Fenerbahçe need to speed up player transfers to be ready for next season. Having increased their transfer budget for Mourinho, Fenerbahçe may be waiting to buy the players JM wants. Fenerbahçe’s infrastructure is in good shape and Mourinho has thanked Ismail Kartal for that. If JM is looking for real success, he must buy a good centre-forward. JM has started training with Fenerbahçe and so far he is instructing the players to play hard. Also, from what I have seen in the training sessions, JM is trying to unlock the potential of the players in order to get the best out of the squad he has and special one is the best person to implement this.
Speeding up could result with missing players that are still in the euros, or players who are waiting to be at the end of it. This season is a different one, world cups and euros usually have that impact, and you wait a bit more. We are barely into July yet, meaning that we are going to end up with at least 2 more months worth of time for them to build a team, it is going to be fine.

I think they should focus on players that they can actually get, and look into the players that they have right now as well. Rushing into decisions could only make them worse. This works for every team, we are not going to see most teams make quick decisions if they have no idea yet, and there is no reason to eb sure about players already.

Beşiktaş made its first good transfer. As far as I know Rafa Silva is a good player but I think the money they paid for this player is too high, how will they pay that much money? Also, we are still at the beginning of the transfer season and Beşiktaş will make more transfers, I don't understand how they will find the money or pay for these transfers.

Indeed is a huge amount of money to be spent on one player, well I wouldn't question the club management because sometimes before a club will made up of there mind to buy such player with that amount they no that some good will actually come out, however the player in question being Rafa Silva is a very good talented player that has a very good records from all the clubs he has played for, I remembered when he was playing for Braga his performance was very amazing.

But although Beşiktaş team management would have actually consider his age before thinking about spending such amount of money because currently Rafa Silva is 31 years old and it may not be long before his performance will start reducing, which is why is always good when a club go for the younger players that are very experienced so that he will have enough energy to impact positively on the club during his time of stay, so actually I no that Beşiktaş is trying to strengthen there club against next season but they need to have some consideration during the selection.

These are quite strong and expensive names though. I mean if they get someone like Scott Mctominay and Wan Bisakka, those two alone would be close to 50 million, even if they somehow haggle and make it lower, how much lower could it be? Maybe 40 million if they are lucky but that's about it, I do not think that it would be anything lower, would have been something wrong with them or their connection with United if they are any cheaper.

In the end, I think some cheaper ones makes sense, it would help them, but not these two, they are quite a lot. Just getting Wan Bissaka would be more than enough for their team, they are already the champions and didn't have a right back, if they get him and just roll the dice again, while getting rid of some bad contracts they didn't use, they should be very well.

There are so many names being rumoured with Galatasaray lately. Some of them are below.

There are even many more names who aren't mentioned here. Batshuayi is already signing for them though. Wan-Bissaka is another name who is close to joining them. Truthfully, it would be a wonderful right-back transfer for Galatasaray. He is still a young and skillful player.  Smiley  They can use him like an offensive back especially.

McTominay rumour is also pretty interesting. If they finish this transfer too Galatasaray midfield would level up surely. He can be useful in various positions of the midfield.

I think the best name on the list is Sofyan Amrabat. He had a great performance at the World Cup. He had a good performance in the second half of the season at Manchester United. But in general he was below expectations at Manchester United. But we have to remember that Manchester United performed badly as a team last season. It is not easy to perform well in that team. I think Sofyan Amrabat is the most suitable player for Galatasaray. Also, he is the brother of former Galatasaray player Nordin Amrabat. I think we have some factors that will facilitate his transfer to Galatasaray.

Galatasaray needs to spend good money for the midfield. Galatasaray needs to get stronger. If the Mc Tominey transfer happens, Galatasaray's midfield will really go up one level, and it needs to do so because the intensity of the competition will increase this season. Because even though Galatasaray won the championship last season, it would not be right to say that they had a midfield that could make very good plays.

Beşiktaş has extended Salih Uçan's contract. I think this is purely a step to keep the Turkish rotation intact. They wouldn't have renewed Salih's contract if there were no foreign limit. It's possible to find much better alternatives abroad, but because of the foreign limit, mid-quality Turkish players become valuable. Beşiktaş's midfield should contribute much more goals, Salih's numbers are low. In my opinion he can only be a good substitute. A 2+1 year contract has been signed, let's wish him well.

