It was like a dream to me yesterday seen Bayern Munich Bayer Leverkusen beat with many goals in the Bundesliga hodling ground with Arsenal and they use 1 goal to beat Arsenal to lock them out from UEFA champions league quarter-final.


I don't know what Arsenal do to Bayern Munich that is making them to always use this stage to lock Arsenal out from the tournament, despite the hope they have this year to beat Bayern Munich but they didn't make their hope to work out for them in this season.

Bayern Munich coach will surely remain in the team next season because their President was not comfortable with the Bundesliga trophy they missed in this season, but Bayern Munich coach use this UEFA champions league qualify for semi-final to make their president happy.

Everyone was not expecting Real Madrid to disqualify Manchester city, I had made analysis of how they are going to qualify for quarter finals and also semifinals but what has happened has happened and it won’t change the fact that we did not make it to the finals. We don’t have a choice than to focus now on the premier league the more. Clubs Bayern did a great job. Aside we been disqualified I was impressed with the performance of psg also they played well. Especially mbappe and since is dream is to win the champions league let’s see if he will make the dream come true.


Real Madrid was lucky and God was on their side to have been able to win Manchester City if not we all know what Manchester City is capable of doing. Have accepted our fate. And it was a fair game between the two clubs. If not for that I would have lashed on my club for bad performance. PSG Barcelona I was wondering how Barcelona was even able to keep up during the first leg. I was happy they did not qualify for the semifinals and psg did, I knew Barcelona won’t win.

If you have been following Barcelona over few seasons ago, you will realize that they did not live up to expectations this season. Their performance was very poor and for a very long time they have been ruled out as a possible team to win the Spanish La Liga. Even after signing big name like Robert Lewandowski, it would have been expected that they will do so well. But it seems the same fate that greeted Harry Kane in Bayern Munic is what Lewandowski is facing in Barcelona. I was not surprised with the performance of Barcelona, I never expected them to give PSG so much headache like they did and PSG winning them is in agreement with my projections.

That's more or less what I meant in my post, Real Madrid's tradition is very strong and it seems to be an advantage for them in difficult situations
I was believingin Man. City's qualification and even more so when the penalties started, Modric missed, then I thought the English team would qualify

About Bayern vs PSG, I confess I prefer this final instead of Real vs PSG or Borussia

Last night's match was beyond my predictions, especially the Manchester City match. we failed, and had to be willing to lose in the bet on choosing the team we chose.  especially City, who had to be beaten by Real Madrid. as for Arsenal, I predict that both teams will have a chance and it turns out that Bayern Munich will be able to take advantage of the match at the Allianz Arena, their home ground. in the semi-finals between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, in the semi-final match, both Thomas Thucel and Don Carlo will prepare their teams to both qualify for the next phase, namely the Champions League final match.

Talking about Bayern Munich, Tuchel has failed to maintain the tradition that has so far dominated Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. however, Bayern still has hope in this competition. their goal now is none other than how to overthrow Real Madrid. Tuchel still has time to strengthen his team, and welcome Real Madrid to the Allianz Arena in the first leg. The fact that it was Araujo who made the actual mistake is hard to excuse regardless of the situation and I think it was purely an unnecessary mistake. There are a few reasons that Araujo should have thought further about this, firstly Barcelona were still ahead on aggregate and they were still 1 goal up at the time so even if the worst case scenario was a goal it was still 11 against 11 which meant Barcelona wouldn't be at a numerical disadvantage.

However, in other situations it's not entirely possible to get away with it because with the high tension of a match we are sometimes required to think faster and the unconscious action of a hand gesture like Araujo's is inevitable in some circumstances which makes it an unexpected reflex. Unfortunately in this case with an unexpected mistake it actually made Barcelona feel the prolonged impact and made them eliminated from the Champions League this season.

I think that almost everyone thought about such a final when they saw what the semi-finals would be like, since the final where Mbappe plays against his future team is a good intrigue and ending for the endless series called “Mbappe leaves/stays in PSG”.
But there is another interesting option: a repeat of the 2013 final Borussia - Bayern, which by the way took place at Wembley.

