The game last night was not that enjoyable to be honest. Until we saw the first goal in the game, I got so much bored. Italy scored and things started getting more exciting after. Spain increased their attacks and finally equalized the score. After seeing no goal in the extra time, penalty shoot-outs were the most exciting part of the game. Italy were the better side there and they managed to eliminate Spain 4-2. But I should admit that Spain were the better side in general in this game.

You can be the best side and still not win the game you had full control off,its football for you.
I was expecting a two zero win for the Italians, but the pressure from the Spain attacking force was too much.
Congratulations to my favorites for this Euros.

Yesterday Italy won but all our respect should go to Luis Enrique and the Spanish players, it was an amazing game. Never a dull minute, really. One amazing goal by Chiesa and a perfect action and scheme for Morata's goal. In 2016 Italy went home while this time is Spain's turn.
About tonight, Denmark is the underdog of these semifinals. The team that, in theory, should have been out long ago, but is still alive and well and ready to play its chances. At Wembley, against the hosts and with an almost all-English public, on paper it has no hope. Who knows what they could do tonight?
England must be very cautious, better not to underestimate those guys.

You probably just expected too much from the game like many goals from both teams or dominant performance by Italy.

I already said in my previous post that Spain should keep the ball most of the match to have a chance of winning so I wasn't particularly surprised that it ended up in a draw and was settled in a penalty shootout.

...

I'm expecting a high scoring game for the second semi-finals so my bets were BTTS and over 2.5.
I may also bet on Denmark just because the odds are tempting at 5 to 1 underdog. Great for Danes bettors to win big here.

Many will be betting on England for today's game. It is a great achievement for Denmark to have reached the halffinal. I don't think many people expected Denmark to get this far. I hope it will be an exciting game.

I already thought that Denmark would lose in their matches against Wales and the Czech Republic and i was wrong both times. This time though i am pretty sure that Denmark will finally be eliminated, even though i hope that they will beat England and move on to the final. I think that the english team plus the crazy English audience in Wembley is just to much for the danish team to handle. I don't think that the Danes have no chance at all but they surely are the underdog, but if they play well and if they can avoid falling behind early on then i think the chances of Denmark raise from minute to minute. If England scores an early goal then it's over for Denmark.

This is going to be an exciting evening tonight. England is the favorite and if the can manage to beat Denmark in 90 minutes  they are in a really good position to win euro 2020. The Italian team must be exhausted after yesterday's penalty shoot out. Sure they have 1 day more to rest, but if England can manage to save their energy tonight they should be fine. Waiting until tomorrow morning to place my last bet.

It's not a question of whether they're exciting or not. It's a matter of being very efficient in your playing style. It's not a question of whether they're exciting or not. It's a matter of being very efficient in your playing style.  Tactically, the English game is quite good and able to overcome obstacles.

Now, Denmark's game won't be easy. Denmark are playing really well!

I think we are going to see an excellent football game.

England vs Denmark
I believe we will have a good football game. Both teams are playing well and beautiful football.

Then I guess we totally have a different understanding of what beautiful football is. I don't disagree that efficient playing styles can win more frequently than not. Which is what Greece discovered in 2004 EURO, what City discovers once they get their season dusted. Which is what Italy used to be... until this tournament. But I don't equate efficient with beautiful normally. Good luck to you!

I'm more sympathetic to Denmark, attacking football is always more interesting to watch than a strategic team that plays a match in anticipation of an opponent's mistake. England is a very strong team, but I wanted to see the Danish team in the final. I like the way they conduct this tournament, uncompromising team, is exciting.

This is what I mean. Beautiful football to me is exciting football. And football that is efficient, pragmatic, and cold, usually wins trophies a lot more than teams that entertain as a priority.

In principle, the match ended as I wanted - with a series of penalties. Thus, it can be assumed that Italy is physically and mentally exhausted, so it will be a little easier for the winner of the England - Denmark pair to win in the final. I hope it will be Denmark, but if it will be England it is also a good option.
England is the favorite bet for many guys but Denmark know what to do. The invitation for the Eriksen to visit and watch the final match in Wembley can bring more motivation to Denmark players. I hope they will beat England.

Surprise is the beauty of soccer but if the final match is between Italy and England it will be very cool and great final. Italy and England have meet a few times in the last 10 years and Italy have better results than England. I want to see the Italy - England rather than Italy - Denmark.

