After the 3 - 0 defeat by Manchester city, I knew Bayern Munich champions league pursuit for the season was over. Tonight, they did everything they could but City just proved to be a tougher opposition. Now all focus are on the semifinals. Real Madrid vs Manchester city and Ac Milan vs Inter Milan. I wouldn't be quick to write Real Madrid off and I cannot say either that they are going to win City, am just keeping my fingers crossed.

The tension was so high, benfica wanna try to make as many goal as possible but intermilan is also doing the same. The defensive line of benfica looks shit at that time. Simeone inzaghi was using dzeko. Benfica is quite dominating the ball possession but intermilan has managed to always have accurate attack. Any counter attack from intermilan can also be converted as goals. The performance from intermilan against benfica looks very good at this moment.

The match is a six goals cracker that saw both teams scoring three goals each but Inter Milan qualifiers because of the first leg's massive win. Inter had just three shots on target that were all maximized. Benfica players fought a good fight and they deserve some commendation.

It is impossible to predict what will happen in the semi-finals. Neither team can be considered weak in the Madrid vs Manchester City match. Madrid's squad is strong, with Benzema in good form.
