It was extraordinary that the struggle of the Sevilla players was not at all depressed even though they had fallen behind Juventus. Sevilla gain more opportunities in the second half to equalized the goal and use the extra time to achieved the winning goal to defeated Juventus 2-1. It was a great celebration in the camp of Sevilla for the victory they got from the UEFA champions league semi-finals, because many people predicted for the favour of Juventus based on what happened in the first leg but Sevilla used all their strength and tactics to use home advantage to embraced victory at the end of the match. Juventus was in good position to win the match in the second half but they misused their opportunity that gave Sevilla access to the victory.

It's not easy to get the winning result from Juventus because i have seen Juventus were playing much better than in the first leg yesterday but if we see from the statistics i can see Sevilla were very dominate the match and with 28 total of shot during the match Sevilla were playing with fully attacking but indeed Juventus lucky because their goalkeeper Szczesny was performing well however i have telling this before that Sevilla had different level of game if playing at this competition seems they were very stable and they can able to beat plenty of strong clubs and now it just happened now and at the beginning of season Sevilla is underrated but they can proven to the people that they are the king of this competition and now Sevilla is very near to 7th trophies

It must be admitted that Sevilla's experience in the Europa League deserves a thumbs up and in the match against Juventus I saw that Sevilla did not want to lose, especially in front of their supporters. So that their hard work and efforts paid off very well and were able to beat Juventus with a score of 2-1 with an aggregate of 3-2, and in that match the Juventus players experienced great pressure and also lost in experience.
and I fear that Roma will suffer the same fate in the final against Sevilla who are dubbed the kings of the Europa League, and for sure Sevilla will also be determined to secure and go on with their seventh Europa League title.

In terms of Roma's gameplay, it seems that they have struggled to score goals but have excellent in their defensive efforts. As a result, it may be wise for them scoring the first goal and then focusing on maintaining a strong defense. Mourinho may continue with his defensive tendencies to the final and struggle against teams Sevilla. I am personally hoping for a Roma victory in this competition again. Hopefully, Mourinho's defensive formation has the potential to make it difficult for Sevilla to score, and perhaps even force the game to penalties. But, Sevilla has a reputation for being a tough team to beat in this competition and they rarely lose in the final. Therefore, they may have an edge over Roma.

The two teams from Serie A, who competed in the second semi-final match of the European league last night, did almost the same thing more likely to defend, even Roma seemed to be more severe in their defensive strategy so they only had 1 shot and nothing was on target, but Roma were luckier because of the defensive strategy they managed to bring it to the final and will face the European league kings Sevilla who were unable to beat Juventus.

I can see how bad the strategy Allegri has implemented for his squad is, it's not beautiful football and it's not interesting at all, but it's great that Sevilla didn't give up on attacking even though they were 1 goals down after Juventus' first goal in the 65th minute", that goal made the win it was almost certainly in Juve's hands but Sevilla managed to destroy everything and force the match in extra time and during the extra time the motivation of the Sevilla players was greater than Juve's.

I don't think Juve will replace Allegri with another one because if they had intended to do so it would have been done last season, but we don't know because next season they will face a very difficult level of competition due to playing in the UCL.


With what Roma did in the second semi-final, I'm not quite sure they will be able to beat Sevilla, because you can see that the opponents will always be considered unable to beat their opponents, but they got rid of the two favorites for the championship and doubts were not visible in their appearance. even though he has left behind his opponents, Mou must be aware of all the possibilities that Sevilla will do if not Sevilla are the champions.

Now Mourinho is doing it with Roma in the Europa League, Leverkusen is having a hard time dismantling Roma defense which is very solid, the 23 shots released by Leverkusen not a single goal has nested in Roma goal. Mourinho very distinctive bus parking tactic has brought Roma to the Europa League final. Mourinho doesn't care about beautiful games, he only focuses on the end result.