Bookmakers rate England as the clear favorite in this pair:

1,76 - 3,45 - 5,40

But in my opinion, Denmark is not so weaker than England to set a coefficient for it victory of 5.4. Maybe I'll watch the first minutes of this match and if I don't see a quick goal or something special, I'll bet on Denmark's draw/win, this bet looks profitable.

Spain dominated the match, finding the draw goal in the last minutes and carried the match to 120 minutes. At the end of 120 minutes, he was eliminated from the semi-finals on penalties. I think they played very well. They made a lot of passes. Italy had drawn a great team image until this match. However, it can be defeated in Italy and an advantage can be established against Italy. Spain showed it.

Anyway, the first team of the final was Italy.  Let's see if the opponent will be Denmark or England.

Today we are going to meet the second finalist:

England vs Denmark
I believe we will have a good football game. Both teams are playing well and beautiful football. The game must be balanced.
Even though it's not an easy game for England, I think they will win.

I'm not really so sure which England you've been watching haha -- minus the previous game, England were really not at all exciting, not until they played Grealish or Sancho were they really playing well. Saka some kind of energy and creativity but Sterling and Kane the extent of their attacks for most group stage (and Kane going 30 mins sometimes without service?) ugh. 6 shots on goal the entire group stage.

BUT I hope they learn their lessons, and I hope the Danes give them hell. Whichever team makes it through, the finalists probably deserve it.

On a gambling side of things, these Euros have made most sportsbook more money than we can imagine because most of these games are all ending in draws inside the 90 minutes,  which is bad for the pundits. And if this is what we shall continue to see now, I am expecting this to continue in the UEFA competitions with the removal of the away goal. What do you guys think?

Although Spain is failed to reach the Final, but I can say that their performance against Italy is their best performance in this tournament. I did not expect that they can play that well till the extra time. I predicted that Italy will win the game in normal time but I was wrong, perhaps I was underestimating the young squad of Spain. Too bad, the one who scored in normal time (Morata) was failed to do his task well in penalty shoot out. Both team deserves to be in Final but of course only one to go further. Thumbs up for both teams.

Yes, last night's Spain performance was completely different from their previous performances. They seem more cohesive with more dominant ball possession. But Italy was able to overcome them even though they had to go through a penalty shootout. Morata will surely regret last night's failure.
Despite having dominant ball possession Spain out of the game. Spain truly missed such a large number of goal scoring opportunities tonight. Spain performance was beyond my expectation, they really performed so well. Italy scored first and the better prepared team proceeded. Italians always gets the job done.

Oyarzabal alone had three great chances to score and missed. Spain was the better team yesterday, but Italy was smarter and more composed, especially then in the penalty shootout. But it's usually the case that if you don't take your good chances, you end up losing everything unhappily. That's a pattern that happens in football again and again, strangely enough. I would have liked to see a Spain vs Denmark final, but it will probably be Italy vs England now.

Very nice game yesterday for us spectators, the Tiki-Taka tactics has fortunately not prevailed, otherwise we would see in the final to the 16er 80% ball possession.

Penalty shootout is always a big gamble but I think Italy deserved to win, the decisive penalty was held and then converted by the player.

From a pure betting and gambling perspective Italy Spain is a great match: there are so many stats and data to look for before placing this bet that one could go nuts.
A few hints:
ITA: The Azzurri are unbeaten in their last 32 international matches (27 wins, five draws)
ESP: La Roja leads the tournament with 12 goals
The Italians have scored an average of 2.67 goals over their last 12 games and they could be scoring at least twice over regular times.
Spain's best attack could do the rest so a great bet for this game is over 2.5 goals.

Looks like you were right after all on many. Average of over 2.5 is crazy and they might have scored twice but Spain actually really really showed up last night, just a bit lucky a lot of times I would say. So many fouls from both sides too otherwise the game might have been smoother. My selection is out with last night's game but I had a small bet also on Italy, so I should be comforted there.

Well deserved.

After a really boring 1st half, quality-wise it was a really good game. I'm glad the Italians went through, if we look at the whole tournament they deserved it more, although Spain was a bit better yesterday.

I'm really bummed for Morata though, the guy is being hammered by fans, he's playing while receiving threats to his family, he's working his ass off for the team and is still their best goalscorer, he finally has his moment for the equaliser and then he misses the deciding penalty.

Now he'll have the whole country on his back again, and paradoxally - he had a really good tournament. Olmo missed like 10 sitters in the tournament and nobody said anything.
