the players of football are tired, they play so much games...

ok they get paid a lot
but it is obvious that their athletic conditions cannot withstand all these matches
it becomes really frustrating .. we should decrease the number of games to increase the quality of the same

I thought I was the only one who felt that way. But come to think of it,  most of the competitions that was supposed to be played a year ago got pushed back to this year. Like the Euro 2020 and other tournaments that was postponed for later, they all contributed to make this year packed with so many tournaments and competitions. It would be interesting to see UEFA cross out Nations league tournaments in the near future. It's just an avenue for players to get injured at a good-for -nothing tournament.

That is true. They can earn a lot of money, but the human body has limits, money doesn't.
This rhythm of games will not be possible to maintain for much longer.
That's why I think, sooner or later, some kind of "super league" will emerge. Not the one that was talked about, but a league that will really change this form of competition.

I hope that the Super League will emerge, and the one that will destroy the competition from UEFA. But here I care only about eliminating corruption, not about the players - in my opinion, they have a quite adequate schedule of games even now. The teams have large squads, players are constantly rotated, plus modern recovery tools help to quickly take a break from matches.

As far as I know the Super League papers are still there and signed that means the project is on stand by for now or at least this is what I know.

Regarding qualifiers games , is pure lottery at some games so better go with goals and most of the times the favorite team wins.

And that is also, unfortunately, a problem throughout professional sport. It is always about getting the last per mille out of the body. No matter how. If a body can't do that, then the next one comes along.
I recently saw a report about the Nike system. Very interesting.

As well as Serbian SuperLiga champions for the past four season, i wish that every team from a not a top league was regressing like Red Star Belgrade. lol

Dude, 2018-19 UCL: 4 points in group stage (plus beating Liverpool)
2019-20: 3 points, only beating Olympiacos
2020-21: Out in Last 32 Europa.

That's what I mean by commenting in the UCL thread, regressing in the past two seasons... I MIGHT say differently in the Serbian SuperLiga thread but I don't know shit there =)

it is usual for Serbian teams to have tough time in distant east matches (Kazakh, Azeri), although I expected 0:0, did not expected Red Star to lose
eventually, they will probably kick-out Kairat, but it will be tough in Belgrade next week

home championship started with a draw as well, so maybe there is something to be worried about, nevertheless, it is manageable to pass through

Olympiakos has 1:0 and a red card, and live odds for Olympiakos is better than on the beginning, had to put solid bet on them at @1.31, with 1:0 in the hand

This year’s competition started very early and most clubs need time to prepare the players, different game strategies etc.
I was also surprised by the defeat of the Red Star, but I expect them to pass to the next round of Champions League qualifiers.
Dinamo from Croatia also struggled in the first round of qualifications, they even lost the first game of the domestic championship, but now they are very close to entering the third round of qualifications.
It is obvious that the players who played in the European Championship are tired and not completely ready for this competition and that is why their clubs have difficulties in these first matches.

There were series of unexpected results yesterday and it really wasn't a profitable day for me.

PSV were just flawless in attack, I was able to catch the second half live, Mario Gotze still got game in him, I would have expected a better performance from the Turkish side honestly. Now they've got an impossible task ahead of the 2nd leg.

In the confrontation between PSV and Galatasaray, everything has already been desided and the main problem is not in the score, but in the fact that Galatasaray has no game, they completely lose to PSV in all aspects of game and are unlikely to find a resource to change this so dramatically before the return match.

PSV Eindhoven started fast and found two goals in first half by Eran Zahavi. Things are not going well for Galatasaray.
Now Galatasaray scored with Emre Kılınç. Away goal rule is not there anymore so it will be a different strategy for teams in two leg matches.
Olympiakos and Legia Warszawa also lead their games as they are favorites, no surprise here. Camara saw red card in Olympiakos though, it will be harder second half for them when they are one man down.
PSV Eindhoven trashed Galatasaray with 5 goals to 1! That explains the weird high odds for them.
My second prediction was wrong, Bratislava draw vs YB..
For Olympiakos, they won with 1 goal with 1 red card for each team.

