The draw against Eyupspor makes it even more difficult for them to remain title contenders, so far they have been 8 points behind Galatasaray, so their chances of breaking Galatasaray dominance seem to be a dream again this season, in my opinion Fenerbache inconsistency must be repaired by Mourinho, if they still want to stay at least in second place to qualify for the UCL qualifying round next season.

If Eyupspor can continue to show consistency like this especially when against big teams, of course they have a chance to be able to finish in a better position in the league at the end of the season, but even so the league journey is still very long and it will test their mentality and consistency later.
Instead of putting things in place to make Fenerbahce a competitive side, the Portuguese manager is blaming the system. What is his excuse for the club's performance in the Europa Cup? Would be still claim that the officials in the competition are also against Fenerbahce? The club have won just two games out of six in the Europa which might make them not get automatic qualification to the next phase of the competition.

Mourinho should emulate Guardiola who takes responsibility for the poor performance of Manchester City.
I agree with what you said but I also can't deny that what mourinho said is also not wrong, because the Turkish league system is bad so far, this season is mourinho first season coaching and I think he hasn't fully overcome the fenerbache problems, if we talk about the superlig title of course at this time it will be difficult for him to win the trophy at the end season especially with the inconsistencies that his team have , indeed he should now have to build a better team and that can be a weapon to silence the Turkish league system later, talking about their chances in the European league, I think they still have a great chance to qualify for the next round with the two remaining matches they have.

In the Galatasaray VS Kayserispor match and facing the bottom team in the standings, Gatasaray managed to score 5 goals against Kayserispor. Although initially I thought Kayserispor would be able to match Galatasaray's game, because in the first half after one goal was scored against Kayserispor, ten minutes later Kayserispor managed to equalize, although they had many opportunities to equalize but they were unable to maximize them properly.

As the Turkish Super Lig campaign continues to move towards the end, I think it's becoming clearer no other team in the league has all it takes to stop reigning champions Galatasaray from retaining the league title at the end of the season. Galatasaray once again was in their unstoppable mood when they faced Kayserispor yesterday. 5:1 it ended in favour of Galatasaray who's striker Victor Osimhen I think is back to his best.
I expected a more competitive league when Jose Mourinho signed for Fenerbahce but I don't think there's any team stopping Galatasaray this season. Incredible performance from them I must say

I was quite nervous in the first half of the match. But in the second half, players like Yunus Akgün, Victor Osimhen and Davinson Sanchez showed their quality and played an important role in Galatasaray's victory. Victor Osimhen and Davidson Sanchez are very experienced players. Galatasaray are very lucky to have them. Also, Yunus Akgün has improved his football style a lot this season. He is in his prime. If he continues to perform like this, he will make a good transfer to the Europa Leagues at the end of the season.

Now there is 8 points difference. I am sure we will finish this season earlier.
I was quite nervous too honestly, victor Osimehn scored very early from the penalty spot and it didn’t take long for the home team to equalize. The first 10-20 seems very shaky for galatasary, they were trying to get the rhythm of their play together but the home team was pushing very hard especially after they got the equalizer. Just like you said some few experienced players in this squad is what is helping galatasary this season. The coming of victor osimehn is a huge boost for them, the charge for every ball, he wins Arial Duel, he press the defense relentlessly and above all he score goals. It a pity he his here on loan and I know for sure he won’t be here next season for more bigger teams in Europe are keeping tabs on him.

Sanchez have been a boost also at that defense since his arrival he has shown class countless time and he has shown that he is reliable, and give galatasary balance at that defense, maybe a good central that can be paired with him should be considered after the end of the season. With 8points clear now I think for sure the title race is over but this is football and anything is still possible.
It was a commanding victory for Galatasaray as they won convincing away from home as they beat 1:5 against keyserispor to extend their lead in the Turkish super league this season,  Galatasaray is in pool position to win the league as there is no strong challenge from the rest of the teams in the league.

What is he supposed to say? Is he suppose to blame the players and put the risk of them turning against him? That's what Erik Ten Hag did and was sacked just a shortwhile later. Should he blame the management?

