I'm also thinking that Juventus won't be losing against Villarreal in Turin. I know that there is still time for this match now. But Juventus are a really solid team in their home matches which is another fact here. I accept that Villarreal are a really tough opponent and we saw it in the first leg too. And I won't be expecting a comfortable match for Juventus either. I expect a really close one in fact but Juventus would still find a way out and defeat their opponent by a goal difference of one in 90 minutes I think.

Juventus will not lose at home against Villarreal. Juventus is a very good team. Probably they have not lost in any of the last 11 matches. They must maintain this continuity. They are strong in home matches. On the other hand, Villarreal's performance is irregular. However, they play quite defensively. If Juventus want to win today, the strikers will have to play well and try to break Villarreal's defense. And I hope Juventus's player are able to play well today and will win.
Guys, the second leg between Juventus and Villareal will be held in the middle of next week so there is still plenty of time to see them prepare for a team performance or player recovery. Obviously I hope Juventus qualify for the quarter-finals with a win, but I won't rule out the possibility of Villareal trying their best.

So far the opportunity for these two teams is still there because the first leg only ended in a draw. Villareal are good but Juventus have more experience in the Champions League. Like most Serie A teams, Juventus also has a strong defense in every match they play. Looking forward to that match.

Villareal are not favorites in the Champions League so it is hard to expect them to qualify when the opposing team is a top team from another league. In terms of quality and experience, Juventus deserved more chances to qualify for the quarter-finals, but the fact remains difficult to predict the outcome. There may have been surprises from Villareal this season but actually it was not to be expected.

PSG ultimately lost the tie due to their lack of desire and character and, at this stage in football, no team can do without these attributes, which Real Madrid showed enough of. It’s so sad that with the big guns in the team, like Lionel Messi, Neymar, Marco Verratti and Di Maria, nobody could step up their game like the way Luka Modric and Karim Benzema stepped up for Real Madrid, no one rose to the occasion for PSG except Mbappe. Exiting the Champions League at the last 16 stage is unacceptable for PSG and the manner in which they were eliminated makes matters worse.
Do not forget the assist came from Neymar for Mbappe to score, but Mbappe is very good in PSG and PSG have a great team but which unable to even make it to Champions League beyond round of 16, I expected better from Messi, but I do not think he is still getting better from PSG may be because of how French team is, I know Messi to always be good especially in Champions League when he was in Barcelona, expected more from him. We all thought Real Madrid is gone already, but later the match favored the club against PSG.
Crashing out at the knockout stages of the Champions League has been a recurring theme for PSG no matter how many big players they have at the club. It is so unfortunate that Mbappe is the brightest star in the dark PSG camp. It looks like only he wanted to win against PSG, others did not have that attitude. Things continue to get more complicated for Lionel Messi. He has been a mere shadow of himself since he came to PSG, recording just seven goals so far in 25 games across all competitions. He was ineffective in both legs of the Champions League ties against Real Madrid and even missed a crucial penalty in the first leg.

If we are going to bet on this match, it is better if we wait for the updated news about Juventus squad. At least wait till the last day before kick off to know the lineups prediction because they have some injured players. Some players are injured such as Dybala, Zakaria, Chiesa, Bonucci, Chiellini and McKennie. Those are important players for Juventus and may affect their gameplay significantly. Hopefully some of them will be recovered before kick off so they can have a better lineups to fight against Villareal.
The best lineup is certainly expected by the fans regardless of whether some important players are injured or have to rest due to other things. Of course Juventus have some reserve players who are also ready to help the team to win, but without experienced players the team's performance may not always be consistent.

We witnessed once again that there is no guarantee for winning the Champions League title even if you have one of the best or maybe the best lineup among all European teams. PSG proved it again this season by being eliminated by Real Madrid. And Real Madrid did this even though they were in a troubling situation like being 0-2 behind on aggregate. PSG players made very simple mistakes which caused this to happen. And after this, I think some players could decide to leave also including Mbappe.

PSG [...] They might be the best squad in the world probably. But in my opinion, if they are considering three goals between just 18 minutes, there are some problems which need to be fixed.

The best players don't necessarily make the best team. I mean, that front-line of PSG consists of three absolutely insanely good individual players. But try to play Messi, Mbappe and Neymar all together at the same time, and it just doesn't click. I think when we look at team-sheets, we tend to consider how good each individual player is... but there is nothing on a team-sheet that explains how well they all fit together. It can be difficult to pin down, and difficult to get right. For the PSG front three, it's just not there. Looking at it on paper, you'd be tempted to think it doesn't really matter at all what their defence is like, with those three up front they should obliterate anyone they play, but it's just not happening... it's masked a lot in the French league as the opposition isn't strong enough, but when they come up against a big European team, they get found out.

We have our first qualifiers for the quarter-finals: Manchester City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Liverpool. And we are going to have the remaining four qualifiers next week. And my favourites in those games are going to be Ajax, Manchester United, Juventus and Chelsea. I believe that Ajax and Chelsea won't have big struggles to advance. But Juventus and Manchester United can have a hard time eliminating their opponent. Because I believe that they are at a similar level with their opponents right now. But at the end, I still don't expect a surprising result in those games too.

I can't predict the score with certainty, but if you look at the match for this second leg at home to Juventus, then I'm personally optimistic that Juventus will win the match later and that will also ensure Juventus to qualify for the next round with an aggregate that may be very thin.
Nobody can do it for sure, I'm sure about that but luck and random predictions might still hit the mark. But you may still be able to make an analysis if you have actually watched several matches of these teams before predicting the result, this will help you to approach prediction accuracy even though it is still very difficult to be 100% correct.

