It is true that Benzema is experiencing physical fatigue and in the match against Osasuna in the domestic league it is likely that he will be absent to maintain his stamina and for the match against Liverpool in the UCL will be his priority. When talking about the Real Madrid vs Liverpool meeting in the UCL, it is very clear that Real Madrid has the advantage to win this match, even though there are problems in the context above, I think that there are still quite a lot of options for Real Madrid players so Ancelotti is not too bothered about this.
I'm not sure if Real Madrid have advantage to win against Liverpool, because if you look on the bookies, Real Madrid become an underdog. I think we need to see the result of Real Madrid vs Osasuna first, if Real Madrid can score at least 2 goals, I believe they have a good chance to beat Liverpool. Another problem Toni Kroos will be absent too, Tchouameni doesn't have stable performance like Kroos.

We also have another match between Frankfurt and Napoli, I strongly believe Napoli will win, the odds is high too for @2.12, a worthy match to make a bet.

I think Liverpool is luckier because the first game is in England.  As a team, they are not very good in the Premier league, but they can perform differently in the Champions league.  The Champions League is an arena where players want to prove themselves.  That's why Liverpool will try very hard to win at home.
Liverpool shall not miss the opportunity to play at home first against real madrid. The problem is now if im not even sure if liverpool has been getting back its best performance.

Gakpo and nunez have become a main concern in this case. Gakpo and Nunez may not able to perform so well against real madrid. Real madrid was not everton as a club who placed in the relegation zone. Real madrid was a team with most of UCL trophies and it's still above liverpool.

Liverpool needs also to rely on its luck. Benzema will become a key for madrid to defeat liverpool.

Chelsea must be able to create quick goals to make them equalize on aggregate first. Because if they can score a quick goal, it will increase their morale because they can make the game a draw again. Regardless of what the result is for them, I think they will be able to score goals in the second leg, but I can't say for sure whether they will make a comeback or not, it's hard to predict.
chelsea percentage to win in leg 2 against dortmund reaches 60%, but i also really agree with what you said, Chelsea must be able to score goals quickly so that the confidence of the other players builds up, with big money boehly spent to rebuild Chelsea, let's hope it doesn't disappoint.

I think Liverpool is luckier because the first game is in England.  As a team, they are not very good in the Premier league, but they can perform differently in the Champions league.  The Champions League is an arena where players want to prove themselves.  That's why Liverpool will try very hard to win at home.
liverpool has a minimal chance of winning against madrid even though this match will take place at anfield stadium, we can't deny that mentality is a very important thing in UCL matches and madrid is a team that has that, i'm sure ancelotti will not take this match lightly and will use madrid's full power.

I personally have never worried about Real Madrid in the Champions League as long as Benzema is not injured. But if Benzema is not available then I think our big hopes are not so good this season to defend the title.

Benzima will most likely play this match. He's not injured, but he has physical exhaustion, according to Ancelotti. Obviously, Benzima is the most important player for Real Madrid in this match, so Ancelotti decided to give him a bit of comfort before the match, especially as he's back from an injury.
I think this match is unpredictable. However, I give a small priority to Real Madrid as they have a clear advantage with regard to the previous meetings.

I just hope Chelsea would not play like the way they played before. This is another opportunity before the great Chelsea team and also in there home to display there ability and make sure they give us a straight winning. Chelsea had been losing matches consistently and I wish this time around would be better. I can't just imagine a small winning Chelsea for no reason.
This win can boost Chelsea score a little bit on the table. Everyone is looking forward to this game even those that are not Chelsea fans. This is our home so Chelsea has to win this match or there adversaries will laugh at them.

Chelsea didn't play badly in that game, we all could see that they were just unlucky to not have the advantages at the first half of the game as Chelsea showed many times their quality. Félix has two clear chances that could have given us the lead so it wasn't like we played that badly and also the goal difference is just one goal so we're still in this competition and I believe we can outscore them at Stanford bridge with atleast two goals to steal the quarter finals from them. A scoreline of 2-0 in favor of Chelsea and we have progressed to the next stage.

In the return leg, Graham Potter should make sure he pairs Kovačić with Enzo Fernandez and then involves Mason Mount in the game. We could all see the difference he brought to the team when he was substituted on. We should play a midfielder of three, attack of three as well and drop Kai Havertz and Ziyech. He should play Mudryk Felix and Madueke then a defense of back four which should involve, Ben chilwel, Badiashile, Tiago silver and then Reece James. I don't see us losing that game with this lineup.

