It's not impossible in the hands of Erik ten Hag his performance can very impressive, but what is clear is that the decision to target Hojlund  have gone through a long consideration process. But if the other option is Gabriel Jesus I agree more with this one, the reason is clear because Jesus is superior in many ways including his experience dealing with situations in the EPL and Champions League which is also part of Ten Hag's Ambition with The Red Devils.
I don't even think arsenal gonna let gabrial gone to the its rival. I think that hojlund is the most suitable striker for manchester united right now. Hojlund has two important skills. He has speed and good physic. It will become a good striker to face haaland. Gabriel has been performing so well with arsenal last season. Arsenal will still keep him no matter how much money offered by manchester united.
United just need to raise more money from selling its players. MU's bid is still very far from what already asked by atalanta. ETH has been thinking so many times about hojlund. Arsenal has proven that if used jesus was not enough in breaking the domination that owned by manchester city. Manchester united needs a beast striker lika haaland. I don't agree if MU try to approach gabriel.

Can't wait to see how Manchester United is going to perform with Ten Hag in the Champions League because I know this team can be even stronger when Ten Hag chose the players for the next season and some players like Rasmus Hojlund and Onana join this team and help them in the next season. Although they have made significant progress, it is noteworthy that there is still ample opportunity for improvement for them in comparison to teams like Manchester City and Real Madrid.

1/4 final at best for Man Utd I think, they haven’t done anything impressive so far in the summer transfer market. That can change quickly of course but I don’t see them as a serious option to win it.

Man City will be favourites but the usual suspects will be there until the latter stages, PSG, Barca, Real etc.
Napoli didn’t get stripped of all their playing assets as I expected so they could be a dark horse.

After a one-season break Manchester United are finally joining the Champions League group stage. Thanks to the significant improvement they have made with Erik ten Hag of course. These days are quite active for them as well. They are chasing many transfers for various areas in their squad. A centre-forward transfer is priority of course.

As you know already they are after Rasmus Hojlund. Honestly I wouldn't expect him to be their priority. Because he has still not performed very impressively so far. We don't know if he can change in the Premier League. Another candidate is Gabriel Jesus according to the recent rumours.

However I believe they would make use of a complete forward more actually. I would have waited for them to chase Kane transfer too by the way.

The main objective of the PSG team is to do well in the Champions League. They have been trying this for a long time. But they are not seeing success. Hopefully they will try to revamp the squad this season so that they can get into a good Champions League position.

PSG once had nearly all of the good players they could think of in order to win the Champions League, but they failed and were eliminated at some point. They had Messi, Mbappe, and Neymar in their attack and still couldn't win. I'm not sure how their current squad will perform in the forthcoming Champions League tournament, but I don't think they'll be able to win it without most of their key players they once had before.
Most likely psg didn't have any luck last season in the Champions league because they have a very strong squad but failed to advance to the Champions league final. PSG are a big team who have a pretty strong squad but they don't have the mentality to be champions yet.

Manchester city can be a big obstacle for PSG next season because Manchester city is the strongest candidate besides Real Madrid. Next season some teams from epl return to champions league like manchester united. So there is so much competition that will occur next season in the race for the ucl trophy.
PSG was too relaxed and over confidence that with this three big players they will win the Champions League,  I think the club were putting too much hope on this players and they never created a winning mentality. Champions league competition next season will be really tough with teams from premier league and I'm not sure if psg will make it to win the Champions.  Real Madrid that was eliminated too from the Champions league by Manchester City are also trying their best to strengthen their squad against champions league next season,  I'm not sure too sure if PSG will be favourite this time .
At first the owner of the club thought he'll achieve his quest for UEFA Champions League glory by signing very high profile players who will conquer the whole of Europe and bring the trophy home but unfortunately for him it didn't work as planned.
Now they've gotten a fantastic manager in Luis Enrique who they expect to build a formidable team that'll play more like a team, develop it and try to win European Cup for the club as soon as possible. We keep our fingers crossed and see if he can achieve that feat.

