Manchester City are going to face one of the finest in UCL history but I this encounter is going to be a different one for the Spanish side, City are going to take advantage of the act that Real Madrid are losing a very vital player that can make a very big impact on the field of play, talking about the man they call Vinicius Jr. I don't think he'd make it on this encounter.
City on the other hand have a very high spirit going into this game with 10 games unbeaten (if I'm not mistaken) and is a booster to the Citizens while Madrid are like a switch, off and on in terms of form.
Pep Guardiola boys will do everything possible to get a win in this game, UCL is their number one priority so I can't see CITY making any mistake on this one, to me is a win for Manchester City.

It's quite fair enough at stake. I guess that bookies have various reasons to consider whether the club must be favored or not. As you can see that if manchester city is always being very consistent in the domestic league and various competitions. It may become the main consideration for bookies to favoring manchester city in the upcoming match against real madrid. I consider how bookies were seeing haaland as the biggest threat for real madrid.

Real madrid was collecting 15 goals from three players while haaland itself alone was able making 12 goals in UCL.

That proves if manchester city has capability to make more goals in UCL even against real madrid.
First I thought this was a mistake made by the bookmakers because seeing Real Madrid not as the favourites in the first match even though they were the hosts was quite surprising to me, because even though Real Madrid is not as impressive as Manchester City, the home factor will give Real Madrid an advantage, and in my opinion this is an opportunity for bettors who are sure that Real Madrid will win this match because I also believe that way.

Man City has Haaland who is the top scorer in the champions league this season but Real Madrid has good experience every time they deals with the Champions League, and the first match will be an opportunity for Real Madrid to be able to score lots of goals so the second match will not be a match with a higher level of difficulty for them because they are leading in aggregate goals, and I bet on Real Madrid and we will see hopefully this is like a bonus from the bookmakers because it gives big odds on Madrid.

Real Madrid are very ready to play this semi-final with all their strength and energy to achieve many goals from Manchester city but it will be difficult for Manchester city to allow them to eliminate them from this match, because Manchester city are more organized than Real Madrid which will be one of the tactics they will use to defeat Real Madrid. I don't think, Real Madrid can use home advantage to eliminate Manchester city because their performance in this season is very low for them to withstand their opponent. Manchester city will defeat Real Madrid 4-2 to qualify for champions league final, because Erling Haaland will do everything possible to score goals in this match.

I don't care about sportsbook with Real Madrid not favorite team against Manchester City, learned from last year when Real Madrid success eliminating Manchester City in semifinal stage and they not favorite team. Its not matter about Real Madrid and Manchester City how many goals scoring until semifinal stage, but look with Real Madrid opponent from 16th until quarter final round always faced with bigger team than Manchester City opponent with weakness or not favorite team.

If Real Madrid with full composition and Karim  Benzema in starting eleven no doubt for choosing Real Madrid is the winner, however have good record when Madrid playing in Bernabeu stadium against Manchester City.
This is the repeat match from last season that both teams has been met in the semifinal and now they will fight again in the same stage and their composition of squad also not so different but at that time Real Madrid has Casemiro who very strong as holding midfielder but i have to say Manchester City squad is more better compared to last year because now they have Haaland and this player is really on fire and already broke some records on premier league because of his goals achievement

Real Madrid since last season always be underrated while met Manchester City but they can proven to many people that Real Madrid has strong mentally and can be the champion last season but i think today will be different because Manchester City squad is more danger than last season especially Madrid will losing Modric who important element for them and i am sure this will have bad impact for Madrid performance today and although this is home match for Madrid but i personally predict Manchester City will going to win the match

Manchester city will face a reunion with Real Madrid in a Champions League semi final battle, for the second season in a row. All I see here is a revenge on Real Madrid but I feel the tie will be too emotional if Manchester players are thinking about a revenge. Manchester city are in red hot form, I think they are probably the best team in the world this season but Guardiola knows as well as anyone that when they run out at the Bernabeu, they will be ranged against this Real Madrid side. And their aim to win three major trophies this season will be screwed.

