But now we also have to look at it realistically that Copenhagen will face Manchester City who are far above them in terms of quality, so the percentage of Copenhagen being able to make another surprise is quite small in my opinion.
If someone watched the match in the EPL league last night, how Manchester City was able to turn things around against Newcastle, of course they would definitely see how strong Manchester City is now because of KDB's recovery and seeing his performance last night in the squad, Manchester City seems to be stronger than people think now. Copenhagen certainly already knows the strength of Manchester City, of course they won't expect more.

But still, Copenhagen will definitely play as hard as possible to make it difficult for Manchester City to win in the first leg of their second meeting. Copenhagen might be able to provide a surprise even though they have little hope of qualifying, but it seems that Guardiola also doesn't want to underestimate Copenhagen because they are not a team either. which is weak because it made it to the round of 16 and that is not easy, therefore Manchester City remains careful in facing Copenhagen. although I am confident Manchester City will win and qualify for the next round

I don’t think that the likelihood of such a final is high - firstly, the teams can meet at earlier stages of the tournament, and secondly, they are not favorites. Take a look at the bookmakers' odds on who will reach the final:

Manchester City 1.96

Fc Bayern Munich 2.58

Real Madrid 3.19

Arsenal 3.68

Now the quotes are a little distorted because City have the easiest opponent of all possible and we can say that City are already in the quarter finals, but in any case they are the favorites of the tournament and in order for us to see the final without them, someone has to knock them out. I would like to believe that someone will succeed.

Why's Arsenal on this list? They're not the side to leave there,I'd rather want to see Paris Saint Germans.

Real Madrid with that odd because they have no good enough striker. They're still my favorites to win regardless.

Bayern Munich are good I just double doubt the impact Thomas Tuchel can bring Into Bayern Munich and the players,  Manchester City yet again Buzzing with the return of Kevin De Bruyne back. He's already made a great impact right now in this game. They have a very good chance of defending but I won't support until they do win.

Arsenal are in the top group of the Premier League and they are consistently good. Who are PSG? At the moment, this can be said to be a new team and even if there is a top player Mbappe, but this team always suffers from low competition in Ligue 1. There are rumors that PSG will loan Benzema until the end of the season, but Benzema is a striker and with this PSG has no problems, so he is unlikely to seriously strengthen the team. In general, Arsenal are naturally higher than PSG - they are better in all respects.

It is surprising that Arsenal is in fourth place and it seems that the bookies are quite hopeful that Arsenal can reach the final round. I think that compared to Arsenal, the fourth place is more worthy of being occupied by Inter because we know that Inter was able to prove it last season by being in the final, but maybe the bookies saw something else in Arsenal that made them be in that candidate.

For other candidates such as Manchester City, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, I don't have a problem because these three teams really deserve the highest place, especially with the consistency they display every season, so that is the right assessment. I'm curious as to whether it's possible for Arsenal to reach the final round because I think getting through to the semifinals is quite impossible.
I agree with you that I put Inter Milan in a better place than Arsenal, I don't mean to underestimate Arsenal, but with their recent performance, Inter Milan is more promising than Arsenal. However, that doesn't have to be a problem, because maybe the bookies have other views so they place the clubs that we see today.
More than that, I actually agree with the opportunities given, as a club that holds the status of defending champion, they deserve to have a great opportunity to be in the final. But that doesn't mean they will be able to do it well, the possibility that they will slip up is still open.
Our journey to achieve that is still very long, so now I will enjoy every match more and if I see a good opportunity I will bet there.

Indeed, I admit that Copenhagen amazed many people with his performance, which at first they underestimated, but in the end he was able to appear impressive and managed to hold Bayern Munich to a draw. We all know that beating Bayern Munich is not an easy thing, but holding Bayern Munich to a draw is also a good results it's not too bad, and indeed Bayern Munich and Manchester City attack systems are different. Manchester City wants to wins in leg 1 and leg 2 so they can advance to the quarter-finals, while Copenhagen doesn't seems to be given the opportunity by Manchester City to winning in that matches.

