Comparing Arsenal to Manchester United is totally out of the picture, because there's alot of things to comprehend when focusing on similarity. Manchester United have zero points in UEFA Champions League this season, two games and two defeats for the Red Devils, absolutely poor results from them. Erik Ten Hag would pushed better for more positive results in the coming UCL games if he wants to qualify for the next round of the competition. Though UCL football is really challenging for Manchester United, perhaps they can bounce back if they wake up from their slumber.
Looks like we have to see this pretty realistic and both are England representatives who in the second match in the Champions League suffered defeat. Man United lost two good chances to get points competed and at this time they did not have any points, while Arsenal only collected three points and lost in the second match in the Champions League. If Man United wants to qualify for the next round then in some of the remaining matches they have to secure full victory and are very difficult if Erik Ten Hak do not have a special strategy and some injured players cannot be played.

Man United still has a chance to qualify for the next round, but I doubt if they are still playing bad like in the previous two matches, while Arsenal might be far more likely because they have gotten three points in the first match. I just tried to compare the mentality of the two teams when playing in the Champions League and both of them did not look convincing at all.

Can't just explain what went wrong with Les Parisiens but it seems that the players are not fit or suffering from fatigue. They were relatively outsmarted and bulldozed by the Newcastle player. I know Mbappe can't wait to leave this club because he needs to chase his dreams somewhere else.
PSG is lack of good players, there are still many mediocre players in their club. Take a look with Newcastle where they don't have any super stars, but all their players are in good quality.

I disagree for Mbappe can't wait to leave PSG, if he want to leave PSG, he wouldn't renew his contract until 2026.

PSG will not able to win Champions League as long as they only focus to sign star players.
It is true with what you said that PSG lost good high-quality players this season in contrast to Newcastle who are slowly improving their performances even though only with their players it could be said that none of the top players are that popular.
Previously I thought PSG would be the group leaders by winning every match but this was a bad match because losing 4 - 1 was a humiliating defeat.

I don't know what happened but in the last few matches Mbappe doesn't seem very enthusiastic about winning every match in fact he is usually the most dominant player now only doing his best to keep up with the movements of his teammates.
If they continue to experience conditions like this for longer time in this season maybe for League 1 and UCL they will not get anything and there is no hope that they can have anymore.

Yes it true I also not sure PSG will be able to win the UCL if they still don't make any progress.
At the start of the UCL group phase match I thought PSG could be better but in reality it was all just a dream that was difficult to come true.
PSG making it to the finals is something by this time we should know that it's almost not possible because they are gradually loosing the form required to get such results because the champions league is a very volatile and competitive one moreover if they make it to the round of sixteen, they will have to face even tougher teams which will means they will crash out probably at that point.

Mbappes reluctancy could be traced to the fact that he is gradually becoming wary of the team and will at any opportunity leave to a better and promising team, he has recently had some issues around the team and the team has not really been at their best recently although they started their local league on a good note but are gradually experiencing a decline since the fourth to the seventh weak of the league game.

The loss they suffered against Newcastle was really humiliating and will be spoken about for a long time probably till the week ends and I'm sure it will have some effect on their moral meanwhile Manchester city had it easier wining as compared to Newcastle although the winning margin differed so well but I think Newcastle and Manchester city both had a deserving victory.
Just for comparison last season PSG still had squad with great players there but they also couldn't reach the final for the UCL and could only look so strong in League 1 and even then it seems like only last season will be the last as the strongest, because this season PSG has lost quite lot their abilities are great from the departure of the top players they previously had.
PSG biggest mistake was letting some of these players leave but they didn't immediately make several changes such as looking for other players who could really be relied on for the vacant positions.

This season being able to reach the top eight is an extraordinary achievement for them because when they enter the last 16 there is also the possibility that PSG will fall and be eliminated by other great teams.
Never mind that now there are no big hopes for PSG and I saw that PSG was really scary during the Zlatan Ibrahimovic era.

Mbappe has done lot for PSG but it seems like the team has not made any effort to provide support to Mbappe so he can strengthen the team so it is natural that there are quite obvious differences in play for Mbappe this season.
After their defeat against Newcastle many fans are now starting to think badly about this squad and there is nothing more to expect from PSG.

Manchester United conceded 14 goals in six matches is not entirely the goalkeeper's responsibility, there are defenders who also have a role in maintaining the defense well, but unfortunately, United's defense is very weak when Varane or Luke Shaw are not playing.
It is impossible for Ten Hag to be on the bench for Andre Onana because replacing him with Manchester United's second goalkeeper might make things worse, what United is currently facing is not a problem in goalkeeping but in all areas, and that is quite unfortunate after last season's performance was better, but since the start of the season they have looked weaker than last season, and losing to Galasataray in the champions league added to the length of their defeat at Old Trafford this season at least they have experienced this 3 times so appearing in front of their fans is not enough to help them perform better, including later against Copenhagen who can provide tough resistance to Bayern Munich, and seeing Manchester United still at the bottom of the rankings is quite sad.

