This seems like the final because this season Manchester City and Real Madrid are the favorites to win the UCL but they have to meet early.
Among the other quarter-final matches, this is the only one that is quite fierce in my opinion, there is no favorite because if you look at it from any side, the two teams are equal this season, both in terms of quality and mentality.
What's interesting is that Real Madrid was eliminated by Manchester City last season and we'll see if they succeed in getting their revenge this season.

I also see them as the two possible favorites to reach the final, they are very strong and very rocky teams
both are not performing very well in their respective national leagues, perhaps because they are trying so hard in the UEFA Champions League
we are in, let`s see how things evolve, remember that other very strong teams are also in, we could have some surprises

It's interesting, because in the last two seasons the winners of the Champions League trophy have been Real Madrid and Manchester City. In the last two seasons Real Madrid managed to get the Champions League trophy by beating Manchester City in the semifinals, and then Real Madrid beat Liverpool in the final. Last season, Manchester City managed to get the Champions League trophy by beating Real Madrid in the semifinals, and Manchester City beat Inter in the final match eventhough only with a thin score of 1-0. Obviously, thisseason although Manchester City and Real Madrid meet again, but their meeting is tooearly because they meet in the quarterfinals not in the final or semifinal matches like the last two seasons. So, because Manchester City or Real Madrid this season will be eliminated in the quarter finals, it is also interesting whether one of them will still be able to get the trophy this season or will fail.

So far we know that Arsenal always have nightmares when meeting Bayern and this season Arsenal also inevitably must meet Bayern again, to be honest I personally am a little worried about Arsenal's chances of going far in the Champions League this season, although Arsenal is now starting to look as a strong team in the league but for the Champions League it seems they have no change at all like the previous season,  Especially when we see if they are very difficult in beating Porto in the first and second legs of the round of 16, while Munich who are down in the league of course they have a stronger mentality when playing in the Champions League and that's why I say if it might be difficult for Arsenal to beat Bayern Munich, especially in the second leg later.
I personally would love to see Arsenal go far in the Champions League this season but am a bit pessimistic if Munich are their opponents.
I don't really optimistic with Arsenal's appearance in UEFA Champion League matches, looking how difficult for eliminating FC Porto on 16 of round. On quarter final, Bayern Munich is most difficult opponent team for Arsenal and become the nightmare teams always made Arsenal faced trouble when both team facing each other in Champion League match and Arsenal ever loss with bigger score aggregate against Bayern Munich.
Bayern Munich has Harry Kane know well with Premier League culture games and not much problem when facing Arsenal, he has experienced for beating Arsenal when playing with Tottenham Hotspur, I think Bayern Munich is favorite team will lead to semifinal stage than Arsenal have many crucial matches in domestic league.
You know one thing about Arsenal is that they know how to replicate result of a previous match played in the current match being played. What I mean is that with the kind of momentum and great team spirit in the teams camp, the next few results of the matches to be played in their domestic league could affect how they perform against Bayern Munich on April 9/10.

Bayern has got a great field of players and mostly one who is a goal getter in the person of Harry Kane. Perhaps the German side signed him because of a time like this when they get to face an English side that's very optimistic about winning the champions league and are indeed good enough to see it through.

I will anticipate Arsenal to win either of the first leg or second leg with a good aggregate of course to the next round.

Bayern has much stronger strength and mentality than Arsenal, so overall Bayern is slightly favored in this quarter-final regardless of what happens to the Bayern team in the domestic league.
There will of course be fierce competition because Arsenal is not a weak team, but we also have to make realistic predictions to place bets and for me Bayern will be able to win over Arsenal.
The condition of the two teams that are still unpredictable in terms of performance I think it could be another factor that this match is difficult to predict.
In terms of mentality and experience now it is certain that Bayern are still very favorites, it's just that with a slightly monotonous way of working and Arsenal's insistent play in a match this could be a differentiator where we know Arsenal's youngsters sometimes become very solid and can play with good consistency in 90 minutes of the match.

Tuchel knows how Arsenal are in a match and on the other hand Arteta must also have known what to do when facing Tuchel later. I just hope this match goes well because after all this is a big match and I expect good tension in this match.

