The strength of both teams is almost equal. Milan have been having bad results in Serie A lately. Tottenham also has inconsistent results in this regard. In the Premier League, you see that they win the hardest match, then you definitely lose the match they are favorite. honestly, chelsea is a bad team, they made a lot of good signings, but it will take a long time for each player to get used to playing for chelsea and have good interaction between players, in the last 5 games that chelsea played they only managed to score 2 goals, despite showing that they have a good defense, chelsea will play against dortmond, which is a team that has a good attack and good defense, so for me this game between chelsea and dortmond, I see dortmond as a favorite to win the game

if i were to place a bet i would bet on a draw or dortmond to win the game, chelsea don't play well, but of course they can surprise you in this game, maybe they are saving energy in the premeir league and in the champions league play more seriously, i prefer thinking like that despite being a ridiculous thought, but it serves as an excuse because I can't understand why chelsea with so many good players don't play well, don't have good results

clearly bayern will win this game, i think that bayern's focus is on this game, PSG has injuries in important players, even if they recover in time to play they won't have rhythm

Milan - Tottenham

this will be the meeting between two broken teams, they don't have a good defense, they concede a lot of goals with any opponent, but tottenham have a big advantage in the attack, and milan is a complete disaster even in the attack, i see tottenham in better conditions to win in this game

PSG was a strong team before the arrival of Messi, they played in every finals in the League 1 tournaments and one time finalist of the Champions league. With and without Messi PSG can still change for any title,  Messi just an added advantage to PSG team based on his previous Glory and achievements.

Without Messi, PSG three are really weak. Only because of Messi's great play and proper guidance, PSG is in a good position now. But if PSG leaves Messi out of the team, this team will be in a big problem. But Messi is old enough that he will be forced to leave the game at any time as his body weakens with age. So PSG will have to form a good team to retain their position without Messi

PSG has been getting very bad result against monaco. Im not sure if even with messi PSG will able to beat bayern. Messi didn't have good record against bayern. PSG will be playing without mbappe. that being said that if messi will not become a threat for bayern.
Bayern has a strategy to counter messi's movement. PSG is now in a very big disadvantage caused by it must be played without mbappe. Bayern will try to take it as opportunity caused by the performance from replacement for mbappe was not as good as mbappe.

Messi is a play maker, that's why Neymar and Mbappe can score many goals. It's really wrong if you think Messi will not give a huge impact to PSG, Messi almost always score a goal or give an assist in every match.

The first leg will happen on PSG's home, if PSG can't win or make it draw, I'm sure 100% Bayern Munich will win in the second leg.

Just check the odds, PSG is currently become an underdog and the odds is close to @3.00 in money line betting option. I think I would bet PSG since the odds is worth it, PSG will play with their best line up.

Are you saying this based on how you feel on based on facts? If Chelsea take their domestic form to Europe, they'll lose woefully because they are extremely poor domestically. Dotmund is a team that know how to attack and score goals and Chelsea find it hard to score many goals these days.
I believe Chelsea will some how progress to the next stage of the competition but it's not a certainty. They have to play their lives out if the want to win Dotmund who are also an inconsistent team.

Indeed, Messi focuses more on the big match in UCL. The match between PSG and Bayern is not a small match and this will really determine their existence. Taking rests to prepare for that big match is the best and wisest way. It is still several days remaining before the match and hopefully his condition is really fit and doesn't disturb his skill.

Dortmund winning Bayern even at their poor state can’t be compared to the champions league football. The morale and team spirit is different here. Chelsea from past seasons have shown much high level of expertise in the field of play in the champions league, much better than what Dortmund has showed. Even with Chelsea current form, I don’t think Dortmund are worthy opponent that will hinder them from qualifying to the next round of the competition.

I would like to know how you get such confidence? Borussia, even in its poor state, is the kind of team that can sometimes beat Bayern in a personal meeting, and now Dortmund is clearly on the rise. Chelsea seem to have forgotten what it's like to win (one win in the last 8 games lol). Recent form of Tottenham is better than AC Milan. Tottenham players have more experienced and star players who played in Euro, World Cup and even Champions League recent years. They are a better team in how many star players they have and experience of their star players.

I don't think the past tradition of AC Milan in Champions League will be enough to help them beating Tottenham. Sorry believe AC Milan must wait for a next season to move farther than the Round of 16. But first they must end this season in top four of Serie A, will they can get it?

I would guess that there isn't much expected from them anyway, they will lose either this round or next but they will be pretty much gone. I believe that it is quite important to focus on teams like PSG, or Real or City, these three definitely have a very big chance to win. Real not so much because they are great this season, not even leading the league, but they are a UCL team and they could always end up winning when nobody expecting.

Mbappe and Messi is missing on first Bayern game, so PSG could have a bit of a trouble as well. But aside from that City also has some sort of financial trouble clouding over them so that could be a bit morale breaking thing as well.
