Inter Milan aren't really an attacking team, of course they have their own way of approaching games and getting goals, but they are not the kind of team that holds possession and attacks constantly, they do not have the necessary quality in their squad to do that. Having said that, there's no doubt that Inter would park the bus against City, even most of the best clubs in the world would do that, when you come up against City you have to respect them and accept the fact that they would control most aspects of the game, Inter have to do one thing, defend and wait to hurt City on the counter.
Sure. Inter Milan isn't a typical team that plays very offensively, most Italian teams prefer to play defensively. Moreover, if they play against a team with many strong attackers like Man City, they must choose a counter-attack strategy. They will focus on their defense first, they will attack when they have a good chance only. It will be a wrong idea to play offensively against a team like Man City, they will be defeated automatically.  Grin

However, if Man City attackers become frustrated because of Inter strong defense, it will be a chance for Inter to score and win the match. Man City should be busy attacking as much as possible, they may lose focus on their defense. So, there is always a chance for Inter to score if they can use a counter-attack strategy effectively.

Haaland has been performing well recently but cristiano ronaldo has been performing a bit worse recently so we can't call Haaland a better player than cristiano ronaldo. Ronaldo was a shining star from the beginning of his career until he joined Manchester United. Maybe he's having a bit of a bad time at the end of his career, but that's not why emerging players have surpassed or will surpass Ronaldo. The records that Cristiano Ronaldo has achieved at the club level and at the national level are still a dream for Haaland. With recent performances, it cannot be considered that Haaland has surpassed the likes of Messi and Ronaldo.
[/quote]

Nor do I think that he is having a bad time at the end of his career, as has happened with other great footballers at the monetary level, I think he did not know how to handle himself well at the end of his career at a competitive level, which is something else, he wanted to invite great footballers to the team where it is currently, but they have said no, they prefer a competitive level over the monetary one.

If you mention the present in footballers, you cannot say that CR/ is better than another player who is in the PL, even, now to point out Haaland, it is total nonsense, and beware, I am a follower of CR/, but, it can't make me see a mirage,  for the mere fact of their records.

I think even in this case Manchester City's probability is much bigger than inter but to say that Inter doesn't have the power to stop Manchester City I think this is a wrong assumption.
Even though in this case we can also see how Manchester City's current condition doesn't mean Inter can't do anything, it's just that in this case the situation is more difficult for Inter than City but that doesn't mean City can win easily.
The final match will not be easy for any club despite its status as the most favored team to win the title. Inter will fight against Manchester City in their own way, Inzaghi must have studied Manchester City's style of play and already have a way to stop the movements of his opponents players.
Manchester City very good condition gives its own color to its players, especially since they have just won their second title this season. This final is very important for Manchester City, they will try to spoil Inter game to win a trophy that has never been won so far.
For a team to qualify for the Champions League final, they are the best team among the others and in my opinion. Simone Inzaghi as coach of Inter Milan will not be daunted by the dominance of Manchester City which is considered to have quality and strong players, and Inter Milan must play it all out against Mamchester City.
This final will be a very interesting match because both of them have the ambition to lift the big ear trophy, especially Manchester City who have never won the UCL. And the two coaches have a very decisive role to develop strategies, tactics and must be proficient in managing players.

It takes a lot of effort to make it to the finals, therefore your assessment is entirely accurate. Without action, a team cannot advance in a tournament, and no matter how valiant the coach of Inter Milan may be, Manchester City will still win. I don't think it will be difficult for manchester city to defeat Inter Milan congratulations to them in advance. Manchester City simply has its own way of intimidating its opponents and controlling them throughout any game. It's true that the club has some of the best players, including Foden, Haaland, De Bruyne, and many others if they should win, there will be a huge celebration among them since they seriously want to win the champions league. And despite me not liking manchester city I still love their commitment.

For both teams take lots of effects to be in the final match of the champions league but in fact, Manchester City had harder games before the final match and they had to play against stronger teams like Real Madrid while in all games they had a good performance and in the other hand Inter Milan was enough to play against easier teams like Ac Milan.
The way they had for being in this stage was not the same at all.

I haven't seen Inter parking the bus against a team for a long time. They have been used to playing with 3 defenders and an offense-oriented game at the same time.

I agree with you Inter Milan may not be well know for a team that like parking bus but playing against one of the best and most informed team in the world right now which is Manchester City, they will do nothing but reduce in attack and focus more on the defense else they will have themselves to blame because City will run them down. I think Manchester City will have total control of the midfield, possession and ball control but Inter Milan will capitalize on getting a goal through a counter attack then park the bus because City will focus on attack so if they fail to defend after launching an attack that will be a good opportunity for Inter Milan to penetrate them a score.

