Actually, if I look at the characteristics of the game of both teams, I prefer Man City's pattern of play. They look more fluid and very entertaining. But nowadays the effectiveness of the game is much more important, in the end only winning and losing is not a matter of entertainment. Madrid should be more confident now because the first leg will be in Spain, of course there is great hope for them to win and score goals by a big margin. Because of the second leg they have to go to the Etihad and that benefits Man City a lot.
I honestly don't know who will win the first leg, even if Real Madrid have the advantage of playing at home. But either way, Manchester City travels to win in order to have a chance of reaching the final. Manchester City miserably failed in the semi-finals last season against Real Madrid, so this season I don't think they can make the same mistake unless they are damned.

It's just that I hope Manchester City this season succeeds in stopping Real Madrid's dominance of the Champions League. Real Madrid have won 3 titles in a row in the Zidane era, but I don't expect them to repeat it in the Ancelotti era.
For Real Madrid, it doesn't matter who they play. Even if this semi-final can be called revenge for Manchester City, Real Madrid also play only to win, and they are good at it. Last year's final was also a revenge game for Liverpool, but they couldn't win. I think it will be something like that now. The game starts soon and I'm sure Madrid will win at home.

Today, there is UEFA Champions League semi-final first leg. In my opinion, the favorite team is Manchester City. I feel like we will watch a very enjoyable match. Manchester City's starting XI against Real Madrid: Ederson, Walker, Stones, Dias, Akanji, Rodri, İlkay Gündoğan, De Bruyne, Bernardo, Grealish, Haaland. Real Madrid's starting XI against Manchester City : Courtois, Carvajal, Rüdiger, Alaba, Camavinga, Kroos, Modric, Valverde, Rodrygo, Vinicius, Benzema.

Thinking the same that Manchester City shouldn't make the same mistake it's just that it's still difficult for us to guess who will win in the first leg, even if we believe that Manchester City has had a good run but think again that getting past Real Madrid won't be as easy as we think to imagine.
Now that the line-up has appeared they will of course field the main squad because this is more important if you look at the opportunities that are almost the same.

Manchester City is only one step away from stopping Real Madrid, so it is certain that he will win in this UCL, but that is what is still difficult Real Madrid is a tough team when they are in the UCL, everyone talks about Real Madrid in this competition.

The line-ups for the big game is out, and it was somewhat predictable from City's point of view, Akanji plays at left back because Ake is out injured and Kyle Walker is at right back to handle the pace of Vinicius Junior, Haaland is joined in attack by Bernado Silva, i was pretty certain Pep would pick him over Mahrez, his work rate is exceptional and he gives City so much, both in attack and in defense.

Having said that, for Real Madrid, Militao is missing because of suspension, So Rudiger replaces him, it looks as if Camavinga is going to play at left back, City might find joy down his channel. Modric, Kroos and Valverde would be keen on winning the midfield battle. This game is going to be extremely interesting, i can't wait for it to start, and when it does, i'm pretty sure i'd not be able to take my eyes off it. I wish City goodluck, they deserve to be Champions of Europe, and this is the biggest step towards achieving it.

And after a few hours, the much awaited Fast League match between Real Madrid and Manchester City is going to start.  We can only consider such matches in UEFA Champions League finals but this season unfortunately Real Madrid and Manchester City are facing each other in the semi-finals.  I say unfortunate because either of these two teams Real Madrid and Manchester City will go to the final and one team will be eliminated. Real Madrid have a great chance to reach the final of the UEFA Champions League once again. Pep Guardiola wants to see Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League final anyway. And Manchester City's main target is the second league match which will be held in Manchester.

This game will be extremely difficult because both teams have excellent players, but Manchester City is in better shape than real Madrid. I don't think we shouldn't predict the result of the game because real Madrid surprised everyone by winning the Champions League, but it will be very challenging for real Madrid to defeat Manchester City because the team has players who can score goals like demons, like Haaland, Gundogan, Phil Foden, and Marez. This players are extremely dangerous this season.
Real Madrid would benefit from taking advantage of the first-chance scenario and keeping Manchester City at bay at home to prevent a comeback or even a single goal, as this would give them a stronger advantage going into the second leg of the match.

