I don't think any coach can help Barcelona at the moment.
Barcelona is in a big financial and organizational crisis and needs urgent changes, and financial help from a new sponsor.
This is not something the coach can handle but the club management.

yes, I am also interested in the match, but, I don't Interesting in Ole (that is possible will stay until finished this session if he lost or win). Or Xavi could get Barcelona out of the doom, become a savior for his big fans and add one more skill to his resume, why not?
For an average coach like Xavi, what could he lose if he can't help a team that is already struggling to get up? And what could he gain if he succeeds?
I don't know if this is a good choice for Barcelona, but it sure is a good opportunity for Xavi.

Sporting CP game will be pretty though as our star striker Batshuayi is missing in that match. Güven Yalçın is unavailable due to regulations and Kenan Karaman is playing pretty bad in striker position. It's a though choice but we might see Larin in striker position, Sergen Yalçın should try something new though. Clearly it's not working like that when Michy is out. We may see crowded midfield and no real striker, instead fast counter attack game but the problem is Beşiktaş is really slow in counter attack game. If N'Koudou will be back then it's his style of play but after a long injury there are big doubts about his performance and we clearly can't rely on him only. It will be a big test for Sergen Yalçın.

A very well-deserved win against Spurs. They won the last game against Atalanta with a very good comeback. Atalanta might give Utd some headaches in their home to Utd. I'm hoping for a competitive game.

If Barca wins the games against Lisbon and Kiev, then they will definitely be in the next round, since it is unlikely that Lisbon will win against Bayern. This is a pretty realistic option. I think Benfica can take 4 points in the games against Barcelona and Kiev. Win against Dynamo Kiev and play a draw against Barcelona. We are only a few days away from the next round. The opening games are going to be Malmo vs Chelsea and Wolfsburg vs Salzburg. I think that Chelsea are going to play one of their easiest group games. They defeated Malmo by 4-0 in their last group game. This time, Lukaku, Werner, Mount and Kovacic all are not expected to play in this game. Maybe this will weaken them in the attacking side but they should still be able to win this. As for the other game, Salzburg defeated Wolfsburg by 3-1 in their last group game. Both teams have many missing players now. But I think that we can watch a quite competitive game here. And I don't expect Wolfsburg to lose this time.

Considering the points the teams have right now, Barca seems like they have a higher chance to qualify for the next round. Interestingly enough, even Milan's victories in the remaining 3 games do not guarantee it an entry into the playoffs. In general, we can say that Milan has ghostly chances to continue the fight, maybe it should concentrate on the domestic championship (where things are going well) and not waste energy on the Champions League.