It is possible that in the first leg Copenhagen can maximize a draw like the last meeting between the two, but in the second leg Manchester City will try their best to winning with a bigger score because the opportunity in the second leg is very favorable to Manchester City.
Copenhagen made many surprises and it must be admitted that their performance this season is quite impressive and not only in the UCL but in all the competitions they participate in.
And Copenhagen's escape from the group phase was also a surprise, they were not taken into account compared to Galatasaray and Manchester United, but Copenhagen proved it.
But now we also have to look at it realistically that Copenhagen will face Manchester City who are far above them in terms of quality, so the percentage of Copenhagen being able to make another surprise is quite small in my opinion.

Arsenal is currently in so much set back and they really need to fix up else they may end up just amongst top five as Manchester city, Liverpool and others are really get in the race to the top so will not letting any opportunity to move ahead get pass them, Liverpool is bent on staying at the top and in their recent performance they have really been performing brilliantly and maintaining their top position well enough but they still need some consistency or else Manchester city will take over leaving them at the second position on the table..
currently, Arsenal is experiencing a fairly deep decline in performance, even in EPL matches they have shown very bad performances lately, but we dont know what will happen next when competing in the UCL because performance in the EPL does not provide a guarantee that they will perform badly in the UCL because all the teams entering the next round in the UCL will definitely try as hard as possible to get through to the final round, even though it is impossible, at least there is strong resistance from Arsenal.

this time I really doubt Arteta team, which at this time cannot be confirmed as to whether the cause of the decline in performance in the domestic league is whether this is just a strategy to maintain the physical stability of the players or whether some of the players are injured or have experienced fatigue, but what is certain is that competing against Porto is a task which is very difficult because even though Porto is not very popular, this team could beat Arsenal with the strong defense that Porto currently has and even the attack line that looks ordinary but actually Porto attack line is very sharp.

Why not Arsenal?  I know the team have been facing tough times with losing on three consecutive occasions in the English league, still, they stand a better chance of getting through to the finals.
Manchester city may be abuzzed by the return of KDB, but am sure more matches prior to their UCL fixture will focus and speak of his performance having returned and facing the pressure to reproduce instant results.
The pressure to produce instant results on KDB is something their coach should really be weary off because KDB is now injury prone and if they should excact much of such pressure on him, they may be sending him back to a second injury which will cause the team a lot this season.

Manchester City is always a tough opponent for Arsenal Liverpool, until the end of the season it cannot be said which team will win the English Premier League title this season. Manchester City's key player KBD has been sidelined for a long time due to injury and his absence has made the team's performance a bit shaky compared to last season. Kevin De Bruyne's injury-hit İlkay Gündoğan left for Barcelona last season means Manchester City's midfield is somewhat weaker than last season. On the other hand, Liverpool finished the last season badly but they have started the new season brilliantly. They have been winning matches one after the other and they have been able to hold the top position in the points table till now. With the way Liverpool are performing, they have a great chance of winning the English Premier League title this season.

Copenhagen's season has been a fantasy. Their performance has improved, but Manchester City is a significant test. Copenhagen must overcome City's full strength revival with their finest players. Football surprises, but their chances of an upset are minimal. Im curious to see if Copenhagen can deceive or if City will win. Whatever happens, it will be an exciting battle, and Im curious.

Copenhagen finished second behind Bayern Munich in a group that included Manchester United and Galatasaray. I thought they were lucky when they got good results against Galatasaray and Manchester United, but they won my respect when they got a similar result against Bayern Munich. They don't have much chance against Manchester City but I know they won't be an easy opponent for Manchester City.
I also started not to underestimate Copenhagen after they managed to hold Bayern to a draw. But against Man City is a different matter. Because Man City's sharp attacks are much more dangerous than the attacks that Bayern usually builds. So I doubt Copenhagen can build an attack without focusing on defense. Because if Copenhagen is careless in defense then a rain of goals could occur. Because Man City will not miss a gap that the opponent has.