Despite the outcome of this game, I was impressed with Arsenal’s performance because they did well in the first leg to hold the match to a draw and only conceded one goal in the second leg of the match. Their last encounter in the champions league was a very horrible one for them, at least with this performance, they can get over that and believe that they’ve improved as a team than before even though none of this players were present then. If not 90%, I think all of the Arsenal current players are having their first experience in the champions league, so I think they will do better when they come back again by next season. They have built a great squad to reckon, so they’ll do better by next season with this squad.

If it was Ina normal league, perhaps we could say that Barcelona would have manage to hold that pressure coming from PSG but this is Champions League we are talking about and not just ordinary game, it's a quarterfinals on second leg, there is no way Barcelona would have absorbed that pressure despite playing defensive style through out the match, though Xavi wasn't happy with the Referee decision, he felt cheated but I think that's what all coaches do when they fail to win.

Right now, we have 4 teams from different leagues and not a singl team from Premier League, and yet Premier League fans always feel like they are the best and other teams are from farmers league but look at them, not even Manchester City was able to tight down Real Madrid in the penalty shout out, they had all the confidence to beat Real Madrid but the penalty humble everyone as no one can be perfect when it comes to penalty.

Just looked at the stats of the Man City vs Real Madrid , like how do you explain City not going through honestly... they had the most possession and from the 30 shots at goal and 10 on target they only had one goal to show for , and match being played at the Etihad I really expected more from these guys..but hey this is what football is about, a few disappointments here and there despite playing so well..guess they now get to concentrate on the EPL with close rivals Arsenal...

Is it safe to say that the most decorated team in Champions league football can do this again, because surviving beating City is as good as a final and Bayern won't be much of a problem from how things are going...

Prediçted Final : Real Madrid vs PSG

What is Araujo still talking about by the way?    He is still trying to defend himself about what he did there in the PSG match. It looks like he is offended by İlkay Gündoğan's words about that red card as well.

Why would you be offended while you are 100% at fault? He is the main reason why Barcelona lost a huge chance to qualify for the semi finals. Just let him through there... Even if PSG scored there it would still be better than going down by one player. In the end Barcelona were already 1-0 ahead before that red card which meant a 4-2 advantage on aggregate. What a waste really!  

In the history of the Champions League Competition and European Competitions they're nobody even compared to the likes of Aston Villa, West Ham United and those underdogs that has won one or two European trophy.
In the Champions League Competition? I don't feel pity for them because I know they don't have the character to win it, they might go so far but you don't have to argue with them, you just have to wait and watch them fall off completely.

I feel sad for them in the Premier League Competition, I hope to still see them win it.... I don't think it's completely over for them this season, they can still go on to win the Premier League. At least they have some levels of depth than what they had last season.

For Bayern Munich, they're a tough side. Gunner's are no match to them on a normal day. One more thing is that this gunner's brag too much. When they have nothing to really account for that they're top Europeans in the Champions League Competition.

Yesterday match between real Madrid and Manchester city was very surprised game because nobody expect that real Madrid can be the winner of the of the yesterday, due to how they start the match with very strong performance we all understand that real Madrid have a early goal which is in 12 minutes time of the first half.

But with that Manchester city gives real Madrid so much pressure, even if we look at their possession Manchester city dominate the possession of just that real have a lock goal if not they couldn't win the that yesterday match. Although that real Madrid have a big chance to win the champion league, but with that they need to improve their performance if really want to defeat the remaining opponents.

 
For Ancelotti, knocking Guardiola's teams out of the Champions League playoffs is routine (he's done it for the third time - more than anyone else), so he quietly enjoys the taste of his coffee while the team follows his instructions.
Last year City were able to take advantage of the fact that Real Madrid did not have a striker, but this year everything fell into place.