Manchester City don't only have Haaland and the striker himself is not only able to score goals but also able to make assists, key passes and contribute for the club tactics and operation. In latest matches, like in the big match with Arsenal in Premier League, Haaland was used not to score goals but to help Kevin De Bruyne have great space and opportunities to score goals for Manchester City.

Statistically, Real and Manchester City are now equal. A total of 10 games, each team won four games and two tied.
Also, Manchester City has not lost 5 games in a row, and Real Madrid 4. In general, yes the City model is probably more agile and interesting, but rather due to the youth of the players and the depth of the squad. Real have much older leaders, but they have experience and motivation. Real can snatch victory like no one else, the team has a manly character and in general probably today is played as if the final, because it is clear that the winner of today's game with a high probability will win the Champions League.

Both teams have the qualities and energy to reached the final but only will qualify for the next round. Manchester city are favorite to win today's game but I'm frightened because real Madrid always have a upper hand in Santiago bernabeu.  They're one of the toughest club in the world and I'm confiden, Madrid will win. Champions league have become their favorite trophy over the past years and there's always good chances of history to repeat itself. Zinedine Zidane won the champions league with real Madrid three times in a row, but looks at Carlo Ancelotti,  he's an excellent coach who also desire the best for the club.

bets are open for the Milan and Inter match, I find the odds of 2 for Milan a bit exaggerated, honestly I think Milan wins and not Inter who have a lot of problems to play continuously in terms of performance

for me Milan - Real Madrid the final

Actually we can discuss this match for tomorrow, but it seems interesting enough for us to review. to be honest, from the start I didn't have much expectation of Simone Inzaghi's team. but lately, Inter's performance has improved quite a bit. the question is whether in this semi-final match Inter will show their game with a slick performance, as they showed in their last 5 matches in all competitions. otherwise, these matches would not offer interesting and boring matches.

Conversely, Milan's performance can also be said to have improved a lot. yes, after overthrowing Napoli in the domestic competition, then overthrowing it in the Champions League, Milan is superior to its rivals in this match. whereas, both teams have the same probability according to my personal point of view. these two teams, both have the potential to overthrow each other to qualify for the next phase. after all, the game was held at the San Siro. two city rivals from Serie A, will fight for the ticket to the final match of this competition. I still doubt that this fight will present a fierce battle. however, for some reason, I was more interested in Inter. and I think Inter will overthrow Milan.

In fact it's the other way around we can't see them meet in the final so just feel the game is like a final for them tonight and with the second leg later, at least now Real Madrid have to be more impressive in front of the crowd I think they have the strength to do that to conquer a stronger English team, namely Manchester City, maybe the burden of Real Madrid will indeed be depressed but their mentality is still good enough to have.
It seems that the semifinals have always been a stage for they both to duel. Still, it's going to be an epic match and I think the winner of this fight has great potential to win the Champions League trophy. This is a game that is difficult to predict, but Man City certainly doesn't want to repeat their mistakes last season. For this season my favorite is Man City.
While the match is pretty even at the same time I think the Manchester city has enough of an edge to try to beat the Real Madrid during the next two matches and move to the final, it is not going to be easy as Real Madrid as the current champions are not going to let them get their way without a fight, and in a way I think it is a shame this is only a semifinal as this game could have been the final match of the tournament if both teams were not so unlucky.

Anyway, Real Madrid still has the chance to get good results but yes, that doesn't mean Real Madrid will continue and keep on winning the Champions League title. Because after all, there will always be seasons when Real Madrid might fail to win the Champions League title but even so, I personally don't assume Real Madrid is weak.

