You are right. This match will be very competitive. The Europa League title has been the target of both teams since the start of this season. And the team managed to qualify for two finals. Despite not playing well in La League, Sevilla has played well in every match of the Europa League. And the team is quite experienced in the Europa League platform. On the other hand, the Roma team is quite stable with the help of Mourinho. They are confident even against bigger teams and can perform well. Mourinho will try his best to win against Sevilla. I think we will see several goals from both teams in this match.
like Sevilla and Roma, both of them have had a slightly poor performance in their respective major leagues, but these two teams have targeted to be focused and strong in the UEL, rather than spending a lot of energy in the main league and resulting in a decrease in performance in the European league. well, I also believe that the two Sevilla and Roma teams will definitely score goals but for now according to my prediction Sevilla will be superior even though Roma has an experienced coach like Mourinho but the experience of the players will be more dominant in Seville.
yes, I admit that the two teams will definitely be really serious in competing in the European league, but somehow I don't think that Roma is the strong one at the moment.

I'm not saying that Sevilla's chances of winning are low. Sevilla are even favorites for the Europa League title. And the Sevilla team is best suited for the Europa League title. Manchester United and Juventus qualified for the final after defeating big teams. This team has worked hard to win the Europa League title. However, since Mourinho is the coach of Roma, it will not be easy for Sevilla to win the title. Mourinho's match strategy is excellent. Although the team is not very strong, he will try to resist Sevilla with a match strategy. However, I want to enjoy a competitive match. I will be happy if both teams score a lot of goals in this match.

Mendilibar does not have good profile: Wiki and his Manager profile

The gaps between mourinho and mendilibar is too far.

Mourinho has been winning so many trophy with various clubs while mendilibar has nothing to be showed on his profile. He is not having a lot of experience. It must become the main weakness from sevilla in upcoming match.
Mourinho knew so well what shall be done by roma to win the game against sevilla.

The coach has been playing very important role to determine the strategy that will be increasing the chance for the club to win the game.

I were learning from leverkusen vs roma. I saw how so many people were yelling leverkusen was far better than roma but with a great tactic by mourinho and as roma was able going to the final after it was beating leverkusen in the semi final.
The coach will able to make the difference from the performance of club.

This is about an experienced Coach and an experienced team. We can’t really deliberate much about these two teams as anything can happen on the day of the final. Sevilla was able to defeat Juventus to reach the finals, so I feel they’ve higher chance to win the trophy than Roma who only has an experienced coach to see them through the finals.
I believe that biggest difference between two teams is from difference of experience of their coaches. Sevilla have more experienced players than Roma and they are more experienced in Europa League than Roma. However, this difference is not too big if you consider Roma have many international players and they already got a very successful Conference League in the last season. Difference between them three seasons ago can be bigger than now and in the final, I think they don't have difference in player quality and experience.

So now the another difference can decide the final match, between two coaches. No doubtful fact that Mourinho is a big difference for Roma with his long coach career and abundant experience with big matches. José Luis Mendilibar does not have such experience like Mourinho and he will be weakness of Sevilla that can be exploited by Mourinho and Roma.

I do not disregard any of the teams for this finals but I tend to align more with Mourinho boys because if the experience of Jose. He is so experienced in playing finals but in the other hand, Sevilla is more experienced as a team than Roma in the Europa League competition. How Madrid is to Champions League, that is how Sevilla is to Europa. This season that Madrid is prevented from getting to the finals, I think Sevilla will do exactly like Madrid. This will be the second consecutive final for As Roma but the previous one was in Conference League.
Was fun to see people saying Mou was finished  Wink

I hate to admit it, but I was amongst those who said Jose Mourinho is a finished manager and that he needs to take sometime off managing football clubs, all because he had a very poor and boring style. His tactics are outdated methods and so much of defending that attacking displays we've seen.

In the last few seasons, clubs that have won the Champions League and both them various domestic leagues are only attacking minded clubs, I get surprised to see how far he's come this season. I'm certain he knows how to play Sevilla after all the years he had at the Spanish League. AS Roma had all it takes to win.
He is an eccentric coach regardless of whether he likes it or not. This is what makes his name soar today, although not as big as before, but of course he is indeed one of the most recognized coaches of his time.
With this condition indeed for connoisseurs of the ball it will indeed be very boring with his scheme which is only about how they get points but he is always focused on that goal and so far he has done good things with his ambition.

