There must be an online casino that doesn't have a community but it doesn't mean that all of them are a scam. Maybe they are not just a fan of those. They created an online casino for the sole purpose of earning a money. Nothing else.

Online casino has a community but they just don't create a forum or an extra site for these community to discuss the casino.  It is reasonable because it is just an extra expenses and needs extra man power to moderate that outside the casino community platform when they have the chat room on the site.

And, not all casinos that are rated high were automatically mean legit because ratings can also be faked out easily. The only way for us to confirm if the casino is truly legit or not it is by playing with them using some amounts which we can afford to lose easily. A legit high rated casino must have a gaming license. If we have a concern, I think it's possible to report them in their license issuer. Also I heard that a licensed casino can be reported in askgamblers.com

We don't actually need to spend money to check if the casino is legit.  We just need to look for a legit review platform that does not modify the players' feedback.  There are lots of platforms like this on the internet so gathering information if a casino is legitimate or not can be verified through this kind of platform

have experienced, many cases have happened like this, with big advertisements for the first person to get a big bonus just bullshit. I have experienced something similar and out there I have to be careful in choosing a gambling site. This is important to correct, whether the site is good or not. maybe there is a risk when we have deposited money but can't withdraw it just for some unclear reasons
Just don't believe those too good to be true ads that you see. Because at most times, they're just there to attract anyone that it can attract with the numbers that it projects. Well, most of them are successful because of the sign ups that they get but they're unreal offers and bonuses.
That's why if you want to play, just go somewhere else and even if there are no bonuses but they're a legit casino that's been operating and you have the confidence that they won't fool their customers.
the past, certainly won't repeat the same thing, but today there are still many founders doing such marketing to target newbies who lack knowledge. now I only believe in legal and trusted gambling

On the hand, there are online casinos out there that do not provide this kind of means or facility for their users, which means their users don't know or interact with each other, such a casino can easily scam a user and other users of that same casino won't know about it because there is no means or place for the scam victim(s) to alert other users of that casino to be aware of leave the casino before they fall victim too.
I tend to avoid these websites, not only because I fear they are scam casinos, but also because I suspect they are phishing websites which can attempt to steal your personal informations, accounts or put virus on your device. It's easy to spot these services: you search on google and there are only reviews websites talking about them. The informations disponible are scarce as are the reviews given by users. From the few reviews, some will say these casinos are great (probably employees of the casino posting as users), while others will say they are complete and blatant scams. When you see there is a big imbalance between reviews, without any consistent replies from the casino official support itself, stay away.
I don't think that there are any relations between gambling platforms that don't have a community like a thread here on the forum to phishing websites. Phishing websites are one way for scammers to scam people with their account and information by copying legitimate websites but differ in the website links. In short, all websites can have a phishing website and it depends on the scammer itself whether what website they'll copy.

When it comes to lack of community of some gambling platforms, they can still be trusted as there are various review sites out there that provides definite reviews whether they are trustworthy or not. Also, even if the casino won't start a community, the users or gamblers can make it on their own on various platforms such as discord and bitcointalk. For me, lack of community doesn't really decide whether the casino is good or not but it's a good to have.
There isn't a direct relation on every cases, but there are higher chances you will fall at a scam casino if you only stick to random reviews on the internet. I've already signed up in theoretically legit crypto websites and suffered phising and hacking attempts from them later. What I mean is that those sites collect your email and password, so what they do next is to try logging in your another accounts in exchanges, emails and more using those same credentials. They also send phising emails to your mailbox from the most diverses themes and subjects.

The problem with random reviews is that you don't know the history of those people, for how long they have been active on this niche, if they are legit gamblers or members of the casino itself or even haters from a rival company. With the forum it's more guaranteed, because you know the reviews here are legit are are posted in real time. There is more activity and as soon something shady happens at a crypto casino promoted on the forum, it's going to be immediately posted here. It's a more efficient platform for checking legitimacy of casinos, I mean.

Before one gets to choose a casino, I think they may have heard a testimony(s) or seen their name pop up severally on search engines during research on a choice online casino to stick with.
For this to happen, it means, there is an efficient system to ensure customer feedback either by having an active customer care service or a community/forum where interaction concerning such a casino site is open and most importantly, active.  In a case where one doesn't seem to observe this kind of system in place when trying to make the choice of joining a reputable online casino, it is better to look for one that does have the right active system in place, so as to avoid negative stories which might result from having no voice or platform to air complains or grievance.
Majority of us would be definitely be searching up with some relevant information or any feedbacks on a certain site that we are tending to make a deposit but mind bogglingly that there are still people
who do really end up on getting scammed just because they have dealt up on a site which is new and ends up on being a scam, and on the time that happens then this is where they do learn their
lesson that they should have at least put up some effort on making up some research before making any deposit which they should have done it earlier. So that they do able to save up their
asses on getting scammed but well this is where some people do make learnings which it does really come with a cost.

