It is clear that there is a lot of randomness in national team games, but so far this randomness is working against him.

I do not agree that Italy has a bad team - no worse than most other teams, and in any case, this team should be able to beat North Macedonia with a reliable score, and not score one goal and hope that this will be enough.

Luxembourg got 3 wins in the group. I think they are better than expected. It is obvious that they played much better matches than expected, especially considering that they also beat Iceland. They have the same points as Slovakia. While Portugal is the sole leader, I wish Luxembourg would come second in the group.

I still don't understand why the German team are in a bad form, like what's going on?
They can't keep their cool together and I was thinking this was a strategy to deceive other Europe teams but at some point I get to see that the Germany side have lost it completely.
They can't even defend their lead and any country that plays against them is just going to be a disaster for the German machine. I hope they can find that fine form that they were when they won the world cup back in 2014 because is not about sacking the coach that'll solve the problem they have.

There’re reports that Hansi Flick has been fired as Germany head coach today. I think it came after Germany lost 4-1 to Japan yesterday. Germany just isn’t the same anymore. Crazy how much they regressed since 2014. I know it was just a friendly but still. Flick is an incredible coach. We saw that with Bayern. I think Oliver Kahn and those in the hierarchy ruined a great thing with Bayern when flick got sick of this wrongdoings, and decided to leave.

I agree with you on that. I also think the Ireland-Netherlands match will be the most interesting match. And in number two I would put Finland vs Denmark. Finland lost to Denmark in their first match in this group. After that they won all their matches in the group. Denmark are superior to Finland in terms of squad quality. But Finland are taking the tournament seriously. Normally Denmark should win this match. However, a surprise result could also come out of this match. That's why this match is the second most important match of the day for me.

We all wasn't expecting that the game would go that way, and I was still believing that England would defeat Ukraine without allowing them to score even one goal back, given how the game ended 1-1. I don't know why they allowed Harry Maguire to play in the game; they obviously didn't notice how well he performed for Manchester United, and I never wanted them to use him; even there, whenever they let him play, they always lost or drew, but he was still in the starting lineup. Very upsetting to see England's team, for God's sake, still drawing with Ukraine. I was really surprised to see Ukraine score the opening goal against England's team; I expected Harry Kane and Bukayo Saka to perform better.

It would be preferable for England to drop Harry Maguire from the starting lineup since even though they are leading the group stage, their performance is down since Harry Maguire started the match. Even with their great players, they still couldn't defeat Ukraine.

It was a disappointing performance if I should rate it. Ukraine was quite stubborn, I'd have to grant them that but England squad is packed with players that can destroy any team but they chose to settle for over confidence and were missing chances to score more goals.
Even though they are at the top of group C with 13 points, I expected more from them but instead they had to draw which gave Ukraine a chance to move to second place. But with North Macedonia and Italy in third and fourth places and 4 points each, I feel Ukraine may be threatened if they win their games.

I agree with you that Netherlands will take advantage of this opportunity because in the next match against France there is no guarantee they will get points, in other matches Greece will face Gibraltar as an easy opponent and 3 points are guaranteed while Netherlands and Greece have the same points so there is no reason both teams will try to get 3 points. Ireland will miss points in this match and I don't think Ireland can compete with Netherlands and Greece one of them will qualify as runner up in the group.