And actually Copenhagen doesn't have many options to survive in the first leg of the last 16. Because as hosts, Copenhagen still has to try to win the match. Because it is certain that when Man City plays as host, Man City will also try to win with lots of goals. So if Copenhagen tries to get a draw in the first leg then this will only give Man City an advantage in the second leg.

Copenhagen really pulled off surprises in the group stage of the UCL and they made it to the Round of 16, this is quite a huge deal breaker as not many expected this to be so. They really outplayed Manchester United in their matches and got a draw against Munich and Galatasaray that saw them through to the round of 16.

Now they face defending Champions Man City, in a match I don’t see them having any win at all. Manchester City having the full squad back will unleash terror on this Copenhagen side. Well if they bow out at this stage, I will be more proud because they’ve achieved a feat for the club and it’s never going unnoticed. The players should be proud and still brace up confidence to face Manchester City, cause this time around they're be facing a more tougher opponent different from those in the group stage.
True. Copenhagen surprised everyone that they could beat Man United and Galatasaray in the group stage. In the beginning of the competition, I'm sure no one will assume that Copenhagen will qualify to the knock-out round. Most people must prefer to choose Man United and Galatasaray as the candidates for the teams who will be in the next round.

Well, unfortunately Copenhagen must play against Man City in this round. I don't see any chance for Copenhagen to win against Man City. But since it is not impossible for another surprise, there is a very small chance to beat Man City. It seems like a dream, but I believe it is not impossible to happen. Let's see what Copenhagen can do to play against the defending champion.

I think the final match will be Real Madrid vs Bayern Munich. City is indeed very strong in the Champions League and they are also the defending champions. De Bruyne's injury had a big impact on City's game and we know last season they won the treble with a big role from KDB and Haaland. So I favor Madrid vs Munich which will be the final match. I put City in third place and Barcelona in fourth place. I think everyone should not forget Barcelona because they are also one of the strong teams in the Champions League even though their current performance does not make them one of the favorites to win this season.

I don’t think that the likelihood of such a final is high - firstly, the teams can meet at earlier stages of the tournament, and secondly, they are not favorites. Take a look at the bookmakers' odds on who will reach the final:

This is UCL, arsenal almost never had a good move in UCL. I would prefer to get another club like intermilan which was placing as runner up last season. It makes more sense rather than arsenal. Arsenal was also failed in europa league last season. What he said above was actually true about that. It doesn't make sense to put arsenal in and it seems like that bookies were missing intermilan which is still very consistent at the serie a . Arsenal is starting to decline too and this is also supporting my opinion to say that arsenal deserves no spot to be favorite to win UCL this season.
I would prefer to replace it with intermilan but it looks so strange to see bookies were doing it. Im ok with bayern and real madrid to be placed as the most favorite clubs to win UCL but arsenal?
Is this a joke? You forgot that if there was a worthy candidate to be placed as the strong club from serie a. Intermilan may make it again to go to the final in the future. Im only saying based the fact. Intermilan qualified to the final and it was losing against city.
It means intermilan was worthy enough to be picked as strongest contender for the UCL trophy along with madrid and munich.

Kevin de Bruyne has had a big influence on Manchester City game so it is not surprising that he is really missed by Manchester City fans. Now speaking of the Champions League, of course Manchester City has the opportunity to repeat what they did in the previous season, namely winning the UCL trophy. Now Manchester City is being strengthened again by Kevin and they will also be strengthened again by Haaland in the Champions League when they face Copenhagen. If Haaland and Kevin reunite in the Manchester City team, of course we will see these two players destroying their opponents' defense line.