So playing on such games makes it difficult, if I risk it and play on the underdog there is a 99% chance that I will lose

Not really 99 % but probably close to 90% or somewhere near that number. You can always go for double chance on that, it could works though. Mura vs Ludogorets ended with a draw despite the odds are showing that Ludogorets was the favourites

That just doesn't make sense to me, I am so used to making 1.6+ odds most of the time, even as high as 4 sometimes but usually stick with 1.6 to 2.2 games so this low odds doesn't sound exciting. I will probably keep on gambling at group stage and forget about all of these games.

You can always parlay all those heavy favourites in one bet slip though. You get higher odds and it makes the game a little bit more interesting instead of just going for one heavy favourites or simply go for both team to score. Some people just loves to bet on this kind of games though, its pretty interesting sometimes

And yeah, 1xbit logo on Kairat shirt is strong reason to support their opponents. Unfortunately, there is quite many teams in Russia and Kazakhstan sponsored by this company :/

So this scammers actually got alot of cash to spend on marketings, pretty professional for scammers huh

You may have missed it, but Legia scored a late winner for 2:1 in stoppage time, saving my bigger stake ticket, thus i finished the day with a perfect 3/3 with Kairat and HJK matches both teams to score (see previous posts).

I expected Legia and Olympiacos to have a much easier time today, both teams barely squeezed 1 goal wins at home, which may be something to look for in the reverse fixtures next week?  Roll Eyes

ps. 1xbet (1xbit) are back and front of the jersey sponsors of Kairat, i hope Red Star smashes them at home, fuck those shitty cheating sportsbooks, amirite?

Yeah, I wrote post during final minutes of game and didn't expected that score can change.
There is quite many draws and minimal wins of favorites and it makes 2nd leg games interesting. From all pairs, only PSV can be confident about reaching next round.

Seriously difficult to bet on these before the group stage games because most of the time the teams that match up are generally playing in a very favorite heavy games, like teams get between 1.15 to 1.4 games and others get like 6 to even 15 odds to win.

So playing on such games makes it difficult, if I risk it and play on the underdog there is a 99% chance that I will lose, and if I pick the favorites the winning amount is so small that it usually doesn't matter, I usually gamble like 10 bucks to these type of games and why would I care about a 2 dollar win? That just doesn't make sense to me, I am so used to making 1.6+ odds most of the time, even as high as 4 sometimes but usually stick with 1.6 to 2.2 games so this low odds doesn't sound exciting. Not profitable day at all. There is some surprising results today like Kairat win against Crvenza Zvezda, Ludogorets draw with Mura ar Legia didn't managed to beat Flora.

He added one more later on as well. He is by far my favorite player which I have never seen play. I am always playing both to score on his team and he brought me so many wins during the years. I started while he was playing for Maccabi, then continued while he was in Guanzhou and of course continuing now when he is in PSV. Same goes for his national team Israel, ok he dissapointed me several times for national team but odds there can go even above @2.0 so it was also profitable in the end.

I am considering him my personal lucky charm for both to score market  Grin

PSV already in next round, they demolished Galatasaray 5:1! Ireally enjoyed how German Golden Boy Mario Gotze played. He had great game and scored 2 goals. Eran Zahavi scored hattrick. He is 33 years old, but now he is playing best football in his career, both in club and national team.
does anyone knows if they "Away goal rule" supposedly cancel by Uefa is already applicable in these stages ?
Yeah, there is no away goal rule in qualifiers.

The Red Star lost the game, it was a bit surprising for me to say the least. I didn't think they'll lose the game, but they can still make it through the next stage, does anyone knows if they "Away goal rule" supposedly cancel by Uefa is already applicable in these stages ?

I've decided to try and get even with the bookies for my bet, I've got Legia and Young Boys ML
