Chelsea's squad is strong. And there are plenty of talented players in Chelsea's squad. And despite having so many talented players, Chelsea's performances have been poor. The responsibility lies with coach Graham Potter. Chelsea is not playing well because of his failure. And I agree with you that Potter doesn't have a definite game plan. I'd say Potter himself doesn't know what he's doing. He is leading Renowned teams like Chelsea to ruin. Potter really should have experimented with the group. And the team needed to develop a stable match strategy. But Chelsea coach Potter failed. If he is not able to stabilize the team this season, Chelsea management may sack Graham Potter next season.

Rumoured that Zidane is around London just if Graham Potter gets sacked to finalize a deal with Chelsea for thr management of the club, he can't handle a team like Chelsea but what would be best would be Paris St Germans.
They had a win today but can they also do same against Borrussia Dortmund of Germany, they might hold them down during the first half but they're to pray same luck they have against Leeds United stay with them still next week during the champions league.

Now they are playing at full strength and indeed Pep's strategy seems to be in the second leg because they did something passive in the first leg.
KDB seems ready to play, on the other hand playing at the Etihad is definitely something more even though Leipzig are a good team but their condition I think it will still be difficult to play against Manchester City.

Chelsea has had a good record in the Champions League for a long time, but their current record is nothing to be proud of and have confidence in doing well in the Champions League this season. Dortmund are in fantastic form, and I wouldn't be surprised if they knock Chelsea out of the Champions League in the second leg. I believe the Chelsea team knows what they should do; the sooner they re-strategize, the better for the entire team.

Manchester city whom I thought was going to have an easy qualification to the next phase is giving me cold feet on their ability.  The more difficult circumstance is chelsea who will have nothing to talk if successfully sent away by Borussia Dortmund. Playing in the Champions League against a team like Real Madrid necessitates a more technical analysis of the game. They're so good in the Champions League and always find a way to win no matter how difficult the game is from the start. Liverpool had their chances in the first leg, took advantage of them, and then relaxed, while Madrid exploited their weaknesses to come back into the game and easily win the match.


Even I expected Manchester City to pass through Leipzig without any difficulty, but after their first leg game I have a doubt on that now. Although Manchester City will be playing from home which will give them advantage over Leipzig, but I still think Leipzig will give in their all to prevail on this match. After the first leg draw, we are going to see an interesting second leg between these two teams in the champions league.

Last season Real Madrid performance was better than now in the Champions league,  quality in the performance of Real Madrid have reduce.  The strength of Real Madrid is not good enough to win Champions league this season.

Manchester City were really surprising against Leipzig in the first leg. Their performance in the second half especially was really unsatisfying and that was why they got a draw there. But in Etihad I don't think Leipzig will be able to stand much chance against them. I don't expect to watch the same Manchester City this time. Guardiola would warn his players about their mistakes in the previous match and we would see them showing a solid performance this time.

Leipzig aren't a big obstacle for them. The real challenge would be against Real Madrid for example. We all must be remembering that legendary draw last season.

You have to be careful every minute against a team of Real Madrid quality.  Liverpool may have fallen into complacency after taking a 2-0 lead.  Because of this comfort, they may have broken away from the game discipline.  Real Madrid, on the other hand, is waiting for such moments the most.  As we can see, they can use their disintegrating powers in an instant.

We expect much more from both teams PSG and Bayern Munich mostly because of their financial situation and the investment they had for this season, I think comparing the last years Bayern Munich is not performing well enough and they have Dortmund racing with them in Bundesliga for the title while PSG also can't use Neymar probably while in the last game, Bayern Munich won the game win a 1-0 result I expect to see a better performance from PSG in the next game to take revenge. 

They have found it difficult to achieve goals against Shelfied United and now Wolves
I don't see the magic they will do to get pass an Italian side that defends very well with two goals
They are also without a coach who has experience on how to defeat Ac Milan it will be a sad day for them as they go back home with empty dreams and another trophy less season

Focusing on Real Madrid's second leg match, does anyone predict that Liverpool will be able to catch their 5-2 aggregate? there may be, but it's very few (I'm speaking from a realistic point of view), except from the Liverpool fans themselves. We all know Real Madrid's performance in the Champions League, even in my mind I think this competition is specifically for Real Madrid. 

