Portugal destroyed their opponent Luxembourg. Not satisfied with the 4 goals scored in the first half, Portugal scored 5 goals in 6 shots in the second half and managed to score 9 goals in total. We can say that it rained on their opponent as a rain of goals. Thus, Portugal, who made 6/6 in the group, has definitely guaranteed their exit from the group. In the other matches in the group, there were again matches where the hosts were defeated.Iceland managed to defeat Bosnia-Herzegovina with a last minute goal.Bosnia-Herzegovina dominated the match in general, but they failed to find a goal and this cost them a little bit.
Slovakia, on the other hand, won without difficulty against an easy opponent and with this win they moved into 2nd place.

LOL.. until this point, Luxembourg was doing pretty OK. They managed to defeat Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iceland, and managed draw against Slovakia. But Portugal showed no mercy and absolutely destroyed them (still they should be proud of the fact that they have 10 points from 6 matches). And it was nice to see some of the younger Portuguese players performing well in this match. I am talking about Gonçalo Inácio, Gonçalo Ramos, João Félix and Diogo Jota. Qualification is not a worry now for Portugal. They are far ahead of the other teams.

Portugal is not all about Ronaldo, there are a lot of great players in their squad and their attacking power is better than ever. They have a great new generation, players like Ramos, Inacio and Felix are becoming casuals in the team along with Jota, Horta and Silva. This generation has possibility to achieve great things.
About Luxembourg game of course that's not a good opponent and it's not a test for Portugal but still they didn't lose any concentration and scored nine goals. Portugal already guaranteed to qualify after six games without any point loss. I believe they have a fairly good chance in the championship with this squad.
Portugal has many star players and Cristiano Ronaldo is only one of their star players. His impact on the team has been decreasing recent years because of his ageing and his worse performances in general. This gives other players in Portugal more chances to prove their ability in the team.

In World Cup 2022, we saw Goncalo Ramos made a hattrick for the team in a match he was used as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo. With Bernado Silva, Rafael Leao, Ramos, Felix, Portugal actually have many attacking players who can score goals for them when Cristiano Ronaldo is absent or even after his retirement. His future in the team even was in doubt after World Cup 2022 but after all he came back strongly and still played good for the team. I hope that he will have a happy ending with Portugal in Euro 2024 as it's unrealistic to hope he will retire his national career after World Cup 2026.

Exactly Luxembourg is not a footballing nation that would be considered a match against Portugal and thereby suggesting that the Portuguese can do without Ronaldo. Ronaldo has a very good scoring record against then and will be biting his tongue on why wasn’t involved in this match. If it was against a competitive nation then we can all say that they would definitely do without Ronaldo but as it stands now nothing because the listed players do not have enough experience to lead the attack in the absence of Ronaldo. So let’s not just be over the hills because of this match, this was what happen against Morocco in the last World Cup where the Fans wanted Ramos to start ahead of Ronaldo because he played well in the previous match before then.

This performance by Portugal shows they can do without Ronaldo and honestly I'm happy for the first time about it, because I doubt there would have been this much goals as all attention would have been on him, passes that should have converted to goals might be missed.

The goals keep pouring Cancico Inacio and Goncalo Ramos both players display in the game so far have been incredible with each of them scoring two goals in the match and Diogo Jota equally written his name on the scoreboard and Bruno being the one has supplied 4 assists out of the 7 goals. I was not expecting Portugal to be beating Luxembourg with such a goal margin. I'm really impressed with Cancico Inacio's performance in this game being such a young player.

They have shown serious dominance and if I were Luxembourg, I'd just stop playing if possible. Portugal have never scored up to nine goals in any international game and this is the first kind of victory of it's kind. With fifteen points already in the bag, their slot for the qualification has already been solidified and today's win was just the icing on the cake.
Roberto Martinez will be proud of his boys as they have displayed unrivaled control and domination and I'm believing this will not just end here for them.

Lol, at this moment Croatia has the same points as Armenia, although indeed, at this moment also Croatia still plays fewer matches than Armenia.

sometimes it is not just having points, it is also important which games were already played
and there we goes, Croatia had Turkey and Wales on their menu so far, having easier games left, and they will certainly progress from this group

Turkey should progress as well, Wales lost points to Armenia, but that didn't changed a lot for Armenia, just ruined Wales chances to go through

Turkey are playing a really very bad football. Turkey's squad isn't a bad one at all on paper. However they are able to get a draw against Armenia home at the last moment. If there isn't a coach change and Turkey don't manage to qualify from the group it wouldn't be a very big surprise for me. Croatia almost guaranteed to qualify from the group with the win they got today.

Portugal scored 4 goals in the first half and upset Luxembourg. Tonight is Ramos' night. The 22-year-old young talent scored 2 goals in the first half and is close to making a hat-trick. PSG had loaned Ramos, but if his performance continues, they will definitely buy him. Ramos had a very important share in Benfica's championship last season. I see him as one of the best players of the future.
I think it's great for Portugal to play such young players against national teams that they can beat without difficulty. The player already has a good background, so we are talking about a young player who grew up in Benfica. It will be a different experience for him in this match. It was a first half in which Gonçalo scored the goals.I think Portugal, who scored 4 goals in 4 shots, will score more goals in the second half. The opponent Luxembourg did not even have a shot in the first half.