I'm sorry, but in my opinion this season with the mbappe problem, PSG has become weaker than last season, just see that Messi, Sergio Ramos and many others left PSG and it seems that mbappe will remain at PSG but won't be playing, so I see PSG having great difficulties in winning Ligue 1 and if they don't even have the conditions to conquer Ligue 1 then even going through the group stage I doubt very much that PSG will be able to do that, let's look at their friendly matches:
PSG 2 - 0 Le Havre AC
as it was an extremely weak team, PSG had no difficulties in winning the game
PSG 0 - 0 Al - Nassr
as it was a medium opponent they couldn't win the game
PSG 2 - 3 Cerezo osaka
even in the face of a weak opponent they didn't win
let's be frank, without messi, without mbappe PSG is nothing and without a great coach with good experience in the champions league PSG will not pass the group stage in my opinion. while manchester city continues with a good squad and with that will be a strong candidate to win the champions league, but it has the arsenal that is also strong, it has manchester united and bayern if they get kane
Totally agreed with it. I saw that how weak PSG is right now. The club is not having good chemistry. it was different compared with the performance from last season. PSG was still able winning against al nassr with good scores but this time. PSG is facing horrible situation especially for its attacking lines. The new players signed by PSG were not able replacing the old players who have been leaving from the club. The quality is far going down compared with last season.

No chance for this club to win UCL. PSG may be going out from UCL caused by it will not be able to pass the group qualification. It's too early to take a conclusion about PSG but in my understanding if those are worst results obtained by PSG.
The japanese team can even perform better although PSG was always giving huge pressures. Im not feeling doubt if PSG will be failed agian next season.
PSG needs to signa a good striker that can replace mbappe as soon as possible.
A series of bad results for Luis Enrique squad, of course this is not an ordinary problem even though it was a pre-season match. The existence of star players who were purchased at high prices have not been able to provide the expected contribution. Of course a question from PSG fans, how will their journey on the Domestic League and Champions League stages next season? Enrique takes full responsibility for PSG situation today. Little hope that they can win the results of other pre-season matches, because it's a little strange if they keep losing and drawing with clubs who are not at their level.

PSG and Enrique management must choose a firm stance to rule out various player transfer issues in their squad, because I think this is the most influential factor for players. Announcing the main squad for next season will provide clarity for players to motivate, the rumors of Mbappe and Neymar move have been a source of great concern.

Despite the fact that Enrique needs to find players for his team, and the players who left PSG are difficult to replace, we are also aware that he is a good coach and knows how to get good results without using too many expensive players, like Mbappe, in his team. I think that Enrique was hoping that Mbappe would stay in PSG for another season, but that is just my opinion.
PSG has been dreaming of glory in the Champions League for a very long time, various methods have been taken to realize its ambition to win the UCL trophy from bringing in quality players to Gonta changing top coaches. PSG tried a new breakthrough by bringing in Luis Enrique to fulfill his dream of winning the UCL trophy which they had never won so far. Now PSG is in a transitional period with a new coach, a team reshuffle has begun after the departure of several players such as Messi and Ramos, they are looking for players to add to the strength of the team to provide competition in the new season.

Several players have been brought in to fill holes in several lines, Lucas Hernandez (Bayern Munich), Milan Skriniar (Inter Milan), Le Kang-In (Mallorca), Marco Asensio (Real Madrid), Manuel Ugarte (Sporting Lisbon). After successfully bringing in several players who can be played in different positions, it is possible that several other new players will be brought in before the transfer market closes. Luis Enrique is known as a coach who likes to bring in players according to his wishes that match the tactics he uses. Players who have been brought in by PSG will be re-selected by Enrique because in my opinion not all of those who have been brought in are purely from Enrique's wishes.

I really understand PSG current situation because its always been their dream to get the UCL trophy and always make reforms every season until they have to sell the star players they have again but my one thought is that PSG wants to get the UCL cup instantly or quickly and all proven when every season always spend more money to make overhaul players or coaches.
well, for me this is a mistake when you always make changes that always take time to adapt and PSG shouldn't make big changes but retain star players or coaches after that strategizing from every mistake last season like coach Pep who stayed at Man City until he had the best strategy of taking mistakes in the past. so PSG doesn't need to be in too much of a hurry to get the champions league cup and just hold meetings seriously looking for ways to improve the performance of all the players and coaches and to be honest Im a little doubtful about Enrique.

well, when bringing in a large number of new players this actually doesn't improve the team performance but it also takes time to adapt as I said earlier so for me this is a slightly complicated method from Enrique who takes in a large number of new players.

Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are both lacking an important thing in their squad now which is a striker. They both have strikers in their squads technically of course but they don't have a reliable one for especially the Champions League. Bayern Munich's performance was quite inadequate for this reason last season as well.

Both teams you mention need other potential players. But Bayern Munich does not need a striker now, or let me say, it is not necessary for Bayern Munich to get any players in my opinion. because they have all the positions and they are still strong, so they don't need anything like that now. What I think is the weak point of Bayern Munich is their coach, and if they get a new one, I believe they will see the best in them. However, Kareem Banzema move to another team, not because of anything but because of his age, and he may not be much stronger for the coming seasons.