The ones that are paying him 10+ million a year? That would be silly of course, so what's left, is he going to go out and say he is a bad manager himself and he is the reason why they are doing badly and risk the rest of his career? His ego alone wouldn't let him see something like that. So there is only one thing left, which is the system, one way or another, referees, or whatever else in power, must be keeping them down. This way, when you say it's the system, then you are protecting the fans, the players, yourself and management all at once.

I'll be very surprised if Jose Mourinho blames himself for the clubs recent poor form, I've known him to be full of himself and always looking for who to blame when things ain't going well, it's either he blames the officiating system, the management for not being fully supportive in the transfer window even though they're or lack of quality players but the worst thing he'll do is single out some particular players to blame for the teams poor performance, he could lose total control of the dressing room if he does that and it would be better he takes all the blame during interviews and address the teams poor form off the media instead of coming to the media to backlash any player, we've witness something like that happen in other clubs across Europe and coaches that does that ends up being sacked, on a normal the coach as the head and Manger of a club is the first target to be blamed when things ain't going well on the pitch therefore instead of passing the blame and making things worst it's better to act professional, take all the blame and move on, work on getting better results and prove them wrong.

There are two matches in the Super League today. Hatayspor will play against Adana Demirspor and Başakşehir will play against Kasımpaşa. I see Başakşehir - Kasımpaşa match as a better match. Both matches will start at the same time. I will focus on the Başakşehir - Kasımpaşa match. Başakşehir were eliminated from the UEFA Conference League after a 1-1 draw with Cercle Brugge. Then they lost to Fenerbahçe in the league. They have not had a good performance in the last weeks. On the other hand, Kasımpaşa collected 5 points in their last 3 matches. They beat Eyüpspor in their last league match. Kasımpaşa have a better performance in the last weeks. But Başakşehir have a better squad. I think we can say that both teams are equal in strength. I like to bet on both teams to score in matches like this. Both teams are close on points. Both teams are Istanbul teams. Both teams like to play an open game. I think both teams will score in this match.

What happened between Volkan Demirel and Şenol Güneş in the Trabzonspor Bodrum match yesterday will be talked about more than the match itself.

Nobody even talked about the match or the game.

Volkan Demirel: He was very upset with the statements made by Şenol Güneş after the earthquake in Hatay and he showed this with his reaction yesterday.
In his post-match statements, Şenol Güneş's statements were even worse. "I will go and extend my hand even if the opponent is a dog"
were even worse.
In Turkey, these statements are talked about for 2-3 weeks and then forgotten.
Şenol Güneş was able to make such a sentence because Volkan was a student of the national team. He would never have made such a sentence if he had Mustafa Denizli or Fatih Terim on the other side.

You don't have to be happy with everyone. Şenol Güneş's statements in the past were very wrong and Volkan Demirel reacted to that. There were many writers in the media who wrote that Volkan was wrong, but no one would expect sincerity after such a statement. In my opinion, Volkan showed a right attitude and did not shake hands with Şenol Güneş. Anyway, Şenol Güneş's statements after the match proved this. If you make statements that do not deserve respect, you have to bear the consequences. I don't see anything to exaggerate in this news. Volkan did the right thing in his own way.

Galatasaray if you ask made one of the smartest moves during the summer transfer window by signing Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen on loan. Today in the Galatasaray's convincing win at Kayserispor, Osimhen scored yet another brace to take his total goal tally of the season to 12 goals in 15 matches for the Turkish champions. If Victor Osimhen continues to stay fit,  I don't think there's anything that'll stop Galatasaray from retaining the league title this season.
Definitely a great deal in my books. I was shocked when the news about Galatasaray signing him on loan broke out — I know they have strikers like Icardi and Batshuayi but Victor Osimhen was definitely a great deal for them.

Galatasaray will definitely win the title because the only contender is Fenerbahce and Fenerbahce have been mediocre this season albeit a few promising results.
Bringing Osimhen in Turkey and now having good chance of winning another title is surely the biggest achievements for them with after 16 rounds we have no defeat for them, and they are clearly leading league table by 8 points mean things are well under control for next half of season while we have 20 matches remaining and Galatasaray can go through without losing anything even they are having injuries issue but now with the services of Osimhen they are not worried about anything.