BTW, for the quarter-finals this time it looks like the matches in the Champions League this season are more interesting than the previous season.

One thing about football is that we all always judge from previous meetings between two clubs without checking the current statistics about those teams in question. Yeah, Arsenal have been a prey for Bayern Munich in their previous meetings but let's us take a sit and virtualize Arsenal current performance, though it seems Arsenal is more focused in the premier league because they have been winning with high goal margin unlike in the champions league but let's us know that at a particular point, records are meant to be broken so we should not always come up with this mentality and reasoning that those that are in-form would continue winning why those that are not in form would keep on dropping points, no football doesn't work like that and had it been it does, believe me a lot of sports betting gamblers will be winning frequently because a lot of them mostly follows the team that has the lesser odds and the advantage of winning a match.

This match between Arsenal and Bayern Munich in the champions league quarter finals is a fierce battle between the both clubs because the both teams really needs to advance to the next level of the champions league in the sense that Bayern bundesliga hopes is very slim and Arsenal on the other hand isn't too sure of their readiness to win the premier league due to the fact that both Manchester city and Liverpool are also very much in the title race so securing a spot in the champions league finals would also be the target of Mikel Arteta.

Obviously, the champions league quarter finals this season is full of world class teams as they are all very difficult to predict which team will move to the next stages.

Bayern Munich and Arsenal are indeed a very interesting match, because in terms of strength Arsenal can still be overshadowed by past defeats. But for Arteta, that is not a reason to withdraw before playing. Tuchel may have studied Arsenal and Arteta, vice versa so I think this match will definitely be difficult to predict. Apart from the public who definitely favor Bayern Munich as the strongest team, once again the situation and mentality of the Arsenal players is in a favorable condition. This match will not be easy for Bayern Munich to pass.

Did you say Both teams are not performing well in the league? Real Madrid is topping the La Liga and Manchester City is also at the top of the table because in the EPL the point difference between the three best teams is not much so City can win the league if the other two teams drops points. For the records, City and Madrid can Play the final together again because they are grouped to play each other in quarter finals so one out of the two teams will get to the finals if they perform well.

Taking into account the fact that Bayern is far from what it was before, I would say that the chances are approximately equal. At least in London, Arsenal will be the favorite, and in Munich, Bayern. Historically, Bayern has priority, but as you know, it is not history that plays on the field, but the players. If we think strictly logically without paying attention to brands, then I would say that Arsenal looks like an easy choice to bet on, because this season they are more stable and have not had any obvious failures, while Bayern had all these problems and continues to have them.

It makes sense to consider where they are both worth estimating odds. In London, Arsenal has a chance of winning and in Germany, Bayern has a bigger chance for Bayern.
But more specifically, I am more partial to Bayern in choosing between the two to advance to the next round.
For the current journey of football, history is no longer a reference to ensure that one of the teams will go further because the players who compete are the determining factor.

Bayern is not doing well in the Bundesliga, while Arsenal is doing better. For me, when I compete in the Champions League, I will not judge that.
Bayern has more potential to qualify because of the x factor in the UCL.
The purpose of the x factor is that the experience and quality of the players in the Bayern squad are better than Arsenal's. Hopefully that's true.

Munich is also considered a team that is good at turning things around. as they showed in the round of 16, they were behind in the first leg and reversed it in the second leg.
This situation could happen to Arsenal. and as you said, if Arteta wants to be safe, they have to be ahead by more than 1 goal. It will be quite difficult if Munich is in top form.
There is still preparation time, anything can happen, but I hope both teams are at their best when the game starts.

I would say this match is very difficult to predict. There is no doubt that the Bayern Munich team is more experienced than Arsenal in the Champions League. But Arteta's Arsenal are in very good form right now. Arsenal are currently at the top of the Premier League table. Beating such a team is definitely going to be a tough challenge for Bayern Munich.

Arsenal's past record against Bayern Munich on the Champions League platform is not good. The teams met twice in 2015 and 2017. Bayern Munich won all three matches by a big margin, Arsenal won one match 2-0. Bayern Munich will definitely want to continue this trend. But if none of Arsenal's key players suffer from injuries, and if Arsenal can play with their full squad, Arsenal have the potential to beat Bayern Munich this season.
It's actually a very difficult matchup to predict. Arteta wants to bring a lot of success for Arsenal this year, this is the motivation, there is no Bayern Munich, there is the championship desire that Arsenal has remembered for years. Bayern Munich is not going through a very destructive period as always, they are destructive this season, but they are not very destructive.

