I understand what you are saying and I agree that PSG is doing well in their local league. They are playing very strong and consistent football. But I am also worried about how they will do in European games especially against tough teams like Manchester City. While PSG can still surprise us they have not been doing well lately against stronger teams. As you said football can be unpredictable and anything can happen during game. We will have to wait and see how they do against Manchester City.

PSG is doing very well in their domestic league and they are able to perform consistently there. Their match win statistics there prove how consistently they are performing. But the rivalry of the European League i.e. Champions League match is different. No matter how well they play in their domestic league, they will have to bear in mind that their opponents are the mighty Manchester City. This team has performed very well against them in the past and they have won many matches. However, the advantage for PSG club in this match is that they will be playing at their home ground. PSG defeated Manchester City in a match at this ground in 2021, and that match was a Champions League match.

No matter how good the players in their squad are, their performance is never enough for big games. Perhaps it's due to their internal situation or coaching not being good enough. Even though PSG might have the home advantage, their performance against Manchester City will not be good, and I would be willing to bet on their defeat.

While you are right that it would be risky to bet on PSG, I am not going to bet on City neither, we have seen how they have been this season so I am not going to bet on them neither. I understand that it may look different right now but that doesn't mean that PSG is the only bad team, we are talking about both bad teams so I have no idea which one of them will win.

Obviously we could also have a draw as a result too, which looks quite likely for this game, but at the same time I am not really planning on making that a reality, so I am not going to end up putting that in, I am just going to avoid that if possible. The best case is just not betting on that game, there are many other games so I am not like forced to bet on that one.
