For Benfica, I also think that they should win, but there are doubts about City, after all, Bayern is a very serious opponent. Their performance in recent matches doesn't look very confident and they concede a lot, Sommer doesn't always manage to show a good game, and Haaland is in great shape now, besides, I think City are also in better shape in general. So City should win, but I also do not rule out a draw in this match, Bayern's victory looks doubtful.

Inter Milan are playing very badly in their recent games and they have even dropped out of the top 4 spots on the table in the Italian Serie A. I think Inter Milan might try to force a draw upon Benfica at the 1st leg game between these two teams, and hoping they could send Benfica crashing out of the Uefa Champions League when both of these teams play the 2nd leg game in Italy. I guess this match might ends up with a draw at the final whistle today.

Benfica does look more favored in the match later. And of course playing at home will also be another advantage for Benfica in this match. and it looks like a lot of people are betting on Benfica. but I'm thinking a little different things. i.e. I have a hunch that Inter Milan will give a surprise in this match. although I know Inter had a bad match in their local league. but I feel that Inter are not an easy opponent to beat. Recently, in the local league, Benfica lost to Porto. and as we know Porto narrowly lost to Inter Milan in the round of 16. but I'm still unsure whether I should bet on Inter or not. and so is the Man city vs Bayern match, I will probably favor Bayern or a draw. i know man city has haaland. but if the Bayern players are able to keep tight on the path of the ball that will be directed at Haaland then I think Bayern will have a chance in this match. this first leg I would expect a draw.

So the action is back in tonight with Benfica waiting Inter and City waiting Bayern.I think both games can as well end in a home victory as I think Benfica is fully focused on the Champions and their recent performance has been great in the home league while Inter has been suffering a lot in their home league and as such I think Benfica will win tonight.In the other game City has missed so many times to win the Champions League and this is a golden opportunity for them,they have Haaland now in their squad to make a difference as it looks like he was the missing piece for City to do well in the Champions League and most likely they will win tonight.

He was managed Derby County, but he doesn't make any change. Without any achievement, then he managed Chelsea, nothing change again. He managed Everton, still nothing change.

Lampard is only have a privilege since he was a veteran player in Chelsea, that's make people respect him and he already have a good relationship with Chelsea, but as a coach he's absolutely bad and nothing we can expect about him.

Lampard is only good to become a temporary manager, if Chelsea already find a good manager, he can become an interim manager or just kick him out.

Based on the Frank lampard experience in football, I think there is a hope for Chelsea to get it right in this Frank lampard tenure because the new coach is trying to bring back some potential players that can make their game strong in this season and to improve to encourage their president that there is a hope for them to win this title. I think, things will definitely change positively in Chelsea, because their players are well prepared to improve so that their fans can smile again. Kante is among the talented players that made Chelsea strong last season that made their coach to bring him back to the team so that he can handle his position so that people will start experiencing good performance from Chelsea.

It's hard to expect Lampard to make big changes to the Chelsea squad in such a short of time, his experience as a coach at Chelsea before as well as Everton shows what he really is, he still needs time before he becomes a great coach, and actually coaching teams in other divisions will it is better for him to gain a lot of experience like Vincent Kompany did.

Especially in big competitions like the champions league where only a strong team will survive, not only about the player material that the team has but the coach's ability to determine the right strategy from one match to another, because Chelsea has pretty good player material but doesn't have a coach yet which is pretty good.
Chelsea will lose this first-leg match and Chelsea's poor defense will make Madrid free to score lots of goals, maybe Benzema will make a hat trick, and Lampard's position at Chelsea will not be permanent and that is a good thing in my opinion.

Lampard's past managerial career has not been particularly bright. I think he may be a coach who is considered temporary.  Its permanence depends on its success. If he makes a big surprise and gets successful results in the Champions league, maybe he can continue next year. If Chelsea's current bad chart continues, they will continue with another coach next year.

Previously Chelsea under Lampard isn't too impressive and if i am not mistaken Chelsea even unable to advance to quarterfinal when Lampard train this team before so i highly doubt this time he can able to bringing Chelsea to beat Real Madrid especially Chelsea currently looks difficult to win and players mentally also seems dropped and maybe if they can able to beat Wolves last week i would say there is opportunities for them to gets at least get draw result from Real Madrid

But Chelsea even cannot beat Wolves on premier league and we all know Wolves is weak team on that competition so my question is how Chelsea will be overcomes Madrid if they even lose from Wolves and my predictions Chelsea will lose twice on the first leg and second leg so obviously their journey will be ended here

@Bobrox Bayern’s old nemesis Haaland is bound to hurt them a lot again, and I expect him to score at least one goal and continuously torture Bayern defenders. Also with Tuchel Bayern have a coach who understands City first hand, but that too won’t help Bayern because I feel that City will completely crush them and almost secure their promotion to the semi final’s.

