^The strong nation connection of Iceland as you’ve mentioned is THE thing why I’m supporting them to get to the Euro2020
They are as one and it’s simply beautiful

It is hard not to like Iceland, they are descendants of Vikings after all Cheesy

They have population of something around 330k people, and yet they managed to reach Euro 2016 and WC 2018, and on top of that they were smallest nation (population wise) to ever participate in WC. It is something that us Croats can relate too, as we are successful in various sports despite being "small nation".

Those that watched Iceland games probably noticed this awesome chant by their fans

I really wanna see Iceland at the Euro2020

I don't, actually they are one of most boring teams to watch for me. I sympathies with them because they are giving all they have every match and whole nation is with them. They have actually very small population of about 350k and that makes their success even bigger but I would never buy a ticket to see them play.

My predictions are in bold in case such draw becaomes possible:
Path A: Iceland, Bulgaria/Israel/Hungary/Romania*
Path B: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovakia, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland
Path C: Scotland, Norway, Serbia, Bulgaria/Israel/Hungary/Romania*
Path D: Georgia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Belarus

Kosovo is a clear favorite for me and there could be some nice bets with good odds on them. Serbia has very good squad but as usual their mentality is shit. If they manage to pull together they are capable of great results.

What next match? The qualifications have ended  Cheesy

It is just unbelievable with what ease Belgium is playing even with several reserve players in the starting 11. They did fall behind early in the match but nobody seemed worried at all that they wouldn't be able to turn it around. A changed back three, Witsel on the bench, Lukaku and Mertens not playing a single minute and still they manage to dominate Cyprus from start to finish. Besides the 0:1 goal I don't remember Cyprus having any other opportunities to score.

@Pmalek I’m not surprised by Belgium’s win because even their reserves are on par with their starting 11. Also you’re correct Cyprus did surrender the match after scoring the first goal of the match, though I felt they should have fought harder to get a favourable result.

Will be happy for Bosnia and Hezegovina too, but Iceland is my top favourite from this play off list

I would like to see Bosnia and Herzegovina at Euro too, but it won't be easy for them. First they have to beat Northern Ireland, but at least they are playing that game home at. I watched their previous 2 games  they played  at UEFA Nations league, and BiH managed to beat Northern Ireland both times, but they had luck, i wouldn't say that they were better.

BiH is a good team, but atmosphere there is not good, and Prosinecki doesn't really have players support anymore so that's why I am not optimist.

My picks would be:
Path A-Iceland
Path B-Slovakia. I seriously doubt that Bosnia can win this group, they have some issues and they don't look good at all despite having good players.
Path C-Norway, no matter who ends up in their group.
Path D-Kosovo

Thank you, Poland! They were leading twice against an awful Slovenia side but ultimately won so my 3-match parlay was a winning one. This was a great week, 3/5 winning tickets with average odds of 3,85 Cheesy

Sweet man, good for you.

I had a pretty good international break too, won 2 parlays for average of 8/1 odds, which more than offset the handful of awful losses I had trying to sniff out underdogs. It was a week for favourites all around, even in AFCON and Asian qualifiers, very very few upsets (and minor ones too).

The playoffs:
Path A: Iceland, Bulgaria/Israel/Hungary/Romania*
Path B: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovakia, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland
Path C: Scotland, Norway, Serbia, Bulgaria/Israel/Hungary/Romania*
Path D: Georgia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Belarus

@toma: My pick almost the same as you (Israel), but most likely they will end up in Path C, so anyone else meeting Iceland will probably lose. But from Path B Bosnia, and Path D Kosovo. Patch C Scotland, unless Israel end up there.

Could be a nice parlay to see who qualifies after Friday draw!

In case anyone cares, the play-offs draw will be held next Friday. Here's a link from the official UEFA website listing the 16 teams that will fight for the last 4 places in the next Euro:

https://www.uefa.com/european-qualifiers/news/0254-0d40fc7db8ee-f6fe04623679-1000--play-offs-who-is-involved/

I wanna see Israel, Bosnia, Norway, and Kosovo in the Euro.