Juventus vs Villareal in terms of quality and experience will probably never be the same. Juventus are much more experienced in the Champions League and they also have a quality team. This season their form may not be as good as expected, but they are still favorites to qualify for the quarter-finals after a draw in the first leg. I'm not sure the second leg will have so many goals and I think it's a low goals game maybe under 3 goals but it's still good to think that Juventus will win this second leg.

Real Madrid has a better winning mentality than PSG. The second half of the match belonged to Real Madrid where almost all PSG players lost control. Nothing really surprising actually, but Madrid deserved to go through after taking all the chances they had. Super Benzema with his 3 goals.

PSG really want to win the Champions League and that's what's prevent them. They can buy all the best players, for example they will buy Benzema, but this will not help them either. Real Madrid is very strong, the mindset of champions, as you said. I just thought it would be funny if PSG could never win the Champions League in their history. Maybe they should stop buying new players and let the coaching staff and players play for a few years without undue pressure?

True, PSG did lost that match because they lack desire and mentality to compete at this level of the champion's league and it is noteworthy to say it is not really the players perse because many of them are proven winners but it is the team as a whole which is governed by a coach who is not a winner. I heard PSG owner stormed Pochettino, after spending so much money buying players. They can't make it to the champions League finals. It is goodbye to Mauricio Pochettino.

I understand the strategy of keeping players, but playing defensively makes me really angry.
Why should I watch the game? Or rather, why should I PAY to watch such a game? The paying fan is treated just like an ATM and this makes me very angry.

I can not agree more with this. It is nothing about keeping players safe every great team must do this as a practical strategy, and there have been some managers who learn the hard way. I guess Poch used to be like this, playing your same players for "non important" games and it made me annoyed.

But you can still play reserves or even youth teams and ask them to entertain, fans love it just the same.

Plus,,, when you play like this, it affects overall mentality. Pep might find this out if they meet their opponents in QF who played with everything.

in the last few matches Juventus played very well while Villarreal didn't, yes I also think Juventus will be able to win this match especially this match will be played at Juventus' home, maybe according to my prediction Juventus will win by a thin score in this match 1-0 or 2- 1

I think Juventus will win. They will not lose at home. Juventus have been playing very well lately. Villarreal is on the decline. In the Lille-Chelsea game, if there is no big surprise, Chelsea will be the team that passed the round. The match that interests me the most will be the Manchester United-Atletico Madrid match. I think the red devils will win.
The match against juventus later will be a difficult match for villareal, because currently juventus looks quite strong when playing at home, besides that villareal mainstay winger will be absent in the match, Alberto Moreno is one of the villareal players who has contributed quite a lot in the game for helping every attack carried out by the Yellow Submarine so far, but even though it is quite difficult to win, I believe that Unai Emery who is a specialist coach of the European League will be able to make a difference in this match later.

Villarreal must learn from mistakes in the first leg match, which Villarreal lost concentration in the early minutes of the match. Because after all,
the front line of Juventus is very aggressive, especially since Juventus has Dusan Vlahovic, the front line of Juventus is  increasingly productive.
Even though Juventus are very strong when playing at home, as long as Villarreal can play disciplined and take advantage of very fast counter attacks.
Villarreal still have hope of beating Juventus, so it depends on how effective Unai Emery's strategy will be. Actually the chances of both teams are
the same, but because the quality of Juventus players is slightly better than Villarreal, then the second leg match will be played at home to Juventus,
so I predict Juventus will make it through to the next round by beating Villarreal in the second leg match.

Honestly, I'm curious about the continuation of Chelsea, both in the EPL and UCL because with Chelsea's current situation, it is very possible for players to no longer have the high motivation as before. Indeed, the squad and coach seem to be able to accept the case that happened to Chelsea but we will not know how they really feel. Although indeed, Chelsea are already leading 2-0 and I personally will still be looking forward to how they continue to play professionally and about other matches like Juventus and Atletico I personally believe they will qualify.

Juventus must try hard to qualify from the last 16 and represent Serie A in the quarter-finals. Yes, now they are the only team left from Italy after Inter Milan had to be forced to lift their suitcase from the Champions League following their defeat to English representatives, Liverpool.
I see Juventus' chances of winning are more open than Villarreal, I hope this team can really win the match in the second leg later.

Villarreal are one of the teams that have played well this year, but they can lose surprising points and play very badly in some matches. Juventus is not much different, when the team is on the rise, something happens to him and their games start to go bad again.
Both teams have a chance, but Juventus seems more likely to win. He will win the match with the advantage of playing in his own field Smiley

from several matches I also think Manchester United-Atletico Madrid is the most interesting and it is very difficult to predict who will make it through to the next round, I think these two teams still have a 50-50 chance to qualify.
maybe only a slight advantage for Manchester United as this match will be played at their home but the athletico are also very strong. so I think this match will be very fierce. I predict that there will be no goals created or the score will be a draw and continue to extra time or up to a penalty shootout.

Kylian Mbappe must be wishing to go to Real Madrid even more after being eliminated by them in the Champions League. I know that he wants to go there because of Real Madrid's being his dream club. But I think that Mbappe isn't believing in this team to reach big successes in the Champions League either. Because no matter what, they are still having big problems. They have added Messi to their squad and it has created a big hype. But this didn't change anything again for them.
Real Madrid will be lucky to have such an addition to the team and Mbappe will be hopeful he can get the best player in the world award finally but moreso, Perez will be the happiest because he saved 200M and he's getting Mbappe for free.

Playing at the Allianz Stadium gave a morale boost to Juventus players, thus making bets more in a favor of Juventus. Villarreal also don't want to give up in this match, they will try to pressure Juventus so they can accompany Real Madrid, who qualified first to the quarter-finals. Juventus and Villarreal still have a chance of qualifying for the quarter-finals, because in the Leg 1 meeting they were drawn and there are still 90 minutes to prove who is the best between these two teams.
