What a magnificent goal from De Bruyne on the 67th minites to equalise the game for his side. It was a good second half for city as they were able to put themselves back into the game,after the first half. Manchester city really tried their best in this match because all the players played 90mins with no substitute.

Real Madrid also tried in creating chances but it wasn't easy for them to score the second time,since their tactics didn't give them a win. The game is still open for both teams to have the opportunity to qualify to the finals during the second leg that will be played in Etihad stadium. That game will determine the winner, I just hope that the second leg wouldn't end up to be a penalty shoot out because both clubs are very strong. Real Madrid can win anywhere,either at home or away.

The match is almost over and the score is 1-1. To be honest I think this match is a worth final for this season's Champions League, but the sadly that one of these two teams has to go home one way or another.

Real Madrid came out defensively strong today, they rarely attacked in the first half but maybe they were better in the second half. They led 1-0, but now changed after Manchester City scored a goal so the possibility of a draw is getting bigger as a result of the first leg. It will work in Manchester City's favour, as they will be playing the second leg at home, and will probably win it in front of their home crowd.

That was a really beautiful strike that De Bruyne took that ultimately helped Manchester City equalize on the scoreline. It’s an impressive performance from both sides as the scoreline is now 1:1. The game is starting to get more interesting as we’re on the lookout to see which side would score another goal.

I never expected this game to be this way. I was sure Manchester City will enjoy a convincing win but it's clear now that I was wrong. The city has been in top form and Real has been recently inconsistent in their local leagues respectively. But it seems that coach Ancelleti is a skillful coach. He has been able to curtail the attacking power of the City and has utilized the only clear opportunity they had. Antonio Rüdiger, Carvajal, and the entire Real defense have been splendid. The transfer of players like Rudiger might have contributed to the downfall of Chelsea.

I think Real Madrid should keep up with their strong defense. If possible the coach should change formation to increase the number of defenders and rely on the speed and skill of Vinicius for counterattacks and to capitalize on any blunder by the City team. Winning this match one zero will be a big win for Real. They will go to Emirates Stadium and play for a draw.

Thibaut Courtois has been the best defensive wall for Real Madrid so far, but I really believe he will conceded in the end. Manchester City had many chances, but of course Thibaut Courtois saved the finish. The match is really getting more and more interesting and I hope Manchester City can find a solution to score goals.