Of these 14 goals, at least two were entirely on Onan's conscience - this is a lot for a distance of 6 games. If we talk about the other goals, it is clear that this is the result of team play, but so far Onana is not “saving” at the last line. He doesn't do anything special, after all he is playing worse so far than De Gea who had bad days (sometimes) but sometimes he saved United and it was only thanks to him that United got points.
I think by the way that there is nothing wrong with giving the reserve goalkeeper a chance, if I remember correctly, in the days of Ferguson, after unsuccessful games, the reserve goalkeeper got his chance and the main goalkeeper knew that he must match the level if he wants to always play in the first team.

Well it is not the goalkeeper fault most of the times unless he concedes goals with shots from distance frequently which is not the case.Andre Onana shined really bright at Inter Milan and he surely is better for me as a goalkeeper compared to De Gea who had his time at Manchester United.

Manchester is weak this year in almost every sector from defense to attack and I agree the only one at fault this season is Ten Haag,he started doing well in the previous season when he just got Manchester United but this time he is not doing anything good so far.

I think a lot of people had really high expectations from Onana when he was brought in. As these expectations haven’t been met, they would be quick to lay all the fault on him whenever they concede a goal conveniently ignoring that it takes the whole team to either win or lose.

I know Onana has a lot of potential and even Ten Hag despite all the goals conceded, still has faith in him. I do think Onana is unjustly faulted for their losses. Would they also fault him for not doing enough in aiding to score goals to win games as well?
Man United do need to step up their game. Poor performance even in the EPL.

Man United is a big side in the Premier League earning that number one position comes with a big load only few can carry. The earlier people realize Onana is not the problem. The better they stop blaming him. I know for the fact that he is stubborn and have seen issues arise with his country but blaming the goalkeeper for the flaws of Man United defense is not the right thing for anyone to do.
The coach Ten Hag had success with him at Ajax same goes for Antony and they are trying to make that happen again but this will be challenging. Can Man United finally get a win over Brentford. That club is very strong too.

When a team is out of structure, it influences the major players in the club, from the defensive line to the front lines. Manchester United has struggled this season, obtaining zero points in the UCL and currently sitting 10th position on the EPL table; nonetheless, the Red Devils could recover in due course. Erik Ten Hag senses fire in André Onana, and this is one of the primary reasons he selected him from Inter Milan as a backup replacement for David de Gea, but it's extremely terrible to see the new goalkeeper's performance deteriorate. He has conceded numerous goals as though he was an average goalkeeper in a mediocre club.
The amounts of goal conceded by united is very high. I can't even believe it but the defenders are also playing the important role in this case. Why shall we blame onana while there were also some garbage players like dalot or lideloff?
Manchester united is not only having goal keeper as its problem but it has also the defenders as the main problem from the club. Im feeling fine with the current attackers and midfielders.

They were delivering what we have expected but im always concerning the defenders and goalkeepers in any game. They didn't even make a small improvemets. They were the reason why two goals made by hojlund meant nothing.
Manchester united loses against galatasaray at old trafford is a very embarassing result for sure. This club deserves to get a better defender.

The only remaining choice for manchester united to sell all the defenders with quite low price and then exchange them with some quality defenders.
Even though chelsea placed below manchester united but this club is having a better defenders tha united.

All of defenders need to be sold by the club.

No matter how anyone will try to exenorate Erik Ten Hang from the poor performance of Manchester United, it cannot be done successfully. Whether or not is Erik Ten Hang is involved in the transfer decision of Manchester United is another story and should not be used to cover his lapses
Last season, Manchester United performed better with almost the same players they have now. The difference is that more players like Mount who is becoming totally unproductive was signed. How will anyone convince me that Erik Ten Hang does not have influence over the signing of Onana and Mount, yet he has influence over the dismissal of Ronaldo.
Erik Ten Hang need to fall back to basics and correct his errors.
Lower the egos of Erik ten Hag and his players. The players themselves experienced many problems, where the presence of Antony and Sancho still played an important role in building attacks. Now leaving Rashford on the front line without being able to work with Hojlund or Garnacho will have a bad impact. Talking about Hojlund, he has started playing well and has an undoubted goal-scoring instinct. However, there is something that makes me disappointed, namely Rashford's ego who doesn't want players like Hojlund to be superior to him.