Being able to reach the UCL semi-finals is a great achievement for Tuchel when he is having a poor season in the league. I think Tuchel will try hard and focus only on the Champions League. They will face Real Madrid, the strongest team in the UCL this season. This is my personal opinion, after they managed to get rid of Manchester City, Real Madrid was automatically on the first list of my favorite teams to win the UCL this season. If Munich can beat Real Madrid, then they have a big chance of winning the UCL. I'm not saying PSG or Dortmund are weak teams but I think Madrid is the biggest challenge for all the teams in the semifinals. Honestly I think Munich will lose in the semifinals because they face Madrid. It will be very difficult to stop Madrid's dominance in the UCL this season.

Real Madrid has a good defense and at the same time, even though Manchester City dominated the match, but in reality Manchester City was weak in attack. Therefore, Manchester City was only able to score an equalizer through a goal scored by De Bruyne. I watched the match in extra time and there Manchester City still dominated with high ball possession. But again and again, Real Madrid's defense line was so disciplined that Manchester City's attack really did not pose a significant threat to Real Madrid's defense line . But yes, it looks like Manchester City and Real Madrid have an attempt to determine victory in the penalty shootout. PSG was lucky in this game... This is football and sometimes it happens...

Araujo made a big mistake by committing the foul, if we watch the game of course Araujo can actually still stop Bradley Barcola by continuing to shadow him, at that time the foul occurred outside the penalty area although Araujo was the last player to face Bradley Barcola but he should not have committed the foul because I saw several other Barcelona players had run towards the front of the goal So it seems difficult to say if Araujo did not foul then 100% of the chances became goals, after the red card, Barcelona began to lose their way in play and even they seemed to start preferring to defend by sending off Lamine Yamal in the 34th minute.

In my opinion, PSG did not perform well in that match and even when Barcelona played with a full squad of course we could see how PSG was very troubled by the attack carried out by Barcelona, but indeed the red card made Barcelona helpless and had to surrender from PSG in the match, I am quite sure if Barcelona did not get a red card in that match of course we would see a match dominated by Barcelona And maybe we will see Barcelona who will be Dortmund's opponents in the semi-finals instead of PSG.

That is the one thing that Tuchel has that he could go for. At this point if he somehow manages to beat Real and whoever else they are going to face, I think that is going to be the biggest deal of their season, winning UCL would make him look very good.

We all know that he wasn't good at all, but somehow he managed to come to semi-finals of UCL one way again, and I believe that Tuchel should be fired after having such a horrible season at Bayern, but even if he wins UCL, it will not make him look good but he could totally go for his next job saying he has won another UCL as well. I do believe that Real Madrid looks much better though, it could mean that they could just lose next game up, and we just need to make sure all looks decent.

Apart from that, if you look at the reality, it is true that Arsenal have never won a title in the UCL competition so far. Even though Arsenal can actually be said to be a fairly strong team in Europe, the reality is that until now Arsenal has always failed in UCL competitions. Perhaps the best opportunity that Arsenal could achieve while participating in the UCL competition was when Arsenal managed to enter the final round at the UCL in 2006. However, unfortunately in the final round Arsenal had to lose to Barcelona and only became runners up at that time. And as far as I know, after that Arsenal never entered the final in the UCL again. Therefore, Arsenal deserves to be said to be a strong club from Europe that has never tasted the UCL trophy. So it's true, maybe Arsenal would be better off chasing the Premier League trophy first. The reason is, Arsenal haven't achieved it for a long time. The reason is, the last time Arsenal won the Premier League trophy was in the 2015-2016 season. Then after that Arsenal never won the Premier League again.

And when compared with Bayern Munich, as far as I know Bayern Munich has won the UCL 6 times. So if Bayern Munich's achievements are compared with Arsenal's achievements on the European stage, then Bayern Munich is clearly superior. But even so, Arsenal's struggle also deserves our appreciation. Because reaching the top 8 positions in UCl is certainly not an easy thing. For this reason, we must continue to appreciate Arsenal's struggle to reach this point in the UCL. And in the next UCL, hopefully Arsenal can provide even more optimal results. And I also congratulate Bayern Munich for successfully qualifying for the UCL semifinals.