Indeed, English Premier League teams are not performing very well in the Champions League. But the teams played poorly in the first leg, the second legs will be competitive.

Real Madrid may not be able to win Barcelona in their local league which I accept and see it as a weakness to them. UCL is different and moreover, this is UCL which Real Madrid do take every of their matches very serious. I see it that they have automatically qualified to the next round because even though, Liverpool wins it wouldn't be up to 3-0.

Liverpool shouldn't be underestimated when it comes to UCL as they are very experienced in this league,they might decide to give Real Madrid a surprise in their game pattern but they have less hope of qualifying. Liverpool won their match this weekend and this might motivate them to win Real Madrid.

It is disappointing that English football clubs did not perform very well in the first leg of the Champions League round.
Now in the second leg every team in the English football club will be struggling to qualify for the next round.
Even when it's becoming so obvious that they will not move to the next round such as Liverpool. We don't have good hope in some teams to go to the next round such as Manchester City. But for Tottenham and Chelsea, I don't think their chances are good.

It doesn't seem like an easy matter for Spurs to overthrow Milan in the second leg later, considering Spurs' performance is not very consistent in several of their matches. plus, Spurs were defeated by Milan in the first leg. that is, if the Spurs want to qualify for the next round phase. Antonio Conte's squad must play with their best performance, and take advantage of the momentum that is playing at their own turf. Meanwhile, Milan's performance is starting to improve again after going through a series of bad matches. in the last four matches in all competitions, Milan achieved maximum results. Milan's chances seem to be bigger than Spurs in the second leg later.


In this match, it seems that Dortmund is more prepared to play the second leg than the host team Chelsea. Edin Terzic's squad have put in quite a good performance in their domestic league, Dortmund only need to hold a draw to qualify for the next round phase. on the other hand, this match is very crucial for Chelsea who will play the match at their own cage.  like it or not, Chelsea must score two goals over Dortmund later. but apparently, something difficult for them to pull off with their really poor performance. I think Dortmund's chance is bigger to qualify for the next round phase.

by the way, Chelsea won their game over Leeds. unfortunately, the goals that were created were not from Chelsea's front line players. meaning, it is only natural that there are many who doubt Chelsea in the match against Dortmund.

Let's discuss the Real Madrid vs Liverpool match and all the possibilities that will occur in the second leg after Liverpool were beaten by a landslide in the first leg. There is no need to discuss Real Madrid losing to Barcelona in this thread because this is not the place to discuss CDR. One more thing, stop discussing Barcelona here because they have been eliminated from the Champions League in the group stage.

I am not entirely sure if Bayern is better this year than last year, by the looks of it they are not, look at the league and you will see that they are basically worse at this moment, at least in the league.

However, PSG is not doing that great neither, and it is not even about Neymar because they can win without Neymar too, they are doing a bit better, but at the end of the day we are talking about a team that will end up with a lot of trouble if they don't start playing better. Even with just Messi and Mbappe they should be able to win, and that is why they need to be much better, Bayern don't have stars like that, and they still manage to win.

For Tottenham Hotspur, we may see a dramatic change because their performance this season in all competitions have been off and on, they do well this week and next week they are left with poor performance. There are high hopes for Tottenham Hotspur to qualify to the next round if they put up a very good performance and score multiple goals.

As for the game involving Dortmund and Chelsea, I can only be sure of their qualifications to the next round of the champions League if they are able to improve in their game against Leeds United and win with good goal records otherwise I can't trust their performance again because they are in poor form.

In my personal assessment, Tottenham still has the chance to make a comeback, but yes, to be able to reverse the situation, it certainly won't be easy because of course Milan will also maintain the aggregate victory they already have. But even so, for me Tottenham still has a chance but it doesn't mean it will be a definite result.

But about Chelsea, I personally have really lost faith in Chelsea. It doesn't matter whether Chelsea will make a change, like maybe changing their coach or not, because at this moment or this season I can assume it's been a bad season for Chelsea.
