Kitsiou in the last shot by Seferovich, and Gaziantep goal was scored. In 90+3, Seferovic scored a goal, but he was offside, I think a good striker could easily take himself offside.

I can understand how one would surprise that as a weak team as Ankaragücü would make Beşiktaş almost lose but you have to consider the history between the two teams sometimes. This may have been the most important game of Ankaragücü's season for the Ankara team. Beşiktaş and Ankaragücü have a huge strife between them(actually mostly Ankara fans care more) and every season Ankara fans go crazy about the Beşiktaş game. That was a huge motivation for Ankaragücü. Almost always they play their best game of the season against Beşiktaş every season.

But more importantly, Beşiktaş's offense line is getting too strong, we could see that in this game. And even their best player last season, Ghezzal, was injured and haven't played for couple of weeks. Especially after Alli came, Beşiktaş's offense got very strong and even the substitute players are quite good. The problem is with the defense, goalkeeper and the coach's tactics. Last 20 minutes, Beşiktaş tried to defense like crazy but it usually doesn't work in the Turkish League. The big teams are playing against the small teams that for them, the meaning of the season is almost the games against the big three. The big three should definitely try to score more and get a relaxed win after at least 2 goal difference. That is just the way it is. Seriously, if one of the big three gets too defensive, I almost always bet against the opponent. We have seen this many times.

Galatasaray managed to draw, but one of Galatasaray's players received a red card and playing with 10 players and knowing that Galatasaray doesn't come from admirable results and is playing against an opponent that in the last games has had a good performance I dare say that in this game Galatasaray will lose or draw, but I doubt they will be able to win this game, I had even thought about betting on Galatasaray but after analyzing it more deeply I canceled my bet


now the game is 1 - 1 and with Galatasaray playing with only 10 players, I think Gaziantep can score a goal and win this game

The first half is not over yet and Galatasaray is 1 goal behind Gazisehir through Sagal's goal in the 27th minute. I am not very optimistic that Galatasaray will be able to score goals because Gazisehir's defense is quite good and Galatasaray's attack is not optimal. maybe until the match ends the score of 1-0 like now will continue.

I don't think Galatasaray is a good forward line. We are talking about a Galatasaray that can only score two goals in a couple of weeks. Only Gomis scored those goals. Seferovic just walks on the field and looks very clumsy. Gaziantep has scored nine goals in the league so far, but I think Galatasaray will defend well. Under 2.5 makes sense as a guess for this match. Galatasaray weren't much in scoring goals until now.

Galatasaray have a very good offensive line. But we can't produce a score at the desired level. Since the technical team and club managers are aware of this problem, they are working hard to transfer Mauro Icardi. Actually, we have quality players like Dries Mertens, Haris Seferovic, Bafétimbi Gomis. But this season we have only scored 2 goals. Gomis scored two goals in the matches where he started as a substitute and entered the game later. Without Bafétimbi Gomis we could have made a worse start this season.

Gaziantepspor have a remarkable performance this season. They collected 10 points in 4 games. And so far they have never been beaten. They clearly defeated Antalyaspor last week. They can gain a successful identity with their new coach Erol Bulut this season.

I hope Galatasaray win this match. Because we need to win a few games in a row and get a good streak. But I find it risky to bet on Galatasaray win. Instead, I'll place a bet that both teams can score.

Befetimbi Gomis was chosen by Okan Buruk because from their recent matches, Gomis has always been the difference between the results, as in the matches against Umraniyespor and Antalyaspor. Although Galatasaray have had a pretty bad start to the season, hopefully they can slowly recover their form as before. In the line-up we also see Dries Mertens there, hopefully Mertens and Gomis can play well to get the third 3 points for Galatasaray.

Regarding Odds, it seems that the chances of winning from Galatasaray are reduced, it can be seen from the Odds we get if we choose 1 is @1.64 at this time. Even so, Galatsaray remains the seed in this match.

Galatasaray - Gaziantep is the closing game of the week which is going to start in an hour.

The lineups have been announced and I see that Okan Buruk has finally stopped being stubborn about preferring Seferovic instead of Gomis. It was obvious much before that Seferovic was no use in the attacking line. He has wasted so many goal opportunities until now. Gomis benefited from his chances in a really great way. I don't mean that Gomis is enough for the team of course but he is at least a good interim striker in the starting eleven until the Icardi deal is finished officially. This is one of the toughest games for Galatasaray considering that Gaziantep started better than them. On the other hand, Galatasaray have been dominant against Gaziantep with the results they got recently.

I think that this time Galatasaray win can be a good choice by a 1.57 odd.

Galatasaray will win this tonight's game against their opponent side Gaziantep , although Gaziantep is in good form and equally ahead of Galatasaray in their league table but from their past records head to head games, Galatasaray has been the better side. I do think that the score line is gonna be 2-1 in favour of Galatasaray, if the home side Galatasaray could use the advantage of playing in their ground to play this game. But however both teams drawing is a possibility and will help the home side to be in race than loosing this crucial match.