Returning to Erik Ten Hag at Man United, he must realize that the atmosphere of the Premier League and Premier League is different from the club he previously led. So Erik Ten Hag must be closer to Sir Alex Ferguson, learning many things related to Man United will be very helpful in fixing the problems he is facing. However, it seems that Erik Ten Hag is not the type of coach who is willing to accept Sir Alex's suggestions. He wants to continue to think that the results achieved by Man United are thanks to himself. So this will only cause chaos in the long run.
This Manchester United is a club that is packed with so much big names who aren't delivering, they have Sancho, Rashford, Anthony,Hojlund and the rest.It looks like Rashford will also have pride like Christiano Ronaldo, and won't accept the fact that he is not inform at the Moment, and that he needs to work very hard to earn his place back as their top striker. And at thesame time,I think Hen Tag is another coach who won't take advice because I believe they might have told him to be starting Hojlund along side Rashford so there won't be issues in the team.
In as much as we are saying Rashford is not inform,he is still Manchester United's best player for me when he is inform.Last season,we all saw how he scored goals in every match, and that is what raised the level of his pride.
Man u will continue to suffer if they don't work as a team.

Onana's statistics while wearing the Inter uniform were quite impressive, so when he made a mistake that was quite fatal and repeated, it caused his mental decline. I also feel surprised that perhaps he has not been fully able to adapt to the Manchester United environment. I think that to improve his mentality, Erik Ten Hag should rest him for some time until he is really ready to play again.

The bad results that Manchester United always receive are not solely the result of Onana's mistakes, but it is true that almost all the players do not seem to be in top condition, especially in the back line which is hit by a crisis, making the defense very easy for opponents to penetrate. I think if Erik Ten Hag dares to reshuffle the team in the starting XI it might have a good influence on the team's development.

It would be foolish to blame André Onana for losing the match. In only one match I saw André Onana make a mistake and Manchester United lost because of that mistake but in recent matches the main reason for losing the matches is their defensive weakness. Manchester United may be struggling with the worst defense in the Premier League this season. Manchester United have the best strikers but none of the strikers are in the best form at the moment. Manchester United strikers must return to their best form as well as change the way they play in defence. André Onana will be at his best when the defense is strong.

exactly but his excellent work is not from this year, try to understand what I mean
he did a good job in previous years and above all they made him do it
now the team is mature and it's time to reap the fruits of these investments

for me they can win the Champions League without problems

Last season also they were near to win the CL and also give a good fight in final so yes they can do it this time but with CL I feel they need a bit of luck too. They have improved a lot over the years but CL is really a different league and I feel nothing can be said for certain. But I do agree that Inter are definitely one of the CL contenders. I think they will get to quarterfinals easily but can't say for certain after then.

But yes, I don't know in how far ten Hag is involved in transfer decisions and whether he has a lot to say in the club when it comes to player transfers, but there have been some questionable decisions in the recent past.

I don't think he is entirely to blame for Manchester United's poor form. In the past they have spent millions of dollars on players like Jadon Sancho, Harry Maguire and Anthony Martial and they have never benefited from them. So, there is a long history of bad and wrong transfer policy at Manchester United. They are like Chelsea, but not as bad as Chelsea. Smiley I don't think Erik ten Hag has a squad that can compete with his rivals. Manchester United need a lot of transfers and they have almost no chance of winning the Champions League.

Even though ten hag was responsible for the poor performance from manchester united but the players shall also be blamed. MU has been wasting a lot of money and they were not even paying off their transfers fees.
The player like meguire was only going up due to the hype. I remember when he has been called as leicester hero. Manchester united was getting triggered caused by that.
MU needs to make its squad even better for the upcoming games. Ten hag has no choice other than use the current squad to face so many upcoming games.

Chelsea is slowly moving up again but im still skeptic with manchester united. It's not only having bad defenders but it has also bad goal keeper as well. Ten hag feels so confuse to think about the best strategy to be implemented into the current squad.

After conceding 14 goals in his first six Manchester United appearances, the spotlight has been already burning on Onana in an uncomfortable way. But I don’t think his dip in form would make Ten Hag drop him to the bench for his second Goalkeeper  to start. Honestly, It doesn't help, of course, that he has been dropped into a dysfunctional United team who seem to have painfully regressed from last season. It may look like he’s conceding too many goals but so many of them were preventable if only Manchester United's defenders and midfielders were more organised.

All players have their own responsibilities, including Erik Ten Hag, and in this defeat, they need to realize that Man United performance this season has lost its way. Galatasaray recorded itself in history by successfully defeating the giant English team. Maybe Galasataray doesn't care if the end of the Group stage is a failure. Because with this win, Galasataray probability will increase significantly. And for Man United itself, having played twice in the UCL and not getting points is a setback, it is clear from wherever we look at it that Man United is increasingly being underestimated not only in the UCL but in the Premier League itself. Man United has lost its ideal place.