I think so too, I'm not concerned about what strategy they will apply, because it's free for them to do. It's just that what I want to say here is what their chances are when they do a total defense. It's a final game, although I understand maybe they're going for shootouts and such. But they must try to venture out to end the match in 90 minutes.
Actually AS Roma has the ability to do that, it's just that it depends on how the coach wants it, whether he wants to play defensively or play openly to finish the game in normal time.

What I don't understand about Mourinho is why he doesn't let Dybala get more play time. He only comes from the bench so often. He is in the starting eleven a litte bit more than 50% of the time. Is he really not on the level that he can start almost every game or is Mourinho so in love with his role as a joker? It can work out and it did a couple of times, but Dybala in top form is a player who should start the game. You want him on the pitch when you have dangerous standard situations close to the box. When you bring him on in the 75th minute and he doesn't get a single chance, of what help was it to put him on the bench in the first place?
Indeed, it is a question why Mourinho did not put Dybala in the starting line-up, but that is again he who knows better about his team's situation and I think it is also part of the strategy he implemented which required Dybala to start the game from the bench. In a situation like this many people regret that, and indeed what is the thing he really has to do to put Dybala on the bench. But it's back again, because sometimes our wishes will always be different from the coach's, moreover we know Mourinho is a coach who is difficult to predict what his wishes will be.

Dybala is not in a good situation and he is injured that's why Dybala won't even play in the final match against Sevilla:

Currently the odds for the finale are like this. Sevilla are slightly the favourite side in this match according to bookmakers. However it is very difficult to predict the probable winner of the title now. Both teams know how to play in critical matches in the Europa League right now. Maybe Mendilibar isn't as experienced as Mourinho with big teams but he has done a pretty good job so far on one hand. But here in this finale we should be seeing a great tactical war between these two managers.

About Dybala, I believe he is a game changer. You all know what he did in the Feyenoord matchup. He made his team come back to life with a critical goal in the rematch and they have reached this stage after that. Hence I hope we can see Mourinho preferring him in the starting eleven or in the second half at least.

Refers to the odds available for these two teams. I guessed for a while that this final would go into extra time. yes, considering the style of play of these two teams. AS Roma with their defense, while Sevilla with their high intensity game. well, referring to what you said, in this match we will see what the scenarios of the two trainers are. So far, we have not been able to confirm the predicted line-up composition that will be applied from each team. but most likely, if Sevilla will not change the system they apply. however, there are different tactical scenarios.

On the contrary, I have doubts about what Jose Mourinho will do. but most likely, he will use a defensive system but with a counterattack strategy. we will see how Dybala plays a role in the final match later, can he bring his team to win a trophy. or Sevilla being able to topple AS Roma, like when they got rid of their opponents until they advanced to the final round, it's interesting for us to wait for.

I think this match is more than just a final for a trophy. Sevilla and Rome also want to secure Champions League tickets through this route. So the match this time will be a very fierce battle to be able to get "two trophies" at once. Statistically it is clear that Sevilla is superior to Roma, not only that in terms of the quality of the Rojiblancos players are also slightly more qualified. The Spanish representative has also been able to prove his prowess when he was able to knock out other favorite teams such as Manchester United and Juventus. However, even so, Roma cannot be underestimated either, despite the poor squad. The Giallorossi also have great motivation to be able to achieve success in a row in Europe. Jose Mourinho will be a differentiator, he certainly has prepared the right strategy for his team.
One of them will, we know that. Which means that one of the teams who had been terrible at the league and not be as high as they would like to, could save their season and be at UCL next season, not could, one will. That alone is a great reason to follow up these, it's really going to end up with a great return without a doubt.

There are plenty of people who would like to see the situation as a lot worse, like "one team will lose it all" but I am a glass half full kind of guy and I would like to see it as "one team will get all they want" and that's amazing. Not only one of them will finish it with a cup, a very important cup, they will also be able to participate in UCL and earn so much money as well. Even the info that they will earn that much being guaranteed could get them so much more money to buy better players.

I don't want to rush to say who will win, because I consider this match to be balanced for the two teams. It is possible that the way they reached this final, Sevilla is a very extraordinary team by eliminating Manchester United and Juventus, but they also finished the match in 2 legs. Whereas now there is only one match that will determine everything.