We see a little difference between the two, for example, Manchester City in other competitions is still quite consistent while Real Madrid in La Liga is still in trouble, so this seems to doubt Real Madrid rather than Manchester City which is currently superior, playing at the Santiago Bernabeu is an advantage Real Madrid it's just that they like to lose often at home but this is the Champions League which is super hot of course Real Madrid will not allow that in the first leg because if you rely on the second leg it will be more difficult later.
The Premier League is still the Premier League and La Liga is still La Liga, there is nothing that we can compare even though the two teams have different performances in their respective leagues. Maybe anyone will see Man City as a superior team when compared to Madrid. While the Champions League definitely has a different aura of competition, just look at how many big teams have excelled in their respective leagues but when it comes to the UCL in the end they have to go home first. PSG, Bayern, and Napoli are examples of how difficult it is to become a truly worthy club. Madrid is doubtful and not a few people are finally optimistic about Man City. This is a big bet and what is far more pressured is not Madrid but Man City who come to the opponent's cage to start Leg 1.

@hyudien Real Madrid now only has to focus on winning the champions league but City are going to be stretched as they’ll have to focus on winning the premier league and the FA Cup too hence I feel that they’ll be distracted and Madrid can use it to their advantage. Furthermore Real Madrid is totally a different team when it comes to the champions league hence judging by their history in this competition I’ll pick Real Madrid to defeat Manchester City and progress to the finals.

The atmosphere of the Champions League is very much different from that of the domestic league, the teams that compete in the Champions League always display a different performance from what they show in the domestic league. Real Madrid vs Manchester City, this match is more exciting and challenging than the other matches Milan vs Inter. It is predicted that the winner of this match will win the title even though Milan or Inter, who are the opponents in the final, can make a surprise.

Competition in the more difficult Champions League requires Real Madrid and Manchester City to maintain their best performance. Their journey almost reached the final, leaving only three more games to celebrate their success as Champions League champions this season. I will miss the bet on this match, even though Manchester City is superior to Real Madrid, Real Madrid's strength and experience cannot be underestimated, especially since Real Madrid will start the match in front of their fans.

It's the hardest season to pick the champions league winner , i wish it's ac milan though.
Indeed it was one of the hardest season and especially for Ac Milan since they seem the underdog between the four teams left right now!
Even if Milan could pass somehow Inter, I doubt they could face properly City and less likely Real Madrid.
The fact that it is very hard to know the winner of each game, makes it more interesting Wink

I don't think Real Madrid are the favorites to win the first leg against Manchester City. It seems to doubt Real Madrid's low chances because they are an experienced team and also playing at home. However, it is possible that Real Madrid will lose at home if Manchester City are really able to put pressure on Benzema cs throughout the match.

Milan is also not in the favorite over Inter even though Milan played as the home team in the first leg. Inter and Manchester City are both favorites at the odds, but I hope it's not a trap.
It seems that I am confident in Inter Milan, I think they are getting better and in Serie A, now they are only welcoming the Champions League semifinals with a friend's own club, but this is actually still difficult to determine, but what is certain is that their advantages must be balanced.

It seems realistic that I might choose between Manchester City and Inter Milan as a bet, I don't think it's a trap but a possibility that anything can happen.

It depends on the bookmakers but in most gambling sites they are the underdog and it is understandable since man city are better in terms of performance but real madrid in the champions league are the real deal so them winning can happen easily tomorrow game will be exciting for sure.
Not sure where he gets such low odds ...

I found the odds to win UCL

Manchester City
1.62

Real Madrid
4.25

Inter Milan
6.75

AC Milan
8.50

And for the first leg , real madrid to win @3.25 draw @3,2 and man city @2.2 and
AC Milan @3.05 Draw @2.90 Inter to win @2.5

It's the hardest season to pick the champions league winner , i wish it's ac milan though.

