Real Madrid is pretty much in the Champions League, but I don't see much chance of Real Madrid winning the title. Real Madrid is considered as the best team in La Liga. There are many big teams in the Champions League who have fought each other to the max.
Last season Real Madrid became the best team in La Liga and also in the Champions League by winning titles in both competitions. Meanwhile, this season is starting to look a little different from last season through Real Madrid's performances so far, but for now Real Madrid isn't bad enough in the Champions League and also in La Liga, even though it's a little behind Barcelona. Because the time to rise like last season for Real Madrid is still very much now, so judging it for now is still not quite right in my opinion.
Last season, even though Real Madrid managed to become champions, actually they were not favored by many people, in fact, every time they managed to beat the team in the round of 16 until they finally competed in the final, many considered them a lucky team. But the question is which team can get lucky by eliminating many big teams and even winning the Champions League. But this season there seems to be a decline shown by Real Madrid.
I would not agree that Real became the champion of Europe last season solely because of luck.
This would actually mean underestimating the great individual quality of that team, team unity, faith in victory and the fight of all players until the last moment.
This is precisely why PSG has not become the European champion until now, even though they invested the most money in the team and brought in Mbappe, Neymar and Messi.
That team has great individuals, but it doesn't have the team unity and character for big things, like Real has.
I agree, Real is currently in crisis, but in the Champions League it doesn't mean much and they shouldn't be underestimated.