Armenia lost 1-0 against Croatia.Armenia lost the match with a goal in the 13th minute and the chances of getting out of the group are slowly diminishing for Armenia.Croatia, despite having one less match with this win, is now the leader in the group and I think we can say that they have guaranteed to get out of the group.
In the other match in the group, Wales closed the first half 1-0 ahead of Latvia away from home.If Wales wins this match, there will be a strange competition in the group.2 teams will be on 10 points and 2 teams will be on 7 points.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ronaldo doesn't play today because Portugal is already safe with 15 points I mean if Portugal lose or draw it won't have any impact so the coach will keep Ronaldo to avoid bad things. Luxembourg has been active in scoring goals lately but Portugal's defense is very strong so I don't think Luxembourg can score unless they are lucky to have a chance through a penalty, my prediction is that this match will end with low goal maybe 1 or 2 goals of course only Portugal scored, an interesting betting option is under on total goals.
In this match he did not play due to a penalty where previously there was a hard foul by Ronaldo on Martin Dubravka against Slovakia so he could not play because of the penalty.
But on the other hand, Portugal is currently comfortably at the top of the table and despite the absence of Ronaldo in the squad they are looking good but it would have been better if Ronaldo was in the squad as this would have added to the dominance of Portugal.
Their position is already difficult to catch up actually for now and indeed in this case I think there is no problem with the presence of Ronaldo in the squad or not but out of respect for Ronaldo surely he will be one of the players who are definitely in their squad.

I wouldn't call the Croatia group an easy one, nor the fixture list an easy one because it is a very competitive group. Croatia have had only 2 very comfortable victories in their group, the 5-0 win at Latvia, and the 2-0 win over Turkey. They are top of the group ofcourse; 10 points gained with 1 less game played. I Believe they will get their EURO 2024 Qualifications easily.

Ronaldo does not play because he is suspended, too many yellow cards. Goncalo Ramos plays for him and he scored now the 2:0. Portugal is the best team in the qualification. 6 games and 6 wins, if it continues today, and 17:0 goals, no one has done better right now. So Ronaldo can watch this game simple/calm.

Croatia, Wales, Slovakia, Portugal all look like they could win, and Iceland vs Bosnia is a confusing one and I can't really say which one of them will win but I will wager on Bosnia because that feels a bit more possible to me. Lets see how the situation goes, but I believe that it will be fine.

Croatia managed to win against Armenia at the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium with a score of 0 - 1, this was a disappointing result for handicap bettors because of the fact that Croatia played very pressingly but was only able to score 1 goal. There are 3 more matches remaining where the big teams will get easy wins. Looking at the results of the Croatia match, it would be better if bet on the 1X2 bet even though the odds offered are very small.

For the match Iceland - Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bosnia & Herzegovina has bigger odds than Iceland, but the difference is not that big (difference @0.25), so any result can happen in this match, the wisest move in my opinion is to play for the total goal bet (over or under).

I understand why you chose Bosnia to win because you check the match history of both teams and Bosnia beat Iceland in the last match  Grin Apart from that Iceland performance is very bad, they lost the last 3 matches. I will consider Iceland as the home team so I think both teams will score goals and fans support will increase their confidence, based on statistics Iceland also actively scored goals in several matches except against Portugal yeah we know Portugal defense is very strong so it's difficult to score.

I suggest you pay attention to the Slovakia vs Liechtenstein match especially on corner kicks, Slovakia will control the match so there will likely be a lot of corners
I bet on over 5.5 corner kicks half time and over 11.5 corner kicks full time, in the last match the number of corners was 17.

But this was inevitable because seeing that the final result could not be changed and they only managed to get 1 point in this match.
Even though England is actually safe, this is a little annoying for me with the results achieved because with that my bet lost.
On the other hand, Italy also seems to be still having difficulties in this qualifying phase. Hopefully they don't miss out on the Euro opportunity after previously failing in the World Cup. Because if this fails then I think their quality will decline the most drastically compared to other national teams.

I can't really say if Italy will qualify in this group but having Ukraine trying their best to qualify I feel Italy should have been making preparation for getting the 2nd or 1st position in that group.
It would be a shame if Italy miss out on this tournament, because they look more competitive to give other nations problem like a challenge for the title but since England are topping the group they (Italy) need to struggle for that 2nd position to grant them qualification. As it stands Ukraine are not ready to leave that 2nd position for anything.
The fight for first place is obviously impossible for now and I'm not sure about that even though there are still 5 matches that Italy has yet to do but for 2nd place it's still possible.
They still haven't met Ukraine in this qualifier and there are 2 matches that will bring them together with Ukraine that can be maximised well if they really want to be in second place.

Ukraine always play all out and they will also be ready to anticipate this but this will be a life and death match for Italy.
They are known to be one of the countries that have a good supply of players and it would be terrible if they fail in this qualifier just like they did in the previous world cup.

The best thing to do in this case would be making sure that you are doing fine and nothing really could hurt you that easily, and for that you need to have a solid plan. I would say betting on these 4 teams and then betting on both Iceland and Bosnia on two different bets means that you will have a higher chance of winning. Of course one of the four teams could lose too but that's fine, then you just lose and that's normal.

Croatia are about to take the lead in Group D despite playing one less games than Turkey now. Because they are 1-0 ahead against Armenia with an early goal already. I don't think this game will be difficult for Croatia at all. They should be able to do what Turkey couldn't against Armenia most recently.

Turkey really deserved to lose the lead to Croatia after that result. But let's see what will happen in their next game which is against Croatia. It will be important for Turkey to consolidate their place in top 2 in the end. They will start playing under the management of a new manager soon too. Therefore I'm curious about that game but Croatia would still be one step ahead.
The first half was completely controlled by Croatia and they probably had opportunities to score more than one goal. I am sure that Croatia will score another goal or more in the second half. Armenia was definitely unlucky in this match and we should not expect such a result as in the game against Turkey.
