Today we will see a domination by Portugal against Luxembourg, but we will not see Ronaldo in this match since he got suspended. Portugal is still Portugal without Ronaldo because they have many great talents. I think Portugal will able to score at least 3 goals, I hope it will not end like England vs Ukraine where the match was ended draw.

...
Portugal are playing flawlessly in European Championship qualifying so far. In five games, Martinez's team has scored 15 goals and never conceded. However, Luxembourg should not be underestimated. In this qualification for the Euros, this team is performing quite well.

Of course, Portugal is the favorite in this match even without Ronaldo. The only question is whether Luxembourg will be able to score a goal?

I agree that is the question because the odd of Portugal of less than 1.10 says that this game should have quite some goals and prediction pages for football betting are all pointing to at least Over 3.5 goals as the main bet with near 1.80 odd for such game.I think we will see goals but most likely it will be very difficult for Luxembourg to score a goal to Portugal in Portugal home when we know that their goal difference is 15:0 meaning they have not conceded a single goal yet and surely Luxembourg is not the team to do it,to score their first goal against them if they play seriously, they are already qualified though and they may not give a damn about this game and they can concede quite some goals.
The match is irrelevant to Portugal because they are at the top in their group. Portugal will definitely win Luxemburg because it is obvious that they are the weak team in the match. The game wouldn't be played with all seriousness by the Portuguese and winning wouldn't be a problem because I don't see how possible it will be for Luxemburg to hold down Portugal in this match and prevent them from winning. I can't say if they will even score any goal in the match.

Luxemburg have surprised most people with their latest performance, since nobody expected them to display such brilliant performance in their matches. Ronaldo playing or not playing wouldn't change anything in this match since Portugal have qualified  already.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ronaldo doesn't play today because Portugal is already safe with 15 points I mean if Portugal lose or draw it won't have any impact so the coach will keep Ronaldo to avoid bad things. Luxembourg has been active in scoring goals lately but Portugal's defense is very strong so I don't think Luxembourg can score unless they are lucky to have a chance through a penalty, my prediction is that this match will end with low goal maybe 1 or 2 goals of course only Portugal scored, an interesting betting option is under on total goals.

Nothing to be surprised about, Ronaldo will definitely missed out on this game because he is suspended due to the yellow card he received against Slovakia. He was shown a yellow card after colliding with the goal keeper Dubravka, most fans thought it was a Red card offense but he actually escaped but would be serving same penalty of missing the game against Luxembourg after the card became his third in the group stage matches. This would be a big blow to Ronaldo because Luxembourg have actually been his favorite country to score against after netting 11 times against them and this was suppose to anothet game where he would stat pad again.

Overall I don’t see Portugal missing him so much in this game but the match is still an important one for them as the Martinez men chase after two records. One is the record of having not to concede throughout the group stage and also winning all their matches. So I think they will definitely take this game serious.

Croatia are about to take the lead in Group D despite playing one less games than Turkey now. Because they are 1-0 ahead against Armenia with an early goal already. I don't think this game will be difficult for Croatia at all. They should be able to do what Turkey couldn't against Armenia most recently.

Turkey really deserved to lose the lead to Croatia after that result. But let's see what will happen in their next game which is against Croatia. It will be important for Turkey to consolidate their place in top 2 in the end. They will start playing under the management of a new manager soon too. Therefore I'm curious about that game but Croatia would still be one step ahead.

Armenia will host Croatia at home.Armenia, who drew against Turkey, need to get a decisive point from this game if they want to get out of the group.Croatia are 2nd in the group with a game in hand, which might encourage them to play a more relaxed game. I think even a possible point for Croatia would be enough. There has only been one match between the two teams and that was about 2 years ago.We know that it ended in a 1-1 draw.Armenia beat Wales 4-2 in the group and I think they can find a goal in this match as well.

Lol, at this moment Croatia has the same points as Armenia, although indeed, at this moment also Croatia still plays fewer matches than Armenia. But with this factor, it is certainly not right if Croatia plays more relaxed because after all, there is still a competitive competition in the standings. Unless, if Croatia is really in a position that guarantees qualification, then it can make Croatia play more relaxed. But anyway, at this moment the reality is that Croatia is also still not in a safe position and of course, that factor will still make Croatia play with great effort to win. Also, from the odds available right now, it is clear that Croatia is absolutely predicted to win and I have no doubt about that.

Ronaldo as a Portugal captain and if he didn't gets the punishment because card accumulation i am sure the manager will played him since early match and confirmed the manager will playing Goncalo Ramos as the replacement of Ronaldo so hopefully Ramos will be able to performing well and help Portugal to win this match and actually i am quite surprised to see Luxembourg performance during qualification because in my opinion they performance were very impressive but indeed even without Ronaldo i think Portugal is too strong for Luxembourg and in the first met on March Luxembourg has been humiliated by Portugal with big scores 6-0 so i am confident this time Portugal will be able to win with big scores again or at least win with 2 goals margin and that's why for this match i personally more prefer to bets over 2.5 goals

In fact, in the absence of Ronaldo, who is serving his second yellow card, we will be able to see the potential that exists in the Portugal squad. Moreover, I am curious about the performance of Goncalo Ramos, who in the match will definitely fill the position left by Ronaldo. It is very reasonable if you think that there will be a minimum of 3 goals because of the problems that Portugal has faced since the previous match due to the lack of results from their players' finishing and that is partly caused by Ronaldo who failed to do the job. I don't mean to underestimate Ronaldo, but for a competition like Euro 2024 he is almost finished and I think Portugal will face a deadlock. So coach Roberto Martinez must be braver in replacing Ronaldo in the second half by bringing in players who have the capacity to do the job.