For a team like inter Milan to face a team like Manchester city and come out victorious, will require that inter milan play with great wisdom, not just about man power or strategy, and the kind of wisdom required to beat Manchester city is one I don't think inter Milan possess, but like you said, the only chance inter Milan do have against Manchester city is to focus more on defending and keeping the ball away from their goal post, while they look for open opportunities to try to score against Manchester city, though there is no guarantee of any kind in doing this, but this worth something to try.
Look forward to the game in the 10th of this month.

It all depends on the game or rather if Inter Milan can score early it is very likely that they can apply defensive strategy options but if that doesn't come true then it is likely that Inter Milan will play more aggressively in balancing the game from Manchester city. From this it can be seen when they beat Ac milan where the tempo of Inter milan game in the second half was more inclined to defend and this option was not very good if they did that against Manchester city.

I predict Inter Milan game will be more aggressive than before because the opponent they are facing is not a weak team, therefore the attack system must be Simone Inzaghi mainstay for the final match later.

Manchester City have the storyline to currently intimidate any other team regardless of any old record they have. Their players are very good and very confident in their abilities. The coach is also very good and knows the exact players that every game needs. They have a better chance and unstoppable in the Champions League final. If the Manchester City players don't get overconfident that winning Inter Milan is already a job done then they can actually do the job. But if overconfidence gets in, they can make mistakes that would hurt them.

If there was to be a mistake, I don't think it'll come from the players, it'll be the fault of Pep Guardiola with his overthinking mentality. He might just decide not to play Kevin De Bruyne or Haaland at the finals. He tried something similar in the last champion league finals which he played against Chelsea and lost and I won't be surprised if he tries it again. Manchester city players are very professional and it's hard to pinpoint a time they made a mistake. I understand they're humans but those players are built different. They understand what's at stake as they have the chances to equal their rival bragging right of winning the treble.

The players will have that in mind while playing the finals against Inter Milan. Inter Milan has nothing to lose as them getting to the finals is already an outstanding season for them because if they were told at the start of the champions league season that they'll be playing the finals against the best team in the world at the moment, they won't have believed but it's happening. I can't just wait for the finals to be played, I know both clubs won't disappoint as they will give us a proper show.
Indeed, you've got a point there. While Pep Guardiola is heralded as a virtuoso in the footballing world, his record with the Champions League paints a slightly less flattering picture. Is it not paradoxical that despite commanding arguably the best team globally and having an overflowing war chest, he has been unable to clinch this illustrious title in the past 12 years? It almost feels like he's trying to catch smoke with his bare hands.

His methodology, though often brilliant, does carry a tinge of overcomplication, akin to trying to solve a Rubik's cube in the dark. Could he be his own worst enemy in crucial matches like these? One might say, from past experiences with Chelsea and Tottenham, that his conservative approach has been a double-edged sword. This upcoming final against Inter Milan will, indeed, be an acid test of his tactical nous.

Exactly as you said, Inter Milan is far more used to this strategy. It's just that the usual formation given by Simone Inzaghi for Inter Milan, namely 3-5-2, is actually quite good. Because with this formation both attack and defense can be maintained stably. Even the 3-5-2 formation tends to have a strong attack in general. But what we always see with those used by Inter Milan is that they have become stronger in the game.

This formation has been familiar for a long time. And usually the weakness of this formation is on the left or right back line but is quite strong in the middle of the defense. And because Man City has always put Haaland on the front lines as the spearhead. So actually the formation that Inter Milan always uses at this time can also be effective against Man City. because with this formation the midfielder can actively help the defense line and also the attack line better. it's just that in the second half the midfield players will certainly be the first to drain their stamina. So that this strategy could be good in the first half but weakened in the second half. because we know the stamina of the Man City players is truly extraordinary. they always look to stay strong until the last minute of the match.

Maybe not many people talk about it. namely about the meeting of these two teams in a match on the field. Because there is very little information about it. Because Man City vs Inter Milan have never even had a match meeting in the near future.

And the last meeting of these two teams was on July 31, 2011 in the Super Cup competition. And at that time Man City managed to win with a score of 3-0. I know this meeting cannot be used as any reference for the final match later. but I want to see history in the meeting of these two teams. There are at least 2 encounters that I found. and one of the others in a friendly match in 2010 And Inter Milan won the match with a score of 3-0.