Arsenal have individual players who can win this match, I think Arsenal has a chance to win with a good game plan.

Arsenal is a young squad and they have very little experience playing in the Champions League and this is Arsenal's first experience playing in the Champions League under the coaching of Mikel Arteta so it is very possible that they will have difficulty facing Bayern Munich who not only have a lot of experience here but also their squad is more experienced. playing in tight competitions such as the Champions League and they have been champions in this competition several times.
Arsenal is a team with mixture of young and experienced players. I don't call players like Kai Havertz, Jorginho is young, they are actually experienced players. Young players in Arsenal are actually no longer too young, it's true to say so two or three seasons ago but now, it is no longer true.

Quote
Bayern Munich will certainly consider Arsenal as a tough opponent because underestimating the opponent will only put a strong team off guard which will be easy for the opponent to take advantage of later.
Bayern Munich are one of most successful clubs in Champions League and this squad they currently have in this season are a strong one. They got some problems in last two months and fail to compete with Leverkusen in Bundesliga. In Champions League, since quarter final round, with knock out matches, and with star players they have, Bayern Munich can beat any opponent includes Arsenal.

Head to head stats between Bayern Munich and Arsenal actually is skewed on Bayern Munich with higher win rate. These coming two quarter final matches with Bayern Munich will be very big challenging tests for Arteta and Arsenal players.
I agree with you that Bayern Munich is one of the most successful clubs in this season's UEFA Champions League because they have won six UEFA Champions League trophies in the past few years. Bayern Munich is not consistent enough to beat any team in the UEFA Champions League; if Bayern Munich meets Real Madrid or Manchester City in the semi-final, Bayern Munich cannot defeat any of them because they are more consistent than Bayern Munich this season.

I see some people who are evaluating Atletico Madrid - Dortmund matchup like a really close one. I don't think so honestly. The Inter matchup was way more close one for Atletico Madrid.  Smiley  But even then Atletico Madrid managed to make a great comeback big thanks to Simeone's really good player strategies in the second half of the rematch.
With the points Inter Milan have in their last game make people to believed that the trophy is not far from them in this season because, their coach are still doing what will make their strength get stronger to keep their points to remain the highest in the Italy serie A table despite the lost they experienced from the UEFA champions.

Quote
Here against Dortmund I can just say it should be easier for Atletico Madrid. I don't underestimate Dortmund like they would lose by an embarrassing score or so. I just think they don't have as much strength as Inter to resist Atletico Madrid and even eliminate them.  Sad
Atletico Madrid is a strong team in this season to beat some strong teams and, they are still stronger to battle to improve more in their other games to ensure people will begin to see them among the teams that will battle for final because Dortmund don't have defenders that can stop Atletico Madrid strikers not to secure goals that will give them victory.

But about the position of Dortmund in the Bundesliga and Atletico in La Liga, that Dortmund and Atletico are in the same situation because they still have to make great efforts to be able to end this season in the top four. Therefore, it is likely that their match or performance in the Champions League later may also falter or not be optimal although indeed, of course, they will still make their best efforts like Atletico did when comeback against Inter. But atleast, if I consider the opponent Dortmund faced in the last 16 only played against PSV but it was still not easy for Dortmund to beat it. Soyes, at least these results provide a little gap for Atletico to be able to beat Dortmund in the quarterfinal match later. Therefore, it does not seem surprising if for example Atletico become a team that is more favored to win and qualify for the semifinals than Dortmund.