Jose mourinho has been facing sevilla so many times and i guess that just saw the previous match of sevilla will give a clue for the special one about the weakness spot that owned by sevilla at this moment. As roma can use the experience that owned by mourinho to win the game against sevilla. the chance becomes even higher since mourinho has ever being a coach for real madrid. He has been in la liga for several years in the past.
Im sure that if jose knew so well about the main characteristic from the spanish football.

Even mourinho didn't wanna try to see his club being favored candidate to win the trophy. it seems like that the match gonna be a very interesting match.
It will be coming next week. I'll be waiting for another trophy that will be won by mourinho and its club.

This will also continue the good record in his career.
Who isn't buzzing for the upcoming big match, huh? The Special One taking on Sevilla - feels like a footie thriller, right? Mourinho, our shining star, knows his way around Spanish turf from his Real Madrid days. Maybe this inside info is Roma's ace in the hole? But let's remember, Sevilla ain't some random team. They've shown their strength, crushing the dreams of Man Utd and Juventus. Though, with Roma not in top form, Mourinho's got his hands tied. Feels a bit like bringing a knife to a gunfight, yeah? The kicker here is, The Special One hasn't lost a final yet. This Portuguese stirrer always has a trick up his sleeve! Can he do it again? All I can say is, get your snacks sorted, cause this is gonna be one hell of a match!
I think this will be a tough and interesting game, Sevilla on one end have a good record competing in this competition, they have played 6 finals and won all 6 while Roma are influenced by an experienced winner who also has a good knowledge of winning finals but in my opinion I feel Sevilla have better chances in this game than Roma statistically, the end with justify who is better though.

Statistics may show Sevilla, but I think both teams can win the match. Roma has come this far with a very experienced coach. Jose Mourinho is a coach who knows very well where and how to apply tactics. Sevilla, on the other hand, is showing an incredible performance. Here are the teams they eliminated until they reach the final. Even overtime can be played for the winner of the match.

A few hours ago I saw on the UEFA website they uploaded an interesting video about 2020 when these two teams faced each other in the Europa League and history says Sevill is going to win this game:
https://www.uefa.com/uefaeuropaleague/history/video/0281-181506c81b02-479a29ea3043-1000--sevilla-vs-roma-see-what-happened-in-2020/
But regarding Roma, they have a high chance because of their famous coach.
History will always be a reference for superior teams to be able to win the European league title, moreover Sevilla does have the most history regarding this competition. Maybe Roma this time can be said to be newcomers because they have competed more often in the champions league, but as most people know, Rome has Mourinho who is reliable in carrying out strategic tactics and the percentage of wins in the final is indeed very large. We will still be curious about who will lift the European league trophy this season because history alone is not enough to produce results at the end of the game.
Experience will not guarantee victory, even AS Roma also has the potential to win this European league and for me, if AS Roma can beat Sevilla, it will be the pride of newcomers like AS Roma who are able to dominate or win the European league.
The closer to match day I become more certain AS Roma will win.

But you are implying that coaches never make mistakes. I agree that the coach is closest to the team, has optimal insight into everything that is going on and we can only give our subjective opinions based on what we get to see during the games. But it wouldn't be the first time that a coach purses some ideological ideas that in the end don't work out. Does he have any issues in genera with Dybala? I haven't read anything about it and at first I thought that Dybala must have been injured for a long time, but he seems to be fit. Perhaps he has character issues and doesn't train as hard as others. That is something we wouldn't know unless Mourinho tells the public. But leaving those assumptions aside, Dybala has the quality to go for 90 minutes and deliver a brilliant game. He also has this little extra when it comes to free kicks.

