I wouldn't actually be surprised if Kasımpaşa won against Trabzonspor away. Because Trabzonspor were already struggling too much. And Kasımpaşa were a really challenging opponent for them. They got the draw but I think the penalty given to Trabzonspor was really debatable. Sad

I guess it was one of the most interesting penalties given in the Turkish league. I'm really tired of talking about the referees in our league but it is another doubtful decision.

Besiktas - Fenerbahce

I see this game as being a very important game for both teams. I say this for the following reason: Fenerbahce needs to win to not allow Galatasaray to fall further behind in the table, while Besiktas needs to win to break the losing streak they are having. If Besiktas wins it would please their fans a lot who at the beginning of the season had high expectations, while if Fenerbahce loses it could make Fenerbahce fans lose hope of seeing Fenerbahce win the title. I saw that Besiktas has the following injured players: Gabriel Paulista, Felix Uduokhai and Necip Uysal, while Fenerbahce has the following injured players: Caglar Soyuncu, Jayden Oosterwolde and Mert Hakan Yandas. As I like Fenerbahce, I'm rooting for Fenerbahce to win this game

The decline in Trabzonspor continues. Kasımpaşa Team finished the first half ahead and almost lost the match.
They closed the first half 0-1 ahead with the goal they scored from the penalty, but they were suddenly defeated 2-1 with the 2 goals they conceded in the 79th and 81st minutes, but they lost 2-1 in the 90th and 81st minutes. The star of the team played in the minute. In the match, Nuno Da Costa made the score 2-2 and Kasımpaşa earned the 1st point. Not that I am against Galatasaray in any way, but for the sake of the Turkish league being exciting, it is good to see that Galatasaray does not win every game continuously.

Galatasary dropped points but atleast they didn't lose and they're still unbeaten this season. I still see them winning the league even though the margin Isn't that obvious from the early stages of the season. Eyüpspor were brilliant for drawing against Galatasary as it's only two teams that have gotten away with a draw from Galatasary this season. Turkish league is already getting more competitive with the presence of Jose mourinho. Fenerbahçe are now second in the league and behind Galatasary with just 3 points. The challenge for the title is going to be between Fenerbahçe and Galatasary as Jose mourinho will want to win the league to prove a point.

Because I can't imagine this game being played under the same conditions as the Sivasspor - Kasımpaşa game played recently. Sad

Mourinho spoke cautiously before the derby. The fans are in a very good mood, but it's important for Fenerbahçe that the manager is not in the same mindset. Those who don't give the derby the importance it deserves are doomed to lose.
The biggest problem for Beşiktaş is the stopper position. Felix Uduokhai's situation remains uncertain and Gabriel Paulista is out. It looks like it will be Talha and Emirhan at the back. Ever since Trabzonspor won their title they have been playing really badly and they continue in this season aswell. I think they need to invest more into their players and with some low quality players ofcourse coaches cant make good results. I agree with you i expect a lot of goals between these two teams. If Trabzonspor dosent win today they will fight to survive this season

I'm not surprised that gap difference between Turkish champions Galatasaray and second placed Fenerbahce is now down to just three points and that's because the latter is managed by Jose Mourinho who we all know have a successful record in winning titles and trophies with almost every club he's coached.
With the presence of Jose Mourinho in Fenerbahce, I expect the the Turkish Super Lig to record strong competition. Galatasaray now understands that they'll have to be at their best to win the league this season because failure to do so will likely see them lose the league title to Fenerbahce.

The current TFF president İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu says that they won't bring any foreign referee to the country as long as he is in charge. Then people are going to discuss and criticize most of the Turkish referees in the league over and over again.

I think it is not only happening in the Turkish league, but what is true is that it seems to take place more often here than elsewhere. There have been catastrophic decisions in other leagues too despite the VAR, but in Turkey it feels like this happens on a weekly basis. I don't know, but anyone thinks there is some more to this like bribery?

İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu started talking nonsense, he is not doing anything he said before the election.
The quality of referees in the league is clear, they are very bad and instead of fixing this, he just talks nonsense.
Foreign referees are a must for our league, Turkish referees cannot manage the match because they are under pressure.
I do not think İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu will add anything to this league.

Both things could be true at the same time to be fair. Mourinho talked about referees every single place he has managed so far in his history, not like this is a new thing, he did that at United in both cases, he did that with Porto, with Inter, with Real Madrid, with Spurs, with Roma, well to be fair he was 100% correct about Europa finals because that was totally unfair and bad referee on that final.

So, I am not saying officiating is not bad in Turkey, but Mourinho could be just overstating something again, I do watch the highlights of the games and I do see some questionable calls without a doubt, but at the same time I see them calling fouls way too often too, every single thing is a foul there, so maybe they are just used to getting calls, if you were to ask me, I would say instead of listening to Mourinho and calling more fouls, they should go other way around and call even less fouls, because right now every team is calling for a foul for every single touch.

So far, the referee has indeed been the beginning of the bad matches, in fact we can see how the match that started well actually had to end in a commotion just because of the controversial referees decision, to be honest, I disagree when Mourinho was punished by the Turkish league authorities after his controversial statement after the match against Trabzonspor, because indeed his words are very correct considering the current bad Turkish league system, I agree with you say, if recruitment of foreign referees and also VAR referees must be done in order to improve the quality of the Turkish league to be better.