IMO , the odds given by the bookies are not entirely fair. It seems odd that the home team, Real Madrid, isn't more heavily favored given that the Madrid vs Man City match is taking place at the prestigious Bernabeu stadium. Real Madrid is a formidable opponent and a draw seems like a more plausible outcome. Personally, I believe that Man City has a higher chance of winning in the second leg.

I don’t want Man City to win the CL but I think they will batter Real in the semi final and then go on to win the final. No more last minute winners and snatch and grab victories for Real this season.
I don't know if it'd be a battering really, but i am just pretty sure that the CL title is City's this season, and not even Real Madrid can stop them. Just as you said, City were by far the better side when they faced Real Madrid in the SF last season, though costly errors made them lose, right now City are a better side than they were last season, and they have now got Haaland, who is somewhat unstoppable and wouldn't fail to punish Real Madrid when he gets his chances. I think City are going to comfortably win home and away.

Manchester City would be sorely mistaken if they thought Real Madrid were a weak side. Because Real Madrid has some young players who can change the game at any moment. And Real Madrid are very much worried about this Champions League semi-final match and will make great strategy how to win the match.

I don't think anybody sees Madrid as a weak side in the champions league.
One can say Manchester City is the better team that doesn't mean mean Madrid is a weak team. Madrid knows how to play games like this. Games where the opponent will have most of the ball while Madrid will just be direct and get the goal and the win in most cases.
For Man City to win they have to make use of all their chances and do not give Madrid any chance to score. Madrid is a kind of team that one goal motivates them, so Man City shouldn't let them get a goal at all.

I think Real were very lucky to win the CL last season. They were inferior to PSG in the last 16, Chelsea in the 1/4 final, Man City in the semi final and then in the final Liverpool should have scored about 5 against them.

Believe me, Manchester City will be the third team to represent the Premier League and fail in the Champions League after Liverpool and Chelsea. Real Madrid had beaten Manchester City in the previous season's meeting in the semifinals but of course they can make things difficult for us with their good play.

Haaland, De Bruyne, Alvarez, Mahrez and all the Manchester City players are very dangerous. But Real Madrid is very likely to be able to cope with the high experience we have. I agree that the Champions League is not always won by Real Madrid, but this season I hope we can repeat it again like the previous season.
Real Madrid have something powerful about them that helps them win games and eliminate even the toughest of opponents in the Champions league tournament. We can only hope Manchester City can make a difference this time after losing out to City in the previous season. Manchester City better not say "revenge" because it doesn't end well when that word is mentioned.

A pretty new article by sportsmople.co.uk states Manchester City is essentially complete and all are healthy except for Nathan Ake, but there is a possibility that he will be back in time and Cole Palmer, but that was to be expected as it seems. On Madrid's side I believe that they are almost complete as well. Modric had his minutes against Osasuna as well and should be ready for Manchester. There are no serious excuses regarding missing players and we an be looking forward to a lot of action.

This match is probably more anticipated than the Champions League final itself, on the one hand it's cool, on the other it's only a semi-final... Rooney has expressed his opinion, he thinks Manchester City will "roll" over Real Madrid, it's a different level. It's hard to disagree with him, I can't say who will win, but it's a different level...

I think the first game can be quite key. But I doubt that Manchester City will roll over Real Madrid in the first leg. It depends on the minor factors. Will Haaland use his chances? Will he hit the woodwork instead of the back of the net? It is possible that Manchester City plays an amazing game and takes a huge lead right after the first leg, but I would not be shocked if this game is much closer and Real Madrid could even take a 1 goal lead. They are not nobodies. Sometimes Manchester City does have problems and they can get under pressure. It is not like they always score a first dream goal like they did against Bayern Munich. Then the game could be tied for a much longer time.

Being a semi-final is a bit bad on the one hand because everyone would wish for a final with these two teams, on the other hand we can watch the game twice. Wink

With two games you're right, of course, I didn't even think of that to be honest. The game will take place tomorrow, let's see what actually happens, but for now I choose Manchester City, they are on the heat now and for them to win could be easy, in addition, I am sure that the score will not be zero, both teams will score.