I read somewhere like Rafa Silva is going to earn 6 million euros a year. It is a 3-year contract seemingly. I'm still very surprised honestly. Because Beşiktaş was really lucky to sign a quite successful player like him. Interestingly, Benfica didn't want to extend his contract. I mean despite his huge performance last season.  Huh

I can't say he is too old either - 31 years old. I think Beşiktaş really robbed them by not paying any transfer fee. I must admit I'm quite jealous of them.  Tongue

Even this is good and big news for the Besiktas as they are now having top quality player from the Portugal which can solve their problems but as I read about salary this is really huge and this can bring too many problems for them in future because Turkey Super League is surely having no depth like we have in other top European Leagues for the salary like this with in total the contract is worth €28m.

Hopefully we will have some more changes in coming weeks as we will have end of the Euro 2024 then many more players will be heading for the new clubs and many clubs will also try to bring fresh legs for their clubs which will keep them at the best for next season.

Last night the transfer of the year took place. Beşiktaş dropped the bombshell and brought in Rafa Silva. I still can't understand how Benfica didn't renew his contract. How can you let such a superstar go? It was a great transfer for Beşiktaş. This is a transfer that will change the balance in the Turkish league. Moreover, getting such a superstar without paying a transfer fee is a very big deal. Rafa Silva will continue his goals and assists in Türkiye. A very important step has been taken towards the championship. A very good squad is being built.

Losing a player like him for free is definitely not ideal for any club. they could just renew his contract and then sell him for a better price. At least sell him for anything. Something is better than nothing. And Besiktas advantage of that situation. Well, I guess it is not taking advantage of anyone, it is actually being a little clever. I still do not understand why they did not decide to renew the contract. They could have sold him for a lot of money. he has actually delivered 14 goals and 12 assists this season and that’s really big. Unless he had some problems with the club, I don’t see why they would not renew his contract.  On the first look, it definitely looks like a stupid decision. But talking about it is not going to change the fact that he has left the club for free.

I agree, of course, it might be wise to offer Rafa Silva a new contract and sell him for money, but if Rafa Silva had accepted this contract, perhaps he should have forgotten about transferring to another team because Beşiktaş would not have paid high prices as a transfer fee. Besiktas will have a hard time paying the 18 million Euro cost for a 2-year contract anyway, and if there was a transfer fee, I think they would turn to alternatives. A great player for the Super League, he did a good job Beşiktaş

Compared to Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe, we can say that they have not made very good transfers. But their spending limits are half the size of Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe. Therefore, they have to use their budget efficiently. Ozan Tufan, Anthony Nwakaeme and Denis Mihai Dragus, who played for Gaziantep FC on loan last season, are good players who have played in the Turkish league before. We know what they can give to Trabzonspor. John Lundstram and Croatian left-back Borna Barisic can also overcome the adaptation process successfully. Because these two players were signed at the beginning of the season, not on the last day of the transfer window.
I feel like just because they did manage to get some players, doesn't mean that they are going to be great, looking at the value of the clubs at transfermarkt (and that's all I know about the teams so far to be fair) I can say that the gap is insane, and even with these new transfers, they should not be able to catch up. Doesn't mean that it will be once again Fenerbahce and Galatasaray going for a record breaking points, it could be much worse, but I still think that those two teams will be better than everyone else, maybe less gap, but still ahead.

It's just finances, with bigger budget, it means that they are going to end up with a bigger and better squad. Lets see what big news players those two teams will sign this summer.

Fenerbahçe is going to have such a big budget to spend on transfers this summer and I'm curiously waiting for their moves. There are so many players being rumoured.

For example Lukaku has also been among those. He is an experienced scorer however not very consistent these days. I'm asking to Fenerbahçe fans here, would you like to have him in your squad now?  Huh  He has been in Euros so far as well but I can't say he is impressive. He still tends to waste 100% goal chances. He is doing good in the Serie A though but we never know what he can do in the Turkish league. He didn't even play that well in the Premier League.  Tongue

Lukaku is a brilliant player with so much energy but the only problem he has is scoring because he always misses his chances of scoring but however irrespective of his inability to be consistent in scoring but we cannot totally dispute the fact that he is a good player, however he is currently playing very well on Roma, so perhaps I believe he will become an assets on Fenerbahçe because sometimes leagues is one of the thing that enhances the performance of a player because we no that among all the leagues Turkish league is one of the easy league compare to the ones Lukaku has played on, so I believe that his coming to Fenerbahçe will add to the advantage Fenerbahçe has on other teams, so with the look of things if Fenerbahçe get Lukaku and few more players they will become unstoppable and possibly Galatasaray may not longer have a chance against them unless they also work on themselves.

