There is no doubt that Bayern is a strong team. Manchester City is also a very strong team. However, there are recent rumors that Bayern Munich has decided to sack their coach Nagelsmann. And sacking a coach before such an important Champions League match is a very risky decision. There is no way to say that coach Nagelsmann is a bad coach. He has done quite well with Bayern Munich. If Nagelsmann is sent off before the game against Manchester City, the impact will definitely be felt in the match. I know Milan is more experienced in the Champions League. But this time I'm really not sure about Milan's performance. they even struggled to qualify from the last 16 round. Maybe Mentally Milan is superior. but in their current form of play which has been on the decline we should be able to see that there is a lot to improve in the Milan team. As for Napoli at the moment they have surprised us. not only in Serie A. but Napoli also appeared extraordinary in the Champions League. I can't agree you'd called that real madrid has poor performance in la liga. Real madrid will not be placed in second place if it has a poor performance in la liga. The only problem is real madrid is always losing against barcelona. The inconsistency that was already faced by la liga was making it loses la liga trophy caused barcelona to be able to take full points from real madrid. Real madrid was focusing to the UCL caused by it had no chance anymore. To be honest, if real madrid is still having a chance the problem is if it does not even reach 5% of chance for madrid to winning la liga.
Putting its strength into something that can't be won will be actually useless. Ancelotti was putting UCL as another important trophy that needs to be won by madrid. Madrid never had an easy game against chelsea. The match against chelsea gonna be a tough game for madrid.

Nagelsman was sacked because of Bayern poor performance in Bundesliga and they can lose it in this season to Dortmund. It is not familiar feeling for Bayern Munich as they easily dominate Bundesliga in many seasons and in its long history.

Maybe Bayern Munich hope that Tuchel will repeat his success with Chelsea. He brought Chelsea to their second Champions League after joining them in middle of season. Some coaches have very special traits and destiny and maybe Tuchel will be considered as a golden alternative coach if he brings Bayern to Champions League title in next 2 months.

Even without appearance of Tuchel (he has yet been appointed), Manchester City would feel fearful when the opponent is Bayern Munich. I don't think Tuchel can help Bayern Munich too much to control Haaland. He left Bundesliga many seasons ago and did not work there when Haaland joined Bundesliga. However, I am not doubtful about Tuchel ability and perhaps he is a better coach than Nagelsman.
