Albania got there with the clear intention with at least getting a draw and they got what they wanted,when they were dominating the game in the first half 76%-24% ball possession Moldova was not able to respond,in the second half they let a lot of space to Moldova players who finally in the last minutes of the game scored a goal and they keep their qualifying hopes alive although they need a miracle against Czech Republic who yesterday played a super beautiful football.I think Albania will retain the lead even if they only draw against Faroe Island as from direct matches against Czech Republic they have the upper hand,I of course expect a festival of goals on Monday to celebrate the qualification but anything can happen.

He is still a goal scoring machine, but I think that many of the goals scored by the strong teams like Portugal against inferior teams are also hard to measure in terms of their importance. Of course Ronaldo can score against those teams, but I want to see him play at the Euro. He is fit, he is healthy and robust and his age doesn't really affect him yet. He is still good enough to compete with everyone on that level and I am sure that no defender likes to play against him regardless of how old he is now.

I think that's pretty much it for Italy! That was a superb performance by them against North Macedonia today. It was like they waited for this moment especially to show their best performance throughout the qualifiers stage. There wasn't any trauma of the previous results they got against Italy here. They just destroyed them by 5-2.

Now we see them owning 2nd place before the last match against Ukraine. While they have gained a lot of momentum by this result it feels like Ukraine will say goodbye to Euro 2024 already now. Because even one point is enough for Italy now.

The point that Moldova picked from Albania revived the possibility of passing to the next stage in case of winning their next match vs Czechia. Albania obviously will end first and the other spot will go to the winner Moldova and Czechia.

That's another thing you need to notice whenever is their first game, they just joke around after all they've gotten the qualification they needed.
At first half I noticed the way they played, like it was almost full time and is so annoying to watch, that the problem with the 3 lions, they underrate their opponents and it will cost them when the time comes.
With the over hyped players I can't see them winning the up coming tournament, that's why Portugal are better than the England team, they (Portugal) make sure they get the job done and you'd see that seriousness when they play.

The Euro qualifiers game of few days back have some national teams their ticket to the main contest, for Group A, Spain and Scotland battles through Georgia to see Spain fully through into the contest without stress unlike Scotland who still has a game to prove herself. For Group J, Portugal confidently scaled through leaving Luxembourg behind with 5 points to meet up Slovakia which on a norms isn't likely to occur.

England successfully scaling through in group B leaving behind Ukraine and Italy who will still have to battle it out among themselves, both teams are really tough for each other and that brings more fun to the qualifications stage because Italy would strive to defend their race and Ukraine on the other hand would want to prove their capacity to be in the contest, the final qualifications game would be played much later, and we're eagerly looking forward to it.
