This particular set of England players are nothing to write about. Their skills, techniques is so porous and lacking. I watched the game yesterday and was angry with myself because I thought they will improve after playing a boring football in their last two games but how was I disappointed! The only thing Gareth Southgate excels at is to get the best players from different teams, give them an opportunity to play for England and then not be able to do anything with them. Recently many people have been disappointed with England's performance at the Euros, even my friend who was very optimistic about England winning the trophy seems to no longer believe it. Croatia cannot blame Modric for their failure to qualify for the next round just because of the missed penalty
Yes, i think Croatia can't blame Luka Modric for his mistake. However, it is normal for everyone to be disappointed, not only the team, but also the supporters. Another under performed team in Euro 2024 is England, get the same difficulty scoring goals like France behind in phase round England just scoring two goals only.
Currently Germany is most top performance team in Euro 2024 after two consecutives winning although last match being draw by Switzerland, waiting the knock out opponent team of Germany will face difficult team or get easily team for their opportunity lead to quarter final round. I didn't pay much attention to Group E. And yes, it turns out you are right that the points earned in Group E are quite unique. Because all teams have got the same points, namely 3 points. And talking about Group E we will look at the Belgium vs Ukraine match today and also the Slovakia vs Romania match. And actually Belgium is my favorite for today. When the 85th minute arrived I said to myself: "I give up" and I stopped watching the game and went to watch other things, I waited 10 minutes and came back to see the result of the game, and I see that the game ended in a draw. I lost my bet. But I'm not surprised because I had already said that England needs a good coach, as long as they continue with this coach, they won't achieve anything relevant, so in my opinion England should stick to the schedule and try their luck. There is no denying that this is the most monotonous group when compared to some of the other groups especially with the huge expectations for England in this Euro with the luxurious squad they brought at the beginning of course we have an expectation that their performance is far beyond this. But what is happening now is just like the opposite where England really does not provide an interesting thing that makes me quite hesitant to associate them in the championship path for now because England's performance is really not as expected.
This group has some similarity with group E because they also have the same difficulty in wining but however this group seem more tougher because all the country in this group C has had a good history on Euro especially England and Denmark, they are actually one of the best country in football, however England seem to have been reluctant on this group because among the countries on this group they are actually the one that has the highest players but they failed to perform based on the expectation of people, though for now they have the highest points on their group which is 5 points but at least they were supposed to win two or three matches, however the only country I was actually thinking will give them challenge to win was Denmark but their inconsistency has grown so much that they could not even win the countries they have more advantage off. 
All the countries in that group C are all jokers especially England, nobody expected the 3 Lions to be this awful in this tournament and if winning the game against Slovenia last night would give them qualification into the next round I believe that was how they would have gone about business. The Denmark game was understandable, we know the both teams (Serbia and Denmark) are not too good but England, they need to be eliminated in the competition in the next stage.
If I have my way I would have erased all what I saw with my eyes about the Southgate men, the manager himself wasn't doing anything to convince the fans that they're going to get to the finals or even make other teams fear to play against them with the same set of players who could not make a 57th place team in the FIFA rank pay is a shame.