And now the two teams meet again after 12 years of not meeting on the field. And the meeting between the two is in a special place, namely in the Final match to fight for the UCL Trophy this season.
I also think that the meeting between the two at that time did not really have great players in it, Manchester City currently has talented players who might be able to bring Manchester City to win the UCL this season, completing the treble winner as Guardiola's vision and mission to bring that title with his foster children. obviously been waiting for a long time.

Manchester city has worked hard to get to the final and got rid of Munich and even Madrid which may have been their obstacle, but luckily the final met Intermilan, I think this is an opportunity for Manchester city to prove that they can win CL this season and get a treble winner. can't wait to see manhcester city lift the CL cup trophy this season.
Well, basically Manchester City, which we are currently seeing, has indeed transformed into the strongest team in the Premier League. And I even see that Man City will also become the strongest team in the Champions League. and to prove it of course Man City must lift the UCL trophy this season. Indeed, there have been many changes in the Man City club, starting from a change in ownership and also the financial condition of the club. And now Man City also has great players which of course is much more to be expected than Man City in the past.

But the expectations we all have for Man City are really high. and I think this will turn into a pressure for the Man City players themselves, especially Haaland. But they are professional players whose mentality is no longer in doubt. Even though we know how the pressure in the UCL final is always greater than the pressure in any other competition final. I hope Pep Guardiola and his team can answer all the hopes of everyone who has already expected Man City to win a title in the UCL this season.

the Champions League final will be staged this Saturday
after which everything is over and we go on summer break (so boring)
let's hope this game gives us the last good emotion even if I honestly believe it will be a one-sided game dominated by Manchester
I don't think so, but Inter should have something to make the final exciting. Manchester City may be better in terms of performance and ability to build attacks, but Inter also has the possibility to trouble Manchester City's defense during the game. No, I don't expect it to be a one-sided match like when Manchester City beat Real Madrid in the second leg of the semi-final.

Most likely, this final fight will go one way. although occasionally, Inter will respond with counterattacks. especially if I refer to the predicted line-up of the two teams, there is no change at all. although, in this prediction it looks like Inter is rotating some of its players. But by the way, this is only a prediction and does not determine what we will see in the field. which basically based on the same information sources have, City will stick with its 3-2-4-1 system, as well as Inter with its 3-5-2.  that means, no changes regarding the system.

However, not for strategy. I'm pretty sure Inzaghi is really thinking hard with his officials to overcome a team as strong as City. at least, they will scenario several strategies with their team ahead of the final match later.
IMO, their focus is how to break City's midfield. because, City tend to flow the ball from midfield. well, Inzaghi's job will be very tough. only 3 days left, that means they will optimize everything for this final match, including playing with an all out battle.

I haven't seen Inter parking the bus against a team for a long time. They have been used to playing with 3 defenders and an offense-oriented game at the same time.

But you forget that Inter played 5 defenders in a 3-5-2 formation against Milan in the semi-final second leg. Denzel Dumfries and Federico Dimarco played more advanced but they were able to integrate into a 5-3-2 formation when the opposing team was building up attacks. The same scheme will also be implemented by Simone Inzaghi against Manchester City in the final, so I think the 3 defenders are just a fake formation.

Simone Inzaghi is fully aware of how dangerous Manchester City can be in attack, so he may really need to work out the best strategy throughout the game. However I have no hesitation in saying that Manchester City will do something great in the final even if Inter want to fight with all their might.

I think you have severe issues correctly reading what somebody wrote and catching the tone within that post. I was first referring to player types and it would make more sense at some point to compare Haaland to Ronaldo than to Messi and even that comparison between Haaland and Ronaldo is a bit difficult because Ronaldo was still a winger, but with strong striking tendencies. He was often found in the centre as well. Messi is a different player type because he often came from the depth of the field.

Again, you should try to either look or up or understand what "at some point" means. Five years from now, maybe ten years from now. If Haaland keeps producing those numbers, even you won't get around comparing him to Ronaldo. If Haaland doesn't, then that is what it is.

The only reason I'll stop quoting is because you do not know how to analyze football, not just that, you watch football with so much bias.
Reading the part of Ronaldo contributed nothing to the game was completely BS! You should go check chances he created around the clubs he represented. I'll only this Convo with you when you learn how to watch football without so much bias.

And Haha, thanks for the feedback, I'll work on my reading and understanding skills. Lolz. I'm sick of seeing folks compare Cristiano Ronaldo with juveniles. Erling Haaland with 52 goals right, how many of these 52 goals was created alone? You should be making such comparisons between Robert Lewandoski and Erling Haaland, player's who score tap in goals.