This is indeed an advantage, but on the other hand, playing at Anfield is also not something scary because Liverpool's performance is below average.
But indeed at least playing at home will certainly get an injection of encouragement especially this is a revenge match for them but for Madrid I think they will still carry out the same strategy as the previous fianl against Liverpool.
Revenge with Liverpool's not-so-good condition doesn't look like it's going to be easy, because apart from that Liverpool must really fight with more enthusiasm at home. What Liverpool is facing is a team that is currently not in a bad condition so that makes it a little more difficult for the Liverpool team. And I also agree with what you are saying because Real Madrid will continue to use its best strategy against Liverpool in the Champions League, moreover Real Madrid is a team that takes the Champions League very seriously every season.

After an amazing run in the Serie A and Champions League both, Napoli are getting close to playing the first leg of the Frankfurt matchup. I think Napoli are way ahead of their opponent at the moment. Because I can't say Frankfurt are in good condition now. They have started to make point losses a lot and this has caused them to lose momentum.

If you can't concentrate on your game completely against a team like Napoli then your chance of getting an advantageous result drops down sharply. I expect Napoli to beat them in Germany honestly. Maybe it would be by one goal but I still expect them to get the win.

I didn't expect such a performance from Chelsea, I must say they surprised me. The first half was a different game and the second half was different. Both teams were equal in the first half and Chelsea dominated the second half. But they struggled to score goals. Still, this performance gave some fans hope for the team to recover.
There is not much to say about the Club Brugge - Benfica match. The difference in performance and quality between the two teams is obvious. Benfica would have won comfortably even if it was away. This result didn't surprise me either. They could have scored more goals.
Chelsea give hope to their fans I agree with that, because in this first leg match I can say that their game was more promising even though in the end they still had to narrowly lose by 1 goal to Borussia Dortmund. They still have a chance in the second leg later, they will also be more motivated to avenge their defeat and turn things around so they can get rid of Borussia Dortmund.
Yes, from the results of the 1st leg match, even though Chelsea's attacks were barrage of attacks without pause, Borussia Dortmund had to pile up all their players in the defense, Chelsea's game was very good with short passes and very good speed. Chelsea's attacks were quite troublesome and even on target several times just because the Borussia Dortmund goalkeeper played brilliantly and this was also Potter's task, namely to fix the opponent's counterattack. There is still a 2nd leg, anything can still happen, I'm sure the 2nd leg at home to Chelsea can reverse the score from Borussia Dortmund.

I have learned something in football I draft from Real Madrid last Champions League season, a match isn't over until it is over, we quickly make assumptions that when a team is underperforming in a match event, people become emotional that they will lose but Real Madrid last year performance was the biggest in Champions League that surprise everyone, how they moved from knockout stage to lose to PSG and won in the second leg and that was how they all did till the final day and Liverpool eventually lost to them, they can still perform the similar thing in their domestic Laliga league that everyone thinks they are hopeless to reach and no doubts, Real Madrid is coming out of this knockout stage successfully.
Real Madrid is the king of the Champions League in terms of its title participation so far. So I've never wondered why a team like Real Madrid was actually able to come off a lot of pressure and win the final.

This season there is a possibility that Real Madrid will not be able to repeat the same success as last season. I know Liverpool are worse in form, but Real Madrid also have some weaknesses that can be exploited. It's good to expect Liverpool to win in the first leg, it's home but everything will be decided in 90 minutes.
In this condition everything is still possible, but looking at Madrid's actual condition, if you look in the mirror from last season, they are also not too favorite, but the conditions are now different. They are the defending champions, on the other hand, they also have experience, and with Liverpool's current condition, can they still be the favorites in this condition? I do not think so. Last season, with the extraordinary performance shown by Liverpool, they still have to accept the harsh reality and this season they are worse than usual. I think with this condition alone I'm already sure that even if Madrid are still not in the favorites to be champions but in this phase they will qualify.

I agree with you that Real Madrid deserve that title. I believe they have won the Champions league trophy more times than any other team and the fact that they won it 3 times in a row and 4 times in 5 years makes them worthy of bearing the title, this season they still have opportunity to try and win again but first they have to defeat Liverpool.