Mikel Arteta will probably face strong pressure because they also have to continue to perform well in the English Premier League. If they make the wrong strategy they will fail in these two competitions and that will certainly be very disappointing because last season they failed in the English Premier League as well as in European competitions even though It's not the Champions League, but I still doubt Arsenal will be in this competition and my prediction is that they won't make it to the semifinals.
I am very doubtful in terms of head to head because Bayern Munich is too strong for Arsenal, is it possible that Mikel Arteta will give resistance to Bayern Munich, with the tactics he has because Arsenal is not that strong to face Bayern Munich, it is likely that he will have difficulties when playing at home Bayern Munich, we know that the Allianz Arena is a scary home for the clubs that play there, so it is not surprising that every club will experience defeat there.
Arsenal's previous Champions League encounter with Bayern Munich didn't end well. But this time, it's a different Arsenal. We should leave the past behind and focus on the opportunities presented by manager Arteta. While Arsenal fans might have their doubts, playing against Bayern Munich at home is a tough challenge. Arsenal is in good form and can beat any team, but as you've said Bayern is also formidable, especially at the Allianz Arena.

Arsenal may obtain revenge in the upcoming match against bayern munich in the quarter final of UCL. Anyway, Arsenal is still in good form, compared to Bayern Munich is struggling with a lot of problems right now. It started with some Munich players who were losing respect for Tuchel as the club's head coach. They were also having personal issues with Tuchel and it makes them have no good relationship with their coach. Tuchel has not stepped down as a coach.

Tuchel was good at Chelsea, but that did not mean he was good enough to coach Bayern Munich. Munich desperately needs a good coach who can deal with the egos of any of the team's players. As long as the club does not resolve these issues, the possibility of Bayern leaving UCL is very high considering that arsenal was not a waeak club for bayern..
Nobody predicted that Arseal would meet Bayern Munich soon. I expected Bayern's next opponent to be Barcelona, which was easier to beat than Arsenal. Arseal is still performing at its peak and believes it can beat Bayern Munich in the first leg.

Bayern Munich's chances against Arsenal are entirely dependent on the strategy they employ in the first leg. We saw Arsenal play exceptionally well by defeating Porto through penalty. Bayern Munich could be even stronger, and who knows if they will be able to kick Arsenal out of the UCL again since nothing impossible in the football.
Arsenal is still at peak performance, but that doesn't mean they're unbeatable, right? So, never underestimate Bayern Munich, and it would be catastrophic if Arsenal were unable to take advantage of the clubs' benefits.
The first leg is difficult to predict, given that Bayern's away game is undoubtedly bad news. The team needs to play defensively against Arsenal soon.

Being 1 or 2 goals behind is not a difficult thing to overcome and I don't see too much of what Bayern did in the round of 16 when they managed to win over Lazio in the second leg, I think it was appropriate.

Bayern has much stronger strength and mentality than Arsenal, so overall Bayern is slightly favored in this quarter-final regardless of what happens to the Bayern team in the domestic league.

Bayern has significantly more experience in the Champions League, which will play a significant role at this stage. I think that it will be very difficult for Arsenal to play away, they need to count on the first home match, and if they fail to beat Bayern at the Emirates, then it will be difficult to count on the sucsses in return match.
Arsenal should take advantage of the fact that Bayern's defense is not the best this season, and Arsenal's attack shows very high performance in some matches. But in this pair, I certainly give the advantage to Bayern. And if we compare coaches, Tuchel has more experience in the Champions League than Arteta, so Bayern also has an advantage here.

Lazio were comparatively weaker opponents. And Lazio won the first leg match against Munich which was an unexpected result. Lazio was not a strong team. So it is predicted that Bayern Munich will make a comeback even after the defeat of the first leg. And as expected, Bayern Munich won the second leg with a stunning 3-0 victory, and qualified for the quarter-finals.

But Arsenal cannot be compared with Lazio. Arsenal is a very experienced team compared to Lazio. If Bayern Munich lose the first leg against Arsenal, they have very little chance of qualifying for the semi-finals. Arsenal's attacking players are in great form. Arsenal's defense is also strong now. Although Bayern Munich is a strong team, breaking down Arsenal's defense will be very difficult for the Munich players now.

The quality of Arsenal and Bayern does not have a significant difference this season and Arsenal is even a little more consistent this season compared to Bayern, but in the Champions League it is not just quality that matters but mentality has quite a big influence on a team's performance and Arsenal doesn't have that.
Not having experience and almost the entire squad being filled with young players, of course, means that the Arsenal team does not have a strong mentality.

