I'm watching the inter vs benfica match on prime video, I think I've never seen an inter match played so well this season, despite the goal conceded, inter have never played to defend the first leg result and in fact he is leading the match 2-1. Finally, Haaland has utilized one of the many opportunities that has so far been offered to him during the game. I did think Bayern Munich would try and stage a shocking comeback but with what’s being played, Manchester City is looking set to win the game. We could still see a goal from Munich later on in the game.

A draw in the first half was of course not expected by Manchester City but I think Munich is good enough to withstand every Manchester City attack and vice versa, even though failing to execute the penalty Haaland has replaced it with a goal, the current score is 0 -1 for Manchester City of course this is the result that Guardiola wanted to put pressure on his team to win this match and take advantage of this encounter.

This match is quite exciting. but in the first half I was a little disappointed with Man City's playing pattern which tended to defend too much and didn't try to play more pressing. Man City's aggressiveness in the first half was not very good. Even a Haaland can't shoot on target in penalty. but in the ongoing second half I think Man City got better. they play a little more openly.

I think that the missed penalty by Kvaratskhelia in the 82nd minute was the breaking point for Napoli in the match. Because if he was able to score there then they would have plenty of time to go for the second goal to carry the match to extra time.

He is still one of the most important players in the team of course but he couldn't handle the high pressure over his shoulders in that moment I'm afraid. Maybe it was due to his being young and not very experienced in this kind of an arena. In the end he is playing for a really big team like Napoli for the first time in his career. Osimhen was able to score the winning goal very late I'm afraid there wasn't enough time left for the second one. Milan benefited from their experience in the Champions League also.

I don’t see how Bayern would score three goals in the second half and not get any reply goal form Manchester City I don’t think this is possible at all.

The game is as exciting as it can get but it would have been even better if Bayern Munich scored one goal. It almost came down to an outrageous turn of events when Sane missed the huge chance and then in turn Upamecano received the red card. Thankfully that was taken back because of offside, but imagine it would have not been taken back. The game would have once more ended sadly.

Upamecano was the weak point in both games for Bayern. In the first leg he was to blame for two goals I think? He also played very insecurely and today he literally almost topped his bad performance from the first leg. Not only did he receive the red card that was taken back, but he also made the huge mistake with the penalty. First he puts his arms onto the body, but then jumps into the shot and spreads the arm away again... I think this was not the end of his long list of mistakes. There is still a second half and if Tuchel was able to, I think he should take him off. It can only get worse since he now also has a yellow card.

It is also a shame that Bayern have been unable.to score even a goal in this first half where they have been very dominant and had some very good opportunity. This Bayern team.and supporters certainly miss Lewandoski and his premium goal scoring ability especially on games as important as this. If Manchester City score first before Bayern are able to even score one goal, the game will be over. They are lucky that Halaand missed but should not be too happy because he can also be the person to score. Bayern Munich should be ahead of Manchester City in this game right now, I can't believe the first have is ending in a goalless draw, after Erin Haaland missed the penalty, I felt the shock that Manchester City may end up getting a bad result in this game but when I watched Sane with a beautiful opportunity that would have put Bayern Munich ahead of Manchester City in this first half I concluded that the game may just end in 0:0 full-time draw.

I think guardiola just want to waste the effort of Bayern Munich just for the game to end in a goalless draw first half so that in the second half his team Manchester city can force an attack just to get a goal and that alone can assure them of a good victory mean whole it's so odd to watch these two teams struggle just to score goals when they are known for goal scoring records.

You're right, Bayern Munich really dominated the first half and they created a lot of chances. Meanwhile, Manchester City failed to take advantage of their only chance when Haaland failed to beat Yann Sommer's goal. I'm not worried so far, but Manchester City have lost form compared to the first leg.

There were several things that Guardiola had to change in the second half to get the best form from his team, even though Bayern Munich couldn't score, but statistically Manchester City actually lost far. Bayern Munich had 4 shots on goal, a couple of times they came close to scoring, that is a threat that I think Manchester City should avoid in the second half.

It's a shame that Haaland missed this golden opportunity. for some reason I see the Man city players actually look very nervous and not confident in this match. even though on aggregate they are safe enough so even playing openly will not be a problem for them as long as they also balance with a good defense like in the first leg. because if they keep allowing Bayern to attack in this game then I think there will be an opening at some point for Bayern to have a goal.