However, we also have to see that during this time it is very rare for Onana to make brilliant saves. It is true that he cannot be completely blamed, but his performance cannot help the team to be better.
However, apart from that, the Manchester United team currently doesn't have many choices after many of their players suffered injuries so there is no other choice for Ten Hag to make many strategies for this team, indeed now we don't know who to blame for their poor performance. This was announced by the Manchester United team because this was an unexpected thing due to the number of injured players.
but in my opinion there will be a very big possibility for the Manchester United team to recover.

By the end of the second round in this group stage of Champions League, there is only four teams that got 6 points: Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Real Madrid. These teams are serious contenders for the title this year especially Manchester City then comes the others.
There is also unsuccessful teams like Manchester United and Dortmund in the bottom of the tables of their groups.. I think they will leave the competition at this stage, maybe it isn't a bad thing for them this season.
Champions League action is insane this year! Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, and Real Madrid seem unbreakable, but are they? Manchester City won both games, but havent they been steady this season? Not all key players will be fully well after recovering from illness. Will these players soon settle into a club that has won inconsistently?

Not even talking about Manchester United and Dortmund! Because of their poor performance, they rank near the bottom of their groupings. They might say farewell to the competition now. Its bitter, but it may be a gift

Manchester United have zero points, poor performance in UCL and EPL. Erik Ten Hag had complications with key players who would have aided in comprehending the team's performance, I'm not talking about average players but key ones like Cristiano Ronaldo who delivered the team in crucial moments, yet he was underrated in the team because he was completely out of the picture in Erik Ten Hag's eyes, he favored the young ones instead of employing more qualities of Ronaldo among the average players. Manchester United is suffering today as a result of past mistakes made by the club and coach.
Manchester United situation is getting more difficult after experiencing two consecutive defeats in the UCL, they have also conceded 7 goals in these two games. This situation forces Manchester United to have to win the remaining four matches in order to advance to the knockout phase of the Champions League this season, but their hopes are very small due to the inconsistent performance shown so far.

In fact, Manchester United already has quality players, but due to several factors that occur, Manchester United players have difficulty understanding each other's games. Ten Hag must realize he is leading Manchester United in the UCL, this is not a local competition played in 38 matches, the slightest mistake they make can be punished by their opponents which makes it difficult for them to qualify for the next round.
Ten Hag has been facing a difficult situation since taking charge of Manchester United, he has been constantly bombarded with criticism for Manchester United's recent poor performance. I think dismissal is inevitable if Ten Hag fails to bring Manchester United through to the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Ten hag is very much involved and have a great influence on transfer decision in Manchester united, at the end of last season he was given good amount of money to get players for the team, according to speculations he was given a 100% authority on decision as it regards transfer so he could get the best players he knows he can work with and achieve a good result for the team.

I think ten hag has the full blame when it comes to transfer errors because he was allowed to make choices for the team but sadly his choices has not been able to favour the team enough, or maybe are they new player yet to get used to the teams style and the environment? I really don't think because they have gotten more than enough time to do that already so it's expected by now they have gone passed that stage.

Onana is one of his worse transfer error he did this season, even Maguire hasn't been the best compared to when he was still in his formal team, Martial has even performed better when he was still in Chelsea than he has been in old Trafford, almost all the new signed players are still glorified in the past they are yet to prove something spectacular for the present and Manchester united did spent heavily on them.

Well, considering how ten Hag treated de Gea disgracefully for the sake of his pet Onana joining the team, then the credit of trust should be great and I think this goalkeeper will still please us with his funny blunders. By the way, as far as I remember, Manchester United are happy with Ten Hag's results and want to offer him a contract extension. However, even if there are some doubts about Ten Hag's prospects at Manchester United, I think that the club's management will not decide on his dismissal until the MU is finally sold to someone by the Glazer family.

Onana has the support of Ten Hag and thinks he would rise above all this and perform much better. I would like to see some better performance from the goalie as he was rumored to be much better than De Gea. But with his recent performance, perhaps De Gea would have been much better defending the goal posts.
I think a lot of people were initially happy when Ten Hag finalized the deal that would bring him into the club from Inter. I know I was.  But his performance and the team altogether hasn’t been reliable despite all the moves and preparations taken before the start of the new season.
I think Erik Ten Hag's support is just a shame that he is covering up because he failed to recruit a goalkeeper for Manchester United and regardless of the results, Manchester United is much worse off since the arrival of Andre Onana. Certainly the fans have regretted having hoped more for Andre Onana and the decision to throw away David De Gea is the biggest loss so far for Manchester United.

We cannot compare goalkeepers who have much more experience at a club over the seasons and as a coach Erik Ten Hag should have known that his decision was quite risky by relying on Onana who was only good at taking Inter to the Champions League final last season.