Having to share focus between the Premier League and UCL is very difficult, but if one of them runs smoothly there will be a positive impact so it will be easy for the team to run the other, but if one of the competitions goes down then it is possible that both of them will go down because of the influence of mentality.
This is a tough task for Arteta, they already experienced it last season and we'll just have to wait and see whether Arteta can improve and improve this season.
The UCL Quater Final fixtures is going to be one very great fixture and this is what makes the competition a very unique one across Europe as it’s Europe’s elite competition. This competition has now being shaped to 8 teams and these teams are all doing greatly in their various leagues. To succeed in the UCL, you need to have an improved squad that has wide experience in the competition. This fixtures still comprises of teams that are on a very good level and it’ll be hard determining who goes through.

One of the fixture to look out is that of Arsenal and Bayern Munich as these teams are 2 teams are almost of similar but one has experience and though aren’t performing at top level whilst the other have less experience and are performing At a very top level. This is the case for Bayern Munich and Arsenal respectively. Arsenal seems to be the underdogs in this fixture because they’ve not really had a successful outing in the UCL against a team like Bayern as Bayern were the ones to eliminate them off the competition last 7-8 years. This kind of situation makes Arsenal look very less in this fixture.

But you can’t be so sure as Bayern too on the other end have been very inconsistent this season and one can’t really rely on them to be able to out this Arsenal team. Arsenal are a young team and the players are very young and based on determination level they’re more determined than Bayern right now. Playing in both the UCL and chasing the epl title might be pretty difficult and at this point one can onnly rely on how tactical Arteta is as any mistake done will be saying bye bye to one of them or even both. Well with thi kind of pressure then I don’t think they’ll be able to achieve success. I think Bayern’s mentality will be pretty higher than Arsenal’s.

Atletico Madrid's victory over Inter Milan cannot be a benchmark, apart from that, we have to be realistic in looking at the overall strength that Atletico Madrid and Dortmund are quite equal and even these two teams have a strong enough mentality on the UCL stage so this match will be quite fierce.
In my opinion, there is no favorite because in terms of percentage, both teams have the same chance of getting to the semifinals.
In terms of performance and squad it looks like Atletico and Dortmund are quite evenly matched, but so far of course we want to see who is the best between the two, I think Atletico and Dortmund will be very difficult for us to guess which team is better at the moment, because both also have similarities in their respective leagues, both Dortmund and Atletico are currently fighting to qualify for the Champions League next season,  So inevitably winning the Champions League this season is one alternative way they can qualify for the Champions League next season.

I personally quite agree with you, because indeed Dortmund and Atletico have the same performance, both often consistently win when facing their opponents but suddenly they can lose when facing a team that they should be easy to beat, at the moment we can't talk statistics when it comes to Dortmund and Atletico because both will probably end the leg with a win at their respective home and I personally am quite sure if His second victory will be decided on penalties in the second leg.

These two teams are so evenly matched and their situations are so similar that predicting who will win is very hard. But my prediction is that Atletico Madrid will win at their home and then Borussia Dortmund will win at their home with a similar scoreline and the match will move forward to extra time. I think it will even go to penalty.

But the way Diego Simeone plays his team, if he gets an early lead, it will be very difficult to get ahead for Borussia Dortmund. I think the coaches of both teams will have a big battle. Whoever plots the best plan for their team, will move forward. But realistically thinking, I believe Diego Simeone and his team move forward in the UEFA Champions League semi-final.

When I analyze the Arsenal vs Bayern tie, I don't consider their history. I analyze based on the current form of how they play and how they perform in the Champions League. Based on current form, Arsenal is good, they're in a good. They play very well, hardly concede unnecessarily and they score a lot, but Bayern Munich just seems to be better. They have more experience in this kind of situation.
Bayern Munich have gotten their form back and I believe now more than ever this season, they're ready for the Champions League. They score a lot of goals too but unlike Arsenal, they're very direct.

The fixture is going to be hard for both teams but I believe Munich has the upper hand because they would hardly lose at home while the Emirate stadium is not the kind of fortress Allianz Arena is.
It's going to be a tough battle for either team to make it to the final because after playing this very difficult fixture, they'll face either Manchester City or Real Madrid next.