Online Casinos Without Online Presence/Community

From my observations, I think online casinos without online presence or community of users are likely to scam any user and get away with it easily, and it doesn't matter if they have a high trust rating, this is because when they refuse to process your withdrawal and the customer support is not responding or not helping, the user in reality have no place to complain that will force the casino to pay him of lose a great number of their users if not all...

Like for example, if a casino have a community on bitcointalk, and you are a user of that casino, at any time you have an issue with that casino and the customer support is not helping, bringing such issue to their community on bitcointalk will force the casino to find solution(s) immediately so that they don't lose their other customers in the case where they are the ones at fault..

But a casino without any kind of community anyway, if as a user, you encounter any problems and the customer refuse to help you, you are absolutely helpless, and complaining on forums where the casino is not even known won't help because it does not affect the casino on their business, they probably won't see your complaints, neither would their other customers do, so certainly, they won't answer and their other customers also don't know what is going on.. So it is best to avoid such casinos in my best opinion..

This is just one out of many types of online casinos to avoid, so let's make the discussion long, what other types of online casinos do you think gamblers should avoid? You never can tell, your advice might help someone in a short of long way.
I get where you are coming from but let me play the devil's advocate here. Trust rating should always be taken at face value and not be interpreted any other way. The matter with whether these ratings are manipulated or not is out of the question because if that is so then there's a good possibility that all gambling sites out there with an extensive community may as well skew the ratings to their favor. What I would highly suggest you look out for in a gambling casino is their customer service. A customer service that is subpar or non-existent is a telltale sign that something awry is afoot. Meanwhile like a post I saw here back then, if their customer service is great enough that even in forums like these they can help you once a complaint is made then that is a surefire sign you're in a fair and legit casino.
Well, in as much as I agree with you, I think you didn't get the original point of the whole discussion, me making reference to online trust rating is just as a corner stone laying foundation to the actual point I am trying to expose to the community.

Online casino without online presence simply means an online casino that have no community online where you and me and every users of that casino can interact with each other.

For example,
Stake.com have an announcement thread on bitcointalk, this ann thread also serves as a place where stake users can interact with each other.

Owl.games, Blackjack.fun, Freebitco.in all have announcements threads here on bitcointalk which also serves as a place where their users interact with each other..

I hope with the above explanation, you are able to understand the context of this topic.

A dedicated community is a representation of reputation which is being built over the years. It means you cannot have a community in your beginning days but only by showing honest practice and good support, you may able to build a strong community hence checking for active community must be a basic criteria, we must need to look up before starting a journey with a casino.

I simply follow the casinos which are active on this forum with campaigns and support topics before testing any casino. After months long testing, I do start depositing my funds to bet/play.
The addition to that is the fact that if a place has thousands of people liking it, do you really think that it would be possible if they just scammed people? It means that if they have thousands who like it and not a single proven scam, that means it's good.

It is not just about thousands of people liking a place, it is also about proven that they are not scamming. No casino in the world who scams their customers could possibly have that many people following and enjoying them, it would be impossible. That is why a big follower count matters, and even topics here matters, because in here, we get to see complaints and if there is a proof, we would know about it.

well, about this community issue, in parts you are right, when a new casino doesn't have a community it starts to selectively scam and that makes it very difficult for people to find out early to avoid using the casino, and unfortunately there are many casinos all over the internet that has no community and they pay certain sites that have added casinos to get referrals, and these sites write good things about these scam casinos, unfortunately most people don't do research on other sites to see how reliable X casino is or not , people just rush to create an account at the first casino they find

It's true that a casino with a limited online presence and no community is a red flag and should be looked at more closely before depositing any money there. It could be that the casino is very new and only launched their operations a few weeks ago. If that is the case they might be trying to build up a community and I would consider giving them a try if there are some good promotions for new customers. But if the casino has been around for some time, then I would probably stay away from it. There must be a reason why the casino has no regular gamblers and it could be a scam. For me the first step with any casino I haven't used or heard of before is check for online reviews. I want to know how many people have played at the casino and if there have been any issues before, like someone winning money there and having trouble with the withdrawal process. There are lot of different review websites online, and everybody could write his own review without giving any proof if his claims are legit or not. That is why I also like to check here on the forum and see if some of the older members with high trust ratings have played at the casino before. It makes a big difference if someone you trust gives a review for a casino, or if it's a review from a random site online.