Therefore, it's not surprising that at this moment, at least quite a few also chose Manchester City to win and even to win the Champions League title. What's more, Manchester City has always been a team that has made it to the semifinals in at least the last three seasons or maybe when Pep Guardiola was here. So yes, with the hard work that continues to be done by Pep Guardiola in building Manchester City, Pep Guardiola and Manchester City should get their highest achievements this season.

The news of Modric's recovery from injury will certainly make the fans much calmer because Modric's role is still very important to stabilize the midfield. Real Madrid had experienced a bad trend in the domestic league before they finally won the CDR championship and also arrived in the semifinals of the champions league against manchester city. Ancelotti must provide a good strategy and composition in this match so that they win first at home. As usual I don't expect Real Madrid to score first, I hope Manchester City will do it, so we will be able to see an exciting match in this first leg.

But the latest news regarding the injury is still being experienced by Dani Ceballos, we know he injured his thigh during warm-up training against Osasusa in the CDR final last week and now it looks like he is still in doubt to appear for Real Madrid, even though his role is only as a backup sometimes for Dani Ceballos can be the key to Real Madrid's victory through assists or goals.
I do agree that he is great, I didn't expected him being missing to give them such a big disadvantage in any game, because they have great young players who should be able to cover the difference, but we saw during the league game that they weren't ready for that yet. I think they need him one more season after this and the kids will be ready.

Think about Vini Jr. the whole fandom thought that he wasn't ready enough and he wasn't great yet and so forth, during that 3 UCL in a row period he was criticized a lot whenever he played and they expected others to show up, but after that when you look at today, he is their best player probably or at least one of the best. Their midfield will become like that, just need one or two more seasons that's it, then they will be able to retire Modric and can replace them with young stars.

The first series of the UEFA semi-finals will be played between Real Madrid and Manchester City. Both the teams are strong in this match today's match will be a great game and it will be a tough fight between the two teams. It is very difficult to say for sure which team will win the match but after the start of the game it will be understood which team is likely to win. However, Real Madrid has the most followers on most gambling sites today. Today Real Madrid playing at their home ground they have enough confidence to win the match and Real Madrid is the strongest team at home. However, Manchester City should not be considered normal, we know that Manchester City is the strongest team of this season. Manchester City have won most of their matches this season. In today's match, it is not possible to say which team will win, but there will be enough attacks between the two teams.

It is very natural that Real Madrid gets the most votes than Manchester City because their fans are almost all over the world and I think that even though Real Madrid is not favored to win this match, they will still try to get good results at home. Indeed, sometimes Real Madrid is for some people always underestimated and history has proven that in the final round Real Madrid was able to answer by winning the champions league title.

Maybe we will see history repeat itself and I think Manchester City should be more vigilant and never have any intention of seeking revenge in their previous meetings last season. The focus of the two teams is to advance to the final round and seeing the opportunities that are available now, Real Madrid is far from expectations, but sometimes Real Madrid has its own way of dealing with this competition.

But, have you seen the betting market? Did you know that even though Real Madrid will be playing at their home ground, they're not favorites here. Manchester City who play away are the favourites. I don't know what happened there, but I have a bad feeling about Real Madrid.
I see the bookies betting market offering bigger odds on Real Madrid even though they are playing at home, but my hunch might not be too bad for Real Madrid but at least a draw is still possible even though the second leg will be even tougher.
But I always think can Real Madrid come back the same way they met before?

Manchester City are in blistering form of late and challenging for the treble, it is normal that the bookies feel their chances of winning is higher, thus a lower odd; Real Madrid on the other hand are on the verge of relinquishing their la liga title to Barcelona, and even though they have won the Copa Del Rey and are in the CL SF, i think City is the more in form team right now.

Having said that, it is not the bookies that play the game, and Real Madrid would not care about that, even last season their chances of eliminating Manchester City was lower even until the last few minutes of the second leg, but it was them that went through and eventually won the CL. Anyway my prediction for this game is still in favor of City, this has to be their season and i see them defeating Real Madrid both home and away.