Unfortunately, I didn't win the bet.
That sucks, but I really liked that 8 team acca (:

- Another single which I lost but thought will win.
Latvia vs Austria. Did not watch the match but at the half time thought to put some money for Austria but they disappointed.
I checked the odds earlier this morning and Latvia to win was at 4/1 odds I think, I thought it was weird, I mean, they lost every single game before today and scored only two goals, but it looks like Austria was resting almost their entire starting XI so, the bookies kinda expected an upset on this one.
IMHO israel and bosnia both deserve to get qualified for euro 2020.

the other that i consider will be strong candidates is Republic of Ireland and Norway, the Republic of Ireland actually did not play that bad during the qualification they just have too much unlucky games where it is ended draw mostly.
that is a classic mathematic bookies calculation, some people will try to bet on latvia or maybe draw -this is a worthy big bet- as they thought there is no way austria to lost against them even with a lot of key players rested, well it just happened latvia beat austria 1-0 lol and i think the odds was higher than just 4/1.

what a surprise? no we are know nothing while bookmakers kow everything haha

Such a huge difference in quality between Belgium and the other teams on the group.
The match between Belgium and Cyprus is on 55minutes and they have already scored 5 goals. Seems like they ar going to end up with 7+ goals scored again.
what do you expect from Cyprus? just looking at the player's lineup from the two teams is very different. Moreover, Belgium is one of the favorite teams to win in Euro 2020. Of course, it's easy for them to defeat Cyprus. unfortunately, Romelu Lukaku is not played in this match, it might be saved for the next match

I didn't expect anything better for Cyprus. I am just saying that if the UEFA wants to get more earnings from TV broadcasts they have to rethink how groups are formed.
It is not so entertaining to see strong teams playing against weak ones as you already know the outcome of it.
Oh, come on! this is a qualification round, the group division was randomized based on the pot too. so if you want to see an entertaining match later in the next round.

Romelu Lukaku is not played in this match, it might be saved for the next match

Yesterday finally I managed to win again and with a really good odd too.I choose Scotland,Poland and Wales for a total odd of 4.85 at Sportsbet.io and all of them won their respective games and made my ticket a winner.I believe everyone who did not play Austria yesterday won money because all the other games ended with the better teams winning their game.

Nice 2:0 expected win for Wales against Hungary,
not so much for Scotland, as Kazakhstan scored first goal, but in the end final result was 3:1 for home team.
I am happy Smiley

Yeb they played very well in the second half and specialy Gnabry and Goretzka got there best day.
Serge Gnabry has now 13 goals in 13 Matches in the German national team.
The last one that reached that or was better is Gerd Müller , 50 years ago with 13 goals in 12 Matches.
I looking excited forward to the EM 2020.

Congrats for your win!

I'm missing a goal from Hungary to hit this @ 4.1... next time. The Germans crushed N. Ireland and Scotland scored in 90+ for you. It was exciting to watch Smiley
Thank you.

I also placed three more bets in the in play events. So including the treble one which was placed before the match I had 4 all together.

- One was this treble and won it.
- One was a acca 4 which I settled when I had good return.
It was Poland or draw @1.20 when 1 - 1 at the half time.
Belgium over 5.5 @1.48 when they had 4 - 1 at the half time
Germany over 2.5 @1.16 when they had 2 - 1 at the half time
Slovakia vs Azerbaijan over 1.5 when they had 1 - 0 at the half time.
- One single settled again with good return
Scotland vs Kazakistan when they were 0 - 1 goal behind at half time.
- Another single which I lost but thought will win.
Latvia vs Austria. Did not watch the match but at the half time thought to put some money for Austria but they disappointed.

Overall it was a very good evening for me.

IMO Wales will win with 1-2 goals difference, but I'm expecting a goal from Hungary.

I'm betting:

Wales vs Hungary

Both To Score/Winner - Wales @ 4.1

Germany should be O1.5 for sure, but I'm not so confident about Scotland to win.

Good luck with your combo Smiley

Thank you. I do hope none of the selection go wrong however I have this experience all the time that in my multi selection I am too close to win and one team will cause the lose ultimately. Hopefully it will not repeat today as well 😜

It's already done with 2.90 odd.