Did you say Bayern Munich don't need a smarter player? If they didn't need one, they wouldn't have continued to pursue Kane even after Tottenham initially rejected their offer of money. To be honest, Bayern Munich need a smarter player because, based on their performance, they lack a good goal scorer. Even though I am aware that Bayern Munich is a very strong team with many talented players, I feel that the team's performance will still seem subpar without a striker who can score goals. Therefore, in my opinion, Bayern Munich needs a striker and should pursue Kane because I am confident that they will be able to acquire Kane if they have what Tottenham needs.

However, there are numerous teams who require strickers, such Chelsea, Manchester United, and Real Madrid. Although these clubs do have strickers, I am not happy with their stricker players, especially Real Madrid. Despite the fact that Real Madrid already has Joselu, who proved his suitability for the position by scoring in the preseason match between Real Madrid and Manchester United, it would be beneficial if the team continued to look for a stronger stricker player because the upcoming season's competition will be fierce.

The problem with Messi number its they are always great numbers, but we always see them like shit or trash because he make us so badly accustomed to his astronomical numbers, that when we see he doing normal "goods" number we see them like bad numbers.
Leo Messi jersey numbers are incredible, we usually recognized him as LM10 in fifa games and also in reality. Leo Messi is the undisputed GOAT of our modern football generation. It's basically no new thing this summer, he played for elite clubs and have proven to be the best player in football history, winning every single important titles before retiring to average league that's unpopular. Even in his new club, he keeps putting in more of his stellar display, since his arrival, Inter Miami keeps recording streak winnings, that's the influence of the GOAT. The fans and everyone is delighted to watch Leo Messi make his debut and score a stunning free kick.

Thomas Tuchel has the ability to strengthen the Munich team. Munich now needs an experienced striker. If Harry Kane can be added to the Munich squad then we will get a great performance from Munich next season. And if Munich fails to add talented players in attack then it will be difficult for Munich to dominate the Champions League.
Exactly right, if Bayern Munich can sign an experienced striker, then of course they can get a great performance in the next season. But unfortunately, Tottenham will not change Kane price transfer fee if Bayern Munich want the services of Harry Kane. Also there is other news that Manchester United are still aiming Kane, if Bayern Munich want services of that man then they must act immediately for the third offer, considering that Kane is being targeted by another club.
Manchester United and other clubs compete for transfers, making it difficult. It's like musical chairs - who gets a seat after the music stops? Bayern Munich played well last season. However, Kane's striker skills could make the difference. The cost? That's another matter.

Kane is worth investing in. An effective striker who scores goals is an investment. With Kane, they may sweep next season. Manchester United's interest requires quick action. Bayern's hesitancy could let Man Utd steal Kane.

I have always said something, if there is a need and you have the money to solve it, then you have to do it, then what remains throughout the season are regrets and that is something that is not very good, less for a team like Bayern that is always at the forefront, not only in the Bundesliga, but also in the UCL, this team cannot and should not lower the level, for me things have to be seen as they are, if they know that Harry Knae is their ticket to victory what else do they do? They should hurry up, give that money and that's it, if they make a mistake, what difference does it make, although with a player like him, I don't think there are any mistakes.

Most likely psg didn't have any luck last season in the Champions league because they have a very strong squad but failed to advance to the Champions league final. PSG are a big team who have a pretty strong squad but they don't have the mentality to be champions yet.

PSG faced too many obstacles last season in the Champions League which ultimately made them fail to qualify for the quarter-finals after being defeated by Bayern Munich. Christophe Galtier is a coach who is doubtful for bringing great success to PSG in the Champions League, maybe worse than several previous coaches such as Carlo Ancelotti, Laurent Blanc, Unai Emery, Thomas Tuchel and Mauricio Pochettino.

For next season PSG have signed a contract with their new coach, Luis Enrique. He may not be any better than the big names of Europe's top coaches at the moment, but Enrique has a good track record with Barcelona a few seasons ago. He can repeat his success at PSG if he gets the support he deserves, but of course he needs time and a gradual adjustment.

Well, personally I am not very devoted to Luis Enrique, he is a coach who seems quite egocentric to me, I say this because he left very good players in Spain in the World Cup in Qatar, he preferred to take almost the entire squad from Barcelona, and left a Sergio Ramos among so many greats from Real Madrid, and these things should not be revealed in these cases, the best are needed, so this makes me think that things at PSG if there are players that he does not like, he will seek to get them out and he will do it, so he affirmed with the case of Mbappé that he did not want him to go, but they saved him the job.