In my opinion, it is not too difficult for Manchester City to beat Copenhagen because in terms of quality alone, Manchester City is far superior to Copenhagen. This match takes place in February, so there is still plenty of time for both teams to prepare their strengths. Even though Copenhagen performed well in the group stage, they will not be able to survive in the Champions League this season.
Newcastle United did their best but it wasn't good enough because Manchester City was fully prepared to take the game to next level which they did. Pep Guardiola was frustrated after his team was behind by 2-1 in the first half. It was really tough time for Manchester City but finally find their way around and nets a brilliant goal to put them infront, and the game turnaround was mainly caused by the bringing on one key player, he's Kelvin De Bruyne who have proven to be the main key player in Manchester City after today's epic comeback victory against Newcastle United at St James' Park.

Copenhagen performance in the group stage of the UEFA champions league competition this season was without doubt a very impressive one as they progressed along side group winners Bayern Munich to the knockout stages of the competition while teams like Manchester United and Galatasaray couldn't make it out of the same group and that's why some people give them a slight chance of having a good result against Manchester City when the two teams meets in their round of 16 tie. I was also one of the people who thought they had a chance against City but after watching Manchester City's second half performance against Newcastle tonight, I don't think Copenhagen can do anything to eliminate City.
When Kelvin De Bruyne was introduced in the league game against Newcastle United tonight, he changed the atmosphere at the King James Park with his incredible performance that saw him score a goal and provide an assist for the winner. Erling Haaland will also be back before the first leg game against Copenhagen and that's why I don't think they stand any chance of eliminating Manchester City in that tie

Copenhagen have managed to become runners up in group A which I thought from the start it would not be possible for them to qualify from this group, but the fact is that they showed a good performance compared to Galatasaray and Manchester United, it was a surprise for me who underestimated Copenhagen because they played with a good structure so that it can balance the games of Manchester United and Galatasaray including Munich. I misjudged them.

Unfortunately, they have to meet Manchester City in the round of 16 when Manchester City's key players are starting to recover from injuries, including KDB. I think maybe they will have difficulty facing Manchester City later, but Copenhagen doesn't seem like they will give up so easily, they will definitely make things difficult. Manchester City and playing optimally, I am interested in seeing the meeting between the two later and betting.  Grin
Copenhagen performance was quite impressive in Group A because they were able to drown out top teams like Manchester United in the group phase. Copenhagen progress to the round of 16 was certainly warmly welcomed by fans for their slick performance in the group phase. However, in the round of 16, Copenhagen will face the defending champion, Manchester City. I think they are facing obstacles in progressing to the next round because Manchester City is a strong enough team and even the strongest candidate to win the UCL trophy again.

For Manchester City, of course they are at a great advantage because their opponent is not a team that is balanced with their strengths, so it will make it easier for Manchester City to achieve victory in this match. I can't think of a finale without Manchester City as well honestly. I agree with bookmakers here as a result.  Smiley  Manchester City are definitely the most favoured team to become champions. Especially by De Bruyne's recovering and Haaland's being about to as well will help this team improve their probability to win the title.

De Bruyne is very valuable in every way for this team. He has already started to make a big impact on matches as of his recovery. Haaland is a goal machine as you know. If you remember this team even got past the semi finals and final stages without Halaand's scoring skills last season.  Grin

The only reason for people to hope Manchester City win the Champions League or be in the final match is maybe the performance they had in the last season and maybe the reason is their coach Guardiola because Guardiola is the coach you can every time expect to see a miracle from him even the teams is not in the good situation but this time I think Real Madrid got much more chance for winning the Champions League than all other teams.

Arsenal definitely have a strong team, but I doubt they can reach the Champions League final, even the recent results in the Premier League have not been satisfactory and if you do poorly in the league, the mood also affects the Champions League. I'm probably wrong but I don't see Arsenal ready to reach the final and win the Champions League

I don't need remind you how they have no good enough striker and goal scoring player, Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus can't win them games in the Premier League, do you expect them to do that in the Champions League?

So much defending for a club that doesn't gives you the pleasure you desire? They Arsenal would also need some improvements in midfied since Thomas Partey wouldn't not be retuning anytime soon.
Declan Rice has be pretty solid yeah, but Arsenal football club deserves some levels of upgrades.
