Benfica has been always winning in domestic competitions. It will be so hard for intermilan to defeat benfica even though intermilan will be playing away. Intermilan didn't have a good squads right now. I expect the result will be draw or benfica may lose with small scores against intermilan. Benfica was superior compared with intermilan but it doesn't even mean that benfica can't be beaten. I saw that how ancelotti was putting benfica as his most favorite team to go to the semi final. Inter milan was over feeling confidence with itself and forgot that if benfica was not the same like barcelona or another club that already faced by intermilan before in the group stages. This time intermilan will be facing far more difficult opponents. It will be so bad if inter will be losing with huge scores against benfica.

I think that benfica will not even waste the opportunity to win against intermilan. it doesn't even matter where benfica play. It seems like that benfica is likely to dominate the match against intermilan

I would not focus on Benfica's last loss as we all understand that the team was preparing for the Champions League match, besides this defeat was not critical for Benfica, as they are still 7 points ahead of Porto. Inter's performance in recent matches is not impressive, the last time they won was at the beginning of March, after that there were three losses and three draws, this indicates a clear decline in form.

Benfica's advantage at Estadio da Luz seems clear, but Inter will try to draw today's match, they succeeded against Porto, but I'm not sure if they can repeat it with Benfica.

Inter Milan is in a very bad situation right now. Although they drew in their last match, Inter Milan has lost their previous three matches. Inter Milan can't win against relatively weak teams. yes, as we can see, Intermilan's performance is poor in the league. I think that Inter Milan is really focused on the UCL match against Benfica later. Benfica has been so impressive. I thought the sale of Enzo will affect them negatively but it didn't, it looks as if they don't even miss him at all.
Their weekend loss to Porto was an unfortunate one because if they had won, they would have extended the points gap and that might have reduced the pressure on them so they can focus on the quarter-final tie against Inter.
Nevertheless, they have to put the loss behind them and focus on the game ahead.
It would be a big surprise for me if Inter wins today's game.

People are more focused on the high profile game between Manchester City and Bayern Munich but I think the most unpredictable fixture will be the Benfica vs Inter Milan Match.
Benfica has been on an incredible form lately, although they lost their last match to Porto over the weekend. Before the Porto game they have won the previous six games they have player. That's a lot of consistency. Lets also not forget that Benfica is at the top of the Portuguese league with seven points ahead of Porto.

Milan on the other hand have been the opposite of Benfica in recent time. Inter Milan have not won a single game in their last six matches, that is really poor for a team like Inter. Because of their poor performance recently, they keep slipping down on the Italian league table. At a point they were 2nd position on the table, now they are 5th and not sure if they will be playing ucl football next season.

I'm going with Benfica to win in this fixture. The worst that Benfica can get out of this is a draw, which won't be a good result for them because they are playing on home soil.

Intermilan doesn't have a good striker right now. Lukaku was always making simeone disappointed while dzeko was not performing so well in intermilan as a striker. The previous meetings between benfica and intermilan already happened a very long time ago. I see no reason for us to judge benfica was not superior compared to intermilan. This time benfica is not the same as old benfica. I meant benfica is coming with a very good record in the domestic league. Benfica's performance is as good as napoli.
that's why simeone has been urges its players to be very careful when intermilan will be facing benfica soon.

There are some benfica's players that will become the biggest threats for intermilan. Intermilan may not use lukaku in the upcoming match against benfica.

Goncalo ramos is as good as haaland. He was a goal machine for benfica.

Lampard is not a good coach, I can call him average at best. He has the modern day coaching mentality, that's why his team try to play well, but he's not tactical in any way. I think he should just stick to the lower leagues or a mid table team.
In all the teams he has coached there have not been any significant difference.
His first season at Chelsea, he was decent, given the fact that the team was under a sanction that made it impossible for them to sign any new players, but after then he was just awful. He is very similar to Potter, but a little better. They both manage to make their team look busy but they actually do nothing with the ball.

After sacking Potter, if Chelsea have managed to get a good coach, they would have stood a better chance against Madrid because even Madrid is not in a very good form but instead they went with Lampard. I still struggle to understand how the management of Chelsea don't see that as a bad decision.
Well, lets hope he can surprise me and prove me wrong. 

Actually this match is no less interesting than the City vs Bayern match, I'm pretty sure the two teams will offer a pretty fierce battle. however, if we refer to it in terms of performance. it is very clear, that Inter is quite in doubt in this match. yes, considering their performance in the Domestic League and several previous matches in this competition, Simone Inzaghi's squad tends to play more defensively. plus, they don't have much to offer from each of the matches. so, it is only natural that the home team is superior in this match. and if I refer to the predicted line-up that Inzaghi will apply, I don't see any significant pattern or strategy changes that will be set by the Inter coach. yes, they will use the 3-5-2 formation pattern, which duets Martinez and Lukaku as the spearheads.

Meanwhile, the home team seems better prepared for this battle. to be honest, i don't doubt the work ethic of benfica players. it's just that Roger Schmidt has to anticipate every counterattack that Inter will do. because IMO, I'm quite sure that Benfica will take the initiative to play with an offensive pattern, as I refer to from the predicted line-up that will be implemented by Roger Schmidt with a 4-2-3-1 formation, which places Goncalo Ramos as the spearhead. well, as I said in several posts, Benfica's chances are big enough to overthrow Inter. So, let's enjoy the battle between these two teams tonight.

Betting for Benfica does look more convincing for this match. But I won't dare to bet big for this match because Inter Milan could surprise us in this match. Likewise with the Man City vs Bayern match. I will probably bet on Man City because the position as the host seems to bring high motivation for the Man City players to win this match. But I don't think this game will score a lot of goals. because the two teams do have almost the same level of strength so the fight will definitely take place fiercely.

I doubt City will "completely crush" Bayern. I see City winning the game and the round in general but I don't think they will crush Bayern. Aside the fact that Tuchel understands City's game, Bayern is a team that know how to play against teams that play like Man City. They will allow you have your possession and make your short passes but once they get the ball they stretch their opponents with long balls and counter. Sane, Gnabry, Coman, Musiala, theyre all very fast players and also good dribblers. Man city have to be very careful of how far they attack because if they are caught out of position, Bayern can and will hurt them.
Pep can also be a victim of his own smartness today again as usual. He always likes to twerk things and try out new tactics. He should be very careful of the decisions he makes going forward in this competition because they can either make him or break him.   

I also think Benfica can beat Inter, but their head-to-head stats have never ended in a Benfica win... Hopefully today will be a historic moment... I made a multi bet on the home side's win, although I think there could be any outcome in both matches today...