I just read a few articles and watched some sports news and it seems like all the experts and the media is acting like Real Madrid has 0 chance against Manchester and that ManCity is basically already in the final of the Champions League. I would be very careful with such statements and predictions to be honest. Obviously Manchester City is by far the strongest football team in the world at the moment and they are also in a very good shape, they have the momentum on their side and they also don't really have that much injured key players if i am not wrong.
Still Real Madrid is the best club in the history of the Champions League and they have proven last year, that they don't need to be the best team to win the competition.

It's quite fair enough at stake. I guess that bookies have various reasons to consider whether the club must be favored or not. As you can see that if manchester city is always being very consistent in the domestic league and various competitions. It may become the main consideration for bookies to favoring manchester city in the upcoming match against real madrid. I consider how bookies were seeing haaland as the biggest threat for real madrid.

Real madrid was collecting 15 goals from three players while haaland itself alone was able making 12 goals in UCL.

That proves if manchester city has capability to make more goals in UCL even against real madrid.
Many are favorites for Man city vs Inter in the final because if you look at the performance of their last few matches. In fact, I think all teams have the chance to win. Inter, Ac milan, Real madrid have a chance because they have experience in winning champions while Man city this season has an even composition of good players and of course the coaching factor as well.

1. Man City vs Real Madrid
Man City's recent performance has been superior, the Champions League mentality for the last 10 years (which signifies existence in the Champions League), while Real Madrid doesn't need to be asked anymore.
My prediction is 60:40 because you need to remember that Real Madrid is smart, they don't hesitate to play passively, defending until the 70-80th minute, so that it makes the opponent fall asleep and Real Madrid will suddenly take advantage of it at the right moment. Moreover, Carlo Anceloti was smart in substituting players in those minutes. A test for Pep Guardiola. Can the Haland monster change Pep's destiny to win the champions league apart from being with Barcelona this season?
The game between Man City and Real Madrid is a very tense one for both teams as this isn't the first time they are meeting at this level of the UCL. And If there's to be any pressure then it should be on the Man City side as they have never won the UCL title before and this seem to be another opportunity to seeing that dream come to live after several attempts.

What I hope not to see man city players doing tonight is to not put too much focus and energy on benzema and vinicius Jr thereby leaving rodrygo at liberty to stealing the win for Madrid, we have seen such happened before, only the astute anceloti knows how he does the magic.
And moreso, City shouldn't base a much dependence on goal from haaland as that can frustrate their efforts at the verge of no goal coming from haaland. Tonight City are the favourite and that's not unconnected to the fact that they have never won the UCL before, so we don't expect to see less of an impressive performance from them tonight

Watch&Pray.

I am quite happy with the news that Luka Modric has recovered. Because it would be a shame if Luka Modric could not appear in the Champions League Semi-finals. But I agree that even though Modric is recovering, it doesn't look like he will play full time. Because even though he has recovered, that doesn't mean Modric is at his best. still he will not play in full. Ancelotti will definitely make adjustments in his strategy.

But it doesn't feel like today the match we have been waiting for is finally in front of us. This match will definitely be another historic match in the Champions League. like last season.
I really want to see both teams field a full team squad. The Real Madrid vs Manchester City match tonight is the best semi-final and the match tension is high. It is quite good news if Modric enters the line-up and completes the midfield with Kroos and Valverde. Likewise with Manchester City before they also doubted Kevin De Bruyne to appear, but it seems that his fitness has also improved and is ready to make a breakthrough in tonight's match.

Likewise me I think it will be nice to see each team playing with the best players of the team I believe that will make the game more interesting to watch because a lot or people are excited to see the two teams play against each other because to Madrid the semi finals is no longer new and to Manchester
they are hopibg to get a good revenge following the defeat they witnessed last season against Real  and I believe this alone will make the match more interesting because City will be playing to make history by defeating Real Madrid.
I think both Luka Modric and KDB  will be starting in their team so it's going to be a complete team but at the end there will be a winner, good semi finals I must say and I think it's final before finals because a winner of the Champions league should emerg from one of the teams playing today.
