In this season they were doing good in until break and hold second spot which was not bad with their available resources but sadly after the break they are having big decline in performance and with this now their rank is also going down which is the biggest issue but sadly with this all management not able to bring any new player which can handle this all so in last five games they are not able to win any match in Serie A which is the worst part of this all.

Before big game which is now just few days away and Tottenham is surely not easy opponent for them if they want to keep their hopes alive for the next round in Champions League then surely they need to work hard for this and also having change in strategy as well otherwise most chances they could be not able to survive at home as well in this round.

the teams that are on a downturn and haven't shown any improvement in their recent form are Chelsea, Liverpool and Milan. Chelsea and Liverpool did have a bad season in the premier league from the start. but Milan initially had a fairly good performance in Serie A. They were even ranked 2nd for quite a long time replacing Atalanta. But lately Milan continues to play badly. since the world cup break Milan did not seem to get their maximum performance back. But in the Champions League I'm sure these three teams will surprise us. at least all the teams must have fought hard for the Champions League match.

It's difficult to expect which team will qualify because these two teams haven't met each others in ECL since 2011, and both of them were subjected to many changes since then. I agree that Tottenham have many advantages, but the odds don't reflect it, so Milan is well-estimated when they play in San Siro. Not meaning to belittle it, but indeed with their current condition when they lose 2 key players in the attack, it's clear they will just be like an ordinary team without anything different.
Neymar's presence is still possible but I don't think it will be enough when you see the current conditions.

When their key players are able to play and can't play due to injury and or other problems, I think the match will still be fair because it is certainly a risk. So, nothing is unfair when their key players cannot play due to injury, because coaches should have been aware of and or had anticipated incidents like this by rotating more frequently beforehand.

So yes, by not being able to play several key players for PSG, PSG must be able to accept this situation and the coach must be able to make a strategy that can support good gameplay in the match against Bayern Munich and this match will still be interesting.

I think the PSG team is pretty stagnant without Messi-Neymar Mbappe. At least one of the three stars needs to be on the team. Then the team will be somewhat stronger. PSG team is already in disarray and if three attacking players are not playing then the situation of the team will be very bad.