Turkey really needed to make a change in their manager position especially after that poor performance against Armenia. Stefan Kuntz is leaving and he will probably be replaced by Abdullah Avci. The replacement would be good for them honestly. Because Abdullah Avci is a Turkish manager which they needed in the first place.

I believe it is better for national teams to have a manager who knows the players better and speaks the same language with them. This increase the chance of being a more successful team if that manager is a decent one in his job also. From now on we might see Turkey playing better in the remaining qualifier matches.
I have always found it absurd that a coach like Stefan Kuntz was brought in to take charge of the Turkish national team.Kuntz is not a well-known coach and the fact that the Turkish national team has failed for a long time makes me question the meaning of bringing in such a coach. We saw in the match against Armenia that Stefan Kuntz is not an adequate coach. It has been said that he will continue, but it would be a very good development for the national team to make a change as soon as possible. It doesn't matter who will come, but a Turkish coach will be better for the communication with the team and team spirit.

Well, I meant that if Croatia wins this match, it will have 10 points, like Turkey and a match in reserve, so technically it could be 13 points and hence 90% for Croatia to get out of the group, and defeat will just complicate it, because Armenia will have 7 points and 5 matches, but they will have a chance to get out of the group, albeit a very theoretical one.
Ah, I misunderstood you then. I got confused by that "out of the group" thing, as I thought that you meant if Croatia loses against Armenia they will most likely be out of EURO.

Iceland can also lose to almost anyone and they have a better chance of doing so than Bosnia, after all, in this qualifying Bosnia managed to score 6 points, unlike Iceland who has only 3 points.
I am not saying that Bosnia isn't slight favorite here (they are, even odds confirm that), just that it can easily go bothg ways and I don't trust Bosnia national team since they screwed many times in the past.

I think Armenia Croatia is also an important match, because if Armenia wins, they will have a chance to qualify, if they lose, Croatia will be out of the group with 90% probability.
I am curious to hear on what you based percentage. While this game is indeed very important for us (Croatia), even if we lose against Armenia, it would put us 3 points behind them and Turkey while having ones less game played. With 4 games left to be played while both Turkey and Armenia having to come to us (and we never lost game at home during EURO qualifications) we still have plenty of chances to finish among top 2. Hopefully it doesn't come to that though and we beat Armenia tonight but I don't think that it will be as easy as everyone thinks.

Iceland's chances are almost lost, but Bosnia and Herzegovina need to win, but I think Bosnia will easily beat Iceland and keep their chances of getting out of the group.
While Iceland is not what they used to be few years ago, previous experience tells me not to bet on Bosnia as they are very unpredictable and can lose against practiaslly anyone.

Some of the big teams made a come back in this round. Spain thrashed Georgia by a margin of 7-1 and thereby secured the second position in Group A. Now they are behind Scotland (who have 15 points from 5 matches). In Group B, Netherlands managed a big comeback and now they are in second position behind France. Other surprise is from Group G, where Hungary is leading now with 10 points form 4 matches. September round is completed in this group, and the win by Hungary over Serbia is having a big impact.

Albania beat their tough opponent Poland 2-0 and stayed in the lead in the group.
Poland has only 2 wins in the group.

Serbia beat Lithuania 3-1, Mitrovic played very well in this match.

Poland after 5 games has only 6 points and fourth place in the group. There are only three games left and although two of them are theoretically easy - against Faroe and Modova, the third is against the Czech Republic. I wonder if the Czech Republic does not qualify, will it get into the qualifying tournament for losers? It seems not - they are doing very badly in the League of Nations (on the basis of which the selection for the tournament for losers is made).

Of today's matches, I think the most interesting will be between Iceland and Bosnia... In March, Bosnia won a home game 3:0... Today Iceland will have to try to get revenge, although I think Bosnia will win again...

Judging by the bookies it will be a close call and I agree with them with 2.85 win for Iceland,2.40 win for Bosnia and 2.65 the draw which they think will be the most likely result.I don't think it will be a draw as it would not suit any of the teams to make an impact, both teams will fight for the 3 points during today game and yes judging the other games they seem pretty easy on paper with Croatia to win,Wales to win,Portugal to win and also Slovakia to win,not an interesting day today for the qualifiers overall.

I don't understand why, but Croatia played three games when Armenia played four...
It is a group of five nations, so at one point in time there will be one of the countries who has played one less game than all the others since they are not perfectly paired as they will be in a group of four.

In the end every team will play the full eight matches as hey will face the other four teams across two legs.

Glory To Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!
I think Armenia Croatia is also an important match, because if Armenia wins, they will have a chance to qualify, if they lose, Croatia will be out of the group with 90% probability.
Also Italy Ukraine can be said that they will play for a ticket to get out of the group and if Italy loses, then the chances of Spalletti's team to get out of the group will be very small.

Iceland's chances are almost lost, but Bosnia and Herzegovina need to win, but I think Bosnia will easily beat Iceland and keep their chances of getting out of the group.
I would like Luxembourg to surprise and win or draw with Portugal, but Cristiano Ronaldo's team is already very strong and leaves no chance to anyone.

Despite the fact that Armenia is playing at home, they will have very low chances of winning, Croatia is a very strong team and they will almost certainly be able to win today. I somehow missed yesterday that Poland lost to Albania, this defeat puts them in a very difficult position, they of course still have a chance of qualifying from the group, but they still have to play with the Czech Republic, their situation is very difficult.