Chelsea under any manager this season would be unable to beat Real Madrid, the team lacks organization and they aren't playing as a group, this QF tie has come too early for Frank Lampard, he was only reappointed last week and he hasn't even had the time to bring the team together or even have a standard starting eleven. Chelsea are definitely going to be beaten, they have come to the end of the road in the CL for this season. What Lampard must make sure of is that they give Real Madrid a good fight, they shouldn't lose in a disrespectful way, at least for their reputation as a big club.

finally the UCL match will be held again today (global time). there are two matches for today namely Benfica vs Inter Milan and Bayern vs Manchester City.

for the Bayern and Manchester City matches, maybe I can't say anything because these two teams are currently in very good condition and ready to play to the fullest. Bayern with their new coach Tuchel also seem to have adapted well. but I can't predict the outcome of this fight. but for the Benfica vs Inter Milan match. I will favor Benfica.

Bayern Munich is an experienced side in the UCL competition and you can’t take away the fact that they have been a major contender for many seasons now. They know how to play games at this stage and with the experience of this new manager, I think it’ll be difficult for Manchester city to win.
However, as Manchester City prepare to face Bayern Munich this  night, Guardiola knows that if he does not win the competition with this Manchester City side, just as he did not win it when he was the manager of Bayern, then his time in charge of Manchester city will be regarded as incomplete and his reputation will be diminished.

This time Bayern Munich will travel to the headquarters of a club that has 8 consecutive winning records in all competitions and the last four wins have even gone through Man City by scoring four or more goals against their opponent.

After the process of changing the coach, Bayern Munich has not been completely consistent in the hands of Tuchel. This will be the first meeting for the two teams in the knockout stage, previously Man City and Bayern Munich have met 6 times in the Champions League and all in the group phase. The record for meeting the two teams in the UCL is very balanced, both teams won three wins each. It is difficult to predict the outcome of the match this time, City, who acts as the host, certainly has the advantage mentally because they are playing in front of their fans. Munich is also coming for a win, but this time they are in transition after a change of coach, City must seize this opportunity to win at home.

Their coaches are experienced in Champions League but Tuchel seems to be more realistic with his tactics while Pep more obsesses with perfection which forces him to make some weird decisions in some important matches. Their tactics will be important factors to decide their match results.

I don't have belief that Manchester City can win or win easily against Bayern Munich. They will face same challenge like PSG got in round of 16 and Bayern Munich can eliminate one more rich club in Champions League this season.

Problems with Manchester City is they are more humble when playing in Champions League and it is different than how they behave in Premier League where they dominated it recent seasons.

Tomorrow we will have one of the toughest match between two best clubs in UEFA which are loaded with the best players from the globe Manchester City conceded two goals in last five games at home and Bayern Munich is having two defeats in away games from their last five games which are clearly giving some idea how things will be in this match because Manchester City is having good advantage of home and last time they beat Bayern Munich which is also positive for them, but things can change with too many quality players in these both teams which can turn tables into their favour as well.

Mostly people's feeling prediction is not easy for this match because of quality of these both teams, but I still believe in this first leg match we will have Manchester City as winner even this could be close encounter, but things can change into second leg as well in favor of Bayern Munich.

Its seems not matter for Bayern Munich have good away record with 100% winning ration from group stage, indeed how strong Manchester City when playing home but Bayern always won on every away games. But have new manager under Tuchel I am not sure with Bayern will continues the winning record from group stage until quarter final? or has possibility for Manchester City stopping Bayern winning record until 8 games.

Between Manchester City and Bayern Munich are quit well performance in domestic league, Bayern success back to the top Bundesliga standings and Manchester City have impressive performance last several games and keep compete for Arsenal in Primer League tittle race.

Haaland came and brought more power for Manchester City attacking system but he forced them to change their tactics too. Haaland is only dangerous if Manchester City can give what he needs and he can score goals for them from opportunities. Beyond that, Haaland does not have good contribution for their system. In my opinion, Haaland is both their strength and weakness. In a good day of Haaland, Manchester City can harvest some goals from him but in contrast, when Haaland is controlled by opponent defense players, Manchester City will play like 10 vs 11 players.

Both Chelsea and Real Madrid have nothing to do with their domestic leagues and Champions League is the biggest competition for them in this season. Quarter final stage already and only a few more good matches, they will become a champion.

Generally Chelsea have very worse conditions than Real Madrid so it is convincing to think that they will be beaten by Real Madrid in two quarter final matches. However, with star players in Stamford Bridge, Chelsea can wake up anytime and become a very opponent for Real Madrid. In direct matches between big clubs which are full of star players, it's hard to predict results before a final whistle.

If Greece could win Euro 2004 in surprise of all, Chelsea can make a smaller surprise to beat Real Madrid.