At PSG, if things don't give good results, Jeq2ue will not hesitate to look for another coach, I hope he does things well, what I have no doubt about is that he will seek to change the entire PSG squad for very young players, because He thinks that young players are lops that can give him victory.

and Luis Enrique loves Dembele:

Barcelona react to Ousmane Dembele to PSG rumors

Quote
Ousmane Dembele is once again being linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain but Barcelona are reportedly fairly calm about the situation.

Speculation is rife that Dembele has agreed a deal with PSG, and the French champions will spring his €50 million release clause before the end of the month.

Yet there is no cause for “particular concern” in the Barcelona dressing room, according to Diario Sport.

Xavi and his staff are “100% confident” that Dembele wants to stay and continue his career with the Catalan giants.

Contract renewal negotiations are already underway, and the club are confident he will extend his deal with Barcelona.

Source: https://www.barcablaugranes.com/2023/7/28/23811624/barcelona-react-to-ousmane-dembele-to-psg-rumors

Well here Xavi does not want to give him up, he is 100% sure that he will not leave, in any case the economic state of Barcelona needs a good recovery and PSG is a team that can buy him and give him a good amount, just as they need, it is think about it.

And with Neymar:

Quote
Lee has had moments with Neymar Jr. that is seeing a bromance budding between the two this summer. However, now the South Korean international can tell his teammate he’s selling more jerseys than him.

RMC Sport’s Fabrice Hawkins reports that Lee and Neymar are the most followed PSG stars on the Japan Tour. In the stores, Lee is also leading for the current best-selling jerseys, followed by Neymar and Marquinhos

Source: https://psgtalk.com/2023/07/kang-in-lee-neymar-among-the-popular-players-on-psgs-japan-tour-report/

Not bad for the Brazilian star, one of the best chips that PSG has, I hope they don't leave him, although it was said out there that he wanted to go to Barcelona, I hope not, because this player is a fundamental key for PSG .

Paris of Garmine has been trying for so much to win the Champions League for some seasons ago. They have spent money to bring in world class players but it didn't work for them. Even in the last Champions league when their 3 star men were available and they couldn't win the Champions League.
Checking the quality of clubs this season you will understand that so many clubs are in order and preparing more than PSG. So, this their season of disarray they will not achieve the CL trophy.

Last season, PSG were not strong at all. They could not even take the first place in the group losing it to Benfica! Of the 3 stars only Mbappe was really useful (Neymar at the beginning of the season, but when it came time for the decisive games, he was already blown away). If you look at the “brand”, then they lost to the “great” Bavaria, but in fact we all saw that Bayern was frankly weak last season. In fact, a weak PSG lost to a weak Bavaria. It was the end of their cycle, now we will see what the new team will be capable of.

I think Messi also did ok in the Champions League as he had 8 scorer points consisting of 4 goals and 4 assists and Mbappe had 10 (7+3). But the offense hasn't really been a problem for PSG in the Champions League even when Neymar missed important games. PSG could never be consistent for 90 minutes and even worse than that it was almost guaranteed that they are making one big mistake at some point in the game and whenever that happened, they fell apart despite leading the game still. They need a compact team that knows how to defend a lead during the game and of course a two goal lead even when a mistake happens. Neymar is a player who starts complaining immediately as soon as the team concedes a goal and he never puts work into the defense, yet complains. These emotional collapses cost them the games often times.

I also agree more with what you are saying because it is indeed time for PSG to concentrate on their performance for next season by finding every replacement for players who will and have left PSG at the end of last season. That was the solution at first besides Luis Enrique who also had to be able to train the players better for next season by increasing the team's capabilities so that the team could achieve what it had not achieved during previous seasons.
The new season is counting down to be started and PSG must hurry up with their transfer. They must complete transfers of players who wanted by PSG to improve their squad strength. They should assume they will no longer have Mbappe after this summer and should not let future of Mbappe affects their transfer in this summer.

Their squad are not perfect and still have some weaknesses so they must take this summer transfer to improve it. If they have long term development plan like Manchester City, they can consider to buy some young players and plan to grow those younth players in their academy.

Like Real Madrid bought Vinicius and Rodrygo when those players were very young, and they spent about four seasons to grow up those players. PSG must do the same as this strategy will help them to save transfer cost and have more sustainable growth. They can not rely on money from their owners to buy star players with expensive costs forever.