Fenerbahçe fails to bring improvement despite having José Mourinho and Besiktas is also going down which is giving open room to leaders Galatasaray for staying at top and enjoying wins huge margin like they have in last game against relegation zone team Kayserispor with score of 1–5.

Galatasaray inflicted a heavy defeat on their opponent. Galatasaray scored 5 goals against Kayserispor to increase their point difference with Fenerbahçe to 8. Galatasaray is ahead both psychologically and in points.
With a difference of 8 points from Fenerbahçe, they are in a very strong position to win the title again this season as well as solidify their position as the superlig rulers so far, the victory has also provided a strong boost and motivation for them to continue to win, I think with a difference of 8 points it seems that it will be difficult for Fenerbache to prevent them from trophies, so that it is better for Galatasaray to focus on the Europa League is indeed little difficult for them at the moment.

Quote
In the last match of the day, Trabzonspor hosted Bodrumspor at home. Trabzonspor couldn't win in the last games despite scoring a lot of goals. Today they won against Bodrum with a beautiful goal.

Trabzonspor victory over Bodrumspor is expected to restore their current consistency which is down compared to the beginning of the season, Trabzonspor journey at the beginning of this season is actually quite good but somehow they can be down like they are now, I actually hope they can get back on a positive path and can provide strong resistance in the superlig like last season.

Quite good teamwork was shown in this match. The final score was extraordinary and this is a pretty good result that Galatasaray got at the end of 2024. They closed the end of the year well, before the beginning of the year they will face Goztepe, a promoted team that has performed quite well this season. This is a surprise, because usually teams that have just been promoted to the top division are only targeted by big teams and only stay at the bottom of the standings, but not for Goztepe.

And back to talking about Galatasaray. The current points difference is very far, Galatasaray can rest for a moment at the top of the standings, because their closest competitor is Fenerbahce, Jose Mourinho's team has not been able to perform consistently in every match, they were only able to draw and even when in a match that they should have won.

in my opinion Fenerbache inconsistency must be repaired by Mourinho, if they still want to stay at least in second place to qualify for the UCL qualifying round next season.

In my opinion, Fenerbahce's problem no longer has anything to do with Mourinho. I say this because in recent years Fenerbahce has had good coaches. First came Jorge Jesus, who managed to win titles with every team he coached. But it's strange that he couldn't win the Turkish League with Fenerbahce and the team also couldn't have the style of play that Jesus likes. This makes me think that coaches ask for certain players but the board says they can't because they don't have the money.

Galatasaray did not forgive Kayserispor, who were at the bottom of the league, Galatasaray scored 5 goals and gained three more points. However, Kayserispor had many goal attempts, they did not just focus on defense and wait for Galatasaray to make a mistake, they attacked bravely and even achieved a draw, but then Galatasaray started scoring goals and Kayserispor was losing.

Osimhem and Barış Alper Yılmaz scored two goals each, and one goal came from Yunus Akgün. Galatasaray is maintaining its top position well, and we need to increase our points in the European league a little bit.
Galatasaray destroyed Kayserispor at home, if you look at the comparison of the strength difference between the two teams then the result can be said to be reasonable, Kayserispor is indeed far behind in the standings, but I am quite impressed that they can still put up a fight even though they cannot produce commensurate results, now we see at the top of the standings Galatasaray leading very comfortably their position has not been disturbed at all since the beginning of the season, Fenerbahce, Besiktas can't do much, is it time to say the super lig trophy belongs to Galatasaray because I don't see Fenerbahce who is closest to them being able to compete competitively in the future.

It was a comfortable win for Galatasaray. It was an important win before halftime.
With this win, the point difference between them and Fenerbahçe became 8.
Kayserispor played effectively but when their opponent was Galatasaray, they couldn't do anything.

I think Galatasaray wants to finish the league until the European matches and wants to focus on Europe.

Antonio Conte made a big mistake by letting Victor Osimhen leave Napoli and I think he acknowledged it in an interview. He replaced Victor with Lukaku and we can see the difference. The Belgian has managed to score six goals in sixteen matches, which is far below the Nigerian. From what we have seen today, Galastataray is unstoppable. They should just keep improving in the defence, they don't have problems in the attack. I really liked Victor's second goal, it showed that he is improving technically. He missed the first touch but corrected it by looping the ball instead of his normal direct shot.
