It's interesting, because in the last two seasons the winners of the Champions League trophy have been Real Madrid and Manchester City. In the last two seasons Real Madrid managed to get the Champions League trophy by beating Manchester City in the semifinals, and then Real Madrid beat Liverpool in the final. Last season, Manchester City managed to get the Champions League trophy by beating Real Madrid in the semifinals, and Manchester City beat Inter in the final match eventhough only with a thin score of 1-0. Obviously, thisseason although Manchester City and Real Madrid meet again, but their meeting is tooearly because they meet in the quarterfinals not in the final or semifinal matches like the last two seasons. So, because Manchester City or Real Madrid this season will be eliminated in the quarter finals, it is also interesting whether one of them will still be able to get the trophy this season or will fail.

You know one thing about Arsenal is that they know how to replicate result of a previous match played in the current match being played. What I mean is that with the kind of momentum and great team spirit in the teams camp, the next few results of the matches to be played in their domestic league could affect how they perform against Bayern Munich on April 9/10.

Bayern has got a great field of players and mostly one who is a goal getter in the person of Harry Kane. Perhaps the German side signed him because of a time like this when they get to face an English side that's very optimistic about winning the champions league and are indeed good enough to see it through.

It's actually a very difficult matchup to predict. But about the position of Dortmund in the Bundesliga and Atletico in La Liga, that Dortmund and Atletico are in the same situation because they still have to make great efforts to be able to end this season in the top four. Therefore, it is likely that their match or performance in the Champions League later may also falter or not be optimal although indeed, of course, they will still make their best efforts like Atletico did when comeback against Inter. But atleast, if I consider the opponent Dortmund faced in the last 16 only played against PSV but it was still not easy for Dortmund to beat it. Soyes, at least these results provide a little gap for Atletico to be able to beat Dortmund in the quarterfinal match later. Therefore, it does not seem surprising if for example Atletico become a team that is more favored to win and qualify for the semifinals than Dortmund.

I also see them as the two possible favorites to reach the final, they are very strong and very rocky teams

The condition of the two teams that are still unpredictable in terms of performance I think it could be another factor that this match is difficult to predict.
In terms of mentality and experience now it is certain that Bayern are still very favorites, it's just that with a slightly monotonous way of working and Arsenal's insistent play in a match this could be a differentiator where we know Arsenal's youngsters sometimes become very solid and can play with good consistency in 90 minutes of the match.

Nobody predicted that Arseal would meet Bayern Munich soon. I expected Bayern's next opponent to be Barcelona, which was easier to beat than Arsenal. Arseal is still performing at its peak and believes it can beat Bayern Munich in the first leg.

Bayern Munich's chances against Arsenal are entirely dependent on the strategy they employ in the first leg. We saw Arsenal play exceptionally well by defeating Porto through penalty. Atletico Madrid is a strong team in this season to beat some strong teams and, they are still stronger to battle to improve more in their other games to ensure people will begin to see them among the teams that will battle for final because Dortmund don't have defenders that can stop Atletico Madrid strikers not to secure goals that will give them victory.

I don't really optimistic with Arsenal's appearance in UEFA Champion League matches, looking how difficult for eliminating FC Porto on 16 of round. On quarter final, Bayern Munich is most difficult opponent team for Arsenal and become the nightmare teams always made Arsenal faced trouble when both team facing each other in Champion League match and Arsenal ever loss with bigger score aggregate against Bayern Munich.
Bayern Munich has Harry Kane know well with Premier League culture games and not much problem when facing Arsenal, he has experienced for beating Arsenal when playing with Tottenham Hotspur, I think Bayern Munich is favorite team will lead to semifinal stage than Arsenal have many crucial matches in domestic league.

The UCL Quater Final fixtures is going to be one very great fixture and this is what makes the competition a very unique one across Europe as it’s Europe’s elite competition. This competition has now being shaped to 8 teams and these teams are all doing greatly in their various leagues. To succeed in the UCL, you need to have an improved squad that has wide experience in the competition. This fixtures still comprises of teams that are on a very good level and it’ll be hard determining who goes through.

One of the fixture to look out is that of Arsenal and Bayern Munich as these teams are 2 teams are almost of similar but one has experience and though aren’t performing at top level whilst the other have less experience and are performing At a very top level. This is the case for Bayern Munich and Arsenal respectively. Arsenal seems to be the underdogs in this fixture because they’ve not really had a successful outing in the UCL against a team like Bayern as Bayern were the ones to eliminate them off the competition last 7-8 years. This kind of situation makes Arsenal look very less in this fixture.

 But you can’t be so sure as Bayern too on the other end have been very inconsistent this season and one can’t really rely on them to be able to out this Arsenal team. Arsenal are a young team and the players are very young and based on determination level they’re more determined than Bayern right now. Playing in both the UCL and chasing the epl title might be pretty difficult and at this point one can onnly rely on how tactical Arteta is as any mistake done will be saying bye bye to one of them or even both. Well with thi kind of pressure then I don’t think they’ll be able to achieve success. I think Bayern’s mentality will be pretty higher than Arsenal’s.

Being 1 or 2 goals behind is not a difficult thing to overcome and I don't see too much of what Bayern did in the round of 16 when they managed to win over Lazio in the second leg, I think it was appropriate.

Bayern has much stronger strength and mentality than Arsenal, so overall Bayern is slightly favored in this quarter-final regardless of what happens to the Bayern team in the domestic league.
There will of course be fierce competition because Arsenal is not a weak team, but we also have to make realistic predictions to place bets and for me Bayern will be able to win over Arsenal.

These two teams are so evenly matched and their situations are so similar that predicting who will win is very hard. But my prediction is that Atletico Madrid will win at their home and then Borussia Dortmund will win at their home with a similar scoreline and the match will move forward to extra time. I think it will even go to penalty.

But the way Diego Simeone plays his team, if he gets an early lead, it will be very difficult to get ahead for Borussia Dortmund. I think the coaches of both teams will have a big battle. Whoever plots the best plan for their team, will move forward. But realistically thinking, I believe Diego Simeone and his team move forward in the UEFA Champions League semi-final.

When I analyze the Arsenal vs Bayern tie, I don't consider their history. I analyze based on the current form of how they play and how they perform in the Champions League. Based on current form, Arsenal is good, they're in a good. They play very well, hardly concede unnecessarily and they score a lot, but Bayern Munich just seems to be better. They have more experience in this kind of situation.
Bayern Munich have gotten their form back and I believe now more than ever this season, they're ready for the Champions League. They score a lot of goals too but unlike Arsenal, they're very direct.

The fixture is going to be hard for both teams but I believe Munich has the upper hand because they would hardly lose at home while the Emirate stadium is not the kind of fortress Allianz Arena is.
It's going to be a tough battle for either team to make it to the final because after playing this very difficult fixture, they'll face either Manchester City or Real Madrid next.