Both team have unique record until success lead to final stage, Sevilla always winning all their final and become the champion on Europe League but another side, Jose Mourinho always success give tittle with many teams before when lead to final. Have one interested with Europe League final because both teams want to be the winner because failure in domestic league finish in top fourth standing, they have become the winner if want qualify to Champion League next season.

Jose Mourinho has solid defensive and seems last games when Bayern Leverkusen difficult for scoring goals although dominance with ball possession and has many shoots on target, will Sevilla can scoring many goals against AS Roma on final stage next month?

As we expected Sevilla managed to finish the game with a 2 - 1 win but unfortunately Sevilla got Marcos Acuna's red card.
It was a pretty good match and the two played very impressively.
At least with this victory Sevilla made it into the final.
But unluckily the second goal was created in added time, namely 95 minutes so the bet I made failed to win.

My prediction is correct, friend, that Leverkusen vs Roma will end in a 0-0 draw.
Since the beginning there were doubts about choosing one of them, but because Rome previously won 0 - 1 on aggregate, from this draw the victory was won by Rome.

Juventus 1 - 2 sevilla

This match was actually very interesting match caused by there are 17 shots on target being made by both of clubs. Juventus loses a chance to be champion of europa. I do know that if juventus is losing against sevilla.
Sevilla is having better stat compared with juventus when it was playing at home. Juventus was taking the offensive strategy which is really bad.

Juventus's defensive line was so bad. It's caused sevilla's players are always getting free space to heading the ball.

Roma 0 - 0 Leverkusen

As i predicted that if the fully defensive strategy being implemented by roma. Roma has no shot on target but it's fully trying to defense from leverkusen. The experience of mourinho as a coach was saying a lot in this match.

Roma was able blocking any attacks that came from leverkusen. Im aware how frustrated leverkusen players are.

Agree. Man United is stronger than Sevilla, but Man United is destroyed by Sevilla. Juventus is also destroyed by them although Juventus has a better squad. This means Sevilla has something to defeat 2 stronger teams. I think Sevilla can play more solidly, their players have a good mentality, and they never give up. While those strong teams played under pressure and they may underestimate Sevilla. AS Roma can be defeated too if they underestimate Sevilla and choose the wrong tactic in the final match.  

Allegri must be over, he never made Juventus better.

Well, the tactics must be more adaptive, it must adapt to the current style of football games. In the old era, defensive tactics may work well. But in the modern era, it won't work properly due to varied football styles.

You forgot about Conference League and Fiorentina that reached to Conference League final match as well. Italy and Serie A will have three clubs in three final matches of Champions League, Europa League and Conference League. Insane so far but it would be a more surprising season if they win all three leagues.

Juventus did have chances to beat Sevilla but they wasted it with some inaccuracy shots from Rabiot and other players. Later Sevilla equalized the match and their substitution Erik Lamela scored a winning goal. Again they will play in Europa League final match and will they win their fifth trophy in Europa League?

It is their home stadium and it makes sense to see Sevilla dominated the match and created more shots than Juventus. In the match, if Juventus finish their chances better, they would be a winner. Anyway it's fair to say the match was decided only by a goal from Lamela and I thought about penalties already.

Xabi Alonso and Leverkusen played at home but they are not experienced and creative enough to break Roma defense. Mourinho just a tripple-decker bus ahead of Roma goalkeeper Rui Patricio. In this draw, Nemanja Matic had important contribution for Roma with his experience and great skills to control balls and exit pressing from Leverkusen players. Even when the match has a few seconds left, Tammy Abraham did not hesitate to make a bad foul which secures the aggregated win result for Roma.

The loss to Sevilla and the departure from the Europa League competition is a big loss to Juventus but I don't think it is a valid reason to sack coach Allegri. The beginning of this year was not a good one for Juventus but the Italian have managed to make it meaningful. He may not have won any trophy but he is helping the club to secure a champions league slot and he also took the to the Europa semifinals. Changing a coach might not guarantee instant improvement of the team. The team can even become worst after a new coach is hired.


