Bookies usually have their own strategy or trap system which give some serious tense situation to punters but still here usually fans need to be stayed with their own stats and analysis of game currently PSG is having badly downtrend in Champions League their performance 2 wins and 3 loses clearly indicating how poor they are.

Honestly, it is not about who we are rooting for, but more about who we bet to win. I wagered on City to win, well not yet but I am going to, which means that I am "rooting" for City, not that I actually like them or anything like that, I have absolutely nothing that I am considering any part of me as City fan, it is not about that, I just believe that City will win and that's why I am going to bet on them to win.

Plus, they have been doing quite great recently so there isn't really anything changing soon neither, we just need to make sure that it is looking good enough to win and we can bet on it. It is going to be great to say hello to the Champions League again with such a big game. Yeah I know both sides have started the Champions League horrible. They are both below the expectations.

However I still think we will watch a really lovely game. Considering both are on the verge of being out of top 24, I expect them to show their best performances this time. If I take a side here, I would go for Manchester City.

But no, not for betting.    I'm going for BTTS & over 2.5 goals @1.74 when it comes to that. I don't think it is going to be a boring one.

Absolutely, Manchester City has gained some confidence lately, after their biggest failure in losing all their matches, failing to win in Premier League, everyone eas worried about their performance and started to question Guardiola and his tactics. PSG as a team in the French league is doing good, but if you compare their performance against other leagues like LaLiga or Premier League, they cannot stand or win against them.

If that's what you mean, then it means your knowledge about the competition in the last five years is limited. As a Real Madrid fan, I can authoritatively say that Real Madrid who's had a worse performance in the UEFA Champions League this season is a better candidate to win the UEFA Champions League competition this season ahead of Liverpool. Liverpool are currently having great results in the group stages but I don't think they'll be able to replicate that during the knockout stages.

In last few years, we have change of strategy for Real Madrid they are not spending huge amount on players they are getting free players which are giving them good benefit, and they are also enjoying with their game in January most chances we are going to have no action from Ancelotti for bringing new players.

Their defense and midfield surely missing something but now as their injured players are coming back things are taking good changes their performance and quality is also going to increase which is main point now in this season chances are high for them to have spot into top ranks but still they need to be competitive and well on their side for keeping things balanced.

I agree with what you said. The PSG versus Manchester City match is actually quite difficult to predict, if we consider their reputation in the previous 6 matches in the Champions League. This match is a life or death match, determining the fate to secure a place in the play-off round, and it is certain that it will be troublesome for both teams. But in my opinion, on paper Manchester City is more worthy of being the favorite, because they have a better mentality when playing in the Champions League. On the other hand, the Real Madrid versus RB Salzburg match is fairly easy to predict, in my opinion Ancelotti squad will not waste the opportunity to secure full points.

PSG will probably come out first if I predict because why are they not so good when playing in the Champions and their mentality is very lacking even though the PSG top brass are ambitious for the Champions but this season they are indeed lacking in many things and one of them I think the Champions will only come this season, unlike Man City they have more plans than PSG especially Pep he is quite ambitious and it doesn't mean PSG is not ambitious but Pep is ambitious and they are equal to reliable players and also their game is more balanced than PSG and I think my bet is for Man City in this match.

Yes it is true that Real Madrid have a lot of experience and they playing well consistently but they are not able to express their experience in the UEFA Champions League. But in La Liga Real Madrid have managed to maintain their consistency, even though they are already number one there. None of the three teams you mentioned are performing well in the Champions League at the moment.

Manchester City has played 6 matches in UEFA Champions League so far and PSG football team has also played 6 matches. Both these teams have the same match win statistics, we have seen that they have managed to win only two matches. So with such statistics it will be much more difficult and challenging for these teams to reach the next round.

I can't say these odds are fair. PSG are struggling in the Champions League but are doing great in Ligue 1, while City are terrible in all competitions. Plus it's a home game for PSG and they will only play to win to get into the top 24. Apparently there is value in betting on PSG, options such as BTTS and total over also make sense.

City is almost leaving from its crisis, they performed way better in PL.

It's understandable you might be worried City to lose the game. However. i keep my optimism to believe they are gonna win it soon. I know away game is a pressure for them, but it doesn't really matter as long as they have winning mentality.

A very important match for City and PSG, I can't pick one team, I like them both and I think losing one of them in the group stage would be a loss for a tournament like the Champions League. Despite the crisis that City went through and the fact that it's an away game for them, I don't think they'll lose this game.