Chelsea played well but the team needs time to get used to each other. But Kai Havertz should leave this team asap. It will be better for both Chelsea and Havertz. There is potential in the team, there is effort, but the finishing leg is missing and they are out of shape. They will either get a link player like Benzema or they will get a poucher. Both are the type of player who can push this team forward. For Chelsea, we have to wait for the next season, not this season, they formed a new team, new players, getting used to etc. We may see a completely different Chelsea next season.

Liverpool lose their winning potential ever since the departure of Sadio Mane. It is as if there is a kind of spell casted on them ever since Mane left.
Upon all the good players newly registered in the team they still find it difficult to keep a good consecutive wins, I wonder if they will survive the champion league. Round of 16 with this present condition they are.

The performance of Real Madrid on the previous UCL was incredible so it makes sense they will not be able to repeat it, still they are one of the favorites to win it all again and Liverpool does not look as good, quite honestly if they cannot get a convincing win on their home field I do not see how they could hold on against Real Madrid at their own home, so the game that will played on Tuesday will be key for Liverpool's aspirations of moving forward to the quarterfinals.

It may not be a competition between teams in form, but it can be a fun and open competition. Both teams are having a mediocre season in the league, and we can even say that Liverpool is having a bad season at the moment. But in the CL, both teams will be keen to pull out all the stops to make it to the next round, as little is still possible for both in the league. But I also expect the necessary spectacle at the match between Bayern Munich and PSG. That is certainly not over when Mbappe is fit. If he can't participate, we will see a similar match like this week.

I agree that Liverpool is in bad shape and they are not doing that well at all, there is also the fact that they haven't been good at all this entire year. The difference between "not good" from Real and Liverpool is that LFC is nowhere near the top whereas Real is still winning games left and right.

Liverpool could probably do better than they have in the Premier League, and obviously it's a bad thing when we have to underestimate them. Kloop has learned a lot from last season's mistakes, and they will try to improve but Real Madrid are specialists who will not give up easily on any team.

Liverpool is struggling to return to form. And we see Liverpool's poor performance in the Premier League. I forget the last time I saw a good performance from this team. On the other hand, Real Madrid's performance was unstable while Benzema was injured. But Real Madrid played well in the last match. Benzema is back from injury. Real Madrid won 4-0 against Elche. Real Madrid will win if Benzema is with the squad against Liverpool. And if Benzema can't stay with the squad, it will be difficult for Real Madrid to beat Liverpool.
I agree that Liverpool is in bad shape and they are not doing that well at all, there is also the fact that they haven't been good at all this entire year. The difference between "not good" from Real and Liverpool is that LFC is nowhere near the top whereas Real is still winning games left and right.

This is why I think they have a better chance to win this game as well, they are great at UCL and showed that last year once again, I am guessing that it will be another easy win for them this year too. Plus, considering all the other teams these two teams faced, which is funny enough a lot, then we can see how Real has the upper hand in each of those games.

How can you be so sure ? They lately got back to good ways asides that, they haven't been too bad but they let so much goals in Ancellotti has work to do to improve the defense before the game against Liverpool.
I'd be taking sides with Liverpool over Newcastle, they had a good game against Everton, trust they're doing same against Newcastle at Saint Mary's Stadium.

Liverpool failed so much against Real Madrid but Klopp should step up with his tactics especially when they play Real Madrid at Anfield.
Being too sure isn't very good, but when you look at the current statistics and the condition of Liverpool, which is still in a not-so-good condition, things like this are likely to happen.
Even though in this case it is still possible for them to actually create a condition where they can win but of course when looking at H2H before pre-match now it is clear that Madrid are the favorites to win.

Liverpool is not doing well this season. And meeting Madrid in the last 16, is quite detrimental for Liverpool. Last season Liverpool did appear very strong. but this season, Madrid will win quite easily over Liverpool.
even though the quality of the players in the Liverpool squad is not bad. but the quality of Liverpool's game at the moment is not good. they are not consistent in every match. and Madrid has the advantage of the winning mentality of its players. Madrid has a greater chance of qualifying for the next phase.
We can be sure that Real Madrid can qualify because Liverpool's condition is in a mess I think it should be used if Real Madrid can overcome it.
Seeing Liverpool's view of the Premier League where they are not strong enough to fight for their standings, often their matches in the domestic league always fail with a perfect win plus the Champions League match, of course, it will be more difficult for Klopp to win.
But still, this will be an exciting match even though we consider Liverpool to be on the decline.