Inter Milan are not going to prepare for this game with the intention of stopping Haaland from scoring, if you concentrate on only Haaland, City have more than enough players to punish you, Haaland didn't even score against Real Madrid in the SF, but City won 5-1. Haaland has the ability to attract defenders to him, which gives other players the space to penetrate and score. Inter Milan will have to prepare for this game to stop the entire Manchester City team, i am pretty sure they are going to park the bus, they'll surround their box with their players and wait for City to try and break them down, it is not about stopping Haaland, but City.

I haven't seen Inter parking the bus against a team for a long time. They have been used to playing with 3 defenders and an offense-oriented game at the same time. But this must be their toughest match even in the recent years. Manchester City are such a dominant team against even the ones we know as the same. We all witnessed what they did to Real Madrid in the rematch. Real Madrid were just desperate against them after a point. Thinking about that I can't even imagine what Manchester City can do to Inter.

However this is the final stage of course. Both teams will need to play carefully. I think Inter will prioritize zone defense and force their opponent to shots outside the box. But if they still somehow give spaces then Manchester City can break the deadlock earlier and finish the job later on.

This information will never be confirmed - after all, if UEFA is caught on something like that, then UEFA itself will be fucked up. This is a clear violation of the principles of free competition and any such attempt will be punishable. But UEFA officials are so stupid that I nevertheless have some hope that they will fall for this. It would be a good blow to UEFA and perhaps the Super League project would get a second wind.

"There is irrefutable evidence that UEFA threatened Juve with throwing it out of Europe for three years"

According to AS here, translated with google.

https://as.com/futbol/internacional/hay-pruebas-irrefutables-de-que-la-uefa-amenazo-a-la-juve-con-echarla-de-europa-tres-anos-n/

Source; https://as.com/futbol/internacional/hay-pruebas-irrefutables-de-que-la-uefa-amenazo-a-la-juve-con-echarla-de-europa-tres-anos-n/

As I said 2 months ago, even EUFA members said the punishment they got in Serie A was to because to exclude them from the Champions League.

As far as I know the penalty for withdrawing from the Superleague project is huge and I don't know how Juventus will be able to solve it, but it is obvious that they decided to cheat and not fulfill their obligations.

Cheat what exactly? Don't follow the propaganda.

Evidence can be anything, but if it's not strong enough for the court, then it's nothing more than zilch. Any journalist can invent any number of such evidence.
As for cheating, these clubs had a simple agreement - they organize the Super League, and if someone withdraws from the agreement, he pays a penalty. Taking into account the fact that the news went about the fact that "Juventus's lawyers notified the Super League about the withdrawal" and not about the fact that "Juventus paid a penalty and left the Super League", then I see that Juventus is trying to waive the obligation to pay the penalty with the help of legal tricks . What is this if not cheating?

I think Inter will also learn a lot from Manchester City's previous match against Real Madrid and I totally agree with what you said that Inter doesn't need to focus completely on stopping Haaland because this can make Inter lose concentration on other Manchester City players, therefore they must be able to anticipate the gaps that exist to stop any attacks from Manchester City. So as usual, because Inter is a team full of surprises, Manchester City should be more vigilant than Inter. The slightest chance will definitely mean a lot for Inter to score.

I agree, although many consider Pep Guardiola to be the best coach in the world, the fact that he won the last Champions League a long time ago with Messi and with the best generation of Barcelona in history should also be taken into account.
It is a much greater success to win the Champions League with a weaker team, which is not a favorite.
After Barcelona, Pep was unable to win the Champions League again in the last 12 years, neither with Bayern nor with Manchester City.
He received unlimited money from the owner of Manchester City to bring the best players in the world to the club, but for 7 years he has not managed to win the Champions League with the best team and club in the world. It's a big failure for me.
In some key Champions League matches, against Chelsea or Tottenham for example, he simply played too cautiously and missed the chance to win.
In the match against Inter in the final, we will see if Pep has learned something from his previous mistakes.
In terms of winning the Champions League, Inter have more experience. The last time they won was in 2010. Manchester City have never won one, although they do look a lot stronger than Inter at the moment. But in this final, history could play a cruel role, as it did a few years ago against Chelsea. The strongest clubs get into the final and Inter are here for a reason.

If we consider the performance of these two teams in the last few seasons, Manchester City's performance has been much more stable and strong than Inter Milan's. Inter Milan will be far behind City. And this season too, City's performances have been far more organized and strong than Inter Milan's. Even so, there is no way to think of Inter Milan as a weak team. Their players are in good enough form now. Inter Milan's attack in particular is strong now. And so it is very unlikely that City will win this match easily. The match will be very competitive. And it is uncertain which team will be the champion.