In this season that will start, Fenerbahce will have a new coach, although last season they were very close to winning the league, yet the coach was replaced. Mourinho is already Fenerbahce's new coach and has already started work, when I saw this photo of him during training

I immediately thought: "he will have a very difficult task this season", the fans, the management and the press have high expectations that he will be able to win the league, and also after a long time without him winning titles, this is a good chance for him to raise his name again, if he manages to win the league, if he also achieves good results in European competitions, I believe that the big clubs would start chasing him again. So this is a great opportunity for Mourinho to save his career in order to return to coaching big European teams, but if he fails, he doesn't manage to achieve anything in two seasons, then his name will be forgotten by the big teams

The media were assembled pitchside to watch 'The Special One' in action and were shocked by his actions.

As per Sercan Hamzaoğlu, Mourinho went over to the press and greeted them one by one with a ‘very sincere and warm-hearted demeanour’.

source:https://www.sportbible.com/football/football-news/jose-mourinho-fenerbahce-training-693366-20240624

The media will be watching Mourinho's style of play a lot, and as I said, this is a good chance for Mourinho to stand out, get more attention from the big clubs, he needs to adopt a more offensive style of play, something that allows the team can score a lot of goals and also needs to be able to have a good defense, it won't be an easy task if he doesn't get good players in attack, and so far I haven't seen any big changes in the Fenerbahce squad, maybe Mourinho doesn't see the need for big changes

With Batshuayi's departure, Fenerbahçe are considering Alvaro Morata as a striker. Even though he is still under contract at Atletico Madrid, Morata has a 12 million Euro release clause. Roma, Juventus, Dortmund and Manchester United are also interested in Morata. However, with the Mourinho factor and the 4.5 million Euro salary offer, Fenerbahçe can finish this transfer. Morata would do really well in the Turkish League. He will almost certainly be better than Batshuayi.
Fenerbahçe is again spending a lot of money on transfers, but the championship they were expecting has not come for ten years.
Former Chelsea player has actually shown quite good playing skills with the contributions he has made to Fenerbahce over the past two season and Michy Batshuayi has also become one of the mainstay strikers in the Fenerbahce squad.
If look at how he played for Fenerbahce, it is actually quite shame about his departure and Mourinho should have been able to keep one of the best players, Michy Batshuayi departure could certainly be threat and also loss for Fenerbahce considering that he will play for Galatasaray.
If Mourinho doesn't get the right players, he will difficulty able to lead Fenerbahce to win the Turkish Super League, they lack really sharp attacking players and vacancies could cause the team stability to decline.

For Alvaro Morata himself, when he was still playing with Juventus, he had begun to show how great he was in creating goals and assists, then playing with Atletico Madrid made him more experienced player and had more advanced skills.
If Fenerbahce can really get Alvaro Morata then obviously that is very good news and he could be replacement to fill the void left by the departure of Michy Batshuayi, but whether it is easy to get him, Fenerbahce will not only have to spend money but convince the player.

Yesterday, I mentioned that Trabzonspor was active in the transfer market. Today, Trabzonspor officially announced agreements with five players. In my previous message, I covered three of these footballers: English midfielder John Lundstram, Croatian left-back Borna Barisic, and Ozan Tufan. The remaining two players are Trabzonspor’s former player Anthony Nwakaeme and Denis Mihai Dragus, who played on loan at Gaziantep FK last season.

I think they are good signings in general, but Trabzonspor couldn't build a squad good enough for the championship. With this squad they can only fight for the top 4. Nwakaeme and Dragus are good signings, they have no adaptation problems, it's more or less clear what they will give. Ozan is already Turkish, there is no problem with him either. Lundstram and Barisic are coming to a new culture. Will their adaptation be fast, will they perform well in this league, these are question marks. The early completion of transfers is an advantage for Trabzonspor. I can say that the quality is average overall.
