I can't believe that Wolfsburg lost and ended up empty-handed. No Champignos League and no Europa League. As they are fourth in the group due to the defeat against Lille, their journey is over. But that is also deserved with that bad performance.
That three nil Bayern Munich performance against the average Barcelona team was a solid one and I expected nothing less than that!
The start of the game got me thinking they might not get the win or goals to revenge the award which was supposing to go to Lewandoski but went to Messi who hadn't been in form, but nevertheless revenge has been served which makes us even hope Bayern draw PSG now

@joker_josue Yeah, the match between Atalanta and Villarreal has been postponed to today. And this is an important match for each team also. Because they both have a last chance to continue on their way here. And one of them is going to continue in the Europa League. Villarreal are one point ahead now. Their first match ended by 2-2. I think that Atalanta can win this match and move on.
I agree that Atalanta is better than Villarreal. But the teams are on the same level, and so it will be a very popular game for both teams. Despite that, Villarreal has an advantage for the game, because they have one more point than Atalanta, and so they only need to draw to continue.
Chelsea were really effective in attacking against Zenit yesterday. Even Werner scored two goals in this game. However, they still couldn't prevent Zenit from scoring the same amount of goals as them and getting one point. As Juventus defeated Malmo, they lost their leadership to Juventus unfortunately. I say like that because I was favoring Chelsea for the 1st position at the end of the group stage.
I think the Chelsea players were getting to excited and always wanting to score and not defending. The players need to know what their roles are on the pitch. I understand that the coach didn't want to risk anymore injuries. Otherwise Sarr & Christensen are too average. Chelsea only have depths in attack otherwise in midfield & Defence they are poor. Once Chalaboah, Thiago & Rudiger are not playing they get exposed. Same with Christensen if he is not along side Rudiger or Thiago we all see how average he is. Poor defensive organization, they were playing without a leader at the back. It is extremely annoying and appalling. Something has to be done very fast before it will get out of hand. Very bad 6 goals was conceded in just 3 matches. 
Who would have thought that Chelsea seemed to prefer to be runners up and also, Salzburg who can win and qualify for the knockout phase. Basically when Chelsea were able to get ahead quickly because they scored in the 2nd minute I thought it would be a big scoring win for Chelsea, but the final score was 3-3 and I think Chelsea could have won. Also, regarding Salzburg I previously predicted Sevilla would win because this is a good chance to qualify for the knockout stages, but unfortunately after being 1-0 down Sevilla actually got a red card which made it even more difficult to turn things around. Even though it was clear that Sevilla dominated the match, the final result was still not in his favor and Sevilla returned to being part of the Europa League.
chelsea had to settle for being a raner-up, and in the end juventus became the grub champion, even though in the first match, chelsea managed to beat juventus, but in the end it was juventus who became the grub champion, even though juventus managed to become the grub champion, but juventus must be vigilant, because raner- up this year there are many strong teams, like psg..
Bayern Munich literally ended Barcelona last night by 3-0 and it is the end for Barcelona in the Champions League too. They are going to be competing in the Europa League by the next stage. And I never believed in Barcelona to become victorious in the match vs Bayern Munich also. Because they are recovering newly and they didn't have much thing to do against a this strong team.
I predicted the Chelsea game ending a 2_____2 draw,too bad it ended three on three.

Barcelona officialy have said goodbye to the Champions League after being destroyed by Bayern Munich by 3-0 in their away match. And I don't think that this result was surprising for anyone. Yes, I know that they have started making some important changes since Xavi became the new coach. But they are still weak against big clubs seemingly. I wonder what they will do in the Europa League.
Xavi was not able to bring Barcelona through to the last 16 of the Champions League, Barcelona was again defeated by Bayern Munich with a score of 3-0, for the first time Barcelona had to play in the European League, it is a shame that the European giants did not qualify for the Champions League, maybe in the future. Barcelona's glory has started to dim, Xavi has to work super extra, to be able to bring Barcelona back to being feared by European clubs..

I also think that Atalanta is somewhat stronger than Villareal but so were Napoli against Granada last year in Europa League and they were eliminated.The problem is that the Spanish teams strangely are more tactical than Italian ones while Italy invented the "cattenacio" a tactic to stay in defense and just score one goal and win the game.It will be a beautiful game to watch and I would bet on over 2.5 goals here as Atalanta needs the win and it will attack.

It was quite an exciting game from Chelsea and Zenit considering they hit each other on goal it was something quite good to see. at least this is the best match for me to see in the group stage of this last match.Talking about Salzburg I am the same as you and I ended up losing my money
Sevilla dominated until indeed a surprise goal from Okafor silenced them and this was exacerbated by Joan's red card when they should have played well instead played quite badly after trailing by 1 goal

Agreed. I also can't believe that Chelsea failed big time to secure their lead. Zenit weren't a team that they wouldn't be able to beat. They beat Zenit by 1-0 before and they scored even three goals in the match today. But the real problem was related to defending. I still don't understand how Zenit managed to score the same goals. Chelsea just gave away their lead to Juventus.
I watch the game just first half, I saw how effective Zenit are on the counter-attack, Zenit's have a chance to make the scores 3-1 just in first half but they failed to do that. Early goal from Timo made Chelsea seem stronger but Zenit played really well.Agree with you defence is Chelsea problem especially in first half.
This was the true exciting group for all neutrals. One team was perfect and one team was absolutely terrible and this was AC Milan. And it was such a heartbreak too after getting the last injury goal in the 5th game,,, Ibrahimovic must be feeling devastated they cannot even continue in Europa League.

The good thing is, Ibra now has the opportunity to play more in Serie A, this will give Ibra time to rest with less AC Milan's competition schedule. Hopefully this turns out to be true but Milan needed to rely on him less and less already this season,,, not more. So I do not think he is a big factor for them at Serie A on the pitch, they just need him in key moments and at training where his fitness may not have such a big impact as they are now paying him for his experience (I believe).
When all other clubs were playing rubbish. Liverpool had 18 points which means it won all its group stage matches while other clubs had low points, Atletico Madrid had just 7 points and was the second on the table, it was not still encouraging at all.

I do not think it was so much about playing like rubbish though Atletico had a very good first game against Liverpool, and Porto did as well against Atletico, and AC Milan had a great 5th game. Liverpool just proven too strong that is all. This was the Group of Death remember.

Yes, I know that they have started making some important changes since Xavi became the new coach. But they are still weak against big clubs seemingly. I wonder what they will do in the Europa League.

Based on the previous games/performances their shown, we can make a rough prediction that Barcelona will find a lot obstacle to win any games nowadays. They arent Barcelona we've used to watch few years back. Without Messi, Barcelona is nothing.
This was the expected result. There is no hope that Barcelona will win. But they had the ability to draw. But they have shown very lightning performance. Their defense was very messy. The defense needed to be more stable before performing against a strong team. However, given Barcelona's poor performances since last season, it was only natural that they would not qualify for the next round of the Champions League.
I have also predicted that Barcelona will not qualify for the next round in UCL, the club is not good to that extent. Benfica won the club is a chance while Dynamo Kyiv has been so poor. I know Bayern will not mind they have qualified for the next round and mercilessly won Barcelona. This has never happened in many years but happened that Barcelona is finally missing UCL next round.
