I also think that the England national team needs a better coach. Because actually they have quality players that are even above Denmark. But we can see that in this match Denmark was actually able to play with more confidence and more openness. Even though in the first minute Denmark tried to defend, after they conceded a goal we immediately saw a drastic change in the Danish players who were able to play more openly and attack more bravely. And the opposite happened to the English players who actually became more defensive and less aggressive. And what I don't understand is that England's forward players were replaced at the same time which meant that England didn't get any better in the second half. England should be able to do better than this. But from what I see they actually look like an ordinary team.

So for England (who are also considered one of the favourites), their performance is not enough, they still have to improve a lot to reach the final.

I think today's match between the Netherlands and France could end in a draw, as neither team has really convinced me yet.

Croatia have been disappointing so far, obviously the heavy defeat to Spain was bad but they were still not in a bad position to qualify but drawing with Albania was a really bad result. They really should be able to beat Albania.

Croatia have some really good players, it now comes down to Italy, they probably have to win to qualify for the last 16. They will need to be much better than they’ve been so far.

Croatia and Italy will have their big clash in a final match day of this group. This is an important match and opportunity for Croatia to beat Italy and surpass Italy on the table in this group.

They are quite the same in quality and I even don't know between Croatia and Italy, what team will win. Italy can be considered stronger than Croatia but other people can say Croatia can be considered as stronger than Italy. Difference between them is small that gives each team a 50% chance to win that important match.

Italy can move next if they have a draw but with Croatia, a draw means they have to go home.

I am a bit worried that Croatia may not be able to go past group stage this time. They are being placed in an extremely tough group, along with Spain, Italy and Albania. And at this point they have just 1 point from 2 matches. Their only remaining match is against Italy on 24th June, but I don't think that they will be able to secure required number of points. A few hours back, Italy went down against Spain, but I am not sure whether Croatia stands any chance against them.

England might be considered to have had a good performance at Euro 2020 but not now, even though they are still handled by the same coach. England has played two matches at Euro 2024, but their performance is still far from expectations. As long as England cannot find a solution to the lack of creativity in their midfield, then they will continue to play without a solid rhythm.

It seems that there are so many choices with almost the same quality of play that Southgate is confused about choosing the main player or when to make a replacement, and Palmer should be given the opportunity to play, and to be honest, this time England is really below what many people expected.

Spain deserves to win the game against italy. Spain's short pass gameplay in the opponent's penalty area is amazing, and Donarunma deserves a lot of praise for his excellent performance. The amazing performance from the Spanish team shown in this game, though they were unfortunate enough because of lots of missed chances. To sum up, this game proves how spain is obviously on another level compared to Italy, and that's why they won the game. 


My ideal final will be Spain vs Germany. a beautiful game of short passes typical of Spain vs staying power and determination typical of Germany. I hope it comes true.

Spain had a better performance than Italy even though they were so unlucky in not scoring many goals but they kept pushing and asking questions in the box of the Italian defense untill they got a goal which was scored by an Itfor alian player, Spain and the Italy game was an interesting game and can't be compared to the England game where England failed to live up to expectations but I believe the team of England will have themselves and the coach ti be blamed if they fail to win the tournament this year because they have got all the quality players and they have a good coach which i think is experience enough to coach the team they need to work on their performance or face the shame of going back home soon. For the Spain and Italy game which ended in favour of Spain it was a well deserved win for Spain cause they outplayed Italy in everything in the match.

The English squad has the best players who performed at a high level during the last season and campaign but they're yet to see themselves play a beautiful game to appease the fans and non fans. The football they play is boring, I'd rather spend my time on something useful than watch the next game they'll play. They should have dealt with Denmark yesterday but this coach is so poor that he reminds me of David Moyes coaching Manchester United.

He was never good as a player, and the same goes as a coach. I have been saying this even before the Euros kicked off last week, that, the English side is overhyped and stuff. They're obviously lions but who leads them? He is so dump that he had to bring Alexander Arnold who is not to central midfielder to play midfied. Being a good passer of the ball doesn't make him a proper central midfielder, even Declan Rice would have done better likewise Kobbie and he plays Adam Wharton behind them as his defensive midfielder.

I think the England football organization must hire an experienced and good coach to take the team forward and win the Euro Cup. No team can progress without an experienced coach and every team needs an experienced coach.

Spain played better than Italy and they would have destroyed Italy if their players had played more effectively in their shots. This match ends as a win for Spain that help them to get a first position in this group. However, lack of effective goal scoring ability might be big problem and barrier for Spain to go far and win Euro 2024 title.

In football, you don't need to dominate a match or make impression, what you need is scoring goals and win your match against your opponent. If you can do it, you have better chance to win a match and if you repeat it in many matches, you have great chance to become a champion. Spain lack of this ability in this match with Italy and if we look back, it's their issue recent years. If they can not improve their attacking power to score goals more productively, they will not win Euro 2024.

With Italy, I see Calafiori needs to be replaced because he made mistake in late minutes of the first match with Albania and if Donnarumma did not make a great save, Italy did not win that match. Now in the second match, he made an own goal. Italy has Gianluca Mancini who can replace Calafiori in centre of their defense system.

In what was expected to be one of the most competitive matches of the group stage, Spain demolished Italy. They never gave Italy a chance to attack. Despite this, the only goal Spain scored was an own goal by Calafiori. Spain could've easily scored 4-5 goals but they wasted their chances generously. Spain showed that they are the favorites of the tournament. On the other hand Italy looked far from being the favorite. They are not even among the top 8 teams in the tournament IMO.