Their famous coach can't kick the ball. Mourinho won several titles in his career, but when he did I think that his teams were comparably stronger than Roma is now. I don't know what you guys think but when Mourinho would want his players to play the same strategy as in the second leg against Leverkusen, what do you believe how often such a strategy can be successful when the opponent has 23:1 shots and Roma must hope that the opponent doesn't score? Can it work out one time or even two times in a row? If you only take the numbers, what is the probability that Roma could survive another game with 23:1 shots against them? I think there is a moment when your luck is exhausted even if you defend passionately.
I think so too, I'm not concerned about what strategy they will apply, because it's free for them to do. It's just that what I want to say here is what their chances are when they do a total defense. Seeing from the current condition a little complicated I think.
Dybala's role at Roma was sometimes only as a second striker, but indeed in this case Mou always carried out a scheme to strengthen the midfield and defense so it was not uncommon for him to place 1 striker and seeing from the current conditions Belloti and Tammy always have bigger conditions in Mou's heart.
Maybe this is just speculation, but seeing from the current conditions, after it is rare for Dybala to play a good performance to help in the attack, he is a little left out, but on the other hand, Mou could also have his own views on this.
It would be better if he was given a little more trust because he could be one of the players who could be profitable for Rome's movement. We'll see in the final whether this will still happen or not.

There was a thing that was missing from that match, "MOURINHO". The key was on the jose mourinho caused by this guy has ability to change everything right now. He has been winning so many trophies. Roma can change the previous history to be even better since it owns mou on its side.

Mou was the key for roma to win the game. It's caused by mourinho knew so well the play style from the la liga team. that's why many people were hyping this match caused by mourinho was there. That being said that if mourinho may able to change the situation to not be the same again like the previous meeting between sevilla vs roma.
If you pay attention to Jose Mourinho's previous coaching career and I think he had a big percentage of winners when teams reach the final under him, although this percentage is not a guarantee and I see Roma have a very big chance to win the Europa League. This result also talks about the Champions League and when they are able to come out as champions automatically qualify for the Champions League, so like it or not Mourinho will try to rack his brain to devise a strategy to win it.

But we also cannot ignore Sevilla in the title race and their consistency has been tested from start to reach the final, Man United and Juventus, who were previously seeded in the European league, were defeated by Sevilla. So there are still several criteria that we need to analyze when the match takes place, starting from readiness and also talking about injured players.

Next June 1, the final match of the UEFA European League will be held where Roma and Sevilla have confirmed the final. According to the performance of the two teams, it will be a very tight fight. Sevilla is ahead of Roma in past statistics. The two teams have met in 4 matches so far in which Sevilla won two matches and Roma won only one match and the remaining one match was a draw. if the results of the last five matches of both teams are considered then Sevilla has more wins than Roma. Past statistics and current statistics match the game will be a tough fight.
I think this match is more than just a final for a trophy. Sevilla and Rome also want to secure Champions League tickets through this route. You are right. This match will be very competitive. The Europa League title has been the target of both teams since the start of this season. And the team managed to qualify for two finals. Despite not playing well in La League, Sevilla has played well in every match of the Europa League.
We must note that Sevilla was also a lucky club in the Europa League. The match against manchester united has proven how lucky sevilla was. Sevilla is now aware if the main problem from roma was not its club but its coach since mourinho is specialized in the european final. Sevilla will be thinking so hard about how to prevent him to implement a unique strategy to prevent sevilla. As far as i know if rakitic has told his club to be aware with strategy that will be implemented by mourinho.
Mourinho is such a phenomenal coach. As long as he will get the right composition and it will able to make the club become very strong.

And the team is quite experienced in the Europa League platform. On the other hand, the Roma team is quite stable with the help of Mourinho. They are confident even against bigger teams and can perform well. Mourinho will try his best to win against Sevilla. I think we will see several goals from both teams in this match.
What you have above were the right things. That's makes the final become very competitive. Sevilla is good, but Roma is also equally competitive because it has Mourinho as its coach.
I wonder what strategy that will be used by mourinho against sevilla. The special one has always become an interesting topic for anyone.

But the  everything us possible till that very day of the finals.

yes what you say is true, everything is possible in a final
it may happen that one or the other team wins
in any case it seems sensible to predict who is the favorite and to me honestly now I think Sevilla are the favorite to win

I hope I'm wrong of course

After all, there can't be two winners in one final match because yes, the final match itself only brings together two teams so of course there can only be one winner. But regarding experience I also agree, that Mourinho is used to dealing with situations like this. However, that does not mean Mourinho will easily beat Sevilla in the final match later.

Because of course, every final that Morinho faces has a different situation and also with a different squad. What's more, at this moment Mourinho will make a strategy to deal with Sevilla, which basically, Sevilla is not looking good this season. With these factors, I'm sure Mourinho will also find it difficult to apply the right strategy because even a team like Manchester United who is rising in the local league can also be beaten by Sevilla in this Europa League.