If you see a high welcome bonus that looks unreasonably high, you shouldn't try it even if you're curious about it, especially if it's from a new casino.
But if the bonus comes from a trusted casino, we will not have any problems unless we intend to cheat to get a bigger bonus.
But usually, in giving certain bonuses, casinos apply rules where gamblers must deposit a certain amount of money to get this bonus.
And casinos that you should avoid are casinos that are not clear and don't have an ANN here because this is important so that we can communicate with casino representatives if we have a problem or have something we need to ask them.
The big bonus from the casino should be ignored even though it comes from a trusted casino because usually it also contains high rules that are even very impossible to achieve, for example the 50x wager and even the last time I saw 60x more, it is extremely difficult, especially if we play to pursue it because it will increase the pressure on our mentally. The bigger the bonus given, the greater the number of wagers that must be passed and so far I have only been able to reach 40x and that is difficult to achieve. We don't need to avoid the casino just ignore the bonus and play normally.
But some casinos don't give high rules for example, casinos allow gamblers to use a bet of $ 0.2 for each spin so if you multiply it by 50x, it won't be too big.
But it also depends on our capital because if we deposit some money that is a ration for us to use to play, we don't have to deposit another amount of money to chase bonuses.
We also must look at our financial condition and always maintain existing limits.
Or usually, casinos provide relief for gamblers to deposit a certain amount of money to get bonuses such as Free Spins.
We can also use this if we really have money that is not used for anything.

That's more likely their chance to scam people since their casino isn't exposed that much in a community or other platform that can increase their popularity. I would also do the same if I want to scam people since if a person got scammed from that site then there's not much information for them to use against them and the gamblers could only open a scam accusation. Reaching them out won't be much faster or easier since they are not active on a platform or community and that's what I also think that we should be avoiding that kind of casinos even though there's some good reviews on other review sites.
Reviews these days are not that reliable anymore because they can be fake as well like the casino itself. This is already a lesson especially for new gamblers as they should always avoid those gambling sites that have no established Ann thread or any means that will enable the customers to communicate with the operators. But if those casinos have their intention to scam, of course making an Ann thread is purposely not on their list.

At least we have some trusted reviewer in this forum such as GamblingBro and BTCGOSU. I will avoid unknown review sites out there, because most review sites out there are just focusing to gain referral for their own benefits. I do not rely on review sites when I have to choose which casino to play. I believe I'm experienced enough to choose which casinos are reliable to play by spending my time to visit and look at the casino. If there is something that I feel suspicious, I'll avoid it.

We better check if the people in their community is real because there are certain technology where they can fake those people keep bumping their thread or even continue to discuss something on their channels they can even pay people to do that. Also we should check how they perform and how many cases has been solve by them or if there are pending one because from this we can really figure out how those casino acts towards providing good service to their community. Also we can see if we need to avoid them since having numerous accusation is red flag already to us.
It won't be easy to check those people are real because we need to spend a lot of time just to check them. Maybe we need to check if many of the members on this forum are recommending the casino or if the members on this forum are suggesting avoiding the casino. It will be easier to find because each of us gives an honest rating for one casino and we have done it for a long time. And this is what allows us to find a good casino and use it so we don't have to worry about anything.

We have seen how some newbie users on this forum make a complaint on casino ANN about their problem on the casino and the problem is attended to via their admin on their ANN thread, this shows that a casino with an active thread on this forum also helps to increase the chances of getting through to the dev team if all other options failed to yield result.

most casinos will rather prefer users to use the live support on the site but the problem some time with online support is the use of bots by the casino as live chat support but bitcointalk members are human and can understand some English differently from what a hot will understand.

The online casino to avoid are those that does not have an active admin here on bitcointalk even though their have various review scores.
Right. Having an active Ann thread here in the forum could be a great factor that members will consider because it will make easier and comfortable for them to gamble if they can rely on the thread especially when they want to raise complaints and need immediate solution. However, if that online casino has none, i guess it could be a red flag from becoming a reliable casino.
Aside from the fact that players will feel more comfortable with casino with an ANN thread here in the forum, it's also allow for advert for the casino in the sense that as long as their ANN thread remain active, the casino name will be pumped up on the board and newcomers can easily notice the casino.

For me personally, I don't feel confident in any casino that does not have an ANN thread on bitcointalk even though there are running a signatures campaign it will not last.