I thought Jose Mourinho have long forgotten his defensive style of play. Massive defending and counter-attacking were his popular strategy when he was in Chelsea. But it turned out to be effective in this game against Leverkusen. The host was offensive all through the game but the Roma defense was programmed to absorb the pressure. Rui Patricio and the crossbar denied the host from scoring. Mourinho has indeed proved that he is the special one having secured two straight European completion finals with an average team.

Jose Mourinho is the mastermind behind the Giallorossi; he did it again, his sixth European league final, and he has won all of them.

They managed to shake up the European stage this season because the Europa League and Champions League are dominated by Serie A teams. The reason is that in the Champions League there is Inter Milan from Serie A representatives who entered the final and in the Europa League there are Roma who are representatives of Serie A. So if the two teams this works, I think Serie A will become a league that will give birth to the favorite team to win next season in the Europa League.

But so far Roma will face Sevilla in the final match. I think roma will have a hard time beating sevilla because sevilla is the most successful team in european league with 6 trophies and they are chasing 7th trophy for this season.

I might not certainly agree with the fact that there is a static winning pattern for the Europa League. This is because the competition is made up of different teams that have their own tactics and style of play. There is nothing like the Europa League winning pattern but every team will be able to strategize to win matches. I thought Juventus will have more wins this year after the overturning of the 15-point reduction, the prospect of qualifying and winning the Europa. But they failed to achieve the third dream.

Juventus scored first and I thought they are on course to fulfill those dreams but lost their lead after six minutes and the game was decided by that classic header by Erik Lamela in the of extra time. The Old Lady's failure to get the maximum points in Italy was their undoing. All Sevilla is fighting for is to win this completion because they have performed very poorly in La Liga this season.

I keep complaining constantly about Juventus's style of play with Allegri, Juventus has good players but they can't score many goals and this season they haven't managed to win anything precisely because of Allegri's style of play, he just keeps putting a lot of players in defense, in this game against sevilla, he put only two players more advanced in the attack and then he put all players to play further back in defense, and his way of playing is ridiculous, putting di maria in the center and still behind Moise Kean, honestly he thought even if only Moise Kean would be enough to score many goals?

I can't understand what the hell these guys from the juventus board have in mind who still kept Allegri all this time and if he stays next season then juventus will be ridiculed in the champions league, it's time for the juventus board to fire Allegri and start thinking seriously about getting a great coach with clear goals of winning the series A and going far in the champions league

about roma, as expected from mourinho, he always has a good vision of the game with the resources he has available and in this game he played more in defense but always looking at the counterattack, without a doubt that roma plays much better than juventus with allegri, congratulations to roma, i believe if roma is playing right away with dy bala they can win the europa league

Imo I think Sevilla have mastered the right tactics of winning in Europa league games even when the odds are against them because of their poor performance in Laligs but they have proven that they are one of the best if not the best teams when it comes to the Europa league games. Their win against Manchester united made me believe they are strong favorite to win the league and winning one of the teams that everyone thought would eliminate them shoes how committed they are in winning the Europa league because that is their only hope of going to the champions league next season but let's not underestimate the performance of Roma, Jose Mourinho is a game change and everyone knows he's good at winning difficult games I believe the final will be a game of strong battle but a winner will emerg after 90 minutes.

Sevilla and the europa league are intertwined, you can take it from them. They dominated the game with 30 attempts and 11 on goal against Juventus 17 attempts and 7 on goal. They have had a very difficult season domestically and to win the europa league trophy would help to make up for their poor performance in their domestic league.

Jose Mourinho has cemented a place in the last stage of the competition with a draw against Bayern Leverkusen. Roma first leg's one nil victory was enough to take them to the finals. Mourinho has never lost any major european final in his career, he has lost some of his a-game, but he would be hoping to keep the record intact. We'll soon find out in two week's time.
