Arsenal really shouldn't be underestimated next season, especially in the Champions League because Arsenal themselves are also very aware that they still have to improve on existing deficiencies to be able to wade through an even greater next season. And not only in the Champions League, Arsenal must be taken into account, but also in the Premier League must also be considered from the start of the season, because Arsenal will try to be consistent from the start of the season to fight for the title next season.
What happened to Arsenal last season is a lesson for the team, and I am sure they will never make the same mistake they made towards the end of last season, both in the Premier League and Europa League competitions, which they had hope of winning but failed due to a lack of squad depth.
Therefore, with the way Arsenal has been busy in the transfer market trying to get enough squad depth in order to avoid the mistake they made towards the end of last season, Arsenal should not be underrated in the coming season's Champions League because they are no longer an average team like we used to know; they are now a team with a lot of world-class players that have the zeal to win trophies.
Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are both lacking an important thing in their squad now which is a striker. They both have strikers in their squads technically of course but they don't have a reliable one for especially the Champions League. Bayern Munich's performance was quite inadequate for this reason last season as well.
Real Madrid have also lost Benzema and loaned Joselu. But Joselu has surely been brought as a replacement for their future main striker. But they have still not made up their mind on a target yet. There are only rumours on the internet.
But I believe both teams will manage to solve their striker problem before this transfer window closes. But I can't be confident about the time period before the season starts officially.
Strikers are presently in short supply and are a huge issue for almost all major teams, with the exception of Manchester City.
All of the big teams need a solid striker like Haaland, and while we all know that there are only a few world-class strikers available in the transfer market, most of them are unwilling to leave their clubs.
Perhaps some young strikers will shine brightly in this Champions League since world-class strikers are scarce and their teams are unwilling to let them leave.
